<![CDATA[This study discusses the framing of Polewali Mandar regional head election news for the 2014-2019 period published in Radar Sulbar Daily. How is a news constructed to influence the opinion of the reader. The method used in obtaining data is the process of elaborating text or documentation. The results of the study show that the Radar West Sulawesi Daily in the issue of Polewali Mandar regional election carries a certain discourse as part of one candidate.]]>

<![CDATA[In general, this study aims to analyze and describe the responsiveness of information systems and fire fighting services to the PolytaliMandar District Fire Extinguisher UPTD. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection methods used are interviews with informants and observations made about approximately 1 month. The results of this study indicate that in general the responsiveness of information systems and services of PolewaliMandar District fire department is less responsive. According to the results of the research based on indicators of responsiveness, there are some shortcomings found, among others, the lack of firefighters in serving public demand because they are often constrained by road access, facilities and infrastructure, the PolewaliMandar district fire brigade is old and not feasible to operate optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Mamasa Regency DPRD secretariat office and employee performance at the Mamasa Regency DPRD secretariat office. The type of research that the author uses in this research is empirical research. which departs from empirical data that ends with the discovery. Empirical research is intended as an effort to approach the problem under study with a legal nature that is in accordance with the reality faced in society. The results of the study indicate that the workplace, compensation, and leadership attitudes are factors that together have a significant effect on the work motivation of the Mamasa Regency DPRD Secretariat employees and provide an indication that the most dominant work motivation affecting the Mamasa Regency DPRD Secretariat employees is the workplace factor.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the use of Wandu language among waria especially in Polewali Mandar. In this study, the respondents were ten transvestites in Polewali District who had criteria determined by the author. Based on the objectives to be achieved, this study includes descriptive quality research. Descriptive research aims to describe the state or status of events. In this case to find out and explain the use of the language of Wandu in interpersonal communication among waria. The results showed that the average transvestite used the language of transvestites to communicate with other transvestites. That transvestites do so that they are more free to communicate and convey things that others do not want to know like their personal problems.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance towards the service of making E-KTP at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Polewali Mandar Regency, which is more effective in carrying out service duties at the office and find out what are the inhibiting factors of the service. There are also benefits to the research. Namely, it can provide useful information to all walks of life and provide input for the community so that they can motivate employees when carrying out their duties given by the leader. Then it can be determined the results obtained in carrying out public services Polewali Mandar District Government (DISDUKCAPIL), has not been effective in carrying out its service duties that have been measured from two variables that produce an average value recapitulation of the effectiveness of employee performance is 61.0. The average of E-KTP Services was 38.1, with 65 respondents divided into 30 employees and 35 communities. The inhibiting factor is not an effective service in the current situation pandemic, but the employee has made various efforts more effective than before.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of prosecution in the criminal act of trafficking in women and children in the city of Makassar, as well as the factors that hinder the implementation of the prosecution. Research uses primary data through interviews. Secondary data is done through collecting data, documents and relevant legislation. The data obtained was processed and analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the prosecution of the crime of trafficking in women and children in the Makassar District Prosecutor's Office is experiencing obstacles in the process of prosecuting criminal acts such as proofs. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the extent of the quality of the performance of the Widyaiswara in an effort to improve the potential of Civil Servants in West Sulawesi Province. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that collects data through observation and interviews, with analysis using the theory of human resources, specifically the concept of evaluating the quality of work from Panggabean. The results of the study indicate that the quality of work of the Lecturers at the National Council for Training and Education of the Province of West Sulawesi must be improved in their abilities and positions. These are because the lecturers at the National Board of Education and Training of West Sulawesi are now only involved in training and education structurally. Only a few training and education techniques from the Widyaiswara can be involved. Activities to develop their potential can be obtained with colloquia and workshops; call of paper; multiplying working hours, and others that increase their ability and credit amount to meet standards for promotional positions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the tourism promotion strategy at the Mamasa Regency Tourism Office. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of his research show that the seven main strategies carried out by the Mamasa Regency Tourism Office have been implemented but all of them have not run optimally so the desired results have not been achieved according to the target. This is due to inhibiting factors, namely insufficient facilities and infrastructure; human resources are still lacking; lack of regulations and a strong legal basis to regulate Mamasa tourism; and forms of overlapping management between government, foundations or families and the private sector.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACKThis paper aims to find out, understand, and analyze the success and quality of one-stop integrated licensing services, and the Implementation of One-Stop Integrated Licensing Services. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data is obtained from interviews and observations, while secondary data is obtained from documentation studies. Data analysis using triangulation method. The results showed that the commitment to implement BPM-PTSP in Polewali Mandar District from the regional head was good, but the constraints were found in terms of the coordination function between PTSP implementing institutions and technical SKPD due to differences in echelonization. The impact of attraction between the two institutions in licensing public services can have an impact on the low trust of business people in public service providers. The one-stop integrated licensing service, which is held by Polewali Mandar Regency KPTSP has not been successful and has not yet been qualified. This can be seen from the non-fulfillment of the degree of conformity required between the three dimensions of conformity proposed by Korten, namely policies/programs, users and implementing organizations. This also shows that Korten's suitability theory has no relevance to the reality of the implementation of one-stop integrated licensing services in Polewali Mandar Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of the use of Village Fund Allocation in the preparation of development work plans in the Lombong Village, Malunda District, Majene Regency. Data collection is carried out using technical field research, library research and data tracking. Qualitatively analyzed by describing and explaining data obtained from the field. The results showed that the use of village fund allocations in the preparation of village development work plans in the village of Lombong had not been running optimally because there were several obstacles including; limited manager HR capabilities; manager's fees are relatively small; disbursement of ADD funds is often delayed; there are still deductions from individual officers; frequent changes in management and workers; guidance and training is still needed on managing village fund allocations.]]>
