Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between waist flexibility and smash skills in volleyball extracurricular athletes at SMA N 13 Bengkulu Utara. This type of research is correlational research with the research method used is pure experimental method. The population of this study were all volleyball athletes at SMA N 13 North Bengkulu as many as 15 people. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Total sampling is a sampling technique where the total population is less than 100 so that the entire population is used as the research sample, namely: 15 people. The variables of this study were waist flexibility tests and smash skills of volleyball athletes at SMA N 13 Bengkulu Utara. The data collection technique used the Waist Flexibility test and the smash test. The data analysis technique used was the normality and homogeneity test. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the waist flexibility test is related to the smash of volleyball athletes at SMA N 13 Bengkulu Utara. The results of the data p-value (Sig) = 0.000 < = 0.05 means that there is a significant relationship between waist flexibility and smash skills. 13 North Bengkulu.”, accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle strength and smash skills of PB Kepahiang athletes, Bengkulu Province. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were athletes from PB Kepahiang, Bengkulu Province, Badminton Sports, totaling 22 athletes, while the sample in this study was 22 athletes. The instrument in this study was a leg muscle strength test and a smash test. Prerequisites of data analysis used were normality test with Lilliefors and homogeneity test. Analysis of the data used is the Product Moment Correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between leg muscle strength (X) on the results of badminton smash skills as indicated by rxy = 0.84> r(0.05)(22) = 0.423.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning of the squat style long jump in fifth grade students of MIS Lubuk Gadis. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of four stages in each step (planning, implementation, observation, and reflection). The research subjects in this study were all students of class V MIS Lubuk Gadis, totaling 25 students. The results showed that the action by watching videos of jumping rope exercises carried out in 3 cycles with each cycle of 2 meetings was proven to be able to improve the Efforts to Improve Squat Style Long Jump Learning Outcomes Through Learning Videos of Class V MIS Lubuk Girls Jump Rope Exercises. In the first cycle of the first meeting there was an increase in completeness of 28%, namely 7 students completed and 18 students did not complete (72%). Then in the first cycle of the second meeting there was an increase in completeness by 36%, namely 9 students completed and 36 students did not complete after that in the first two cycles there was an increase in completeness by 52%, namely 13 students completed and students did not completed 12 students (48%). In the second cycle of the second meeting there was an increase in completeness by 64%, namely 16 students completed and 9 students did not complete (36%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the technique of inner foot passing on soccer extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 21 Seluma. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques using observation sheets, with the type of descriptive research. The population in this study were soccer extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 21 Seluma. Sampling technique using total sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by taking the entire population. Based on this, the sample in this study amounted to 22 participants. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the analysis of the inner foot passing technique for soccer extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 21 Seluma. The results of the overall analysis show that the analysis of the inner foot passing technique for soccer extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 21 Seluma based on the coach's assessment obtained the value of the preparation phase of 85.4%, the implementation phase of 87.5%, follow through of 65.1% with a total of 79.3%. While the assessment of expect judgment obtained the value of the preparation phase of 83.1%, the implementation phase of 82.9%, the follow-through of 57.5% with a total of 74.5%. It can be concluded that the average percentage value based on the assessment of the coach and expert judgment is 76.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to: determine the ability of students to do the bottom serve in volleyball learning in class IX students at SMP Negeri 12 Seluma. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 20 students. The instrument in this research is in the form of a lower service ability test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen how much the students' ability in performing the bottom service for class IX students at SMP Negeri 12 Seluma as a whole is those who have the bottom service in the very good category, namely 0 people (0%), and those who have the bottom service in the good category namely 10 people (50%), and those who have lower service in the medium category are as many as 10 people (50%), and class IX students of State Junior High School 12 Seluma who have service under the less category are 0 people (0%), and those who have service under the category of very less are 0 people (0%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of futsal shooting skills in Futsal Gradient Fc Athletes in Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The variable in this research is futsal shooting skill. The subjects in this study were futsal athletes Gradient Fc Bengkulu City, totaling 18 players. The method used is a survey and data collection techniques using tests and measurements. In this study, to see shooting skills with shooting test instruments. The results of the study 0 people or (0%) were in the very high category, 8 people were in the high category, 5 people were in the medium category, 5 people were in the low category, 0 people were in the very low category. So overall the skill level of Shooting Futsal at Gradients Fc Bengkulu is in the "medium" category (9.77).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of rock climbing ability in the speed classic category of wall climbing. The subjects of this research are students who love nature at the Dehasen Bengkulu University. which amounted to 20 students where the fastest time for male students was 11.43 seconds while the fastest time for girls was 14.14 seconds. rock climbing ability in the speed classic category. Dehasen Bengkulu University students, as many as 2 students (10%) had a "very good" category, 5 students (25%) had a "good" category, 8 students (40%) had a "fairly good" category. , 3 students (15%) have a "less" category, and 2 students (10%) have a "very poor" category. The highest frequency was in the "good enough" category, namely 8 students (40%) so it can be concluded that the level of rock climbing ability in the speed classic category of students at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu using the climbing speed test was "good enough". The frequency of exercise which is approximately twice a week is still not enough to improve rock climbing ability in the speed classic category. This is because in training, of course there are programs from trainers that emphasize more on techniques and strategies in climbing without looking at students' abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the perceptions of PJOK teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in junior high schools in Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. This method is a research method used to examine the population and sample. The statistical analysis of the data is quantitative in nature. This research uses a survey method. while the data collection using an online questionnaire. Sampling technique is a sampling technique. Sampling techniques are basically grouped into two, namely probability sampling and non-probability sampling as many as 30 people. From the description of the research results, it can be seen that the Perceptions of PJOK Teachers in Central Bengkulu Regency based on Functional Factors Strongly Agree 6% (1 Teacher), Agree 24% (4 Teachers), Disagree 71% (12 People), Strongly Disagree 0% ( 0 Master). Structural Factors Strongly Agree 100% (17 Teachers), Agree 0% (0 Teachers), Disagree 0% (0 Teachers), Strongly Disagree 0% (0 Teachers).

Abstract

This study aims to improve the passing skills of futsal in students of grade XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 11 of Bengkulu City by applying the variation drill method assisted by audiovisual media. The research subjects were students of grade XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 11 of Bengkulu City. The research instrument was an observation sheet and a test sheet. Observational data analysis technique used qualitative analysis. The test data were analyzed using the formula for the average score and the percentage of classical learning completeness. The calculation results state that in the first cycle through the futsal passing test with an average score of 6.8 with a success rate of 32.14% and the percentage of the class through the observation sheet of 45.24% and in the second cycle through the futsal passing test with the acquisition The average score is 8.4 with a success rate of 85.71% and the percentage of the class through the observation sheet is 87.26%, which means that there is a significant increase in students' passing skills in the learning process. Thus, the application of the variation drill method assisted by audiovisual media in grade XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 11 of Bengkulu City.
