Focus and Scope Jurnal Riset Manajemen dan Bisnis (p-ISSN: 1907-7343; e-ISSN: 2714-7312) adalah jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana yang terbit dua kali setahun (Juli dan Desember). Abstract

This research investigates the influence of institutional factors on wage levels of the production workers in the labor-intensive and capital intensive industries. The institutional factors include the provincial minimum wage and the union law. The data published by BPS is used in this study. This study use regression analysis based on error correction model. The results show that in the labor-intensive industries, the provincial minimum wage significantly influence the wages level of production workers, while in the capital-intensive industries the provincial minimum wage does not have effect. Meanwhile, the enforcement of union laws have no effect on the wages of production workers both in the labor-intensive and capitalintensive industries.Keywords: Minimum Wage, Union Law, Labor and Capital-Intensive Industries.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan melayani, motivasi, kompensasi, iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional pada karyawan Kerupuk Ninda Rasa Kabupaten Klaten. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 40 karyawan Kerupuk Ninda Rasa Kabupaten Klaten. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental/haphazard sampling (pengambilan sesaat). Hasil menunjukan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan servant terhadap variabel perilaku kewargaan organisasional. Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional sementara iklim organisasi tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan melayani, motivasi, kompensasi, iklim organisasi, perilaku kewargaan organisasional ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the serving leadership, motivation, compensation, organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior of the employees of Kerupuk Ninda Rasa, Klaten Regency. The population in the study were 40 employees of Kerupuk Ninda Rasa, Klaten Regency. The sampling technique utilized in this research is accidental/haphazard sampling. The results show that there is no significant effect between the servant leadership variable and the organizational citizenship behavior variable. Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of individual factors, social factors and institutional factors as the antecedent of behavioral intention through beliefs in using the technology of synchronous e-learning, such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Analysis uses structural equation models by using smartPLS software. Results of this research shown the support of 6 out of 7 proposed hypothesis, namely that there is a significant positive relationship between top management commitment and support, references from colleagues and computer self efficacy against perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Keywords: behavioral intention, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, computer self efficacy, synchronous e-learning. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh faktor individual, faktor sosial dan faktor institusional sebagai anteseden behavioral intention melalui kepercayaan-kepercayaan menggunakan teknologi synchronous e-learning, yaitu perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use. Analisis menggunakan model persamaan structural dengan menggunakan software smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdukungnya 6 dari 7 hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara dukungan dan komitmen manajemen puncak, referensi rekan sejawat dan computer self efficacy terhadap perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use.Kata kunci: Niat perilaku, kegunaan yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, efikasi diri komputer, sinkron e-learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of corporate governancet's internal mechanism that ls institutionii o*r"rriip, oi both firm performance and firm capital structure. To the extent, the moderating effect of managerial ownership on the relationship between institutional ownership,-fir* performance and capital structure wilt be examined as well.The sample of this research is drar,vn fro* companies within the big six family,owned business in Indonesia, which are listed at The Jakarta Stock Exchange fro* 1998 until 2005. Using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA),. the result shows that both institutional and managerial ownership fail to demonstrate the direct and moderated effect on both performance and capital structure. These findings suggest that the froil of economic, social and political circumstances create the "short term-focused" toward investment return. Moreover, the slow achiqement of collusion, corruption, and nepotism (KI< I) eradication has resulted in sudden-withdrawal of investor's investment. Hence, the internal control mechanism of corporate governance which is long-term focused and associated with KKI{ eradi cation cannot b e su cc es sfully impl em ent ed.Keywords: Institutional ownership, managerial ownership, performance,capital structure

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice of compensation on employees’ commitment. Primary data have been collected from 53 consultant companies’ employees. Multiple regression is used for testing three hypotheses. The results show that compensation distributive justice and interactional justice have effect on employees’ commitment, while compensation procedural justice show no such effect. Abstract

In General, this research aims to test the mediation of job satisfaction of the relationshipbetween compensation and employee productivity are divided into several formulationproblems. A sample of the object of research used a number of 123 people that come from theproduction field workers at PT BMB export. Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to examine the effect of fintech payment on Student Financial Management Behavior. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students in Bandung Raya Region with 400 students as research samples.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the level of use of fintech payments for students in Bandung Raya Region is in the good category while the behavior of financial management is in the neutral category. In addition, it was found that fintech payment had a positive influence on student financial management behavior in the Bandung Raya Region. Keywords: fintech payment, financial management behavior, student ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji  pengaruh fintech payment terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan Mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada mahasiswa di Wilayah Bandung Raya dengan 400 mahasiswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa tingkat penggunaan fintech payment pada mahasiswa di Wilayah Bandung Raya berada pada kategori baik sedangkan perilaku manajemen keuangan berada pada kategori netral. Abstract

One important objective of investor's short term investment on stockmarket is to obtoin the positive stock abnormal return. In this cose, theexistence of such return will be determined by both the external factors andinternal factors. Studies on Indonesio's stock market shows, the externalfactors qre more influential than those the internal one. On that case, the twoimportant external factors ore primarily political and economic condition,since they are correlated each others. Political and economic stability is veryimportant to mointain a secure and safe investment climate on the stockmarket.This research however, will be focused on political issue to examine itseffect on stock abnormol return especially the issue surround the Indonesia'sgovernment succession in the perio,d of August 2004 until February 2005.Using the method of event study, this research is done on LQ45 stock. Itis also employ the cluster sampling method to define the sample and resultedon 45 stock which was issued on August 2A04 until February 2005. Then thestoclrs are calculated by their actual return, market return, abnormal return,average abnormal return, cumulative averoge abnormal return, and estimatedstandard etror. Finally, this research use Paired Sample T-test to examine thehypothesis. The results shows there are significantly no differences betweenLQ45's stock abnormal return before and after the governmental powerchonges.Keywords: Indonesia new government and stock return.

Abstract

The escalating role of tac in supporting the natianal development compels the Directorate General for Taxation to apply strategies to increase the income from tax. One of those strategies is moderniztng the tmation in order ta ea$ethe tmpqters in payW the tm. Tm rnodernization aims ot improving tm services which ends up in increa.sing the obedience of the tffipmyers.  One of the ffirts employed by the Directorate Generalfor Taxation is escalating the role of information systems in order to fulfill the taxationobedience. Some of those infonnation systems are e-registration, e-SPT, and epment. This pryer discusses the wealmesses of each of these systems based. on the data collection and data analysisfrornvarious resowces.  This paper explains the result of an empirical study into how information systems of taxation influenced the obedience of the taxpayers. The research was carried out in the province of Yogtakana, which covered Bantul, Sleman, and Yogtakarta municipalities. The respondents were those taxpayers of manufactures, trade, and seryice aree$. The research result shows that tax modernization, which included e-registration, e-SPT, and e-poyment, influerced the rate of taxpqlers' obedience.
