During the Covid 19 pandemic, every individual is required to be more creative in carrying out every activity and not make a distance as the reason an activity cannot be carried out. Documentation data, which is usually sent manually by post, will experience difficulties at this time. This research will discuss other ways that can be done to ensure the data exchange process of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between PT. Bank XYZ with partners. The solution that can be implemented is to use the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) method. EDI is an online-based data exchange method. In other words, the method of exchanging data via postal service is not necessary. Based on this research, the EDI method can meet users' needs in terms of exchanging or sending documentary data on the MOU between PT. Bank XYZ with partners. The method used in building this system design is analyzing the running system and designing the system with UML tools. The final result of the validation test of the system design through the FGD method states that the e-approval system application design of the MOU is by the specifications of the functional requirements required by the user.

Irrigation door is a big issue for farmers. The factor that became a hot issue at the irrigation gate was the irresponsible attitude of the irrigation staff regarding the schedule of opening/closing the irrigation door so that it caused the rice fields to becoming dry or submerged. In this research, an automatic prototype system for irrigation system will be designed based on integrating several sensors, including water level sensors, soil moisture sensors, acidity sensors. This sensor output will be displayed on Android-based applications. The integration of communication between devices (Arduino Nano, Arduino Wemos and sensors supporting the irrigation system) is the working principle of this prototype. This device will control via an Android-based application to turn on / off the water pump, to open/close the irrigation door, check soil moisture, soil acidity in real time. The pump will automatically turn on based on the water level. This condition will be active if the water level is below 3cm above ground level. The output value will be displayed on the Android-based application screen and LCD screen. Based on the results of testing and analysis of the prototype that has been done in this research, the irrigation door will open automatically when the soil is dry. This condition occurs if the water level is less than 3 cm. The calibrated Output value, including acidity sensor, soil moisture sensor and water level sensor, will be sent to the server every 5 seconds and forwarded to an Android-based application as an output display.

Indoor Positioning System (IPS) has been widely used in today’s industry for the various purposes of locating people or objects such as inspection, navigation, and security. Many research works have been done to develop the system by using wireless technology such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The techniques that can give some better performances in terms of accuracy have been investigated and developed. In this paper, ZigBee IEEE 802.15.4 wireless communication protocols are used to implement an indoor localization application system. The research is focusing more on analyzing the behaviour of Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) reading under several conditions and locations by applying the Trilateration algorithm for localizing. The conditions are increasing the number of transmitters, experimented in the non-wireless connection room and wireless connection room by comparing the variation of RSSI values. Analysis of the result shows that the accuracy of the system was improved as the number of transmitters was increased.

The concept of sustainable housing has considered the urgency to support the sustainable environment in an integrative way. This concept is related to several main principles include environmental, social, and economic sustainability. In practice, these principles translated into the fundamental of housing choice, both process and product choices. In many peri-urban areas, current house construction tends to imitate city houses with massive concrete structures equipped with air conditioning that caused high energy consumption. The Center for Rural Empowerment team of ITB built a prototype of an eco-friendly house in Haurgombong village, Sumedang, West Java. The house has two floors building on a 7x5 m2 land site. The first floor was renovated from the existing toilet rooms and develop into a two-floor house. The second floor was built using the local wood material. The wood material has been obtaining from the trees of seven years old beechwood (Gmelina Arborea) planted in the garden. The envelope material for this house was constructed from local and common material in rural or peri-urban context, the lightweight fiberglass for the roof of common room, and the transparent fiber materials for the roof of second-floor terrace to make the plantation at this area can easily receive the sunlight. This house is also can be regarded as a prototype of an earthquake-resistant house. The lighting factor, temperature, and airflow settings are made naturally. Besides, this house has also equipped with a rainwater storage system and greywater treatment using a small, constructed wetland that allows the treated water used for watering gardens and fishponds. The budget spent to build this house was as low as possible so that the surrounding community can imitate the building for their house and disseminate eco-friendly housing.

The necessity for mobile communication devices is increased rapidly. Users expect to get very fast information access and data access without delay. The fifth-generation (5G) development in wireless mobile telecommunication technology promises capacity enhancement, ease connectivity, high efficiency, and high data rate transmission. The appropriate device should support this improvement of the technology. The antenna is one of the main devices to support the high data rate transmission. This paper proposed designing a dual-band rectangular patch antenna in 29 GHz and 38 GHz that supports 5G technology. This microstrip antenna is composed of 4 patch array elements to obtain higher gain. The material used for this microstrip antenna is RT Duroid 5880 with a dielectric constant of 2.2 and a thickness of 1.575 mm. Both measurement and simulation are confirmed that the 2×2 array microstrip antenna in 29 GHz and 38 GHz frequency have a return loss value of -12.5 dB and -16 dB, respectively. The bandwidth for both frequencies has a value of 4.5 GHz and 3.75 GHz.

The development of information technology nowadays has become faster, and this makes network security become important. A huge increasing number of computers that are connected makes many gaps in a network. An administrator has an important role in protecting the security of the network. The problem comes when an administrator has human problems such as pain, negligence, and tiredness while needing rapid information when there is an intrusion on the network. This problem can be solved by adding a data traffic detection system known as Intrusion Detection System (IDS). IDS will be connected to Mail Gateway until that administrator can receive notifications such as alerts during an intrusion to the network anytime and anywhere. Snort as one of the network security systems should be developed as a security detection system and network security. A security intrusion prevention system or an Intrusion Prevented System (IPS). The author tries to do analysis and testing on the subjects above to produce a system capable of detecting the intruder in a network that is mobile and also makes it easy for administrators to open data anywhere and anytime using any device.

A pseudo-binary random signal (PRBS) has been widely utilized for system identification in complex signals to develop an experimental approach. PRBS generator is a circuit that generates pseudo-random numbers. This work aims to analyze the best fit value of the PRBS generator with second-order and third-order under-damped black-box RLC circuit of the estimated model. The procedures conducting here can be divided into three parts. First, to design two black boxes using the RLC circuit representing a critically under-damped second-order and third-order system. PRBS generated with maximum-length sequence (MLS) equals 127 bits by using seven shift registers. Second, simulate the PRBS generator using MATLAB software and validate the estimated model from the simulation using the System Identification Tool in MATLAB. Next, connecting hardware RLC circuit and reading input and output signals using an oscilloscope. Finally, 2500 samples of captured data were used for estimation. Then, analyze and compare the best fit of the simulation and experiment with second-order and third-order under-damped black-box RLC circuit. Furthermore, analyze and compare best fit using different sample time. The results showed that the best fit of the second-order model with under-damped black-box RLC circuit was autoregressive with the exogenous term (ARX) 211, where the best fit of the simulation was 99.88%, and the best fit of the experiment was 96.04%. And the results showed that the best fit of the third-order model with an under-damped black-box RLC circuit was ARX 331, where the best fit of the simulation was 99%, and the best fit of the experiment was 94.28%. It was concluded that the best fit value of the second-order was better than the third order. What’s more, the results showed that when the select range is the same, the bigger the sample time, the better the best fit.

The transmission line of electrical energy generated by the power plant is usually located far from the load center to be distributed to the community. The substation is part of a distribution transmission line that acts as a control center and consists of a collection of extra high voltage equipment. Routine maintenance of the power transformer as the main equipment of the substation must be scheduled so that its performance remains reliable. The proposed method of this research is to analyze the condition of the transformer through testing when it is off, to the calculation of the transformer ratio to determine the condition of the transformer windings using the calculation of the formula and measurement of the Raytech Transformer Turn Ration measuring instrument. In this research, the Raytech Transformer Turn Ratio measurement tool is used to determine the ratio of the winding input voltage of 20,000 volts and the output voltage of 400 volts on the power transformer. At a voltage of 40VAC, from the results of the comparisons that have been made, it can be seen that the test results of the Raytech Transformer Turn Ratio measuring instrument, if it crosses the 0.5% tolerance limit, the measurement results on one of the coils change the ratio. If the transformer is not regularly checked, the impact will result in unbalance of voltage on one of the coils. And one of the coils in phase will expand and cause a loss of voltage.

With the abundance of online research platforms, much information presented in PDF files, such as articles and journals, can be obtained easily. In this case, students completing research projects would have many downloaded PDF articles on their laptops. However, identifying the target articles manually within the collection can be tiring as most articles consist of several pages that need to be analyzed. Reading each article to determine if the article relates theme and organizing the articles based on themes is time and energy-consuming. Referring to this problem, a PDF files organizer that implemented a theme identifier is necessary. Thus, work will focus on automatic text classification using the machine learning methods to build a theme identifier employed in the PDF files organizer to classify articles into augmented reality and machine learning. A total of 1000 text documents for both themes were used to build the classification model. Moreover, the pre-preprocessing step for data cleaning and TF-IDF feature extraction for text vectorization and to reduce sparse vectors were performed. 80% of the dataset were used for training, and the remaining were used to validate the trained models. The classification models proposed in this work are Linear SVM and Multinomial Naïve Bayes. The accuracy of the models was evaluated using a confusion matrix. For the Linear SVM model, grid-search optimization was performed to determine the optimal value of the Cost parameter.
