Abstract The diversity of patterns of prophetic awareness automatically shapes each different character, as well as organizational arrangements and strategies must also vary. Here, research on prophetic awareness in the management of the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement's cadre organization Sunan Giri Ponorogo Commissariat for 2018-2019 becomes significant to study. This study tries to describe management and cadre strategies in an effort to foster prophetic awareness of the cadres of the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement Commissariat Sunan Giri Ponorogo. To obtain the necessary data, interview, observation and documentation methods were used, while the subjects of this study were the commissariat management, including the chairman of the commissariat, secretary, deputy chairman of the organization and cadre. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is that the form of cadre management in PMII classifies there are three types, namely formal, non-formal and informal cadres. There are three aspects that must be emphasized in an effort to always foster prophetic awareness for cadres, namely the transcendent aspect, humanism, and liberation. The efforts made in order to foster prophetic awareness include: providing facilitation in the form of intense discussion rooms, conducting training/schools on a scale carrying out the yasinan routine every Friday night, habituation of congregational prayers. The obstacles include; many negative influences that lower the morale of the cadres. lack of organizational awareness in cadres c) lack of istiqomah cadres in carrying out the practice of Ubuddiyah. Solutions that can be sought are several approaches such as a structural approach, an emotional approach, and a personal approach. Abstrak Kemiskinan adalah fenomena yang bukan saja terjadi di sebagian besar negara-negara berkembang di dunia. Kemiskinan telah menjadi fenomena sosial yang selalu berkembang dan menjadi masalah multidimensional yang melibatkan berbagai aspek kehidupan. Pembangunan ekonomi merupakan upaya yang dilakukan negara untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Berbagai upaya pemerintah juga sudah banyak dilakukan pelatihan untuk menunjang perekonomian masyarakat agar bisa mengembangkan usaha dan agar bisa menjadikan masyarakat lebih mandiri. Selain program yang dilakukan pemerintah masyarakat pun ikut andil dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Seperti halnya di desa Serangan Kecamatan Sukorejo menyelenggarakan Pelatihan Ketrampilan Pembuatan Kue dan Keripik untuk memberdayakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengambil fokus pada pelaksanaan pemberdayaan pelatihan ketrampilan pembuatan kue dan keripik di jama’ah Fatayat-Muslimat NU Desa Serangan Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Ponorogo dan efektifitas pelatihan dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan di Desa Serangan Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Ponorogo.Jenis penelitian deskriptifkualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan penulis menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan ketrampilan bagi jama’ah Fatayat-Muslimat Desa Serangan Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan tujuan utama menanggulangi kemiskinan dengan meningkatkan produktivitas usaha anggota jama’ah telah terlaksana dengan baik. Selain itu efektivitas pelatihan pemberdayaan dan pengembangan dakwah islam di jama’ah Fatayat Muslimat telah berjalan baik dalam upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan. Dengan adanya pelatihan ketrampilan pembuatan kue dan keripik berdampak pada meningkatnya produktivitas, pendapatan dan sumber daya manusia sehingga dapat meningkatkan tarap hidup anggota jama’ah serta mempermudah pengembangan dakwah islam pada jama’ah Fatayat-Muslimat Desa Serangan Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Ponorogo. Poverty has become a social phenomenon that is always growing and becomes a multidimensional problem that involves various aspects of life. Economic development is an effort made by the state to improve the welfare of the people throughout Indonesia. Various government efforts have also carried out many trainings to support the community's economy so that they can develop businesses and make people more independent. In addition to programs carried out by the government, the community also takes part in economic development. As is the case in Serangan village, Sukorejo sub-district, the Cake and Chips Making Skills Training is held to empower the community. This study focuses on the implementation of empowerment training in cake and chip making skills in the Fatayat-Muslimat NU congregation, Serangan Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency and the effectiveness of training in poverty alleviation in Serangan Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used by researchers in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that the implementation of skills training for the Fatayat-Muslimat congregation in Serangan Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency with the main objective of reducing poverty by increasing the business productivity of members of the congregation has been carried out well. In addition, the effectiveness of empowerment training and development of Islamic da'wah in the Fatayat Muslimat congregation has been going well in efforts to reduce poverty. With the training of cake and chip making skills, it has an impact on increasing productivity, income and human resources so that it can improve the standard of living of members of the congregation and facilitate the development of Islamic da'wah in the Fatayat-Muslimat congregation, Serangan Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. Pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi merupakan masalah pelik bagi sebagian orang khususnya bagi orang yang tidak mempunyai penghasilan tetap. Sedangkan sandang, pangan, papan yang merupakan kebutuhan primer manusia harus terpenuhi dengan jalan apapun. Di era globalisasi seperti saat ini dimana persaingan untuk memperoleh pekerjaan semakin ketat, jalan keluar yang paling tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi adalah berwirausaha untuk menuju kemandirian. masyarakat pada umumnya tidak mempunyai keberanian untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan sendiri karena khawatir akan mengalami kerugian yang di sebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan dalam menejemen suatu usaha. Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama Ponorogo melalui badan otonomnya “Lembaga Perekonomian Nahdlatul Ulama” mencoba memberdayakan umat maupun organisasi dengan membuka usaha bersama dengan cara reksadana saham. Pt. Karya sembilan bintang ponorogo merupakan realisir dari usaha tersebut. sebuah kewirausahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan umum dengan sub usahanya penjualan barang secara ritel dan grosir “Bintang swalayan” milik warga Nahdliyin kabupaten ponorogo. Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Lembaga Perekonomian Nahdlatul Ulama Ponorogo memberdayakan warga dan organisasi melalui usaha bersama dengan model investasi saham, dan menggambarkan bagaimana keberhasilan lembaga tersebut dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat melalui usaha bersama . Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kulitatif, dimana prosedur penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif kata-kata tertulis atau lisan orang-orang yang diamati Berdasarkan hasil temuan- temuan dan analisis peneliti, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Lembaga Perekonomian Nahdlatul Ulama Ponorogo belum berhasil memberdayakan ekonomi warga Nahdlliyin di kabupaten ponorogo, dengan beberapa tahap dan tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat menurut para ahli belum bisa tercapai. Meanwhile, clothing, food, shelter which are primary human needs must be met in any way. In the current era of globalization where competition for jobs is getting tougher, the most appropriate way out to overcome economic problems is entrepreneurship towards independence. people in general do not have the courage to open their own jobs for fear of experiencing losses caused by lack of knowledge in the management of a business. The Ponorogo Nahdlatul Ulama Branch Management through its autonomous body “Nahdlatul Ulama Economic Institution” tries to empower people and organizations by opening a joint business by means of a stock mutual fund. Pt. The work of the nine Bintang Ponorogo is the realization of this effort. an entrepreneur engaged in general trading with a sub-business of selling goods in retail and wholesale, "Star self-service" owned by a resident of Nahdliyin, Ponorogo district. The problem of this research is how the Nahdlatul Ulama Ponorogo Economic Institute empowers citizens and organizations through joint ventures with a stock investment model, and describes how the institution's success in empowering the people's economy through joint efforts. The approach used in this study is qualitative, where the research procedure produces descriptive data written or spoken by the people being observed. Nahdlliyin in ponorogo district, with several stages and objectives of community empowerment according to experts, has not been achieved. ABSTRAK Kehidupan sosial masyarakat,masyarakat saat ini sudah sangat memprihatinkan nilai-nilai dan norma-norma agama sudah mulai bergeser diterpa oleh kebudayaan-kebudayaan baru yang semakin mengikis norma-norma agama, dengan diadakanya kegiatan khotmil qur’an untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai agama dan untuk mendekatkan diri pada Allah Swt. Penelitian di atas Khotmil Qur’an Sebagai Strategi Dakwah Di Desa Sedah Jenangan Ponorogo dengan mengambil rumusan masalah: Bagaimana pelaksanaan dan keberlangsungan jama’ah tersebut/Khotmil Qur’an Masjid Mujahidin dan Bagaimana Integrasi social yang terbentuk dalam jama’ah Khotmil Qur’an di Masjid Mujahidin Gundi Sedah Jenangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatanan conten analisis, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi dokumenter, dimana peneliti memiliki tiga tahapan pengelolaan data yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an di Desa Sedah telah berkembang sampai saat ini bahkan sampai keluar Desa Sedah dan masyarakat semakin menerima jamaah khotmil qur’an Masjid Mujahidin sebagai sarana untuk hajatan baik untuk tawasul,kirim do’a pada leluhur yang sudah meninggal,dan untuk hajatan pernikahan dan untuk hajatan aqiqoh,sepasaran bayi. Adapun pelaksanaan khotmil qur’an di Masjid,Musola dan Rumah warga masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Khotmil Qur’an, Strategi Dakwah ABSTRACT The social life of society, society today is very concerned about religious values and norms, which have begun to shift in the face of new cultures that are increasingly eroding religious norms, by holding khotmil qur'an activities to maintain religious values and to draw closer to Allah swt. The research on Khotmil Qur'an as a Da'wah Strategy in Sedah Jenangan Village, Ponorogo by taking the formulation of the problem: How is the implementation and sustainability of the congregation/Khotmil Qur'an at the Mujahideen Mosque and how is the social integration formed in the Khotmil Qur'an congregation in Gundi Sedah Jenangan Mujahideen Mosque. This study uses a content analysis approach, this type of research is library research. The data collection technique used a documentary study technique, where the researcher had three stages of data management, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study are as follows. The implementation of the Khotmil Qur'an activities in Sedah Village has grown to this day even out of Sedah Village and the community is increasingly accepting of the khotmil qur'an congregation of the Mujahideen Mosque as a means for celebrations both for tawasul, sending prayers to deceased ancestors, and for wedding celebrations and for aqiqah celebrations, baby market. Abstrak Tradisi pertanian di Indonesia selalu menjamin dan melindungi keberlangsungan alam sebagai sumber kehidupan, demi mewujudkan dua hal sekaligus, yakni kedaulatan pangan dan kelestarian alam. Harapannya, pertanian pada umumnya dan pertanian di pedesaan pada khususnya dipercaya telah memenuhi segala aspek kebutuhan hidup. Setiap masyarakat mempunyai peran penting dalam kehidupannya sebagai masyarakat social. Interaksi menjadi keharusan yang selalu dilakukan dalam kehidupan. Interaksi social sebagai media bagi masyarakat untuk saling bertukar pengalaman. Mengetahui dan memahami dengan masyarakat lainnya, tentu tujuannya adalah untuk melakukan komunikasi social yang saling memberikan kemanfaatan. Berdasarkan pemaparan dari hasil penelitian diatas yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti mengenai upaya Kelompok Tani Sido Mulyo dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pertanian hortikultura di dukuh ngelo desa pudak wetan kecamatan pudak kabupaten Ponorogo. Kelompok Tani Sido Mulyo dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan pertanian hortikultura khususnya sayuran yaitu : wortel, kubis dan bawang merah. Dalam pertanian sayur terdapat beberapa hal yang dilakukan yaitu, pengembangan sumber daya alam, pengembangan alat pertanian, dan pendampingan para petani. Kata kunci : Kelompok tani, Ekonomi, sosial. Abstract The agricultural tradition in Indonesia has always guaranteed and protected the sustainability of nature as a source of life, in order to realize two things at once, namely food sovereignty and natural preservation. It is hoped that agriculture in general and rural agriculture in particular are believed to have fulfilled all aspects of life's needs. Every society has an important role in its life as a social society. Interaction is a must that is always done in life. Social interaction as a medium for people to exchange experiences. Knowing and understanding with other people, of course the goal is to carry out social communication that provides mutual benefits. Based on the explanation of the results of the above research that has been carried out by researchers regarding the efforts of the Sido Mulyo Farmer Group in improving the economic welfare of the community through horticultural agriculture in Ngelo Hamlet, Pudak Wetan Village, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. The Sido Mulyo Farmer's Group in improving the economic welfare of the community in empowering horticultural agriculture, especially vegetables, namely: carrots, cabbage and shallots. In vegetable farming there are several things that are done, namely, the development of natural resources, the development of agricultural tools, and assistance to farmers. Abstrak Menutup aurat bagi seorang muslimah adalah kewajiban, Pakaian adalah salah satu kebutuhan dasar/ hidup manusia melalui pakaian simbol-simbol budaya manual. Hijab bagian dari pakaian, hijab awalnya merupakan sebuah kewajiban agama namun kini terjadi pergeseran makna dan memandang hijab. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah hijab ditinjau dari prespektif dakwah, khususnya pandangan mahasiswi INSURI Ponorogo terhadap hijab. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi.dari penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa tren hijab memang dirsa karena pengarus dari salah satu tokoh. Selain itu juga karena memang menjadi kewajiban oleh setiap muslim. Pengaruh dari tokoh ini yang lebih mendominasi dari adanya hijab. Hal ini disebutkan karena ingin meniru gaya tokoh tersebut. From the research conducted, the hijab trend is indeed felt because of the influence of one of the characters. In addition, because it is an obligation by every Muslim. Abstract Islam is da’wah. The meaning religion always encourage followers to always do da’wah actively, even back and forth Muslim are highly dependent and closely related to the activities of da’wah that he did. Cause the holy Qur’an says the activity da’wah with Ahsanu Qaula. With the other word can we conclude by da’wah is potition in the hall and happiness to the best Moslim religion. This article report from research, with some problem : How to doing da’wah at the Sendang Drajat Islamic Boarding School Jambon Ponorogo 2017?, What the method to make da’wah at the Sendang Drajat Islamic Boarding School Jambon Ponorogo 2017?, How to implement da’wah Mauhidzah Hasanah to guidance of santri morality at Sendang Drajat Islamic Boarding School 2017?. This research doing according kualitatif at education of religious, with procedure data collection by tecnic observer, interview, and documentation. Data in collection concerned with problematic teacher in process studying is dianalysis with descriptive kualitative to use concept is given from Miles and Huberman as data reduction, data presentation, anf conclution. Grounded of analysis data providable conclution : Implement da’wah at the Sendang Drajat Islamic Boarding School Jambon Ponorogo covers some institution social, Islamic boarding school has played an important role in several countries. In carrying out moral character of santri Sendang Drajat Islamic Boarding School, the boarder of the lodge use method al-mauhidzah hasanah because having searched the Mau’idzah Hasanah is contains a word into heart with loving full and into feeling with full of tenderness, don’t dismantle or expose the faults of others because of the gentle weakness in advising always can to melt a hard heart and tame a wild heart. Method is often to use mauhidzah hasanah with purpose to give advice with tenderness. This hope santri can accept advices from father in the boarding. The step for to implementation method da’wah mauhidzah hasanah to guidance character santri at Islamic Boarding School calling santri problem and giving a punishment to not repeat the false again. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian strategi dakwah islam jama’ah pengajian rutin setiap malam sabtu kliwon Dusun Kresek Desa Pandak untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi dakwah para da’i khususnya dan para pengurus jama’ah yang dituntut menyesuaikan keadaan masyarakat yang semakin berkembang, rumusan masalah penelitian sebagai berikut : Apa strategi yang digunakan jama’ah pengajian rutin malam sabtu kliwon untuk menyebarkan agama Islam di Dusun Kresek Desa Pandak. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis dengan dengan melakukan observasi partisipan dan wawancara sebagai metode dalam pengumpulan data. Sedangkan metode kualitatif diskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik sumber data langsung, deskriptif bersifat triangulation yaitu teknik pemeriksaan data dengan memanfaatkan sesuatu yang lain sebagai perbandingan diluar data yang ditemukan, pengambialan subyek di Dusun Kresek Desa Pandak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah strategi dakwah jama’ah pengajian rutin setiap malam sabtu kliwon Dusun Kresek Desa Pandak dalam mensyi’arka Islam yang dituntut untuk menyesuaikan dengan faktor keberagaman masyarakat dan perkembangan Zaman yang semakin maju, baik dari segi politik, ekonomi, pendidikan, budaya dan sebagainya, mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap kelancaran proses Dakwah Islam. Mulai dari subyek dakwah, obyek dakwah, materi, metode, dan media dakwah harus menggunakan strategi yang benar-benar sesuai keadaan masyarat sekarang. Kata Kunci : Dakwah Islam, Jama’ah Pengajian, Rutinan Abstract The purpose of the research on Islamic da'wah strategies for the congregation's regular recitation every Saturday night, Kliwon Kresek, Pandak Village, is to find out how the da'i strategy of the da'i in particular and the congregation's administrators are required to adapt to the growing conditions of society, the formulation of the research problem is as follows: What is the strategy used by the congregation for the regular Saturday night recitation of Kliwon to spread Islam in the Kresek Hamlet, Pandak Village. In this study, the authors used a sociological approach by conducting participant observation and interviews as a method of data collection. While descriptive qualitative methods are used to determine the characteristics of direct data sources, descriptive triangulation is a technique of examining data by utilizing something else as a comparison outside of the data found, taking subjects in Dusun Kresek, Pandak Village. The conclusion of this research is the strategy of preaching the congregation's regular recitation every Saturday night, Kliwon Dusun Kresek, Pandak Village in mensyi'arka Islam which is required to adapt to the diversity factor of society and the development of an increasingly advanced era, both in terms of politics, economy, education, culture. and so on, have a very large influence on the smooth process of Islamic Da'wah. Starting from the subject of da'wah, the object of da'wah, materials, methods, and media of da'wah must use a strategy that really fits the current state of society. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian nilai dakwah dalam tradisi maulid nabi jama’ah masjid al huda untuk mengetahui bagaiman pelaksanaan tradisi maulid nabi dan nilai dakwah apa saja yang terkandung di dalam tradisi tersebut, ta’mir masjid yang bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan mauid nabi tersebut harus mengetahui bagaiman alatar belakang jama’ah masjid al huda, agar pelaksanaan maulid nabi tudak hanya sekedar agenda tahunan bagi mereka. Melalui hal itu pelaksanaan maulid nabi lebih mengesankan dan mempunyai kesan baik pada jam’ah masjid al huda, hal ini tentunya adanyaa nilai yang terkandung didalamnya Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis dengan melakukan observasi partisipisan dan wawancara sebagai metode utama pengumpulan datanya. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan kualitatif diskriptif yang memiliki karakteristik sumber data langsung, deskriptif .bersifat triangulation yaitu teknik pemeriksaan data dengan memanfaatkan sesuatu yang lain sebagai pembanding diluar data yang ditemukan, pengambilan subjek di lingkungan jama’ah masjid al huda.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Latar belakang pendidikan dan minimnya wadah informasi pada waktu itu yang membuat para jama’ah kurang memahami atau memaknai dengan baik maulid nabi sebenarya. melalui hal hal yang kecil dalam pelaksanaan maulid nabi di lingkungan masjid al huda membuat jamaah lebih mengambil nilai di dalamnya, kesederhanaan ambengan (makanan) misalnya. Dan melalui susunan acara maulid nabi ini pula jamaah masjid al huda dapat mengambil nilai dakwah yang kemudian dapat di aplikasikan dalam kehidupan nyata. Nilai dakwah tersebut antara lain nilai keagamaan, nilai pengetahuan, nilai solidaritas, nilai ekonomi dan nilai kesenian. The custom of prohibiting marriage after marriage has become its own dynamic, especially for the current generation. However, the ban on the customary marriage after marriage can still be implemented with several efforts and alternatives that are in accordance with applicable customs. This is the background of this research. The purpose of this study is to find out the rationalization/reasons of the people of Duri Village in carrying out the tradition of marriage after marriage, to describe the practice of marriage after marriage in Duri Village, Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency, to analyze the strategy in carrying out the marriage after marriage, and to be able to carry out the marriage without any obstacles. Data collection techniques in this study by interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions / verification. The results of this study indicate that the prohibition of late marriage in Duri Village is still firmly held by the community. However, the practice of marriage after marriage is carried out in the presence of ruwatan. As a negotiation strategy regarding the existence of marriages, the community held a ruwatan to find children, there was no female guardian, there was no term besanan.
