Abstract

Being a businessman is not easy, and does not happen by itself, it takes study and practice hard. In fact, it takes an environment and a mentor. Seeing this situation, as a lecturer is obliged to convey knowledge and foster the surrounding community, in order to improve intelligence and standard of living, one of which is through the implementation of entrepreneurship training. Explicitly, this activity aims to increase public knowledge and enthusiasm for business interests, so that life problems can be overcome. The scientific effort made is using a qualitative approach. Namely providing business training through methods of sharing knowledge, sharing business experiences, and business practices. Participants are the community in the Reni Jaya Rt. 009/014 Pondok Benda Pamulang. Descriptively, the results of the activity showed that the participants were enthusiastic about learning entrepreneurship. In addition, sharing business experiences can spark participants' enthusiasm for a business.

Abstract

The best of humans is beneficial to others. Trying to contribute to their abilities, both in the field of knowledge, energy, or material. This information is attached to an educator. As knowledgeable people, educators are required to educate and advance community life. Therefore, service activities are carried out, as evidence of the contribution of educators. Realistically, this activity is carried out using qualitative techniques. The service is carried out by direct interaction through discussion and practice. Participants in the activity were residents of the Reni Jaya housing complex, especially teenagers. Based on the results of the activity, a conclusion can be drawn, in general the participants are interested in entrepreneurship, but limited knowledge, experience, and costs become obstacles.

Abstract

When a person becomes an adult, then in fact he has become a person who is independent of himself. So the consequence of being an adult is, to live life with the sweat. Therefore, preparation is needed to become an independent life, one of which is to have survival skills, namely doing business. This service activity is carried out as a concern for the life of the surrounding community, especially teenagers, to provide information and expertise that can be useful for their lives in the future. This service activity contains learning activities, training and entrepreneurial practice, thus helping teenagers understand the basic concepts of establishing a business. This activity was carried out in Pamulang District (South Tangerang), and the participants in the activity were teenagers in the Reni Jaya housing estate. The activity was carried out for three days, with an agenda of learning theory, learning practice, and sharing experiences from business actors. Obviously, this activity creates enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, this can be seen in the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in activities, asking lots of questions, and being careful in participating in activities. In addition, this activity can increase the knowledge, knowledge, and interest of young people in establishing a business as a way to live their lives in the future.

Abstract

Life requires the ability to survive, one of which is the cultivation of fish and vegetables. Maybe for some people, this is considered not very important. However, this small thing in difficult circumstances such as a pandemic, can be an option in maintaining survival. The harsh dynamics of life, guide each of us, can maximize our potential, including fish farming and farming. This service activity is carried out as a form of knowledge sharing and training to the community, that there are many things that can be done to meet the economic needs of the family. This activity was held in Pamulang District (South Tangerang) for three days. The activity method is carried out by means of discussion and practice. What can be stated from the results of this service activity is that training in fish and vegetable cultivation has received a positive response from the community. Especially during the pandemic, participants realized that there was a lot of free time that needed to be filled with useful activities, so this training opened public knowledge and awareness that fish and vegetable farming can be done at home and become an alternative to fulfill their daily needs.

Abstract

Waste waste is one of the most crucial environmental problems, but some people have been able to take advantage of this as household income. Among other things, waste is processed into fertilizer, processed into magot feed, and some types of waste with higher economic value can be sold directly (iron, paper, plastic). Due to the attractiveness of the use of this waste, especially in it there is economic value, it is fitting that waste be managed with management science. This is intended so that all waste management activities can be recorded, and important information is obtained about the revenue from waste management, so that management activities and their income can be better controlled. This activity is carried out at the Pamulang landfill, which can accommodate between 1 ton and 2 tonnes of waste every day. Based on the results of the activity, it was known that this knowledge-sharing activity was very well responded to by the participants, and even the participants felt happy because they had been given knowledge, which was directly related to their activities, especially in generating income.

Abstract

Taking part in community development is not as easy as turning your palms. This is also the case with raising youth awareness to participate in this development. Therefore, efforts are needed to awaken, motivate and guide youth in order to increase their capacity to play an active role in community development. Based on these conditions, it is an obligation for a lecturer to convey his knowledge and foster the community, especially youth, to increase their capacity through organizing youth capacity building training and organizational management. This activity explicitly aims to increase knowledge, skills and community enthusiasm for the benefit of the organization, so that organizational problems can be resolved. Scientific efforts made using a qualitative approach. Namely, providing individual capacity building training through knowledge sharing methods, sharing organizational experiences, and organizational skills practice. Participants are members of Bina Youth Rw 02 Pondok Benda Pamulang. The results of this activity indicated that the participants were very enthusiastic in studying capacity building and organizational management. This is because sharing organizational experiences can trigger enthusiasm and awareness of participants in organizing.

Abstract

The difficulty in the pandemic period, forcing all humans to improve the ability to survive, is no exception in the business sector. Not a few small and medium businesses have gone out of business due to the Covid 19 outbreak. This needs to be addressed wisely and intelligently, one of which is by utilizing online sales on the digital market or known as the Market place. Facts show, since the pandemic, online sales trends are more popular, because activity restrictions are enforced. Of course, this is an opportunity that can be used to overcome the problem of declining direct sales. This activity is intended to provide skills training to participants in community service activities, namely upper-level students, to be able to use the digital market as a basis for selling products in the era of globalization. This activity is carried out using the method of material explanation, practice, and discussion. Explicitly, this activity increases participants' knowledge and makes them aware of the opportunities to sell digitally, by utilizing the marketplace.

Abstract

In simple terms, the principle of trading is to work for yourself. While the basic principle of doing business is to involve many parties in trading to achieve a bigger goal. Theoretically, being an entrepreneur is very difficult, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. Due to the fact, many business actors appear throughout the year. Therefore, it takes effort to learn to be an entrepreneur or businessman. For this reason, this service activity was carried out. The purpose of community service activities is to share knowledge, so that people can increase their capacity as entrepreneurs by optimizing their talents. The method of this activity is the presentation of material packaged in the form of learning. The end of this activity is to motivate the participants to dare to do business, starting with the most possible and minimal risk, for example becoming an agent, reseller, dropshipper, and so on. In addition, the participants were also given training on using the Market place, a place to sell digitally without capital. At the same time, teach how to become an agent or reseller at big stores. So that the participants get direct experience of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Saving is a simple act that is difficult to do, therefore there needs to be habituation from an early age, and the support of many parties. The thing that must be realized in saving is the long-term benefits, for example it is useful for the cost of education, health, business capital, old age life, and so on. The most important thing from the culture of saving is to form a caring attitude towards excessive life, especially in terms of consumption. This activity aims to increase public knowledge about the benefits of saving for future life. The dynamics of life often give birth to many problems and need money as a solution, by saving these things can be overcome. This community service activity is carried out with educational methods and games. The result of this activity is to motivate the participants to be able to put aside the money given by their parents and not to overspend it. So that two attitudes are built at once, namely diligent saving and not consumptive.

Abstract

Being a trader is not easy, let alone being an entrepreneur, is very difficult. Indeed, the ability to trade or do business is one of the life skills that must be possessed. The reason is, business competence is one of two life skills, therefore each of us must learn it. This community service activity is carried out as one of the contributions of the academic world to people's lives. In principle, this activity is one of the real forms of theory learned during college. The method used in service activities is education and discussion. In the education section, an explanation is given about how to be a creative and innovative person, so that they can become a reliable entrepreneur or trader. Meanwhile, at the discussion stage, experiences from business actors were presented. The end of this activity is to motivate the participants to be able to explore their interests and talents, as well as seek insight into entrepreneurship by looking at business activities that exist in the Community.
