<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin, Pelatihan dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja PNS di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif assosiatif atau korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 69 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Disiplin, Pelatihan, dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Banten.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the commitment and work environment will affect the engagement of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational employees. The research method used in this research is explanatory research. The use of this method is because the researcher does not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intends to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Data collection is obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational High School. Methods Analysis of the data used is the Multiple Regression Analysis, where data is processed with the help of SPSS. The results of testing the data using the regression equation showed the results of a positive and significant effect of commitment to engagement variables with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05, while the work environment was not significant with a value of 0.563.Keywords: Commitment, work environment, employee engagement.]]>

<![CDATA[  This writing is aimed at describing the relationship between work and loyalty environment with the motivation of employees ' work at PT. Blessing of the people of Tasikmalaya, either individually or together.  Writing this poured from research method with the survey method. Where the research respondents are employees of PT. The people of mind Tasikmalaya as many as 30 employees, from 30 employees were elected based on the census technique. The instrument used is a poll.   The results of this study found that: firstly, there is a positive relationship between the working environment with the motivation of employee work PT. Blessing of People's mind Tasikmalaya. That means the better the working environment where an employee works, the higher the motivation of the employee's work. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between loyalty with the motivation of employees work PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial ownership structure and earnings management on firm value in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The method used in this study is the census method. The population studied was 32 companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The data collected were secondary data. Analysis of the data in this study used path analysis using SPSS V. 24. The results showed that the ownership structure and earnings management, simultaneously, had a significant effect on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The ownership structure, partially, has no significant effect on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Earnings management, partially, has a significant effect on the firm value of the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Exchange Indonesian Securities in 2014, and ownership structure does not significantly influence earnings management in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Keywords: ownership structure, earnings management, company value]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup dan kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian iPhone di Kota Langsa. Populasi pada penelitian adalah konsumen iPhone di Kota Langsa dengan jumlah tidak diketahui secara pasti dan tehnik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 96 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F serta uji koefisien deteminasi (R2). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa gaya hidup dan kelompok referensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian iPhone di Kota Langsa. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial bauran pemasaran terhadap volume penjualan pada home industry kerajinan tas Mandiri Olshop Rajapolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 100 orang konsumen kerajinan tas Mandiri Olshop Rajapolah. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk, harga, saluran distribusi, dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan pada Mandiri Olshop Rajapolah. Produk secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Harga secara pasial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Saluran distribusi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. <![CDATA[Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Product Design and Price on Purchasing Decisions of Yamaha NMax Motorbikes at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. Primary data sources were obtained from distributing questionnaires.The results showed the Product Design, Price and Purchasing Decisions of the Yamaha NMax in the Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya as a whole were in the good category. Product design and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to buy a Yamaha NMAX at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. Product design partially has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Yamaha NMAX at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. <![CDATA[AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan variabel biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dalam meningkatkan volume produksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara dengan pemilik perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan data berkala dengan skala bulanan yaitu 36 bulan. Apa yang diteliti oleh penulis terdiri dari satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat maka alat analisis yang paling tepat adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana diketahui bahwa biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap volume produksi. Hali ini juga dapat dilihat dari data perusahaan bahwa setiap kenaikan pada biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku maka volume produksi juga mengalami peningkatan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara variabel biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dalam meningkatkan volume produksi.Kata kunci: Biaya pengendalian persediaan bahan baku, volume produksiAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between the cost of controlling raw material inventory variables in increasing production volume. The research method used is a qualitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach on a monthly scale, namely 36 months. What the writer examines consists of one independent variable and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is simple linear regression. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the cost of controlling raw material inventories has a significant effect on production volume. This can also be seen from company data that each increase in the cost of controlling raw material inventories, the production volume also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very close relationship between the variable costs of controlling raw material inventories in increasing production volume.Keywords: Cost of controlling raw material inventory, production volume ]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT.The purpose of this research is to know the description of cash turnover, inventory turnover and profitability in cosmetic subsector companies and household needs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2014 to 2019. This study uses quatitative research methods with an assosiative descriptive approach with a causal form of relation-ship. This research uses nonprobability sampling techniques with secondary data types and collection techniques in form of literature research. The data analysis design is used classic assumption test, multiple regression analyses. Based on the result of the study, it is known that the variabel cash turnover partially affects profitability. Partial inventory turnover variables have no effect on profitability, and simultaneously cash turnover and inventory turn-over have a significant impact on profitability. Improving profitability at the company can be done in a variety of ways, including by means, the company can manage its cash turnover as best it can and manage its inventory turnover as wisely as possible. Thus if the company can manage its cash and inventory as best as possible, then the company can get high profitability.Keywords: Cash Turnover, Inventory Turnover and ProfitabilityABSTRAK.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perputaran kas, perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan subsektor kosmetik dan keperluan rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif dengan bentuk hubungan kausal. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling Nonprobability Sampling dengan jenis data bersifat sekunder dan teknik pengumpulannya berupa penelitian kepustakaan. Rancangan analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa variabel perputaran kas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Variabel perputaran persediaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, dan secara simultan perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Meningkatkan profitabilitas pada perusahaan bisa dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, diantaranya dengan cara perusahaan dapat mengelola perputaran kas nya dengan sebaik mungkin dan mengelola perputaran persediannya nya dengan sebijak mungkin. Dengan demikian jika perusahaan dapat melakukan pengelolaan kas dan persediaannya dengan sebaik mungkin, maka perusahaan bisa mendapatkan profitabilitas yang tinggi.Kata kunci: Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Persediaan, Profitabilitas]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kesadaran wajib pajak, pelayanan fiskus mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Pengukuran Sampel menggunakan insidental sampling, jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 101 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Variabel kesadaran wajib pajak secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Tasikmalaya. Variabel pelayanan fiskus secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Tasikmalaya dan secara simultan kesadaran wajib pajak dan pelayanan fiskus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Tasikmalaya. Kata Kunci: Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Pelayanan Fiskus Dan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi ABSTRACT.The purpose of this research is to find out whether taxpayer awareness, fission services have a significant influence on Personal Person Taxpayer Compliance both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Office of Tax Service Pratama Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a descriptive and associative analysis method with a survey approach. Sample Measurement using incidental sampling, the number of samples taken as many as 101 respondents. The data collection technique in this study is to spread questionnaires. Analysis techniques use Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it is known that the variable of taxpayer awareness has no significant effect on the taxpayer compliance of private persons in KPP Pratama Tasikmalaya. Fiskus service variables partially affect the taxpayer compliance of private persons in KPP Pratama Tasikmalaya and simultaneously taxpayer awareness and fiskus services have a significant impact on the taxpayer compliance of private persons in KPP Pratama Tasikmalaya. Keywords: Taxpayer Awareness, Fissist Services And Personal Taxpayer Compliance.]]>
