Abstract

The North Sumatra Regional Development Planning Agency is a government agency or agency that aims to coordinate development in the North Sumatra region. This study was conducted by the Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDASU) of North Sumatra. This study uses qualitative research methods with exploratory research types with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Abstract

Research with the title “Productive Infaq Management System for Micro-enterprises at BAZNAS Deli Serdang”, aims to find out how the management of productive infaq at BAZNAS Deli Serdang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method which is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative analysis of the data obtained from the field, either in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study inform that productive infaq managed by BAZNAS Deli Serdang Regency uses a loan system and will be returned with mutually agreed terms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the water demand in 2021 in the drainage area of ​​PDAM Tirtanadi, Cemara Branch, Medan City, to determine the quality of services provided by PDAM Tirtanadi Cemara Branch, Medan City in meeting water needs for customer satisfaction. In this study, the author uses descriptive research with qualitative data types, because this research seeks to explain a fact or reality of certain social phenomena as they are and provide a subjective picture of the circumstances or problems that may be encountered. This is in accordance with the type of research that is intended to provide an overview of the clean water network system and service quality of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirtanadi, Cemara Branch, Medan City. PDAM Tirtanadi produces water for the spruce area of ​​215,878,752 m, and PDAM Tirtanadi, Cemara Branch distributes water of 82,050,000 m, with a total water loss of 75,949,349 m. Based on this data, the water balance of PDAM Tirtanadi, Cemara Branch, Medan City experienced a surplus, which means that the PDAM is able to meet water needs in the Cemara area.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the profit optimization model in AN-NISA Koya company by using linear programming method simplex whether there is a difference between before and after using linear programming simplex method. The main raw materials used by the company are rice and granulated sugar. The study used interview data collection techniques, library studies, and observations. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The method used in this study is the linear programming simplex method which is calculated manually and with the help of POM-QM software. Based on the results of research, it is known that with the linear programming simplex method using the helped of POM-QM software the company can optimize profits. And from comparative analysis, there is a difference between the results of data before using linear programming method simplex and after using linear programming method simplex.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused Indonesia's economy to deteriorate since 2020. To deal with the economic crisis due to the impact of the pandemic, every UMKM need to know their competitive advantage. Competitive advantage is used by companies to compete with each other by managing their resources and capabilities. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using VRIO (Value, Rarity, Imitability, and Organization) analysis techniques. The purpose of this research is to find out the internal condition of a company, in this case it is UMKM Bintang Mahkota Convection in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that Bintang Mahkota Konveksi has internal resources in the form of tangible and intangible companies. UMKM Bintang Mahkota Konveksi can maintain and develop its resources and capabilities in the form of modern technology, strategic business locations, extensive warehouses, strong relationships with suppliers, experienced employees, and the skills to build relationships with suppliers in order to survive the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotions and consumer perceptions on the decision to repurchase Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that promotion and consumer perception simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase decision for Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya. Promotions and consumer perceptions partially have a significant effect on repurchase decision for Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of the product innovation and product quality on competitive advantage in UMKM Mukena Embroidery Aiwawardrobe, Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is a causal method with a quantitative approach to employees with a sample of 110 respondents. The data collected in the form of primary data. Multiple regression equation data analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that product innovation and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on competitive advantage in UMKM Mukena Embroidery Aiwawardrobe, Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Product innovation partially has a significant effect on the competitive advantage of Mukena Embroidery Aiwawardrobe, Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Product quality partially has a significant effect on competitive advantage in Mukena Embroidery Aiwawardrobe, Sukaraja District, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

Through their field work program, namely consumptive zakat and productive zakat, the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution distributes and distributes zakat for cash assistance, infaq, and alms. Consumptive zakat is channeled through zakat funds, which are used for educational, humanitarian, social, and health projects. Productive Zakat Money works in the field of economic utilization work programs, making good use of these funds by employing people who have talent but lack capital. The farmer partner program formed by the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution is one type of productive zakat distributed by Dompet Dhuafa. Siraman village is located in the Pekalongan area. by having two fostered hamlets, each of which has potential but lacks the infrastructure necessary to develop. The purpose of the study was to examine the function of the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution in strengthening the economy of the poor in Medan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the performance of village officials in Giri Mulya District, North Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study was 60 village officials in Giri Mulya District, North Bengkulu Regency. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression test results show a positive direction with the regression equation Y = 1.168 + 0.263X1 + 0.288 X2 + 0.420X3. Variable X1 (motivation) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.005 <0.05, it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. Variable X2 (Leadership) has a significant effect on Y (performance) this can be seen from the significance value of 0.005 <0.05. it can be concluded that hypothesis 2 is accepted. Variable X3 (work environment) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that hypothesis 3 is accepted. Simultaneous test results then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, between the independent variables, namely X1 (motivation), X2 (leadership), X3 (work environment), have a significant influence together on performance (Y) because the significant value is 0.000 smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline toward the performance of employee in PT. INDOFOOD FORTUNA MAKMUR BENGKULU. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to PT. INDOFOOD FORTUNA MAKMUR BENGKULU employees. He samples used were 58 respondents from the general population. The results based on the (F-Test) show that the independent variables consisting of the independent variables Discipline and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees of PT. Indofood Fortuna Makmur Bengkulu. While the results (t-test) it is known that the dominant variable that affects employee performance is the discipline variable, this can be seen from the Unstandardized Coefficients value of the work discipline variable which is greater than the Unstandardized Coefficients of the work motivation variable. Based on the calculation of the determinant coefficient (R2) shows that 70.9% of the performance factors can be explained by discipline and motivation while the remaining 29.1% can be explained by other factors not examined by this research. The final conclusion of the analysis shows that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance
