Jurnal Manajemen is a scientific communication media published by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Palembang. The Management Journal is dedicated to researchers and academics who wish to publish research papers, technical papers, conceptual papers, and case study reports. Scientific periodical publications on Management-related issues covering Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management and Operations Management as well as Strategic Management. In addition, the Management Journal is also a medium for disseminating research information for lecturers, researchers and practitioners. The Palembang Economics Faculty Management Journal is published fourty times a year with ISSN print 2686-2530 and ISSN online 2089-6832. In this Jurnal Manajemen, authors are required to register first and upload manuscripts online. The script creation process can be monitored via OJS. Authors, readers, editorial boards, editors, and peer reviewers can get the status of manuscripts in real time. A hard copy of the journal can be purchased by the system. This study aims to determine how the development of Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) to assess financial performance at PT. Sentosa Raya Ogan Komering Ulu. The results of this study indicate that financial performance at PT. Sentosa Raya has been quite good because it has reached racial standards. Good corporate management can be reflected in the financial performance of a company. Development of Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Sentosa Raya Ogan Komering Ulu from 2013 to 2017 produces an average of 30.87% and has met the standards set above the ratio of 1.5%, the ratio achieved is categorized in the healthy group. The higher the return on the assets produced, the higher the amount of net income generated from each fund embedded in the total assets. While the development of Return on Equity (ROE) in PT .entosa Raya Ogan Komering Ulu during the period of 2013 to 2017 produced an average of 43.50% and met the standards of the industry average of 40%, the ratio achieved showed the condition of the company. pretty good. The higher the results, the better because the dividends that are distributed or reinvested as retained earnings are also getting bigger.

This study discusses the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and innovation on business success in the bakery industry in the form of questionnaires totaling of 18 for X variables and 10 statements for variable Y which are scored based on Likert scale and distributed to 20 respondents. The analiysis is performed quantitatively using multiple linier regression to show whether there is an influence of entrepreneurial spirit (Xl) and innovation (X2) on business success (Y), hypothesis testing is done by partial and simultaneous testing. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded: first, there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial spirit (X1) and innovation (X2) on the business success (Y) in the bakery industry in Baturaja sub-districts, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency; second, that the analysis results The coefficient of determination (R square) shows that that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial spirit (Xl) and innovation (X2) on business success (Y) of 0,657 or 65,7% while the rest remaining 34,3% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. like motivation and education.

The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment on Employees’ Work Satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima, OKU Timur Branch. This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on employees’ work satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima, OKU Timur Branch. The data used is primary data through questionnaires. The population in this study was 34 employees of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima, OKU Timur Branch. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. From the results of the data analysis results partially obtained that compensation has a significant influence on work Satisfaction with t-count 4.382> t-table 2.039, and the work environment has a significant influence on work Satisfaction with t-count 4.182> t-table 2.039. While simultaneous analysis obtained F count 23,596> F table 3.30, which means that compensation and work environment have a positive and significant influence together on work satisfaction. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) of the compensation variable and work environment together influence work satisfaction by 60.4% while the remaining 39.6% is influenced or varied by other variables such as leadership, work discipline and motivation.

This study examines the factors that influence work motivation towards increasing employee work productivity at PT. Dwitunggal Abadi Permai North Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence work motivation towards increasing employee work productivity at PT. Dwitunggal Abadi Permai North Jakarta. In increasing employee work productivity, a company needs to plan a strategy and create good and professional management. For that production is the center of the implementation of concrete activities for the procurement of goods and services in a business entity and company. The production process is the most important part of the company, because if it stops, the company will suffer losses. In production activities the labor factor (employee) has a large influence, because the workforce is the one who carries out the production process. For this purpose, all of the resources in the agency must be utilized as well as possible, including human resources as the main factor. Human resources needed today are those who have a leadership style that is good for performance, potential and good loyalty to the agency. So that the employees are able to describe the vision and mission that have been agreed upon together in order to achieve agency goals. This research was conducted at the Basarnas office in South Sumatra. In the results of R square (R2) Obtained a value of 0.013 means the percentage of the contribution of leadership style to employee performance 1.3% while the remaining 98.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this model. on the leadership style variable (X) the value of t is equal to 1-195 while the value of t table is 1.645 because t count (-1.945 because t count (-1.945)> t table (1,645), based on hypothesis testing that leadership style is very influential on performance employee.

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Basarnas Sumatera Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Basarnas Sumatera Selatan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, suatu instansi perlu merencanakan strategi dan menciptakan manajemen yang baik dan profesional. Untuk itu, seluruh sumber daya yang ada pada lembaga tersebut harus dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya, termasuk sumber daya manusia sebagai faktor utama. Sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan saat ini adalah mereka yang mempunyai gaya kepemimpinan yang baik dalam kinerja, potensi dan loyalitas yang baik terhadap instansi. Sehingga para pegawai mampu menjabarkan visi dan misi yang telah disepakati bersama guna mencapai tujuan lembaga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Basarnas Sumatera Selatan. Pada hasil R Square (R2) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,013 artinya persentase kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 1,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 98,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model ini. Pada variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X) nilai t hitung sebesar 1-195 sedangkan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,645 karena t hitung (-1,945 karena t hitung (-1,945) > t tabel (1,645), berdasarkan uji hipotesis bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and local performance benefits to the performance of employees of the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism Prabumulih City. Data analysis methods used are qualitative and quantitative, with primary and secondary data sources in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population of this study is all employees of the Department of Youth, Sport and Tourism Prabumulih with sampling technique is using saturated samples, where all the population sampled so that the sample in this study amounted to 32 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work discipline and regional performance allowance on the performance of employees of Youth, Sport and Tourism Office Prabumulih along with Sig 0,000. While some also found the influence of work discipline and performance allowance area with work discipline to be the most influential variable on employee performance.

The formulation of the problem in this research is what the influence of working environment and work discipline on the performance of POLRI member of Bintara level at Ogan Komering Ulu Resort Police in Baturaja. While the purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of work environment and work discipline to the performance of POLRI member of Bintara level at Ogan Komering Ulu Resort Police in Baturaja. The research method used in this research is descriptive method that is a method used to describe or analyze a research result but is not used to make wider conclusion. Multiple linear regression equations are obtained as follows: Y = - 0.645 + 0.482X1 + 0.494X2 The correlation value (R) is 0.806. This value indicates that the relationship between all independent variables ie work environment and work discipline with dependent variable that the member's performance is very strong because approaching value 1. The value of coefficient of determination (R Square) is equal to 0,649 or 64,9%. This value shows that the contribution of all independent variables is work environment and work discipline with dependent variable that is member performance simultaneously is equal to 64,9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 35.1% was contributed by other factors are not examined. Based on t test, the independent variables are work environment and work discipline partially affect the dependent variable that is the performance of POLRI member of Bintara level at Ogan Komering Ulu Resort Police in Baturaja. Result of F test calculation obtained value of Fhitung equal to 34,216 while Ftabel obtained value equal to 2,316. This means Fcount> Ftable then there is influence of work and work discipline on the performance of POLRI member of Bintara level at Ogan Komering Ulu Resort Police in Baturaja. The Fcount value is 34.216. Ftable value is calculated using a significant level of 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df1) of 2 and degrees of freedom (df2) of 37, to obtain a Ftable value of 2.316. With the value of Fhitung greater than the value of Ftable (34.216> 3.251) then the conclusion refused Ho and accept Ha. Thus simultaneously (together) the independent variables ie work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant effect on the performance of member (Y) POLRI Bintara level at Ogan Komering Ulu Resort Police in Baturaja.

Pengaruh Pengawasan, Kerjasama Tim dan Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada PT. Bank Perkereditan Rakyat (BPR). Penelitian ini membahas Pengaruh Pengawasan, Kerjasama Tim dan Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada PT. Bank Perkereditan Rakyat (BPR). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian dari analisis uji t menunjukkan secara parsial Pengawasan, Kerjasama Tim dan Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. Hasil uji F menunjukkan secara simultan Pengawasan, Kerjasama Tim dan Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. besarnya koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar sebesar 77,4% sedangkan sisanya 22,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Analisis Peran Modal Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Profitabilitas Pada Koperasi Pegawai NegeriKarya Sejahtera Baturaja Kabupaten OKU (Periode 2011-2015). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur peran modal kerja dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas pada Koperasi PegawaiNegeri Karya Sejahtera Baturaja Kabupaten OKU. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu laporan keuangan dari tahun 2011-2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalahanalisis rasio profitabilitas Profit Margin, Return On Asset dan Return On Equity. Berdasarkan hasilan analisis dan pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa modal kerja berperan dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Karya Sejahtera Baturaja Kabupaten OKU terlihat modal kerja yang cenderung menurun dan tingkat profiabilitas juga mengalami fluktuatif yang cenderung menurun.

Analysis of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) analysis on automotive and component companies at BEI, from 2013-2015. This study aims to measure the company's financial performance using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) methods. The object of this research is at automotive company and component at BEI year 2013-2015. The data collection techniques through documentation. EVA research results: If EVA value> 0 or EVA is positive then operating profit after tax exceeds the cost of capital needed to generate the profit. This means the company's management has succeeded in creating economic value-added for the company. And if the EVA <0 or EVA value is negative then the operating profit after tax is less than the cost of capital needed to generate the profit. This means there is no process of adding economic value to the company.
