This study aims to elaborate on the factors that influence the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas. This study uses a quantitative approach, because the data obtained is realized in the form of numbers and analyzed based on statistics. Based on the research method used, this research is an associative-causal research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with test requirements include validity test and instrument reliability test and normality test. Hypothesis test using Pearson Product Moment correlation, multiple correlation, simple regression, and multiple regression. The results of the study show (1) there is a significant influence of marketing factors on the development of MSMEs. (2) Working capital has a significant effect on the development of MSMEs. (3) The variables of marketing and capital have a significant effect on the development of MSMEs.

This research is motivated by the decrease of mudharabah financing volume from 2013-2015, while the share of financing increased except in 2014 at Bank Syariah Mandiri. From the observation while the researchers there is a negative relationship, whereas some previous research mentions that there is a positive relationship between the volume of financing mudharabah with profit sharing. It is very interesting writer to know more in relation volume of financing mudharabah with profit sharing at Bank Syariah Mandiri year 2012-2015. The method used is correlational descriptive method. The data used are monthly financial report of mudharabah financing and profit sharing of Bank Syari'ah Mandiri in 2012-2015. Data collection techniques used are document studies with data collection instruments browsing. Data analysis used descriptive statistic with Spearman Rank correlation technique, because the data of distributed research is not normal. The descriptive statistics of mudharabah financing volume data and the share of financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri from January 2012 to December 2015 have increased and decreased. Spearman Rank correlation calculation results for the relationship of mudharabah financing volume with the financing sharing at Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2012-2015 is equal to -0.259 with a significance level of 0.046 at the level of 5% confidence. The conclusion is the volume of mudharabah financing with profit sharing in Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2012-2015 has a weak correlation with a negative direction of -0.259 or -25.9%.

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer literacy and education level on the decision to become a customer at a sharia bank in the Langensari sub-district community, Banjar city and to determine which variables of consumer literacy (X1) and education level (X2) affect the decision to become a customer at a sharia bank ( Y) in the community of Langensari District, Banjar City. Data were collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population of this research is people in Langensari sub-district with a total sample of 45 people and the method of determining the sample used is Simple Random Sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results show that consumer literacy (X1) has no effect on the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks with a significance value of 0.165 > 0.05 and a t value of -1.412 < from t table 2.0141. Testing the effect of education level (X2) on the decision to become a customer of a sharia bank partially has a significant effect. It can be seen from the results of the t test, where the t value for the variable Education Level is 2,968 > t table 2,0141, with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously show that consumer literacy (X1) and education level (X2) simultaneously have a positive effect on the decision to become a customer at a sharia bank (Y). indicated by the results of the F test at a significance level of 5% which obtained the calculated F value of 4.607 and the F table value of 3.23, so it can be seen that the calculated F value is greater than the F table value with a significance value less than 0.05 (0.005 <0.05).

This research is motivated by the provisions of the DSN-MUI Fatwa Guideline Number 21/DSN-MUI/IV/2001, which states that a mudharabah contract can be converted into a tabarru contract, but a tabarru contract cannot be converted into a mudharabah contract. The purpose of this study was to determine the mudharabah contract in Pru Taqwa Prudential Syari’ah Ciamis insurance. This study also aims to determine the tabarru’ contract on Pru Taqwa Prudential Syari’ah Ciamis insurance, as well as to determine the implementation of the mudharabah and tabarru’ contracts on Pru Taqwa Prudential Syari’ah Ciamis insurance. The type of research used is field qualitative with descriptive analysis method. This study uses primary and secondary data sources. The results show (1) the mudharabah contract at Pru Taqwa Prudential Syari’ah Ciamis, namely where the insurance participant/insured is domiciled as shahibul maal and the Pru Taqwa Prudential Syari’ah company is the mudharib/manager. Where participants leave contributions (premium payments) to companies which will then be managed in the form of investments in halal companies that have been approved by the Indonesian Ulema Council. (2) The tabarru’ contract at Pru Taqwa Prudential Syari’ah Ciamis is a contract that changes the contract where the participant becomes a risk bearer other than the company. The company is only a manager/operator. The manager is not entitled to use the tabarru’ funds if there is no power of attorney from the insurance participant to avoid maisyir, gharar and usury. (3) The implementation of the mudharabah and tabarru’ contracts on Pru Taqwa Prudential Syari’ah Ciamis is in accordance with existing provisions, namely based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 21/DSN-MUI/IV/2001 concerning General Guidelines for Sharia Insurance, namely the mudharabah contract which can be converted into a tabarru’ contract and a tabarru’ contract cannot be converted into a mudharabah contract.

This research was conducted to determine consumer satisfaction in shopping at online shops and offline shops. This study uses a quantitative approach because the data obtained is realized in the form of numbers and analyzed based on statistics. The results showed a difference in shopping satisfaction between the online shop and the offline shop. It is evidenced by obtaining significant results so that it can be concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected and the working hypothesis is accepted. The average student who does not like to shop at online shops is because they are not satisfied when shopping at online shops and get products that do not match what is stated in the description of the goods in the selected online shop. Usually, this happens in individual online shops on social media (not on trusted sites) and product brands that are not yet well known. However, the study results found several respondents who had shopped at a credible online shop and felt satisfied because it was as expected. As for the offline shop, the average student feels more satisfied because consumers can see firsthand the quality of the product and try the product to be purchased.

This research was conducted to find out the influence of distribution channel cost to sales volume. This research was conducted on a snack food company that survived since 1992 until today and has increased from year to year with the marketing strategy it uses. The types of distribution channels used are the Mandala Cipaku Ciamis Trading Company so well that it can increase the productivity of the company. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive verivikatif method with correlational research method. Sources of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of corporate financial statements of 2017-2020. The author uses two variables, namely the variable X as the independent variable is the cost of disstribusi channel and variable Y as the dependent variable is the sales volume. Statistical analysis method used by writer is Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test and Simple Linear Regression by testing the hypothesis used is Coefficient of Determination (R2) and Test t (Partial Test). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: The cost of distribution channels and sales volume of PD Mandala Cipaku Ciamis year 2017-2020 jointly experienced an average increase of 10% achieved the company using the type of distribution channels indirectly by continuing to increase the number of distributors in the cities that are marketing goals. The amount of distribution channel cost incurred by PD Mandala Cipaku Ciamis have a positive and significant effect to the increase of company's sales volume based on the result of quantitative analysis with correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.993 indicates a very strong relationship level, meaning the relationship between distribution channel and sales volume is direction. And the value of determination coefficient (R2) is 98,6% and the rest 1,4% influenced by other factor outside this research. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that the independent variable has a strong and significant influence on the dependent variable.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya pemikiran ekonom muslim yang belum diketahui dan merasakan bahwa ilmu yang kita pelajari lebih condong pada ekonom barat, padahal ilmu ekonomi yang banyak kita dapatkan saat ini dari tokoh ekonomi barat sudah pernah dikemukakan oleh tokoh Islam pada masanya, termasuk pemikiran tentang fungsi uang. Pengetahuan tentang ilmu ekonomi tentang fungsi uang tersebut juga menjadi salah satu kajian seorang ahli filsafat Islam, yaitu Imam Al-Ghazali yang menyebutkan beberapa poin tentang ekonomi moneter dan transaksi-transaksi dalam melakukan perdagangan dalam mahakaryanya yang berjudul Ihyâ ‘Ulûm Ad-Dîn. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode hermeneutik, yaitu menafsirkan sebuah teks klasik atau realitas sosial di masa lampau yang asing sama sekali agar menjadi milik orang hidup dimasa, tempat dan suasana kultural yang berbeda. Data yang gunakan sebagai bahan penelitian yaitu kitab Ihyâ ‘Ulûm Ad-Dîn sebagai data primer. Teknik yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verification. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diketahui bahwa: (1) Fungsi uang menurut Imam Al-Ghazali dalam kitab Ihyâ ‘Ulûm Ad-Dîn adalah sebagai perantara atau alat tukar dan sebagai alat untuk mengukur nilai. (2) Relevansi fungsi uang menurut imam Al-Ghazali dalam sistem keuangan global menunjukan bahwa fungsi uang yang telah dikemukakan oleh Imam Al-Ghazali masih digunakan.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of BI Rate and profit sharing rate to mudharabah financing income. This research was conducted at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia which is the first syariah bank that stands in Indonesia which is purely syari'ah. This research is quantitative research, the method used in this research is associative research (relationship) supported by document analysis approach, where the object of research is PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, the sample used is monthly financial statements of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia period 2011 -2013. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports published by BI, OJK and through the official website of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and panel data regression model with significance level 5% or 0,05, then to process data using application Eviews 7. The result of the analysis shows that partial rate of BI Rate and Profit Sharing (TBH) has positive and significant effect to Mudharabah Financing Income, proved by probability value of BI Rate 0,0024 <0,05, and probability value of profit sharing rate 0, 0000 <0.05. Together, the BI Rate and Profit Sharing Ratios have a significant effect on Mudharabah Financing Income, this is evidenced by the value of the probability F statistic 0.000 which is less than 0.05. The variables of the BI Rate and the Profit Sharing Rate have contributed to explain Mudharabah Financing Revenue of 83.3%, while the remaining 16.7% (100% - 83.3%) is explained by other variables not examined or excluded in this research model , so it can be concluded that the BI Rate and profit sharing rate have a positive and significant impact on mudharabah financing income either individually or jointly.

Service factor is one of the spearheads of companies in selling their products or services. The number of customers is very big influence from how to serve the customer. Even if the company has made a massive promotion or has improved the quality of the product or service offered, but without the support of good service, it will not get the desired results and the right target. The existence of complaints from some customers who mention the lack of friendliness of employees in the system services performed and the absence of a clear division of tasks between customer service and teller when doing service became the main reason in this study was conducted in BMT Darussalam Ciamis. The research method used is descriptive method and verification method with explanatory survey approach. Data collection technique used is non-probability sampling and the technique chosen is purposive sampling. Instrument data collection used in the form of questionnaire (questionnaire) and using likert scale. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis techniques and using analysis tools in the form of software SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) version 19.0. for windows. The results of 96 respondents showed the quality of service influence on customer satisfaction BMT Darussalam Ciamis. Judging from the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.625 and classified in the category of being in the range of the score of 0.41 to 0.70 and if seen from the analysis regresinya stated that the quality of service positively affect the customer satisfaction BMT Darussalam Ciamis, where the quality of service influence by 22% and the rest by 78% influenced by other factors not described in this study.

This study aims to find out how the practice of pawning rice fields in the Sirnajaya Rajadesa village community and to find out how the sharia economic view of the practice of pawning rice fields in Sirnajaya Rajadesa Village. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary and secondary data sources. After the data has been collected, it is analyzed using the data reduction method, presenting the data and then drawing conclusions. The results showed that the practice of pawning rice fields by the people of Sirnajaya Rajadesa Village occurred due to urgent circumstances such as school needs, medical expenses and other needs. In the implementation of the agreement, it is carried out orally and there is no authentic (written) evidence that there has been a pledge agreement between the two. The practice of pawning carried out by the Sirnajaya Village community when viewed from the implementation of the contract has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of the pawn. However, judging from the economic principles and ethics, the practice of pawning fields carried out by the community is not in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith.
