Inteleksia JPID adalah transformasi dari Jurnal Kajian dan Pengembangan Manajemen Dakwah (JKPMD) yang telah diterbitkan oleh STID Al-Hadid sejak tahun 2011 dengan nomor ISSN 2088-639X. Transformasi tersebut dilakukan seiring dengan perkembangan STID Al-Hadid, yang awalnya hanya mengelola satu prodi yaitu Manajemen Dakwah, kini bertambah dua prodi baru yaitu Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam dan  Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam. Sehingga tuntutan kajian dan publikasi ilmiah STID Al-Hadid semakin meluas mencakup ketiga sub bidang ilmu dakwah. Nama Inteleksia diambil dari kata intelektual, yang berarti  kecerdasan, pemikiran, dan rasionalitas. Sedangkan Jurnal Pengembangan Ilmu Dakwah menunjukkan fokus dan lingkup studi yang dikaji yaitu pengembangan ilmu-ilmu dakwah. Diharapkan dengan nama tersebut dapat menjadi ciri dan identitas jurnal yang dikelola STID Al-Hadid, sebagai jurnal ilmu dakwah berbasis pemikiran Islam Rasional Kebangsaan.

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan kebutuhan manusia, namun dinamikanya tidak mudah. Kegagalan menjalani dinamika itu salah satunya bisa disebabkan kurangnya persiapan pranikah sejak mereka remaja. Salah satu kajian yang memberikan dakwah pranikah pada remaja adalah Samara Youth Islamic Study Club (YISC) Al-Azhar. Studi ini, hendak mengkaji hal tersebut dengan tujuan mengetahui kajian dakwah pranikah Samara YISC Al-Azhar perspektif psikologi remaja. Jenis studi ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode penggalian data dokumentasi. Sumber datanya dari website resmi YISC Al-Azhar dan YouTube. Hasil dari studi ini, yakni kajian Samara sebagai usaha dakwah pranikah islami untuk remaja yang berkualitas baik. Hal tersebut, karena semua unsur dakwahnya meliputi tujuan, materi, dai, metode, dan media dakwah sudah menyesuaikan aspek psikologis remaja. Remaja yang termasuk mad’uw adalah remaja muslim umum, terutama di Jabodetabek. Kajian ini menyesuaikan aspek psikologis remaja yang terkait persiapan menikah, yakni: (1) persepsi tentang pernikahan (tujuan, usia menikah, kriteria calon pasangan, dan proses membina hubungan); (2) kebutuhan dalam membina hubungan; dan (3) problem saat membina hubungan (patah hati, seks pranikah, depresi, dan lainnya). Kajian ini bisa sebagai salah satu upaya agar remaja terhindar dari perilaku kedosaan saat remaja dan mengalami kegagalan pernikahan di kemudian hari.

Abstract

This research describes figurative language used by Mamah Dedeh, an Islamic preacher, in her sermon titled “Islam dan Gaya Hidup” under the approach of Gorys Keraf’s figurative language theory. A preacher needs to pay attention on his/her figurative language when s/he conveys da’wah messages. Figurative language is considered as the one which can amplify a meaning to someone’s subconscious. Types of figurative language used should be able to make messages which strongly attach to the mind of congregation. This study uses qualitative approach applying analysis technique of figurative language. Its data was collected from the sermon transcript in YouTube. It indicates that personification and repetition were applied during her introduction to build a common understanding, simile was used during the content to simplify realities, paradox was for amplifying the meaning, and erotesis-elipsis-inuendo was applied to emphasize and deepen on the world and hereafter’s lives. At the end of her sermon, she used personification to remind her messages. The usage of figurative language used by Mamah Dedeh was so related to her theme of the lifestyle in Islam such as the way a woman dresses, the way a woman accessorizes, and lives in luxury.

Abstract

This study is grounded in an empowerment conducted by Kampung Marketer community to youth of Tamansari village, Karangmoncol, Purbalingga. Over 3 years, Kampung Marketer has solved 748 young people from urbanization due to the lack of jobs in their village. Kampung Marketer has changed those young people so that they have digital marketing skill, get highly earning work, and make village houses to be training centre and office. It cannot be separated from the support of community assets: the youth and other village people. Their roles are essential to understand because they become basic capital for empowering community. This study aims to explain roles of community assets in empowering the youth by Kampung Marketer. This qualitative research study uses videos of interviews as data taken from youtube.com and Kampung Marketer website. As a result, village young people, who previously had no skills and jobs, own digital marketing skill. Furthermore, they become agents developing Kampung Marketer’s empowerment. Physical assets, such as people’s houses, functions as places of empowerment. They accommodate many training and office activities. Social asset, such as a sense of communality, spreads the success of this empowerment to the society so that a lot of people want to join.

Abstract

Dakwah serupa kegiatan pemasaran yang menawarkan nilai-nilai keagamaan kepada mad’uw dengan tujuan mad’uw menerima nilai Islam. Agar tercapai tujuan tersebut, pelaksana dakwah perlu memahami karakteristik respons mad’uw terhadap kegiatan dakwah sebagaimana pemasar memahami perilaku konsumen. Masyarakat muslim perkotaan merupakan mad’uw yang potensial. Masyarakat ini memiliki dinamika masalah hidup yang kompleks karena adanya perkembangan teknologi dan modernitas. Hal ini, menuntut strategi dakwah yang berbeda. Majelis Dzikir Walisongo merupakan salah satu majelis dakwah yang diminati oleh pasar dakwah muslim perkotaan. Indikatornya, pasar dakwahnya rela hadir pada kegiatan majelis yang diadakan jauh dari lingkungannya. Majelis ini diikuti oleh ratusan jemaah dari beragam profesi. Antusias jemaah mengajak orang terdekat ikut serta dalam pengajian, menjadikan majelis ini memiliki banyak pengikut melebihi umumnya jemaah pengajian di perkotaan. Sebagian jemaah memilih tetap menghadiri pengajian meskipun jadwalnya bentrok dengan pekerjaan. Tulisan ini, bermaksud mendeskripsikan perilaku pasar dakwah muslim perkotaan dalam mengikuti kajian Majelis Dzikir Walisongo. Metodologinya kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan konsep masyarakat muslim perkotaan (urban muslim) dan teori perilaku konsumen. Hasilnya, jemaah terindikasi berperilaku sebagaimana praktik urban sufisme yang mementingkan aktifitas spiritual melalui pengajian dan zikir. Faktor yang mempengaruhi respons mereka terdiri dari beragam faktor internal dan eksternal.

Abstract

Spiritual energy is a driving force behind all of someone’s activities to perform strongly held values, to reach non-self-interest goals, including da’wah activities. It is essential for a dai, the one conducting da’wah, to have good spiritual energy management method, which are: (1) having techniques to improve spiritual energy so that it reaches high capacity; (2) abilities to use it efficiently; and; (3) having its renewal system. Learning from the Prophet Ibrahim as a dai, we can discover three techniques of spiritual energy management. It is based on Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz’s spiritual energy management. It uses literature study. It indicates : (1) the Prophet Ibrahim gradually expanded his spiritual energy capacity through conducting obligation of da’wah challenging his safety; (2) the Prophet Ibrahim did not hate and feel resentful by refusals on his da’wah mission. On the contrary, he continuously applied scientific approach, did not insist, and prayed for the safety of the ones refusing his da’wah. Therefore, his spiritual energy was not wastefully spent for disappointment or frustration; (3) The Prophet Ibrahim took a break and utilized his spiritual energy for remembering Allah’s greatness, compassion, and justice. Abstract

: Khotbah nikah sangat penting dalam walimatul ursy karena khotbah nikah menjadi pesan-pesan pernikahan yang berharga dalam membangun keluarga berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam, tidak hanya bagi pengantin melainkan bagi undangan yang hadir. Sedangkan pemahaman tentang pembangunan keluarga juga terdapat perbedaan, mulai dari kedudukan suami-istri dalam keluarga dan poligami atau monogami. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pesan dakwah Gus Miftah dalam ceramah pernikahan Atta-Aurel. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya adalah studi pustaka dan metode analisis menggunakan analisis wacana Teun A. Van Dijk. Dalam analisisnya, ditemukan struktur makro bahwa suami itu harus menjaga rumah tangganya agar tercipta ketentraman. Salah satu cara untuk menyelesaikan persoalan yang akan dihadapi dalam berumah tangga adalah dengan saling mengalah, saling menerima kekurangan kelebihan, dan saling memaafkan satu dengan yang selainnya. Pesan tersebut disampaikan dalam skema pendahuluan, isi dan penutup. Sedangkan aspek struktur mikro didapatkan pesan bahwa, suami harus memuliakan istri dengan memberikan nafkah serta menghormati pendapatnya dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada struktur mikro, Gus Miftah lebih menekankan latar-maksud dibandingkan detil, aspek sintaksis koherensi, sebab akibat, dan penggunaan kalimat berita, tanya, dan perintah. Serta juga memanfaatkan intonasi serta metafora perumpamaan sebagai sarana penyampaiannya.

Abstract

Motivation is a key factor determining the human resource performance in achieving da’wah organization’s goals. Migration (hijrah) of the Muhajirin depicts a reality of motivation among human resources of da’wah organization. An attempt for describing their motivation in that event is conducted under self-determination theory (SDT) approach. It is selected due to its ability to describe the forms of motivation, formed from both internalization and non-internalization of values, characteristics of motivation and its implications towards them. This article uses a descriptive qualitative methodology. Historical perspectives and Al Qur’an are used in exploring their motivation. This literature review indicates the Muhajirin have some motivation: (1) to find peace, tranquillity, and safety in practicing and preaching Islam; (2) to obey and be faithful to commands of Allah and His Messenger; (3) to gain a high life degree, reward of heaven, and Allah’s mercy; (4) to gather with a family of believers; (5) to state displeasure of previous society for persecuting and interfering practiced worships. Based on its characteristics, it is an autonomous motivation: an internalized extrinsic one. It impacts on quality of performance, work resilience, work engagement, high organizational commitment, and a protection against temptation of controlled motivation contrary to hijrah command.

Abstract

Da’wah organization elites often play organizational politics in their organization. It sometimes leads to resistance among cadres or members, negative image from public, and even cleavage in their da’wah organization. On the other hand, politics is a natural impulse, including in succession process of organizational leadership. Organizational politics has positivity when handled in good goals and ways. Therefore, this paper is written to formulate political ethics in da’wah organization in the context of leadership succession. It uses a conceptual qualitative method by adapting concepts of Islamic political ethics and organizational politics in the context of leadership succession of da’wah organization. It indicates Islamic political ethics in leadership succession broadly include aspects of goals and ways. Political goals in leadership succession must be aligned with da’wah organization’s goals and lead to basic orientation of organizational leadership succession. Ways to gain power based on Islamic political ethics in the context of leadership succession should be conducted through self-quality improvements including aspects of idealism, morals, and abilities. In the succession process involving competition system, each actor must uphold sportsmanship, show self-qualities objectively to voters. If it is contesting the candidates, each actor must maintain delivery of political products to not emerge destructive conflicts.
