Abstract

 Toko RAMA FASHION merupakan perusahaan dagang yang menjual berbagai celana seragam sekolah. Pelanggan Toko Rama Fashion adalah Toko yang menjual seragam sekolah sehingga pembeliannya dalam jumlah besar/grosir. Toko Rama Fashion bekerjasama dengan konveksi khusus celana sekolah yang berada di berbagai tempat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Toko adalah saat menerima pesanan pesanan biasanya melalui bbm, wa, sms dan telpon dan dicatat ke nota dan baru disiapkan barang setelah pelanggan melakukan transfer.  Pelanggan terkadang kecewa karena tidak mendapatkan barang yang kehendaki karena sering kehabisan.  Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan berupa studi kasus dengan obyek penelitian proses pembelian dan penjualan pada Toko RAMA FASHION. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data internal perusahaan. Metode penelitian berupa tinjauan langsung ke lapangan mulai dari pengamatan sampai wawancara. Berdasarkan hal tersebut,dimodelkan sistem yang dapat mencatat pesanan pelanggan mencetak nota untuk disiapkan barang dan disediakan informasi untuk melihat penjualan harian pelanggan yang memesan barang serta laporan yang dapat membantu pemilik toko menentukan stok yang harus disiapkan di tahun mendatang.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan terhadap benda sekitar untuk dijadikan sebagai objek perangkat cerdas merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Smart mirror merupakan sebuah perangkat cerdas yang terbuat dari cermin dengan menambahkan konsep single page application dan internet of things pada cermin tersebut. User akan memberikan perintah suara kepada smart mirror untuk menyalakan atau mematikan perangkat yang terhubung dalam sistem automasi rumah. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuatkan prototipe pengendalian sistem automasi rumah dengan menggunakan smart mirror. Untuk mengetahui korelasi antara jarak, desible perintah suara dengan waktu respon, maka dilakukan uji korelasi pearson dengan sample sebanyak empat kali. Pada level of significance 5% didapatkan hasilnya sebesar 0,950 yang artinya tidak ada korelasi antara jarak, desible perintah suara dengan waktu respon. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode pemodelan serta dilakukan pendekatan dengan melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan. Perangkat keras yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Raspberry Pi 3B sebagai mikroprosesor, microphone sebagai media input suara dalam pengendalian perangkat, cermin yang ditempel pada monitor led dan speaker sebagai media output. Keluarannya merupakan tampilan informasi berupa tanggal, waktu, weather forecast dan news feed yang tampil pada layar cermin yang ditempel di monitor led. Smart mirror akan mampu mengendalikan perangkat yang terhubung dalam sistem automasi rumah dengan perintah suara dari user ketika user sedang bercermin, hal tersebut akan memberikan pengalaman berbeda untuk user.

Abstract

Learning Management System (LMS) is software that virtualizes conventional teaching and learning process. LMS is one of component which is need for developing e-learning and it’s also a software to support e-learning method. LMS D3 Unggulan Budi Luhur University needs to evaluate how far LMS support E-learning method. Qualitative Weight and Sum (QWS) method is use to evaluate this LMS. The purpose of this research is to know criterias for the evaluation. Those criterias based on Learning Management System’s features which grouped by categories and sub-categories.The results of the evaluation with QWS method show that most of the features on LMS D3 Unggulan Budi Luhur University already meet the criterias so that LMS can support e-learning method.Keywords: Learning Management System, LMS, Qualitative Weight and Sum, QWS

Abstract

Dengan adanya Instruksi Presiden Nomor 3 tahun 2003 tentang Kebijakan dan Strategi Nasional Pengembangan E-Goverment mulai memicu pemerintah daerah untuk segera menerapakan e-goverment di daerahnya masing-masing guna terlaksananya pemerintahan yang baik dan meningkatkan layanan publik yang efektif dan efisien. Untuk mengukur kesiapan pemerintah daerah dalam mengembangkan e-goverment, Depkominfo menyediakan acuan bagi pengembangan dan pemanfaatan TIK di lingkungan pemerintahan. acuan dibuat dalam pemeringkatan e-goverment Indonesia (PeGI). Selama 2 tahun ini (2007-2008), PeGI telah diterapkan dipemerintahan provinsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran PeGI di tingkat kabupaten/kota. Penelitian dilakukan dengan studi literatur dan wawancara dengan metodologi kualitatif. dengan pendekatan system thingking, dilakukan analisis kesesuaian indikator-indikator penilaian pada PeGI pada tingkat kabupaten/kotamadya Tangerang.Kata Kunci : PeGI, Kabupaten/kota, Indikator

Abstract

The diesel engine is the ignition system of internal combustion. In principle this machine is an utilization of air and fuel. Then, the mixture fuel will burn by itself. To improve the ability of diesel engines, today many are using the turbocharger, which use for compressing air and speed up the release of the combustion gases. Turbochargers work by using a kick of flue gas. Exhaust gases which is out from the machine will out through turbine and rotate the impeller. The impeller is connected also with impeller of new gas turbine. As a result of the rotation of the impeller then the gas replacement cycle becomes faster. The Impeller in turbine can rotate very fast therefore it requires lubrication it self. Frequently found problem that damage the turbocharger because the channel is blocked by lubricating oils that dries as a result of turning off the engine, after the machine work without any cooling process. The solution to this problem is to install a turbo timer-based IC NE555 which can be organized timely for allowing the machine to spin for a while even the engine is ignition is turn off. By providing opportunity to the engine to work stationary this situation will reduce damage caused by a clogged drain lubricanting oil.Keywords : Diesel engine, Turbocharging, Turbo Timer

Abstract

This paper will describe about the development of email client application on mobile devices.The application will be developed using J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition), while the GPRS service will be used as a means to access internet services via mobile phones. Reason of the development this application is because the email is one of facilities that are often used because it provides an easy and quick way of sending an information. By using a mobile mail client, people can access email easily and quickly. This application is expected to meet the information needs of the users email service without the need for a long time and much cost and can be accessed anywhere, do not have to search for the availability of a PC or portable computer again.Keyword : E-mail, Client, J2ME, GPRS

Abstract

During the current covid-19 pandemic, maintaining health and hygiene is very important for human life, in order to avoid various diseases, such as corona covid-19. One of the protocols imposed by the government is for people who are active in public spaces or open facilities by wearing masks, checking their body temperatures and spraying disinfectants. The problem so far is that there is no automatic disinfectant spraying tool that is very useful for the community during the covid-19 pandemic, in order to reduce appropriate and economical human interaction. detects the presence of humans or objects that are in front of them to become a condition of opening and closing the bars based on the NodeMCU microcontroller with notification and control via telegram messages. Body temperature data will also be displayed on the LCD contained in this tool and sent via telegram to the supervisory officer. Prevention efforts by monitoring body temperature and spraying alcohol-based disinfectants can be applied. The test results of the DS18B20 temperature sensor application can measure human temperature between 370C–390C and the infrared sensor can detect the presence of humans or objects in front of them to open the bars and spray disinfectant

Abstract

Selection of applicants is essential to measure performance against the applicant companies, because applicants who may cause loss to the company. Problems that occur in the process of selecting applicants who will be hired this selection process takes a long time, still there is subjectivity in the selection of applicants, the difficulty in finding the application file when it is needed because the application file that accumulate and the difficulty in matching applicants with the desired criteria Companies, This study aims to determine the best applicant by way of a selection of some applicants based on criteria and sub-criteria that have been set by the company. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting and alternative priorities based on predefined criteria. Results from this study is a decision support system that can provide sequence applicants election results in accordance with criteria established by the company. Selected applicants are applicants who have the highest ranking value compared with other applicants. Decision support system is built using MySQL as the database and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as a tool. This study resulted in the determination of the criteria and the best alternative that can be used by decision makers to select applicants more quickly, accurately and objectively. Kata Kunci : Decision support system, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Employee recruitment.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially information technology today is needed in decision making to be taken, then in the process of asset rental management work at PT. Schneider Electric Indonesia. Data processing is still manual and often lead to loss of data, as well as data recording errors become untidy. Then for data collection methods using observation methods, interviews, and documentation studies to the agency concerned. In modeling the author using object-oriented design method with the tool is UML (unified Modeling Language). For database design used normalization method, table relation and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Implementation and design of the program using Visual Studio 2005. With the implementation of computerized systems, the level of accuracy of data can be controlled properly, as in the process of gathering information about the existence of the device can be known effectively and efficiently. The lease limit of each device can be known by making this rental asset management system. The work capture initially experienced by IPO TEs can be minimized, because with this system, there is no need for more effort from TIM IPO to document asset management manually and slow down the process of collecting information on rental assets. The use of asset management information systems can help speed up data processing processes.

Abstract

As an information technology-based faculty, the Faculty of Information Technology Budi Luhur University has the responsibility and bigrole in the manufacture and processing of information as an information center for students. Of the many responsibilities, it’s priorityis to give and provide the best service for students to information needs. To be kept competitive with competitors, especially FTI Budi Luhur University continues to improve its quality.One of its efforts is to improve the quality of services to students, by providing services to students in the form of Helpdesk. Helpdesk is a suppor t for mof information and activity providers that handle information and complaints from students of the Faculty of Information Technology. In this research,analysis and design of Student Services Helpdesk for FTI uses approach SDLC(SystemDevelopment LifeCycle) and UML methode and Object Oriented methodologies. Application Helpdesk will be created using Visual Basic.Net programming language. With this application, the expectation by accommodating and analyzing complaints or questions often asked by students(users),would provide solutions or responses based on the knowledge base.
