Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Schools are critical institutions for transforming students' perspectives, especially gender-biased actions. Thus, gender-neutral schools that serve a strategic role and function in educating pupils for their multi-intelligence grow effectively without being bound by often gender-biased social beliefs. One of education's objectives is to teach students how to establish a just society free of gender discrimination. However, in practice, overcoming discrimination in education needs a number of measures, one of which is developing an education system based on gender equality. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods in presenting data analysis. The study results show that gender equality in education is still ongoing in Indonesia due to the patriarchal culture and the stigma that women do not need to get higher education because, in the end, they will become housewives and raise children. Therefore, to implement justice and gender equality in the school sector, it is necessary to pay attention to several factors such as human resource capacity, capacity building, school culture, and partnership networks. In conclusion, gender equality in schools can be implemented through gender-responsive learning, lesson planning, classroom arrangement, language use, and gender-based classroom interaction.

Abstract

A nursing information system is a combination of computer science, information science, and nursing science designed to assist the management and processing of nursing data, information, and knowledge to support nursing practice and care delivery. Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) is a model theory used to identify Behavioural Intention in using nursing care information systems. The purpose of this study was to analyse the behavioural intention of nurses on the use of nursing care information systems in the inpatient ward of the Kendari government hospital with the UTAUT approach. The data was obtained using a questionnaire which was distributed directly to nurses, totalling 143 people. Data analysis used rank Spearman with SPSS 16. Relationship between performance expectancy and behavioural intention in nurses = 0.000 (<0.05), and R = 0.435, Relationship between effort expectancy and behavioural intention =0.000 (<0.05), and R= 0.605. The relationship between social influence and behavioural intention = 0.000 (<0.05), and R = 0.671. The results of the study show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence have a positive and significant effect on behavioural intention in using information systems. Most nurses have a good intention in the use of nursing care information systems (SIAK) in inpatient rooms. Performance EXPECTANCY, effort and social influence have a positive and significant relationship. The most influential variable on the behavioural intention in using SIAK is the social influence variable.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The background of this research is empirical data showing that the learning outcomes of class IX-C students of SMP Negeri 1 Gekborn Cianjur in the Hajj and Umrah services have not yet achieved optimal results, which are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) which is determined at 70. The average score achieved by students regarding socio-cultural change and globalization is 62, with 52% learning completeness. At the time of learning, students were less active in asking questions, collaborating, expressing opinions, or answering questions. In connection with this, it is necessary to increase learning about socio-cultural changes and globalization, and one of them is by using a suitable learning model. This study aims to determine the increase in students’ interest in learning by using a cooperative model of the Two Stay Two Stray type in class IX-C of SMPN 1 Gekbrong Cianjur. Abstract
