Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity and solvability on the profitability of banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The population used in this study is data on loan to deposit ratio, debt to, capital adequacy ratio, and ROA. The sample taken is data from the 2017-2019 period as many as 28 banking companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, while the analytical tool used is SPPS version 25. The results of this study state that the projected liquidity variable with the loan to deposit ratio has no significant effect on company profitability. The solvability variable projected by the capital adequacy ratio has no significant effect on the company's profitability. The liquidity variable projected by the loan to deposit ratio, and the solvability variable projected by the capital adequacy ratio simultaneously do not affect the company's profitability, and the most influential variable on profitability is solvability projected by the capital adequacy ratio (CAR).

Abstract

This study describes loyalty, product attributes, and customer experience at 5 cafes in Malang City and analyzes the influence of product attributes and customer experience on customer loyalty. The research sample is cafe customers totaling 150 people with purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used to determine the level of loyalty, product attributes, and customer experience is a scale range analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the influence of product attributes and customer experience on customer loyalty. The results of the scale range indicate that cafe customers are loyal, product attributes are appropriate and customer experience tends to be positive and pleasant. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that product attributes and customer experience significantly influence customer loyalty either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of supply chain management on operational performance and competitive advantage as an intervening variable in a tofu factory in Malang Raya. The population in this study consists of 14 companies spread across Malang Raya with a total of 91 respondents. This research is a quantitative research using the WarpPLS 7.0 application. The data analysis technique used is using hypothesis testing and the Sobel test. The results test indicate that supply chain management has a positive effect on operational performance by mediating competitive advantage (full mediation). While supply chain management has a negative effect on operational performance if it is not through the competitive advantage variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality on repurchase intention, service quality on repurchase intention at Café Pesenkopi Malang. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought at a coffee shop using samples is 100 consumers. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and the data collection technique used an online questionnaire through social media. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on repurchase intention, and service quality on repurchase intention. The dominant variable on consumer repurchase intention is product quality.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The study was conducted at NTB Provincial Hospital. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with a sample number of 86 employees. Using a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques in the study used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in the study is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational communication and organizational justice on employees' job satisfaction at Kapal Garden Hotel Malang. The population and sample on this study were all hotel employees totaling 30 people using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Data collection techniques were using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used was a scale range and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that the calculation of the organizational communication scale range showed good results, organizational justice shows fair results, and job satisfaction showed satisfactory results. The results of the regression analysis showed that organizational communication had a positive and significant effect on employees' job satisfaction. And organizational justice influenced positively and significantly towards employees' job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of financial ratio to profit growth on manufacturing industry companies or processing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. Purposive sampling techniques were obtained by 13 companies. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study found that the current ratio partially positively affects profit growth, quick ratio partially positively and significantly affects profit growth, debt asset ratio partially negatively affects and significant on profit growth, debt equity ratio partially positively affects profit growth, total asset turnover partially positively affects profit growth. Working capital turnover partially positively affects but does not significant to profit growth, profit margin partially positively affects profit growth, retutn on asset partially positively affects profit growth. All free variables simultaneously have a significant effect on profit growth

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on preloved bag products at the online store Fafacordelia store. The population in this study were all customers of the online shop Fafacordelia store with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is through a sampling technique with the criteria of customers who have purchased the product more than 2 times by distributing questionnaires through the google form. The results of this study indicate that product quality and brand image have a positive effect on customer loyalty, as well as customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on customer loyalty of preloved bags at Fafacordelia store partially or simultaneously. Based on this research, it can be concluded that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of preloved bags with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable.

Abstract

The study aimed was to determine the effect of training on employee performance and to determine whether work motivation variables could mediate the influence of training on employee performance variables. This research was conducted on employees of PT Pertamina Fuel Terminal Tuban with a total of 58 respondents. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis, hypothesis testing using t tet-test the Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the training variable has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability and operating leverage on the capital structure. This type of research is associative research with the object of research in property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. This study uses a purposive sampling method, namely all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period of 126 obtained a sample of 96 companies. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS26 software. The results showed that profitability and operating leverage simultaneously influence the capital structure and profitability has a parallel effect on the capital structure while operating leverage has no partial effect on the capital structure.
