Abstract

This research was conducted at Hemra Hotel Balikpapan. The purpose of this study is to find out how the views of employees and consumers on the implementation of TQM and to find out whether there is a difference between the views of employees and consumers regarding the implementation of TQM at Hemra Hotel. The data analysis technique used is the Scale Range and Difference Test with the calculation process using SPSS. the views between employees and consumers on the implementation of TQ M at Hemra Hotel are that there are three dimensions that are stated to be significant, namely, customer focus, obsession with quality, employee empowerment, which means that there are differences in views between employees and consumers. Meanwhile, the other seven dimensions, namely scientific approach, long-term commitment, teamwork, continuous improvement, education and training, freedom of control, and unity of purpose were stated to be insignificant, which means there is no difference between employees and consumers. Suggestions for this research are to increase the variables that are still considered lacking, namely, focus on customers, obsession with quality, and employee empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Magnum Attack Malang which was studied using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method from 2017 to 2019. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection was carried out using a documentation technique, namely the financial statements of PT Magnum Attack Malang for the period 2017 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that the Economic Value Added (EVA) value at PT Magnum Attack Malang in 2017 was 482,698,019, in 2018 it was 519,321. 979, and 2019 of 1,192,321,979 resulted in an EVA value > 0 meaning the company created economic added value. The conclusion of the financial performance at PT Magnum Attack Malang from 2017 to 2019 was analyzed using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method in a healthy condition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of leadership, employee satisfaction, and turnover intention and analyze the influence of participatory leadership on turnover intention through satisfaction as a mediating variable at coffee shops around Omah Campus. The research method used is quantitative which is collected by questionnaire through a Likert scale with 5 levels. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS software version 3. The results of the PLS analysis show that the variables of participatory leadership and employee satisfaction are in the high category, while the turnover intention is in the low category. Furthermore, it is known that the employee job satisfaction variable can significantly mediate the influence of the participatory leadership variable on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-family conflict on performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable on female workers at Tentrem Jaya Lestari Jaya Cigarette Factory Jombang. The study was conducted on production workers with a sample of 125 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires and variable descriptions to determine respondents' perceptions of the variables. The instrument test in this study uses validity and reliability tests, then the data analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using the WarpPLS 7.0 application. The results of the variable description show that the work-family conflict experienced is very low, and the performance and job satisfaction are quite high. It is known that the work-family conflict has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction for the workers of the Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari Cigarettes Factory Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived benefits on the purchase intention of Go-food service user students in Malang City during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This study uses the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The population in this study were all Go-food service users in the city of Malang during the Covid-19 pandemic. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. Sampling technique using Non-Probability Sampling with Accidental Sampling. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Partially perceived ease of use had a positive and insignificant effect on purchase intention, 2) Partially perceived benefits had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, 3) Simultaneously, perceived ease of use and perceived benefits had a positive and significant effect on purchase interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and examine the effect of customer perceptions of Garnier service quality on customer satisfaction mediated by customer loyalty. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality and customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Garnier’s customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that the customer's perception of the quality of Garnier can be seen in a good category. Garnier customer satisfaction is in the satisfied category. Garnier customer loyalty is in the loyal category. Service quality affects customer satisfaction, meaning that the better the quality of Garnier, the more customer satisfaction will increase. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty, meaning that with increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the intention to stay through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population used in this study was the English village teacher or tutor LC Pare Kediri. The type of research data used is quantitative data and the source of data in this study is primary data. Research data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis method of this research is scale range and path analysis. The calculation of the range of job satisfaction scales shows good results, intention to stay shows high results, and organizational commitment shows high results. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to stay of the English village teacher LC. Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment English village teacher LC Pare. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on the intention to stay of the English village teacher LC Pare. Organizational Commitment does not mediate the effect of Job Satisfaction on the intention to stay English village teacher LC Pare. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of obtaining knowledge about the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions for Wardah Products. Using a sample of one hundred respondents. The questionnaire was used as a data collection technique. Scale range analysis and path analysis were used as data analysis techniques. The research conducted has the result that promotion through social media has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Then promotion through social media has a positive and significant influence on buying interest. Promotions have an influence on purchasing decisions through buying interest variables with the presence of direct and indirect effects, meaning that promotions on purchasing decisions will have a greater influence if buying interest is used.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance mediated by work stress. The type of research used is a survey research method. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. For the number of questionnaires distributed to employees at BPBD Malang City. Testing the instrument in this study uses validity and reliability tests in which the results of the questionnaire can be said to be valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test in this study are Normal distribution and there are no symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and also the Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that workload and work environment affect employee performance through work stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, store atmosphere, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Hagaa Coffee. As for the background of this writing because of the emergence of many cafe businesses in the city of Malang. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through an online survey with a non-probability method of purposive sampling using a questionnaire instrument. Respondents are consumers who have made transactions at Hagaa coffee within the last 3 months totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear analysis techniques. The results of regression analysis show that product quality, store atmosphere, and promotions have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Hagaa Coffee Malang and product quality has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions.
