Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal sendiri terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) pada Primer Koperasi XXX periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data dari laporan keuangan diantaranya Neraca dan Laporan Laba Rugi periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2018. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment, koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pengaruh modal sendiri terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) menyatakan data terdistribusi normal arah pengaruh positif, keeratan hubungan 0,947 kategori sangat kuat. Modal sendiri mempengaruhi Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) sebesar 89,6 % dan sisanya 10,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan terdapat hubungan antara modal sendiri dengan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Adapun saran yang disampaikan untuk meningkatkan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) dengan menambah jenis usaha baru, meningkatkan nilai iuran simpanan pokok dan simpanan wajib, menekan efisiensi biaya, menambah item modal sendiri yaitu penyertaan modal dari anggota, dan mengembangkan sistem kinerja koperasi berbasis teknologi dan informasi.

Abstract

This research is intended to obtain product quality data and customer satisfaction data at PT Triyanto Sukses Mandiri (Terlaksana Group) Gedebage Bandung. As for the purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence between product quality and customer satisfaction at PT. Triyanto Sukses Mandiri (Terlaksana Group) Gedebage Bandung. The research method used was descriptive quantitative method. Data was taken using research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to 54 consumers randomly. Data collection results were processed and analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis techniques carried out with the SPSS V.20. From the results of processing and analyzing data, it is found that thitung is 6.272 while t table 1.67469 means that thitung is greater than ttabel (6.272> 1.67469). This shows that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, classified as a strong classification. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 43.1%, which means that customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality of 43.1%. In addition to the correlation analysis above the researchers carried out descriptive statistical analysis of the two research variables (variables X and Y). From the results of the analysis the researchers got a picture that the Product Quality variable (Variable X) which was responding with the lowest value was sub. X.2) with an average value of 3.31 while the sub-variable that gets the highest rating is sub- product durability variable (X.4) with an average value of 3.61.As for the results of the analysis of the Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y variable) the researcher gets a picture that the sub-variable that is responded to with the lowest value is sub-variable customer satisfaction with Special Features (Y.2) with an average value of 3.28, while sub.variable customer satisfaction that gets the highest value is employee satisfaction in getting service (Y.4) with an average value of 3.50. Based on the results of the above analysis, the researcher advises companies to continue improving the quality of their products (variable X), especially in terms of product reliability (X.2) so that customer satisfaction can be maintained and improved again.

Abstract

At this time stock investment is one investment option. To obtain optimal profits a stock portfolio is needed. A portfolio is a combination of several shares. To form a portfolio, a model is needed to achieve an optimal portfolio. This research uses Single View Black-Litterman Model with ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) approach. The selected shares are PT. Jasa Marga (JSMR), PT. Unilever Indonesia (UNVR), and PT. Waskita Karya (WSKT).

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the influence of goods expenditures operational to the fixed asset at Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kantor Wilayah Jawa Barat Periode 2014-2018. The method used in this research was quantitative method and data was obtained from interviews, observations, documentations, and literature study which had realtions to the subjects. Problems found were: too many the fixed assets are damaged, and the room is too narrow. This research indicated that the influence of goods expenditures to the fixed asset at Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kantor Wilayah Jawa Barat coming at 90,2% and the rest was influenced by other factors. The suggestions given are: replacing the fixed assets that have better quality, function, and benefits, and renovating rooms that have workloads.

Abstract

This research is tittled Influence of organization behavior on the performance of employees in Lotte Wholesaller Bandung. Organization behavior as general perception that is owned by all member in organization, so the employe which become organization member will have value, confidence, and behavior according to organization. By that definition, then it can be seen that performance of the employe very not important, because decreasing of individual performance or group in a company. The result of this research thats on alpha >6% value of coefficien beta (B) = 0,297 and show T counting of 3,065 significant level 0,004 where smaller than 0,05. Based on the result of analysis and also testing which is conducted and then hypothesis A that states of organization behavior (x) positive effect and significan to employe performance in lotte wholesaller bandung. It can be conclude that Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of service quality and profit sharing both partially and simultaneously on the satification of customer of Mandiri Syariah Bank Majalengka branch office. The population in this study were customers of Mandiri Syariah Bank Majalengka branch office, which was taken as respondents, amounting to 100 people. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive verification approach. The analytical tool used in this study is the classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing for partial test using t test and simultaneous test using F test. The results of the study indicate that both partially and simultaneously service quality and profit sharing have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meaning the higer the quality of service and the better the profit sharing, customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

A business that is engaged in retail is a promising business for entrepreneurs. Not surprisingly, at this time retail businesses are mushrooming in various regions in Indonesia. Its mushrooming presence does not make this business devoid of customers due to endless human needs. In meeting their needs, a person will decide to shop at a place in accordance with his wishes and tastes, both from the distance of the place, the price of goods, the quality of goods, the quality of the place and the quality of service. From the various choices above it makes one of the reasons why someone decides to shop at the place he wants. Therefore, now many companies are trying to develop effective strategies to build, maintain and increase customer loyalty, one of which is PT Akur Pratama. This study aims to determine the quality of customer information in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research was conducted at one retail company PT Akur Pratama Branch C, located in the Bandung area. Data collection methods in this study with a questionnaire with. The number of samples used in this study were 30 respondents / consumers. PT Akur Pratama Branch C customer information service has not been satisfying so far so that its customers are not fully satisfied and loyal. Some of the problems faced by PT Akur Pratama Branch C are not prioritizing the interests of consumers, the service is not appropriately and quickly according to the promised time, is not quick enough to respond to problems raised by consumers, and is not always alert and ready when there are consumers who ask for help

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the economic problems that often occur in developing countries. One effort that can be done to reduce spending by encouraging the creation of new entrepreneurs. As young people who are the nation's successors, students can become actors of entrepreneurship. Students can start entrepreneurship by motivating themselves and learning knowledge about entrepreneurship because in entrepreneurship knowledge implanted attitudes and knowledge about strong entrepreneurs. This study aims to study the motivation and knowledge of companies that are oriented to the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Majalengka University. The population in this study was all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, with a total sample of 100 people. The method used is a survey method using descriptive verification. The analysis tool uses multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing for partial using the t test while for simultaneous using the F test. The results of research on motivation and knowledge about category are very high, and interest in entrepreneurship is high. Hypothesis test results partially indicate whether simultaneous motivation and knowledge are significant for entrepreneurial interest. Because the motivation and knowledge of the factors driving the increased interest in entrepreneurship, the higher of the motivation and knowledge possessed by students will increase the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This present study is intended to identify the impact of corporate stategy over newspaper distribution at PT.Pikiran Rakyat. Along with increasing of Competition in mass business, the company must make the right strategy to distribute their products. The quality of products and services of print media will determine whether the company is able to compete in the global market or not. The simple requirement that must be fulfilled by the company is the company's ability to provide products and services according to the needs and desires of the community. Distribution factors are important for conveying company products to consumers. This study was designed as a quantitative study, so that the data is analyzed to determine the relationship between company strategy and distribution of newspapers to employees of PT. Pikiran Rakyat. Data and information obtained are related to the company's strategy towards increasing the distribution of PT Pikiran Rakyat newspaper. Data retrieval instruments using questionnaires or questionnaires and direct observations which are then analyzed using SPSS. The retsult of data analysis showed that the company's strategy influencing the process of distributing newspapers at PT. Pikiran Rakyat.

Abstract

One of the aspects possibly affecting an employee in achieving the work success is the work capability. This research is aimed to knowing whether or not there is significant influence between the variables of Training, Discipline and Compensation for Employee’s Performance. This research adopts the quantitative method by conducting the parametric statistical analysis in terms of multiple linier regression. The data used is primary data with 40 employee respondents which is obtained from the questioner of the employees of Koperasi Karyawan Bank Syariah Mandiri (KOPKAR BSM). The data analysis results with data processing auxiliary instrument of SPSS statistic version 23 for window indicate that Training does not significantly influence the Employee Performance in this matter is indicated by t test result significance value namely 0.214 > 0.05. Discipline significantly influences the Employee Performance. It is indicated by t test result significance value namely 0.012 < 0.05. Compensation significantly influences the Employee Performance, indicated by t test result significance value of 0.047 < 0.05. Meanwhile Training, Discipline and Compensation influence significantly the Employee Performance with F test significance value namely 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of Training, Discipline and Compensation influence to the Employee Performance variable is 45.3% while the remaining 54.70% contains other factors affecting the Performance not researched in this research model.
