Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the number of members and the capital structure of cooperatives on the amount of Remaining Operations (SHU) on the Cooperative of Employee Republic of Indonesia (KPRI). Samples of 15 KPRI in Purwokerto were obtained by purposive sampling technique. Based on 3 years of observation, the amount of research data is 45. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using panel data regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) The number of members had no effect on SHU; (2) Own capital has a positive effect on the Remaining Results of Operations; and 3) Loan capital has no effect on the Remaining Results of Business. Theoretically, this research only supports the theory of stewardship in terms of own capital. Whereas in terms of number of members and no loan capital, this is because the cooperative managers are none other than a small number of existing members so the existence of loan capital is not a priority to be managed. Practically, this research can be considered for cooperative managers and cooperative members to better manage cooperative cooperatives through increasing the number of members, and utilizing their own capital and existing loan capital. Furthermore, the government is expected to be able to pay more attention and supervise cooperatives so that their existence benefits the Indonesian people.

Abstract

In this study, the authors will analyze several financial ratios included in the bank health assessment indicators and are used to analyze the relationship between these ratios and the market share of banking in Indonesia. This research was conducted at BUKU IV bank using quarterly data from the 2009 to 2019 period obtained by the authors from the published reports of these banks. The author sees the importance and obligation for stakeholders, including regulators and the public to see market share information as a monitoring and awareness tool for the BUKU IV bank. That the BUKU IV bank has a major influence in realizing a healthy banking system, strong and efficient, as a company capable of influencing economic development in Indonesia (agent of development), has a major reputation risk to maintain stakeholder trust (agent of trust), and as a tool measure to see the satisfaction of banking services to the public (agent of services). The results of research using the Random Effect model showed that the Gross NPL variable, Net NPL had a negative and insignificant effect on the market share of BUKU IV in Indonesia. The variables of non-performing productive assets and non-productive assets with problems on total productive assets and non-productive assets have a significant negative effect on the market share of BUKU IV in Indonesia. The variables ROA, NIM, OEOI, KPMM, CKPN, problematic productive assets on total productive assets have a significant positive effect on the market share of BUKU IV in Indonesia. The CASA variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the market share of BUKU IV in Indonesia.

Abstract

To uncover the impact or contribution of LPS to rural bank’s bankruptcy conditions in Indonesia, then the objective of this research aims to know the effect of deposit insurance interest on asset transmutation risk on rural banks in Indonesia. The analysis method used is path analysis and sobel test. As an independent variable is the sensitivity of deposit insurance interest and the dependent variable is deposit and loan, while the mediation variable is interest cost. The researched data are quarterly financial statement for 4 quarters before the rural banks bankrupt and by comparison also an analysis on quarterly financial statement for 4 quarters on non-bankrupt rural banks. The purposive sampling method obtain sample consist of 144 quarterly financial statements of 36 bankrupt banks and 144 quarterly financial statements of 36 non-bankrupt banks from 2006 to 2018. The results of the study showed that the sensitivity of deposit insurance interest affect significanly on asset transmutation risk. However, there is a difference in the direction of the effect of deposit insurance interest on asset transmutation risk which is on bankrupt rural banks affect significanly in negative direction, while non-bankrupt rural banks affect significanly in positive direction. The results of sobel test also showed that the interest cost affect significanly as mediator between deposit insurance interest and the deposit and loan on bankrupt rural banks or non-bankrupt rural banks. The interesting result can be concluded from this study there is difference of rural banks asset transmutation risk in interest fluctuation between bankrupt and non-bankrupt rural banks.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work life integration as a new phenomenon in the middle of Covid outbreak in Indonesia toward work exhaustion , and the mediating effect of work life balance. 100 samples recruited in this researh is came from workers with at least two year working experience since Covid outbreak. Data is done with an open-ended questionnaire, which processed by Smart PLS 3.0. The results of the study show that work life integration and work life balance have significant effect toward work exhaustion. Besides, work life balance is partially mediate between work life integration and work exhaustion. As the practical implication we suggest that employee should build priority activities to prevent two or more activities executed at the same time.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memprediksi pengaruh greenwashing, ekuitas merek hijau, kredibilitas merek, asosiasi merek hijau dan niat pembelian. Sebagai objek pada penelitian, satu merek dipilih, yaitu The Body Shop. Data dikumpulkan dari 260 konsumen dengan menggunakan metode survei, dan structural equation modeling dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian.Sebagai hasil, ditemukan bahwa asosiasi merek hijau dan kredibilitas merek mempengaruhi ekuitas merek hijau secara positif, dan ekuitas merek hijau memiliki pengaruh positif dan kuat pada intensitas pembelian konsumen. Selain itu, greenwashing berdampak negatif lemah pada asosiasi merek hijau dan kredibilitas merek, dan karenanya, secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi ekuitas merek hijau dan niat pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of employee creativity on job performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at XYZ Hospitality Bandung City. Respondents in this study were 65 employees who worked in 5 (five) departments, namely Marketing & Sales, Personnel (Human Resource), Food & Beverage, Room Division, and Purchasing. The method used is Non-Probability / Non-Random Sampling. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and Macro Hayes PROCESS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) employee creativity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) job satisfaction has no significant effect on job performance, (3) employee creativity has a positive and significant effect on job performance, and (4) employee creativity has no effect on job performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
