Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work life integration as a new phenomenon in the middle of Covid outbreak in Indonesia toward work exhaustion , and the mediating effect of work life balance. 100 samples recruited in this researh is came from workers with at least two year working experience since Covid outbreak. Data is done with an open-ended questionnaire, which processed by Smart PLS 3.0. The results of the study show that work life integration and work life balance have significant effect toward work exhaustion. Besides, work life balance is partially mediate between work life integration and work exhaustion. As the practical implication we suggest that employee should build priority activities to prevent two or more activities executed at the same time.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memprediksi pengaruh greenwashing, ekuitas merek hijau, kredibilitas merek, asosiasi merek hijau dan niat pembelian. Sebagai objek pada penelitian, satu merek dipilih, yaitu The Body Shop. Data dikumpulkan dari 260 konsumen dengan menggunakan metode survei, dan structural equation modeling dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian.Sebagai hasil, ditemukan bahwa asosiasi merek hijau dan kredibilitas merek mempengaruhi ekuitas merek hijau secara positif, dan ekuitas merek hijau memiliki pengaruh positif dan kuat pada intensitas pembelian konsumen. Selain itu, greenwashing berdampak negatif lemah pada asosiasi merek hijau dan kredibilitas merek, dan karenanya, secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi ekuitas merek hijau dan niat pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of employee creativity on job performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at XYZ Hospitality Bandung City. Respondents in this study were 65 employees who worked in 5 (five) departments, namely Marketing & Sales, Personnel (Human Resource), Food & Beverage, Room Division, and Purchasing. The method used is Non-Probability / Non-Random Sampling. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and Macro Hayes PROCESS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) employee creativity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) job satisfaction has no significant effect on job performance, (3) employee creativity has a positive and significant effect on job performance, and (4) employee creativity has no effect on job performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain about the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction on Kampar Bakery Bangkinang bread products. The data analysis using path analysis (Path Analysis). This study uses quantitative data. Random data collection techniques. Data sources in this study were from Kampar Bakery Bangkinang from 2013 until 2018. The data analysis techniques were descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study are as follows 1) Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction Kampar Bread Products Bakery. 2) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction Kampar Bread Products Bakery. 3) Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty Kampar Bread Products Bakery. 4) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty Kampar Bread Products Bakery. 5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty Kampar Bread Products Bakery. 6) Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Kampar Bread Products Bakery. 7) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Kampar Bread Products Bakery.

Abstract

The Jakarta Archdiocese is a religious institution of the Catholic Church which as a religious institution has a specificity in managing its finances by referring to the Church Law and applicable public finance regulations. The characteristic of keuangan governance in the Jakarta Archdiocese can be seen from the implementation of the allocation and collection policies on Sundays, which are the main source of parish income. Funds obtained by parishes must be deposited to the diocese as a form of solidarity as stipulated in the percentage policy of the Pastoral Solidarity Fund, while the remaining funds in the parish are used to finance operations and other activities. The increasing number of parishes that apply for Collection II from year to year shows the increasing need for parish operational funds that must be met. Through the assessment of the DSP percentage policy, it is hoped that alternative keuangan modeling proposals will be obtained related to the policies implemented so that the parish has good keuangan strength. By conducting keuangan analysis based on keuangan position reports, activity reports and cash flow reports, we want to know the liquidity ratios that indicate the parish’s keuangan performance so that they can be taken into consideration in making appraisal assessments.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a long-term business strategy that is contradictory to one of the company's goals, which is profit, so shareholders are faced with dilemmas and polemics, especially in Indonesia. Therefore, this study was conducted to find evidence whether CSR is able to offer value-added to shareholders by influencing the company's cost of capital which consists of cost of equity and cost of debt. The independent variable used is the cost allocated to support CSR activities. There are six control variables which are systematic risk, price to book ratio, firm size, debt ratio, revenue growth, composition of independent commissioners. The researcher uses data from 22 companies whose shares have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as LQ-45 for the period 2014-2020 and uses a multiple regression research testing model. The conclusion of this studies indicate that corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on the cost of equity and a significant negative effect on the cost of debt. Firm size has a negative effect on both the cost of equity and the cost of debt, while revenue growth has a positive impact on the cost of equity. The debt ratio has a positive effect on the cost of debt. The other variables do not have a significant effect on the cost of capital. This study is expected to be able to help interested parties to predict, control and anticipate the movement of the company's cost of capital'

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effects of intellectual capital, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the proportion of independent board of commissioners on the company's financial performance. The measurement used was the ratio of probability of return on assets (ROA) of the non-financial services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2016 - 2018 period. The data in this research were audited financial statements and annual reports from 83 eligible non-financial services. 249 samples were used. The data were analyzed by using a descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. The results showed that the intellectual capital variable had a positive effect on the company's financial performance, while the managerial ownership and institutional ownership variables had no effect on the company's financial performance, and the proportion of independent commissioner variable had a negative effect on the company's financial performance. The abstract contains a brief description about overall article’s, problems and research objectives, research methods, research results, conclusions and suggestions.

Abstract

During the pandemic, consumers are advised to pay attention to health protocols regarding product consumption This study aims to determine the relationship between preferences of evaluating benefit or risk, selection of payment instruments, and places to shop with considerations of health protocols in consumption behavior. To test the hypothesis that payment instruments and places to shop affect the consideration of health protocols in consumer behavior, an online survey was distributed to 1058 participants with age 18-25 years who are currently living in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Responses were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlatio method. The results showed that the use of cash has a significant relationship with cognitive, affective and behavior dimensions of the health protocol consideration on consumption behavior. However, with the cognitive dimension of health protocol consideration on consumption behavior, the use of cash is negatively correlated. Meanwhile, the choice to shop online has a significant positive correlation with all dimensions of health protocol considerations on consumption behavior. The results indicate that promoting cashless and online consumption are inline with supporting health protocols consideration on consumption behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, and security on an intention to use through the consumer attitude towards digital wallet users. This is due to the many developments in payment instruments using digital wallets. The research object is digital wallet users. The data taken were 160 respondents. Retrieval of data using purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is used because the respondents taken have already used digital wallets in their payments. The indicators and variables studied were tested for validity and reliability. The validity test used confirmatory factor analysis by looking at the factor loading value. For reliability, composite reliability (CR) and average extracted variance (AVE) are used. To test the hypothesis, structural equation modeling (SEM) is used. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the variable perceived usefulness and security do not directly influence intention to use. The perceived convenience variable does not have a direct or indirect effect on the intention to use. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness and security variables indirectly affect the intention to use through consumer attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the credit portfolio strategy (focus or diversification strategy) based on the economic sector in conventional commercial banks grouped by business activity (BUKU) in the period January 2016 - December 2018 and analyze the effect of credit portfolio concentration and credit risk on rates of return. This study uses secondary data obtained from Indonesian Banking Statistics at the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This study used 4 samples, namely BUKU 1, BUKU 2, BUKU 3, BUKU 4. The results showed that the concentration of the credit portfolio had a positive effect on credit risk, while credit risk had a negative effect on return. In addition, the mediating role of the credit risk variable is not proven to affect the effect of the credit portfolio and credit risk. These results suggest that the credit portfolio concentration strategy in certain sector can increase credit risk so that it tends to reduce the rate of return. Thus, banks need to diversify their credit portfolios to minimize credit risk.
