Abstract

The community has difficulty in finding detailed information on the location of the nearest health center health service. And this study aims to develop a mapping application as a means of a public health center that uses a geographic information system so that the location of the health center in Labuhan Batu district can be seen well. after this research was realized, among others, was to facilitate the people of Labuhan Batu district in accessing information and the location of the health center in Labuhan Batu district by using android In this study, researchers used the SDLC (system development life cycle) design method as a Webgis community health center design and used UML (unified modeling language) modeling as a geographic information system design model that can help and simplify problems that can meet modeling needs. This system can also display information about health center facilities so that it can make it easier for the community to find information on the health center facilities to be addressed.

Abstract

Difficulties in finding the location of a pharmacy in a certain area resulted in the community's needs not being met. The purpose of this study is to implement a web-based geographic information system (Webgis) regarding the distribution of a number of pharmacies in Rantauprapat City. The benefits of Webgis can make it easier for the public to find out and find any point in pharmacies in Rantauprapat City by realizing a Geographic Information System. This study uses SDLC (System Development Life Cyle) design as a mechanism in designing Webgis Pharmacies, and uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling as a geographic information system design model that helps simplify problems that can meet needs in modeling, building and describing communication. about a system using diagrams and supporting texts. It is hoped that this application can make it easier to find the needed pharmacy.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is a classic problem that occurs in every country, both developed countries and developing countries like Indonesia. in every country there are many programs carried out by the government to overcome the problem of poverty, one of which is the RASKIN program carried out by the Indonesian government. The method used to complete this research is SMARTER (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks). The SMARTER method was chosen because it is a form of decision support model used in decision making with multiple attributes that will be used to solve decision-making problems. The research was conducted in Sei Beluru Village, Meranti District, Asahan Regency. In Sei Beluru Village, the criteria are the floor area of ​​the house, type of house floor, type of house walls, toilet facilities, drinking water sources, lighting, fuel used, frequency of eating, ability to buy meat, ability to buy clothes, ability to seek treatment, income. per month, education of the head of the household, asset ownership. The decision support system using the smarter method is able to analyze data on people who are entitled to receive Raskin assistance.

Abstract

Seleksi penerimaan seorang Laboran adalah hal yang penting bagi STMIK Pelita Nusantara untuk memperoleh calon laboran yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan kebutuhan STMIK Pelita Nusantara. Selama ini belum adanya sistem yang dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam menentukan calon Laboran. Dalam penelitian ini, diimplementasikan metode Composite Performance Index untuk membantu pihak manajemen STMIK Pelita Nusantara dalam menentukan calon Laboran. Metode ini dipilih karena merupakan indeks gabungan (composite index) yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penilaian atau peringkat dari berbagai alternatif (i) berdasarkan beberapa kriteria (j) yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi penerimaan calon Laboran dengan melakukan pembobotan terhadap setiap kriteria dari pelamar. Dari hasil yang diperoleh maka metode yang diimpelementasikan dan diuji melalui sistem dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam menentukan calon Laboran pada STMIK Pelita Nusantara

Abstract

Unsecured loans are the community's choice for lending to banks that provide these services. PT. BPR Diori Ganda is a regional private banking company that serves savings and loans and loans without collateral for the community. Submission of unsecured loans must go through an assessor team to process the analysis of the attributes that affect the customer's classification so that credit can be approved, which is then submitted to the commissioner for credit approval. But what if those who apply for credit on the same day in large amounts, of course this will make the process of credit analysis and approval will take a long time. If it is seen from the many needs of the community to apply for loans without collateral, a classification application is needed, in order to facilitate the work of the assessor team in the process of analyzing the attributes that affect customer classification. Abstract

Tubercolosis is an infection caused by acid-resistant bacilli (AFB). Tubercolosis is an infectious disease that can attack anyone through the air. Tuberculosis is a dangerous infectious disease. Tuberculosis is a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the ages of 15-35 years. How to diagnose Tuberculosis is by expert experts interviewing and then testing sputum samples by using a laboratory to find out positive or negative Tuberculosis so it requires a long time. Therefore we need an Expert System with Bayes method to facilitate diagnosing tuberculosis disease. This expert system was developed using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language and by using a Microsoft Access 2010 database.

Abstract

Sistem kartu pelajar yang efektif dan efisien sangat penting bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk memastikan keamanan dan mengelola informasi siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototype sistem kartu pelajar cerdas berbasis Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) di MA Insan Kamil Kota Sorong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Prototype kartu pelajar cerdas ini menggunakan teknologi RFID untuk mengidentifikasi siswa dan memungkinkan pengelolaan informasi siswa secara digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototype kartu pelajar cerdas berbasis RFID di MA Insan Kamil Kota Sorong dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam manajemen data siswa. Sistem ini memungkinkan informasi siswa seperti identitas, data akademik, dan absensi untuk diakses secara real-time dan terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi sekolah. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dan solusi dalam pengembangan sistem kartu pelajar cerdas di lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Sistem ini dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam manajemen data siswa serta memberikan keamanan yang lebih baik bagi siswa dan lembaga pendidikan

Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah sistem yang dapat memberikan solusi atau rekomendasi berdasarkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh para ahli pada bidang tertentu. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah sistem pakar untuk menentukan metode Keluarga Berencana Alami (KBA) menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Sistem pakar ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar dapat memberikan rekomendasi metode KBA berdasarkan kondisi fisik, kesehatan, dan riwayat kesehatan pasangan. Pengguna hanya perlu memasukkan data yang dibutuhkan, kemudian sistem akan memberikan hasil rekomendasi secara cepat dan akurat. Diharapkan sistem pakar yang dirancang dapat membantu para ahli dan praktisi di bidang KBA dalam memberikan rekomendasi metode yang tepat untuk pasien. Selain itu, sistem pakar ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi masyarakat yang ingin memperoleh informasi mengenai KBA dan memilih metode yang tepat sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan mereka
