Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara agraris memiliki luas perkebunan jutaan hektar dan melibatkan puluhan juta tenaga kerja. Sebagai sumber daya yang dapat terbarukan (renewable resource), sehingga perkebunan dapat menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi bangsa. Salah satu sentral produksi kelapa sawit yang ada di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau adalah Desa Bangun Jaya Kecamatan Tambusai Utara. Tujuan penelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar investasi dan biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan oleh petani, kelayakan finansial, dan sensitivitas kelayakan usahatani kelapa sawit rakyat di Desa Bangun Jaya. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Multi-Stage Sampling dan ukuran sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 80 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya investasi sebesar Rp 141,702,546, biaya operasional adalah sebesar Rp 142,881,950. Hasil analisis kriteria investasi pada usahatani layak untuk diusahakan dengan nilai NPV sebesar 76,873,169, IRR sebesar 11,27, PR sebesar 1,55, Net B/C sebesar 1,56 , Gross B/C sebesar 1,34 dan nilai Payback Period adalah 7 tahun 7 bulan. Analisis Sensitivitas pada penurunan harga kelapa sawit sebanyak 20% dan kenaikan harga input kelapa sawit 15% masih layak untuk diusahakan. Sementara itu, ketika terjadi penurunan harga kelapa sawit sebanyak 50% usahatani tidak layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

​Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan petani dan menganalisis dampak adanya program Bakti BCA terhadap tingkat kepuasan petani di Dusun Sirap. Penyusunan skripsi berdasarkan serangkaian penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022 di Dusun Sirap, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 32 seluruh anggota Kelompok Tani Rahayu IV sebagai responden. Uji kelayakan kuesioner yang dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji tingkat kepuasan petani menggunakan importance performance analysis dan uji customer satisfaction index. Berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA, atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan yakni: (1) kesiapan materi dalam memberikan penyuluhan, (2) konsistensi penyuluh yang diberikan, (3) kemampuan dalam membantu dan memberikan solusi atas keluhan petani, (4) penyuluh memberikan kemampuan dalam inovasi pertanian terbaru, (5) penyuluh tanggap dalam menghadapi pengaduan petani, (6) penyuluh cepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan, (7) penyuluh tepat dalam menyampaikan materi yang sesuai kebutuhan petani, dan (8) penyuluh mengupayakan kegiatan penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. perhitungan hasil analisis customer satisfaction index (CSI) diperoleh 81,42% dalam rentang skala 81-100% yang artinya nilai tingkat kepuasan petani yang tergolong pada kategori sangat puas dalam mengikuti program bakti dengan PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Kata kunci: Kepuasan, penyuluh, penyuluhan

Abstract

Profitabilitas adalah suatu ukuran dalam presentase yang digunakan untuk menilai sejauh mana perusahaan mampu menghasilkan laba yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Profitabilitas adalah kemampuan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba perusahaan. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghitung profitabilitas pada usaha Ayam Broiler di Closed House Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian Universitas Diponegoro Kota Semarang. Manfaat dari Penelitian ini adalah melihat tingkat laba dan perkembangan laba usaha usaha Ayam Broiler di Closed House Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian Universitas Diponegoro Kota. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 4 November 2022 – 14 November 2022 di Closed House Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian Universitas Diponegoro, Jl. Prof. H. Soedarto, S.H., Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, yaitu pengamatan secara langsung di Closed House Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian Universitas Diponegoro. Data yang diambil merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan manajer kandang Closed House Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian Universitas Diponegoro dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari pendataan perusahaan serta literasi yang sesuai dengan pembahasan. Hasil penelitian adalah profitabilitas lebih rendah dari suku bunga pinjaman, dan dari segi margin laba kotor, margin laba bersih dibandingkan dengan standar yang telah ditentukan sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa usaha tersebut dalam keadaan yang tidak baik.

Abstract

Livestock development is an integral part of agricultural and national development. Livestock development as an agricultural sub-sector has an important role in human life. This is related to the readiness of the livestock sub-sector in terms of providing animal food for the community. The aim of developing the livestock sub-sector is to increase income, expand employment opportunities, increase population and production as well as improve people's nutrition. In order to fulfill the community's nutrition sourced from animal protein, the priority for livestock development policies is directed to livestock business commodities that are supported by the potential of the region, so that its development will be supported by the availability of existing potential. The research was carried out in 2022 at the UPTD of Superior Livestock Breeding (PTU) and Forage Animal Feed (HPT) of the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of Pelalawan Regency. Based on the results of the technical/research reports that have been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: The condition of the technical implementation of animal husbandry in the existing (existing) UPTD of Superior Cattle Breeding and Forage Cattle Fodder of the Livestock Service Office of Pelalawan Regency: Viewed from the technical aspect of seed management. Livestock that has been developed has the potential to produce quality calves, Feeding using palm oil waste (cake and solid) and tofu dregs can reduce production costs, Rearing with semi-intensive and extensive term patterns can improve livestock health and reduce production costs, Services Reproductive techniques through Artificial Insemination (AI) will produce quality calves. Health services by implementing Biosecurity aspects will reduce livestock morbidity and mortality.

Abstract

Salah satu penyakit penting pada pertanaman karet adalah penyakit jamur akar putih (JAP) yang disebabkan oleh Rigidiporus micoporus. Penyakit JAP sangat merugikan pada perkebunan karet, upaya lain dalam pengendalian penyakit JAP adalah pemanfatan mikroba yang bersifat antagonisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan isolat Trichoderma sp terhadap R. microporus. Metode penelitian meliputi pengambilan sampel tanah disekitar perakaran tanaman kopi, isolasi, pemurnian, indentifikasi dan uji antagonisme. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dua isolat Trichoderma sp yang berhasil di isolasi dari rhiszosfer pertanaman kopi. Jamur Trichoderma sp Tr1 dan Tr 2 mampu menghambat pertumbuhan R. microporus dengan persentase 80%-100%.

Abstract

So important is land for human life, regulations are needed that regulate the use, allocation, control and ownership of land, along with the resolution of land disputes. Saturday, September 24 1960, was a very important day in the development of Indonesian law, especially in the field of Agrarian law. This historic date is the day Law No. 5 years known as the Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations. As forobjectiveUUPA is asBasic Law laying the foundations for legal draftingagrarianational, which will constitute a tool to bring prosperity, happiness and justice for the country and the people, especially farmers, in the framework of a just and prosperous society.NHowever, in reality there is an increase in the number of land disputes every year. Land disputes are unavoidable nowadays. The law enforcement bureaucracy in resolving land disputes through litigation and non-litigation is often found to be considered unfair in resolving these disputes. From these various cases, the emergence and sharpening of land disputes did not occur instantly, but rather grew and developed from seeds that had been buried for a long time. Such as the land ownership dispute between the Timiangan Raya Farmers Cooperative (KTTR) and Dewi Robinar. The Timiangan Raya Farmers Cooperative sued on October 5 2021 with no. Reg; 254/Pdt.G/2021/PN Prp. on suspicion of grabbing land on a 250 ha plantation owned by Dr.dr.Dewi Robinar, Sp.A. (K) since 2005 in Lubuk Napal Village, Rambah Samo District, Rokan Hulu Regency, meaning that this problem has been hidden for 18 years and was only revealed in 2021. In accordance with article 33 number 4 of the 1945 Constitution which states that the national economy is organized based on economic democracy with the principles of togetherness, efficiency, justice, sustainability, environmental insight, independence and maintaining the balance of progress and national economic unity. The various provisions and efforts mandated in it are expressly aimed at raising the standard of living of the economically weak people.In this research the method is used as an analytical tool is an approach taken based on the main legal basis by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations related to pThis research is with analytical descriptive research specifications. With data analysis used is qualitative data analysis.

Abstract

Since the authority to grant oil palm plantation business permits was handed over to the Regency/City Government, the area of plantation business land in the Regency/City area has increased. Rokan Hulu Regency has the potential for large enough land for the development of oil palm plantations, but on the other hand, oil palm plantation business activities in Rokan Hulu Regency also have negative impacts, namely the occurrence of various conflicts between local communities and plantation companies both regarding community land and development of plantations for the community, conflicts over land between oil palm plantation companies. In the last 5 years, there have been conflicts between communities. The community demanded that the management of the Kopsa Bunda cooperative bring the community together with PT PIS II and the Rokan Hulu cooperative service. However, after a time the management of the Kopsa Bunda Cooperative instead carried out a credit agreement with Bank Mandiri Syariah and PT PIS II, the people of Rantau Binuang Sakti sued PT PIS II. The results of the research conducted are the cooperation agreement for the development of oil palm plantations between the Bunga Idaman Oil Palm Agricultural Cooperative and PT. Perdana Inti Sawit Perkasa in Desa RBS Kec. District fullness Rohul in Case No: 190/PDT.G/2021/PN.PBR was declared void. The form of settlement for the cancellation of the agreement is through settlement by bringing this case to court and the decision to cancel this agreement is decided by the Judge in court because it is through the Court that has the right and proves that something can be canceled.
