Abstract

Poverty is a problem in almost every country. One cause of poverty is the low level ofwelfare in the economic field. Productive zakah is a solution so that economicempowerment can overcome the problem of poverty. The aim of the research is analyzethe benefits of productive zakah on improving the welfare of mustahiq. The researchmethod used in this research is qualitative descriptive with fieldbased approach.Information and data resources in this research are Lembaga Manajemen InfaqSurabaya and Mustahiq who received productive zakah. Triangulation (observation,interview and documentation) is used to collect the data. The data in the research isanalysed through three step; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Theanalysis shows that the distribution of productive zakat has various benefits for themustahiq. While welfare must be unacceptable with material abundance, it must bebalanced and oriented to the afterlife.

Abstract

The development of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia in 2010 - 2015 has increased every year. This is evidenced by the high level of cosmetics production in Indonesia. With that, the cosmetics industry is given the trust to produce good quality cosmetic products. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) of Wardah, MakeOver and Emina cosmetic products. The sample used in this study were 100 Muslim female respondents who used Wardah, MakeOver and Emina cosmetics in Surabaya. The approach taken in this research was an associative quantitative approach. Primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who use Wardah, MakeOver and Emina cosmetics. The analysis technique used in this research was Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicated that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, promotion also affected positively and significantly on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Every year, the number of tourist visit religious tourist attraction, KH. Abdurrahman Wahid cemetery increases. The tourist decision to visit a tourist attraction place can be influenced by several factors, such as tourist attractions, amenities and accessibility. The purpose of this research is to know the impact of tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility to the decision of visit on the religious tourism KH. Abdurrahman Wahid cemetery. The research methods used are quantitative research and used multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that tourist attraction variables and accessibility variables were positive and significant to the visiting decision. But the variable of amenities had no significant effect on the visiting decision. Simultaneously variable tourist attractions, amenities and accessibility affected the variable of visiting decisions.

Abstract

The government ratified the JPH Law, which took effect in October 2019. The law emphasizes that products circulating, imported, and sold in Indonesia must be halal certified. The various types of coffee drinks are very diverse and most of the products in circulation have not received halal certificates because the awareness of halal-certified products by business actors is still very low. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of coffee shop entrepreneurs regarding halal certification obligations that have been in force in Indonesia given the low awareness of business operators towards halal products. This research can be used as a solution in dealing with problems regarding halal certification obligations. The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative, namely through data that has been obtained and collected. The conclusion of this study shows that the responses issued by business actors strongly support the existence of the halal certification obligation, but there are problems in the implementation of the JPH Law making business actors still reluctant to conduct halal certification.

Abstract

This study discusses financial accouting standarss that must be used by Zakat Management Organizations (OPZ) as a from of transparency, and accountability to the public and government.The standards initiated by the Indonesian Accounting Association (IAI) namely, PSAK of number 109 concerning Zakat, Infaq/Alms. Accounting includes recognition and measurement, presentation and disclosure. In addition, it can increase the trust of muzaki to give their funds to official zakat institutions. One of them, namely the Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) which has received the title of Fair without Exception in 2017. So, the research objective is obtained to determine the suitability of the application with PSAK of number 109. The research method used is qualitative. The regarding the stage analysis carried out by describing the treatment of recording the financial statements of the Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) the compare it with PSAK of number 109. The results of this tudy concluded that the financial report made by Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) were in accordance with PSAK of number 109.

Abstract

Pegadaian Sharia offers a fexible gold investement product ‘Gold Saving’ which since it was launched in 2015, it has become the most popular. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of islamic promotion and quality of islamic services to customer’s purchase decision to be customer of Pegadaian Sharia Gold Saving at Gresik Regency. Using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data and test hypotheses with SPSS version 23. This research model has two independent variables, namely islamic promotion and quality of islamic services, then the model has one dependent variable that is purchase decision. Data were collected by using questioner and measured by likert scale, distributed to 96 respondents of the Gold Saving customer’s of Pegadaian Sharia in Gresik Regency, sample selected using simple random sampling terchnique. The result found that islamic promotion didn’t significant effect to the customer’s purchase decision. Then, the quality of islamic service has positive and significant effect on customer’s purchase decision. However, the result of t-test found these islamic promotion and quality of islamic service has affect in simultaneous on customer’s purchase of Pegadaian Shariah Gold Saving.

Abstract

The tren of consuming coffee among young people today has great potential to increase the amount of coffee consumption in Indonesia. With the proliferation of coffee shops in various cities is proof that coffee lovers are increasing. One of the coffee-based businesses that are in demand today is the current coffee shop. As business people, especially Muslim business people, in conducting their business they should apply business ethics as a driever of competitive behavior so that they are by existing norms and by those stipulated in the Quran, Hadith, and other Islamic sources. This research uses descriptive qualitative case study approach to examine a case that occurs in a certain place and time. The result showed that based on the results of interviews conducted with two sources and compared in-depth discussions with theories and previous studies, Diskuupi only applied the principle of balance, free will, and truth: virtue and honesty, and responsibility.

Abstract

The potential of zakat that has not been realized makes each zakat management institution required to plan a good marketing strategy through quality services and in accordance with Islam. LAZISMU is a national scale zakat institution (LAZNAS), but in the middle of its journey LAZISMU stopped temporarily and is not operating, so in this case it is interesting to check whether zakat management institutions that stop on a national scale can still provide good quality services and can satisfy donors. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of the quality of Islamic services on donor satisfaction in LAZISMU in Mojokerto district. Quantitative research used in this study with a total sample of 77 LAZISMU donors in Mojoketo Regency. To obtain data using a questionnaire questionnaire with a closed model. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis test, partial test (t test) classic assumption test. The results found that the t test was at a significance value of 0,000 <0.05, which means that service quality variables had a significant and positive effect on donor satisfaction. While the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) are at a value of 36.3%, meaning that the quality of service variable has a contribution of 36.3% to donor satisfaction.

Abstract

Islamic tourism is a type of tourism that potentially has brought welfare for people. As an example, Al-Akbar Surabaya Mosque, which has various kinds of activities bringing the prosperity for vendors surrounding. This research aimed to determine how the impact of the event held by Al-Akbar's mosque towards the welfare of vendors surrounding. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research used the qualitative method using descriptives analysis techniques after doing the interview. Based on the result, the impact of welfare felt by the vendors. The existence of routine events organized by this mosque influenced the income and well-being of traders and their families. The effect perceived by the merchants both materially and spiritually has fulfilled the 'Maqasyid Syariah', proofed that the Al Akbar Mosque has fulfilled the concept of Islamic tourism which is to bring prosperity to the Ummah

Abstract

This Study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to determine proces of mindring practice services in the village of Manyar Sidorukun Gresik. From this study it can  can be concluded, that mindring transaction have been going on for dozen of years and are considered as a solution to the household Economy that is easy and fast by using mutual trust. The concept of mindring practice is a service that offers credit sale and purchase with 2 objects namely the object of goods and money. In Islamic economic law the practice of mindring type of goods credit is in accordance with Fatwa No. 110 / DSN-MUI / IX / 2017 concerning sale and purchase agreement and does not include transactions containing usury. Whereas in the practice of mindring the type of money credit is not in accordance with Fatwa concerning the sale and purchase agreement on the provisions of the goods, because the goods referred to in the sale and purchase agreement of credit money are intangible only words, then the contract This money credit includes a loan agreement which contains usury because there are additional requirements that required by mindring practice service provider so that the law is haram.
