Abstract

This research is aimed to see the impact of achievement motivation and compensation toward the performance of funding marketing employees in Muamalat Bank Surabaya Branch. This study uses a saturated sample by involving the intire population to be sampled. In thi study there were 30 employee of funding marketing in Muamalat Bank Surabaya Branch from 3 different branches namely The Main Branch Office-Mas Mansyur, The Main Branch Office-Darmo, and The Main Branch Office-Mayjend Sungkono. The data collection technique applied in this research is a questionnaire with a list of questions addressed to the respondent using a Likert scale in the checklist-shaped with 5 options answer. The test measuring instruments such as multiple linear regression and hypothesis test consists of t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient (R2) are employed as the data analysis technique. The finding resulted that, simultaneously, the variable of achievement motivation and compensation is positively influenced the performance of funding marketing employees in Muamalat Bank Surabaya Branch. Meanwhile, partially, it resulted that achievement motivation and compensation are significantly and positively impacted the performance of the employees. While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test gives an effect of 46.2% on the performance of marketing funding employees at Muamalat Bank Surabaya. While the remaining 53.8% of the variables are put outside the research.

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority conducted a national survey of the literacy level of Indonesian people as many as 8000 people from 20 provinces and produced only 14.85 percent which was well literate, while 38.89 percent was quite literate and 45.44 percent non-literate and the promotion rate was quite literate. conducted by sharia pawnshops that are considered less than optimal by the community through initial surveys conducted by researchers, therefore this study aims to determine the effect of promotion and literacy on purchasing decisions of Sharia pawnshops in Surabaya, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were Sharia Pegadaian customers. This study uses multiple linear models to obtain answers to the research objectives. Where the results are obtained partially and simultaneously, there is a positive influence from the promotion and literacy variables on the purchasing decision variable. The results obtained from the R2 test, the independent variable has a simultaneous effect of 0.763 or 76.3% on the dependent variable. While there is a residual of 0.237 or 23.7% influenced by other factors outside the research variables

Abstract

Cosmetics are one of the needs of women to support their appearance, especially a muslim woman who want to look beautiful without having worry about the provisions of islam. The development of cosmetic industry is growing rapidly to innovate and accept the challenges. The purpose of this research to determine the simultaneously effect of halal label, brand image, and online consumer review on purchasing descision of Wardah Cosmetics. The sample is 100 muslim women respondents who have used or bought Wardah cosmetics in Surabaya. Data collection methods used in this research was a likert scale questinnaire. Data analysis techniques usedare the instrument test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test. The results of this research are halal label and brand image significantly influences purchasing decision,while online consumer review doesnt significantly influence Wadah cosmetics purchasing decisions.

Abstract

There are no institutions that utilize the potential of cash waqf make this study aimed to determine the literacy level of the students Economics Faculty, State University of Surabaya regarding cash waqf. so that stakeholders can take advantage of the cash waqf  potential in Economics Faculty, State University of Surabaya. The method used in this researched was descriptive qualitative.  The results of this study indicated that in majority at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya, have a very minimal level of literacy or understanding. The results of the research can provide a picture for stakeholders about the conditions in the environment.  Furthermore, only students majoring in Islamic Eonomics who had knowledge above the average of other majors students but were still classified into low levels because the knowledge of the students majoring in Islamic Economics was only limited to basic knowledge.

Abstract

AbstractThis study ams to see how the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, a case study in the district of bangkalan.This quantitative research used a sample of 64 customer of BMT Sidogiri in Bangkalan Regency branch. To obtain the data, the researcher used a closed-ended questionnaire. The analysis data used simple linear regression analyzed test and partial test. This study found the results of the t-test were at a significant value with a magnitude of 0.00 so that it was greater than 0.05 which meant that the variable quality of service had a significant influence and a good direction on customer satisfaction. While the results of the determinant coefficient test (R2) were at the value of 0.145 which meant that service quality variables had an effect of 14.5 percent on customer satisfaction. The result of this study indicate that service quality has a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Increasing customer satisfaction is a necessity for Islamic banking, given the increasingly fierce competition in the financial services business. Customer satisfaction can maintain the existence of Islamic banking. One of the instruments that can increase customer satisfaction is to provide quality services. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of Islamic banking services on customer satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative study consisting of independent variables Islamic service quality using indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and sharia compliance. Data collection techniques using accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data is processed using simple regression method. The results of this study are the quality of Islamic service influences customer satisfaction which means that 21.4% of customer satisfaction variables can be explained by Islamic service quality variables

Abstract

The fluctuation of the level of zakat funds obtained by BAZNAS affects the zakat potential that has been determined. The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) revealed that the potential for zakat in Indonesia can get IDR 252 trillion per year, while the funds raised are only 1% of the potential zakat. That is, the zakat potential which is set in the year has not reached the fulfillment of zakat obligations, therefore this study aims to determine the principle of self-assessment of the fulfillment of zakat obligations partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses associative quantitative methods with the sampling technique using random sampling. The required sample is 100, the respondents are Muslim communities who have fulfilled their zakat fitrah obligations domiciled in Gresik and Surabaya. Research using multiple linear models to obtain answers to research objectives. The results obtained partially and simultaneously there is an influence from the variable of the principle of self-assessment on the fulfillment of zakat obligations. The results of the R2 test, the independent variable has an effect of 0.306 or 30.6% on the dependent variable. While there is a residual of 0.694 or 69.4%, it can be seen that other factors are outside the research.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To find out the strategies of zakat, infaq and alms management to improve the economy of the poor at the Amil Zakat Institution in Mojokerto City and 2) To find out the obstacles and opportunities in managing zakat, infaq, and alms to improve the poor economy at the Amil Zakat Institution in Mojokerto City. The data analysis method in this study was conducted using the Miles and Huberman models. The results showed that the management of zakat, infaq, and alms to improve the economy of the underprivileged. The main purpose of zakat, infaq, and alms is community welfare, this fact makes zakat can function as a source of socioeconomic funds for Muslims. Internal barriers that are usually about the needs of the preparation of needs with different budgets so that it is often an inaccuracy in the management process carried out. The main obstacle that causes zakat has not been able to influence the economy and the opportunities in the management process can make the activities carried out more productive and in accordance with the provisions set.

Abstract

The needs of human life are known to have three principles namely Sandang, Food, Board. The dense pace of growth causes the need for support, food, boards to increase, so there is a mortgage system that helps the population to get board needs. This research aims to find out the financing model used by Non Bank Sharia Home Owner Loans. Non-bank Sharia Home Owning Loans are essentially home loans for prospective home buyers who do not use banks in practice. The research method used is qualitatively descriptive. The results showed that the financing model of non-bank Sharia Home Owner Loans is not the same as Sharia Owner's Credit using banks. Murabahah and Mudharabah trading agreements used by non-bank Sharia Home Owner Loans are about the same as Sharia Home Owner Loans using banks.

Abstract

The increasing population in Indonesia will have an impact on the increasing need for life, one of which is the need for a home. KPR also comes with a sharia system without involving banks to meet the needs of the community in owning a house better known as Sharia Property. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze whether there is an influence of price, environmental and religiosity factors on sharia property purchase decisions in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with technical data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The data of this research is processed from sharia property consumers in Indonesia amounting to 110 people. The results showed the price level, environmental level and religiosity level are in a high category. All of these variables have a positive influence so that it can influence sharia property purchase decisions. This research is expected to provide benefits for various parties in improving public understanding of Sharia property in order to improve development strategies in sharia property purchase decisions in Indonesia.
