Abstract

In the current globalization era, many more business competition and the global economic situation was uncertain that requires management to be more active and more creative and able to cope problems that exist, so that the company can still go on to live and grown. Every company is required to have a differentiation advantages that can be used as an additional weapon to deal with competitors. That company's readiness to face the threats and challenges that will arise is through the formulation and implementation of appropriate strategies that align with the core excellence. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship between the application of responsibility accounting and strategy implementation with corporate performance. The population of this study was all of branch manager of PT. CLASIES STAR PROBOLINGGO in Indonesia, amounted 130 peoples. The sampling technique was conducted with a "non-probability sampling" approach with "purposive sampling" method. Model of analysis that used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regressions and to determine their effects are using F-test and t-test.

Abstract

The financial statements will be considered reasonable if its presentation had been in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards which is generally accepted or commonly referred as SFAS compiled by IAI and the characteristics of those financial statements should be understandable, relevant, reliable, and comparable. In preparing the financial statements there are rules for recording transactions, which are the pairs bookkeeping system (double entry), this recording system is a common and commonly used in the preparation of the financial statements. The preparation of financial statements that was often still used is the single bookkeeping system (single entry), when the records did not show a complete overview of the transaction, then in order to preparing the financial statements that would be considered be reasonable will meet the difficulties, other than there is no direct way to know whether the balances was right, so the company is faced the danger of deviation, inaccurate, which those financial statements are not in accordance with accounting standards. In achieving the purposes of this study, then financial statements that has been adapted to the provisions of SFAS No. 1 will be restated based on the data that obtained from the company by using the pairs bookkeeping system (double entry), and secondly to determine the effect that raised when the financial statements are in accordance with provisions of SFAS No. 1. For this discussion, the researcher was restated the financial statements of the company in 2012. From the results of those financial statements presentation it will seem easier to be read by the parties who need financial statements to make economic decision-making in the present and in the future. Researcher has suggested that the company's financial statements presentation was able to present in accordance with SFAS No. 1 by using the pairs bookkeeping system (double entry).

Abstract

Tourism is one of the key drivers of socio-economic development in a number of major countries and regions, especially in the city of Surabaya. Mangrove ecotourism is a traditional model of tourism that is undergoing transformation that raises some fact that tourism has the characteristics that are plants that can be made the syrups, taffy, etc. On the east coast of Surabaya the mangrove forest is a very attractive destination, because in addition to ecotourism there are collection egret birds that live there as a transit point as well as other animals such as monkeys. Newer classifications of tourism sector in Wonorejo consider include: beach tourism, domestic tourism, cultural tourism, rural tourism, camping tours, marine tours, cruises and city tours. The coordinates on the X-axis strength variable or = 0.754 and weakness variable or Y axis = 0.055. It means that sustainable mangrove ecotourism in Wonorejo are in a favorable situation because it has a pretty good chance and strength so that should be applied in these circumstances is the aggressive growth policy or aggressive strategies. Resolution of issues that need to be done include : (1) Sustainable mangrove ecotourism can generate local tax revenues to finance infrastructure improvements and quality of service (schools, NGO, park and recreation, roads, etc.). (2) Sustainable mangrove ecotourism can stimulate the development of local companies dedicated to this activity. (3) Social and cultural awareness which leads to the formation of larger socio-cultural association to preserve the diverse tourist. (4) Sustainable mangrove ecotourism can contribute to forest rehabilitation and conservation, animal and building conservation, and environmental improvement. (5) The siding of Surabaya government in developing mangrove ecotourism to be more recognized by the public both inside and outside the country. Relying on technology to create sustainable rural tourism offering travelers up to their potential and increase the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the beach and the sun. Coordination and planning of all initiatives in tourism, undertake the new threats and vulnerabilities emerge, encourage environmental sustainability and products competitive that meet the needs of more experienced people as well as all aimed at improving the current situation, not only economically but also socially.

Abstract

In the level of competition that was increasingly competitive as in recently, then that needs to be addressed is the effort to increase the sense of loyalty of existing customers by optimizing the forms of services. One of the business strategies in face of the competitive situation that happened so the companies did not lose their customers was by creating Relationship Marketing. In Relationship Marketing to retain customers precisely was the challenge that is very heavy in comparison with looking for the new customers. It can be expected that the costs to attract the new customers has five times more expensive than to maintain a relationship with existing customers. Therefore the roles of Relationship Marketing are absolutely necessary in order to meet the need and satisfaction of customers, so that the customers remain as the loyal customers. This study entitled “The Effect of Relationship Marketing Factors toward Consumer Loyalty of PT. Astra International Tbk - Toyota Kijang Innova Special on Commercial Car Category I in Surabaya” is conducted to determine whether there are effects of benefits that offered by PT. Astra International Tbk - Toyota Kijang, Branch of Surabaya Basuki Rachmat on Consumer Loyalty. By using multiple linear regression equation analysis, the independent variables that consist of Financial Benefits, Social Benefits, and Structural Benefits simultaneously have a significant effect to the dependent variable.

Abstract

Attitude of Growth of world parawisata specially, effort hotel service progressively day show the emulation and growth more and more fast to face the the growth of management of Satellite Hotel put the a profound interest to development of human resource of through program training for all employees with an eye to improve the knowledge and skilled in executing its work duty so that through program of training of labour capacity of employees can be improved in the end give the big benefit to company target. This Research target first of all to know more detail from training program consisted of by the factors of coach ability, training items, training method, training competitor, facility of training and komitmen leader. Whether collectively have the influence having a meaning of to labour capacity of employees of part of operational of at Satellite Hotel. Second anticipated by that factor of komitmen leader have the dominant influence to labour capacity of employees of part of operational at Hotel of Satellite Surabaya. In this research is population of taken as focus in research is employees of part of operational as much 106 employees people, sampel research conducted with the amount 53 people ( 50 %) deputizing employees of part of operational of research instrument to obtain ;get the data used to measure the factors program the training use the enquette which is passed to employees and leader by using Technique Analyse the doubled linear regresi. Analyse the data use the computer program the SPSS with the technique analyse the test simultan, test the parsial, test the classic assumption, its examination is relied on by level signifikasi 5 %.

Abstract

This study has aims to analyze the condition of Work Discipline, Communication skill and Caddie's Performance of PT. Taman Dayu Golf and Resort Pandaan Pasuruan, and analyze the effect of Work Discipline and Communication skill of employees toward Caddie's Performance of PT. Taman Dayu Golf and Resort Pandaan Pasuruan. The populations in this study were all caddies of PT. Taman Dayu Golf and Resort Pandaan Pasuruan with total of 124 peoples. The sample setting was using Slovin's formula by number of 56 and the technique of sample determination was using stratified random sampling. The variable in this study is Work Discipline (X1), Communication skill (X2) and Caddie's Performance (Y). The data analysis technique that used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. And to test the research hypotheses was used a quantitative analysis through of regression model, F-test and t-test. The results showed that the average responses of respondents it was obtained the data that all the indicators of Work Discipline variable has values above of 3, so it can be concluded that the conditions of caddie's Work Discipline are well, and that all the indicators of Communication skill variable has values above of 3, so it can be concluded that the conditions of caddie's Communication skill are well, and the average response of respondents in this case the corporate leaders who assess the performance of caddie, it gained an average above of 3. So it can be concluded that the leader felt me performance of caddies are well. From the results of regression test and hypothesis test it was found that the work discipline and communication skill have significant effects on caddie's performance of PT. Taman Dayu Golf and Resort both of simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Along with the development of global and local economic situation that is less favorable for the business world, then the companies today have to be innovative and creative in competing. Every company must have realized that marketing strategy plays an important role in the effort to survive and be able to make a profit in such situations. As was known, one of the goals of the company is to obtain the optimal profit, because profit will stimulate the growth of the company. Expected profit can be realized through the sale of goods or services. The aim of marketing is to meet consumer's needs and desires. Hence the marketing need to learn the desires, perceptions, preferences and behaviors of buyers as their targeted customers. Each organization / company of any kind to increase the sales volume must use marketing mix strategy, but the strategy of the marketing mix for real products and services are different This is related to differences in the characteristics of services and goods.

Abstract

PT “X” is engaged in contracting services, where in term of recognition of revenues and expenses are based on the stage of completion that was determined based on observations by the implementer section directly to the project that being carried out (physically). Based on the data obtained, for solving the problem, researchers used method of completion percentage that was calculated as the proportion of contract costs for the works that performed to the date of the total estimated cost of contract (in accordance with PSAK No. 34), where for the calculation of the completion stage and recognition of revenues, the material purchases are recorded as inventories and recognized as expenses upon the use of it. After processed it turns out there is a revenue correction of Rp.614,079,534.43 of which is the addition to income for the year 2012 and a reduction in revenues in 2013. Similarly about the cost, there are correction for Rp.55,595,650 which is a costs reduction tor 2012 and additional cost to 2013. Before the correction, in 2012 the company suffered a loss of Rp. 141,323,669 and after the correction actually gets a profit of Rp. 110,221,843. Thus the determination of completion stage that based on the observation of the implementer section can not be used as a basis to recognize contract revenue, especially for the contract that more than one accounting period, because the revenues and costs are not proportional.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP), dalam Pasal 4 dinyatakan bahwa SNP bertujuan menjamin mutu pendidikan nasional. Oleh karena itu pemenuhan SNP di perguruan tinggi akan berarti bahwa perguruan tinggi tersebut menjamin mutu pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggarakannya. Oleh karena itu, SNP disebut pula sebagai standar mutu pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia yang harus dipenuhi oleh perguruan tinggi. Pada peraturan pemerintah tersebut dalam Pasal 91 ayat (1), yang menyatakan bahwa setiap satuan pendidikan pada jalur formal dan non formal wajib melakukan penjaminan mutu pendidikan, sedangkan Pasal 91 ayat (3) menyatakan bahwa penjaminan mutu pendidikan bertujuan untuk memenuhi atau melampaui Standar Nasional Pendidikan.

Abstract

Expedition company as the transportation company are have very important roles in goods flow chain from one place to the other places. In addition, with their capability and skill, the expedition service can organize of delivering implementation through land, sea, and air. Thus the expedition are offers more services for trading (transporting/acceptance) of the goods from the producer until to the consumers. One of the company that provides goods expedition services which operates in Pasuruan to fulfill the need of goods expedition services. The objectives of this research are to analyze whether the trips gaining of the vehicles that are supported by variables of loading and unloading process, distance of the good delivering, physical condition and traffic eftfae road, driver behavior, and vehicle condition are have significant effects on revenue of each freight vehicles. Population that used in this research are all of vehicles that existing in the company by amount of 50 vehicles. The methods of data analysis that used are validity, reliability and regression analysis test.
