Abstract

The Purpose of study are 1). Describe the Principal leadership, managerial abilities and the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 2) Find out and test whether the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a simultaneous and significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 3) Find out and test whether the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a partial and significant influence on the performance of the teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 4.) Find out and test which variables between the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a dominant influence on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. This type of research is expalanotory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 36 employees. The results showed that: 1). The leadership of the Principal (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the improvement of the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana Kaimana Regency, it is proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted. 2). Managerial ability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency, it is proven and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and formulate marketing alternatives that can be seen from the internal and external conditions in the Mojo Kitchen Coffee Shop Business at Jln Bhaskara No. 5 City of Surabaya. This research uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) using AHP Integration to Explain and Formulate Marketing Strategies. 5 City of Surabaya. Internal environmental analysis is used to get the strengths and weaknesses of the Mojo Kitchen Coffee Shop, and external environmental analysis is used to get opportunities and threats to the Mojo Kitchen Coffee Shop. From the results of the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats), there are two SO (Strength Opportunity) Strategies, Two WO Strategies (Weakness Opportunity), Two ST (Strength Threat) Strategies, and Two WT (Weaknes Threat) Strategies. From the results of the four strategies, one strategy that is more superior or prioritized is selected by performing a QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis. From the results of the QSPM analysis, it is found that one more strategy is prioritized based on the largest total value of attraction (TAS). The strategy that gets the largest total attractiveness value (TAS) is Staregi 3 providing more products than various other coffee shops with a total attractiveness value of 5,852.

Abstract

Industry has a positive impact on the economy aspect in Indonesia. However, the positive impact is not balanced with the problem solving that can be caused by the industry. Business performance is one of the criterion carried out to measure the achievement of a business obtained through production activities derived from business organizations (Agus et al., 2017). Green procurement focuses on social complexity, which means that green procurement can evolve that is tailored to the capabilities of partner companies enabling companies to access resources from their partners (Wong et al., 2017). Green manufacturing is one of the most important factors for business performance applied by the company, green manufacturing is an activity implemented with the aim of eliminating environmental waste to reduce environmental impacts and improve ecological efficiency (Leme et al., 2018). In addition, there is a growing emphasis for manufacturing companies to adopt Green Operation strategies to reduce negative environmental impacts (Liu et al., 2017). This research aims to test the influence of green procurement, green manufacturing, green operation on business performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 36 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). To find out and describe the object or research subject at the Puskesmas Dasuk, Sumenep Regency. 2). To test and analyze work experience, supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Dasuk Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency simultaneously. 3.) To know and analyze work experience, supervision and work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Dasuk Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The results showed that 1.) Work experience is a measure of the length of time or years of work that the health center employees have taken in understanding the duties of a job and have done it well. Supervision is a process to ensure that organizational goals in the Puskesmas Dasuk management are achieved. Work discipline is an attitude of the willingness and willingness of employees to comply with and obey the norms of work regulations at the Dasuk Puskesmas that apply around them. 2.) Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach approach uses a quantitative approach, and data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 35 employees. The aims of this research are 1). To find out the description of the object/subject of research. 2). To test and analyze the relationship of the effect of work experience on the work performance of the employees of the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security, Manggarai Regency. 3). To test and analyze the relationship of the influence of motivation on the work performance of the employees of the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security, Manggarai Regency. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously, work experience and motivation have a significant effect on increasing the work performance of employees of the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security, Manggarai Regency, showing the calculated F value is 2,005 with a significance level known from the sig value of 0.002 (smaller than 0.05). . 2). Partially, work experience and motivation have a significant effect on increasing the work performance of the Manggarai Regency Marine, Fisheries and Food Security Service employees, based on the t test results, it is known that work experience has a dominant effect on the work performance of the Manggarai Regency Marine, Fisheries and Food Security Service employees; evidenced by the value of t count is 1,400 with a significance level of 0.003 (smaller than 0.05).
