Abstract

Mohammad Kadarisman, 2022. The Effect of Motivation on the Performance of Personnel of the Satreskrim Section of the Pamekasan Police Mediated by Commitment, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is cross-sectional, due to a certain time span/simultaneously conducting observations, recordings given by respondents. By using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 65 respondents. In this study, the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis.The aims of this research are: 1). To determine the direct effect of motivation on personnel performance. 2). To determine the direct effect of motivation on personnel commitment. 3). To determine the direct effect of commitment on personnel performance. 4). To determine the indirect effect of motivation on personnel performance mediated by commitment. The results showed that: 1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value and p-values ​​of 0.276 and 0.029. 2). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value and the p-values ​​of 0.546 and 0.000. 3). Commitment has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value and p-values ​​of 0.365 and 0.004. 4). Motivation has a significant positive effect on personnel performance mediated by commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value and p-values ​​of 0.201 and 0.026.

Abstract

The results of the research show that: 1) Work discipline has a direct significant effect on personnel performance with the original sample value of 0.302; 2) Motivation has a significant direct effect on personnel performance with the original sample value of 0.157; 3) Work Discipline has a direct significant effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.455; 4) Motivation has a significant positive direct effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.267; 5) Work ability has a direct significant effect on personnel performance with the original sample value of 0.267; 6) Work Discipline has an indirect significant effect on personnel performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.175; 7) Motivation has a significant indirect effect on personnel performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.103;

The research sample was 65 people. The aims of this research are 1). To determine and analyze the direct influence of the quality of human resources on the performance of the Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan personnel; 2). To find out and analyze the direct influence of competence on the motivation of the Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan; 3). To find out and analyze the direct influence of the quality of human resources on the motivation of the Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan; 4). To find out and analyze the direct influence of competence on the motivation of the Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan; 5). Abstract

Peran sektor pertanian bisa optimal jika didukung oleh sistem berkelanjutan yang terintegrasi dan disertai dukungan anggaran berupa modal. Dalam penelitian ini permasalahan yang ingin dibahas ialah 1) Permodalan merupakan masalah yang dihadapi petani, 2) Banyak petani yang mampu meningkatkan hasil panen jika memiliki modal yang cukup, 3) Tanpa modal yang cukup, petani tidak akan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas tanamannya.. Untuk mengatasi masalah kekurangan modal, petani meminjam uang baik dari lembaga keuangan formal maupun informal, tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efisiensi penyaluran kredit pertanian terhadap kesejahteraan petani. sektor pertanian. Kredit pertanian memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan pembangunan pertanian: jika produksi meningkat, pendapatan petani juga akan meningkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Dengan jumlah penduduk 187 orang ialah petani di Desa Kedung Lengkong, Kecamatan Dlangu, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah regresi sederhana untuk melihat pengaruh kinerja kredit terhadap kesejahteraan petani. Hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa kredit berpengaruh positif terhadap kebahagiaan, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,291. Kredit membantu petani membeli pupuk, benih dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan agribisnis sehingga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan, sebagai sumber kesejahteraan..

  The results of the research show that: 1) Work experience has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of health workers, indicated by the coefficient value of -0.030; 2) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on service quality, indicated by the coefficient value of 0.454; 3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers, as indicated by the coefficient value of 0.478; 4) Work experience has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of health workers mediated by service quality, with a coefficient value of -0.017.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and analyze the effect of work facilities and compensation on work motivation and employee performance at the Regional Hospital Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor. This type of quantitative research is descriptive explanatory. The total population is 400 people and the sample is 80 people. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires and continued in the analysis with path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing are proven that work facilities have an effect on employee work motivation, this is indicated by a significance value smaller than 0.05 and the first hypothesis is accepted. Compensation shows an effect on employee work motivation, this is indicated by a significance value smaller than 0.05 and the second hypothesis is accepted. Work facilities have a direct effect on employee performance, showing that work facilities have a direct significant effect on performance. This means that every increase in work facilities will improve employee performance in carrying out the tasks for which they are responsible. Compensation directly affects employee performance shows that compensation has a direct significant effect on performance. This means that any increase in compensation will directly improve employee performance in carrying out their duties. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, this indicates that any increase in work motivation that has existed so far has a significant impact on employee performance. The direct influence between work facilities and compensation, either partially or simultaneously on employee performance, is greater than the indirect effect, so that the direct effect is more dominant than the indirect effect. Work motivation in this study does not fully partially mediate the effect of work facilities and compensation on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation in this study does not fully partially mediate the effect of work facilities and compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and analyze the influence of organizational culture and job rotation on work motivation and performance of Public Health Center employees in Tarakan City. . The total population is 215 people and the sample is 85 people. Data collection by distributing questionnaires and continued in the analysis by path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing have proven that organizational culture has a significant effect on the work motivation of Puskesmas employees in Tarakan City, this indicates that every change in organizational culture that is better will have a positive impact on the desire of employees to be more enthusiastic at work. Job rotation has a significant effect on employee work motivation, with this indicating that every job rotation policy can be carried out in every certain period, giving employees more incentive to work harder because of the new position as a result of the rotation. Organizational culture directly has a significant effect on employee performance, this indicates that any increase in the existing organizational culture will have a positive impact on employee performance. Job rotation directly has a significant effect on employee performance, this indicates that job rotation policies are often carried out and proper placement can improve employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, this indicates the higher employee work motivation will improve performance, and vice versa. The direct influence between organizational culture and job rotation on employee performance is greater than the indirect effect between organizational culture and job rotation through work motivation so that the direct effect is more dominant than the indirect effect. Work motivation does not fully partially mediate the influence of organizational culture and job rotation on employee performance is greater than the indirect influence between organizational culture and job rotation through work motivation so that the direct influence is more dominant than the indirect effect. Good organizational culture and job rotation as well as motivation that is still monitored for its implementation will be able to influence employee performance to be better.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced everyone to do all activities at home, therefore the telecommunications business has become a business that is quite profitable and promising in accordance with the online WFH system in Indonesia. Based on this situation, the research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy in increasing sales of Hikvision CCTV in Surabaya. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing marketing strategies in increasing Hikvision CCTV sales in Surabaya in the midst of the Covid19 pandemic. The results of the SWOT analysis can be used as a basis for companies to determine marketing strategies to increase sales volume. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a SWOT analysis approach. The techniques used in data collection are basic observations and interviews and are related to marketing strategies including product, price, place, and promotion strategies that are used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Hikvision CCTV is in quadrant II, which means that despite facing various threats, Hikvision CCTV still has internal strength. The strategy that should be implemented is to use strengths that take advantage of long-term opportunities by means of a diversification strategy (product or market).

Abstract

Telecommunications has become one of the basic needs for humans, especially the people of Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find the SWOT factors in the company and find the right marketing strategy for the company. The analytical technique used is a descriptive analysis technique, which is a data processing analysis technique by describing a situation in depth so that an overview or conclusion is obtained about the situation in question. From the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Strengths: The quality of Leased Line products is still considered good. 2. Weaknesses: Production costs incurred by PT. Indosat to launch Leased Line Products is very big. 3. Opportunities: continue to study Leased Line competitors by exploiting competitors' weaknesses and 4. Threats:The economic crisis resulted in increased production costs
