Abstract

Maqasid al-shari’a are the final goals which must be realized by applying shari’a law which is determined by Allah for His servants regarding religious matters, whether in the form of worship or mu'amalah, which can move life human. While the shari'a laws are for the benefit of the servant, both for now and later, In relation to ijtihad maqasidi there are three elements that are interrelated with one another and have fundamental provisions that must be considered in the ijtihad process. Namely: text (nas), reality (al-waqi’) and legal subjects (al-Mukallaf).

Abstract

Tafseer Jami ' al-Ahkam or commonly known as Tafseer Qurtubi by Shaykh al-Qurtubi The origin of Cordova (d. 671 AD) is one of the classical interpretations that dentists the orientation of the law in its interpretation pattern. However, in the application of drafting his Tafseer he was not only carried over in the flow, but also quoted various verses, Hadith prophets, and other Qur'anic texts as a reasonable effort. Starting from the assumption that the science of interpretation is based on the rule of Usul Fiqh in its development, then the author seeks to uncover the nuances of the Islamic jurisprudence in the interpretation of Al Qurtubi. For this purpose, the writing of this article is directed at a library of descriptive-analytical methods of analysis by making QS. Al-Nur as the object of Formanya and Tafsir Al Qurthubi himself as the object of the material. The study in this verse resulted in the tracking of the Fiqh jurisprudence especially the aspect of the Istihsan or the Istishlah Malikiy to read the tendency Al Qurthubi to calculate the use of Cadar. Where while the parties make the interpretation of the same as the conclusion of the veil, although actually the meaning of the birth of the verse is concerned with the care of views, closing the jewelry, and the traditional story of the habit of Arab society in hooded. This was used by Maliki's fiqh readings, beginning with three maqashid levels to the application of its interpretation.

Abstract

Almost all scholars agree that every law of Sharia, in it must be tucked into a noble purpose, namely to bring Mashlahah and reject Mafsadah. And Mashlahah itself is the main purpose of Maqasid al-Shari'ah. As a final destination, Maqasid al-Shari'ah occupies an important position as a benchmark or indicator of a legal problem that is charged Mashlahah or Mafsadah in the determination of Islamic law. Imam al-Shatibi stated that the disagreements among scholars' many are caused by their mastery over the Maqasid al-Shari'ah or even incomprehension their upper Maqasid al-Shari'ah. This statement indicates the strategic position of Maqasid al-Shari'ah in the historicity of the development of Islamic teachings and its various aspects, no exception to the science of Tafsir.

Abstract

In religion, there are universal values that can not be hit by nash-nash that are particular. This means that religious teachings that are more universal must take precedence over laws of a particular nature. In understanding the universal religious teachings the scholars have formulated five basic benefits in religion. These five things include the benefit of religion, soul, reason, offspring, and wealth. As for exploring specific particular evidence, we need to understand the concept of understanding the reason ('illat) of teaching. This requires a search of the books by ushul scholars that discuss many things related to maqashid al-sharia, fiqh rules, and the search process 'illat. This is done so that the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah are more alive, dynamic, and flexible to answer the times.

Abstract

Birrul Walidain education is one of the most important factors in ideal character education. The creation of a generation that has good character is a dream for parents to their children. Birrul walidain education is very influential on adab to parents. In the Qur'an, Allah SWT has explained many verses related to Birrul Walidain. Allah tells the story of a mother's struggle so that a child can know the struggle of a mother so that she can repay him by being kind to him and not being disobedient to him, even if one of them is not to say "ah" which has been explained in Surah al-Isra verse 23. Verse 23, there are several prohibitions in the words of Uffin, prohibition of shouting with harsh words, saying with noble words. The Qur'an and the Sunnah emphasize Birrul Walidain as an obligation. The rights and obligations of respecting, obeying and doing good to both parents are not only because both of them are a factor in their existence or because both of them first did good deeds to them so that they are obliged to repay them equally, but because Allah Himself obliges them to obey them This explains how much Islamic concern for both parents.

Abstract

In this day and age, many people misunderstand zuhud. Many think that zuhud is leaving wealth, rejecting enjoyment of the world, and forbid the lawful. The interpretation that has been given by the Sufis in the early period on the meaning of zuhud in Islam all relating to a pessimistic view of world life. Therefore, this world should know and the splendour and enjoyment of worldly life should be rejected. Even though Islam requires it’s people to prosper the earth, work, and rule the world, but at the same time not be deceived by the world. In this modern era, culture, economy, social, and religion are not spared the influence of modernization as a from of advanced civilization which actually has an “effect side” which is so complex, society often displays the characteristics that less praiseworthy, especially in the face of this sparkling material. Impact in fact it is a society that is becoming more consumerist and individualism. In this case, it is necessary to practice to be a simple life, wara’, and patience. As well as trying to get rid of boasting, knowing that this world is only temporary.

Abstract

Pembukuan Al-Qur’an pada Masa Uthman bin Affan. Pemeliharaan Al- Qur’an pada masa kekhalifahan Usman bin Affan memegang peranan penting dalam sejarah Al-Qur’an. Hal ini karena pada masa Usmanlah Al-Qur’an dibukukan. Latar belakang pembukuan Al-Qur’an pada masa ini adalah meluasnya persoalan perbedaan qiraat di tengah masyarakat Islam pada waktu itu. Sebagian menganggap qiraatnya yang paling bagus sementara yang lainnya juga beranggapan demikian,bahkan perbedaan ini sudah sampai pada tingkat kafir mengkafirkan. Persoalan ini menarik perhatian dan menimbulkan kekhawatiran di kalangan pimpinan Islam, sehingga akhirnya Usman membuat keputusan untuk membukukan Al-Qur’an untuk dijadikan standar resmi bagi umat Islam. Teks- teks /riwayat yang ada mengenai pembukuan pada masa Usman ini menunjukkan bahwa Usman bekerja bukan karena kepentingan dirinya sendiri dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Pembukuan yang dilakukannya adalah untuk kepentingan kesatuan umat Islam di satu sisi dan untuk pemeliharaan Al-Qur’an di sisi lain.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki keragaman budaya, ras, suku bangsa, kepercayaan, agama dan bahasa. Selain itu, mereka juga menganut berbagai agama dan kepercayaan seperti Islam, Hindu, Budha, Katolik Kristen dan Protestan, Kong Hu Chu serta beratus agama atau kepercayaan setempat yang telah menjadi bagian dari kebudayaan lokal. Islam merupakan salah satu agama yang ada di negara ini, dan Alquran merupakan rujukan utama sebagai pedoman hidup. Tentu di dalam agama ini telah banyak ajaran-ajaran yang orientasinya untuk kemaslahatan umat, seperti hal nya moderasi beragama. Di antara sekian prinsip moderasi beragama salah satu yang akan dibahas dalam artikel ini ialah konsep tasamuh di Indonesia perspektif M. Quraish Shihab. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu kualitatif. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa kontekstualisasi mengenai prinsip tasamuh atau yang biasa disebut sebagai toleransi yakni terdapat pada surah al-An’am ayat 108. Dalam hal ini, Quraish Shihab menjelaskan bahwa ayat ini berbicara mengenai larangan untuk orang-orang muslim agar tidak mencaci sesembahan agama lain. Jika ditarik pada konsep tasamuh di indonesia tentu hal ini sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada, sebab mengingat negara ini adalah negara yang memiliki keanekaragaman suku, ras, budaya serta agama. Maka, konsep tasamuh ini tentu layak diterapkan guna menjaga keutuhan bangsa ini.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis menemukan bahwa banyak cara untuk bisa sama memiliki pahala jihad seperti menyuruh kepada kebaikan, mencegah kemungkaran, dan juga menahan diri dalam mengikuti hawa nafsu. Jihad seperti itu mudah bagi zaman sekarang tanpa harus berperang dan tanpa mengangkat senjata. Tujuan penelitian ini juga adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai apa makna jihad yang dikemukakan oleh Hamka dalam Tafsir Al-Azhar dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana jihad fisik dan non fisik menurut Hamka. Adapun metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pustaka (library research) yaitu dengan menggunakan metode tafsir maudhu’i (tafsir tematik) yaitu suatu pembahasan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang sesuai dengan tema dan judul yang telah ditetapkan. Hal-hal yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasikan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berkaitan tentang jihad. Dan hanya meneliti satu Mufassir Modern yaitu Hamka dalam Tafsir Al-Azhar. Jihad Menurut Hamka ialah: berperang, kesungguhan dan kegiatan yang didorong oleh hati dengan rasa tulus dan ikhlas, melakukan amar ma’ruf, nahi mungkar, berdakwah, mendidik, dan mengasuh umat kepada kesadaran beragama. Adapun jihad fisik adalah perang jika diperintahkan oleh pemegang otoritas disuatu negeri. Sedangkan Jihad non fisik adalah segala amal kebajikan yang positif bagi agama.
