Abstract

Education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is directed at developing 21st century competencies, which consist of three main components namely thinking, acting and living in the world. The thinking component includes critical thinking, creative thinking, and problem solving skills. So that goals can be achieved, good planning is needed, teachers will be easier to carry out learning and students will be more helped and easier to learn. According to the Minister of Education and Culture the important thing in a learning implementation plan is not about writing, but about the teacher's reflection process towards learning that occurs. The main task of a teacher is to educate, with the simplification of this lesson plan the teacher will return to the main points and functions because there is no need to take care of the lesson sheet in pieces. School accreditation instruments also need to be considered so that there is no overlap between school accreditation and circular letter 14 of 2019 Simplifying the Learning Implementation Plan. Pendidikan pada era revolusi industri 4.0 diarahkan untuk pengembangan kompetensi abad 21, yang terdiri dari tiga komponen utama yaitu berpikir, bertindak dan hidup di dunia. Komponen berpikir meliputi berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif, dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Agar tujuan itu dapat tercapai, maka diperlukan perencanaan yang baik, guru akan lebih mudah dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dan siswa akan lebih terbantu dan mudah dalam belajar. Menurut Mendikbud hal yang penting dalam sebuah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran bukan tentang penulisannya, melainkan tentang proses refleksi guru terhadap pembelajaran yang terjadi. Tugas utama seorang guru adalah mendidik, dengan penyederhanaan RPP ini guru akan kembali kepada pokok dan fungsi utamanya karena tidak perlu lagi mengurusi RPP yang berlembar-lembar. Instrumen akreditasi sekolah juga perlu diperhatikan agar tidak tumpang tindih antara akreditasi sekolah dan surat edaran Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 14 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyederhanaan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP).

Abstract

This study is aimed to improve students’ PPKn learning result through Think pair share with problem card in grade XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan in first semester of 2018/2019 academic year. This study is classroom action research. The subject of this study is students of XII Sosial 1 class in SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan in the first semester 2019-2020 0f academic year. They are 36 students, meanwhile the object is the students’ learning results. Based on the data analysis result, it can be concluded that the result of the students’ learning increase from 62,75 (in pre-cycle) to 70,53 in the first cycle and 78,11 in the second cycle. Classically increase from 41,67% ( in pre-cycle) to 63’89% ( 1st cycle) and 94,44% (2nd cycle). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas XII.IPS 1 SMAN 1 Kuta Selatan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2019 - 2020 melalui pembelajaran dengan Model Think Pair Share Berbantuan Kartu Masalah. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan pada semester ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2019-2020 dengan jumlah siswa 36 orang, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh simpulan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi pengetahuan meningkat dari 62.75 (Pra Siklus) menjadi 70.53 pada Siklus I, dan menjadi 78.11 (Siklus II) dengan Ketuntasan Klasikal meningkat dari 41.67% (Pra Siklus) menjadi 63.89% (Siklus I), dan menjadi 94.44% (Siklus II).

Abstract

Research composed in order to overcome the problem of determining the oxidation number by applying techniques / shortcuts for determining the oxidation number of elements in compounds or ions which in its implementation begins with an agreement to reverse the price of bilox from positive to negative or vice versa. The concept of shortcuts for determining the oxidation number of elements in compounds or ion ions has begun to be applied since the 2004/2005 school year until now in the Mathematics and Natural Sciences class XII in the discussion of equalizing redox reactions. The impact achieved from this strategy will facilitate students in completing equalization of the redox reaction equation in class XII IPA and can also be introduced in class X. The conclusion of this shortcut writer is very well applied in class XII IPA, in this way they can quickly and easily determine the oxidation number of an element in a compound or polyatomic ion. The results can also be very useful to help speed up the completion of the equations of the redox equations either by the oxidation number method or the half reaction method. Penelitian ini disusun guna mengatasi masalah menentukan bilangan oksidasi dengan menerapkan teknik/cara pintas penentuan bilangan oksidasi unsur dalam senyawa maupun ion. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran diawali dengan kesepakatan untuk membalik harga biloks dari positif menjadi negatif atau sebaliknya. Konsep cara pintas penentuan bilangan oksidasi unsur dalam senyawa atau ion sudah penulis terapkan sejak tahun pelajaran 2004/2005 sampai sekarang di kelas XII MIPA pada pembahasan penyetaraan reaksi redoks. Dampak yang dicapai dari strategi ini memudahkan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan penyetaraan persamaan reaksi redoks di kelas XII MIPA dan dapat juga diperkenalkan di kelas X. Kesimpulan penulis, cara pintas ini sangat baik diterapkan di kelas XII MIPA, karena dengan cepat dan mudah menentukan nilai bilangan oksidasi unsur dalam senyawa ataupun ion poliatom. Hasil pembelajaran berguna untuk membantu mempercepat penyelesaian penyetaraan persamaan reaksi redoks baik dengan metode bilangan oksidasi maupun metode setengah reaksi.

Abstract

This study is aimed to increase learning activity and mastery of hiragana letters for students through the application of cooperative learning with Team Games Tournament (TGT) based on Read and Punishment Card. The study was held on 8 January to March 2019. The subject is 32 Grade X students of language major in the second semester of SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan in the academic year 2018/2019 and the objects are the learning activity and the mastery of hiragana letters of the students. The data of this research were analysed by descriptive quantitative method that was collected not only from the average of the students’ scores based on the individual or classical result of the test but also from the learning activity of the students during the learning process. The result shows that there is improvement in the learning activity and the mastery of hiragana letter of the students. The learning activity increases by 18.75% from the first cycle and the mastery of the hiragana letter also increases by 12.5% from the first cycle. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan penguasaan huruf hiragana siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) berbasis kartu Read and Punishment. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Januari sampai dengan tanggal 26 Maret 2019. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 32 orang siswa kelas X jurusan bahasa semester II SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dan objek penelitian meliputi aktivitas dan penguasaan huruf hiragana siswa. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang diperolah dari nilai rata-rata hasil tes baik klasikal maupun individual dan menganalisis aktivitas belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas dan penguasaan huruf hiragana siswa. Aktivitas belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran terjadi peningkatan sebesar 18,75% dari siklus I dan peningkatan penguasaan huruf hiragana siswa sebesar 12,5% dari siklus I.

Abstract

Since SMAN 1 Kuta Selatan was established on 20 October 1999, its academic achievements have not yet succeeded in becoming a beacon in career achievement, although a number of alumni have succeeded in achieving master and doctoral degrees, with a proud GPA. However, it has not received a warm welcome from the workforce. On the contrary, those who achieved mediocre mediocrity in high school are now more likely to succeed in the workforce after graduation. In response to that, SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan optimizes extracurriculars to boost school (Vocational) Achievement. The aim is to facilitate students’ unique talents and interests. The result was quite encouraging and became a provision for them to overcome life's problems. The results obtained from this program are that school performance has improved from year to year as seen from the achievement of trophies and awards from various competitions. The school won 52 medals in 2016, 72 medals in 2017, and it became 88 medals in 2018. The spirit of entrepreneurship among students is also increasing, which can be seen from vocational achievements. The vocational achievements seem to increase from year to year. In 2016, vocational achievement was shown by 28 students, in 2017 it became 38 students, and in 2018 it increased to 48 students after following the implementation of entrepreneurship education through the 2013 Curriculum since the 2016/2017 school year. In the end, vocational achievement also reinforces the five main values of the nation's character, namely: Religious, Mutual Cooperation, Nationalist, Integrity, and Independence.

Abstract

Based on observations made on the teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, it was found that the ability of teachers in preparing syllabus and lesson plans (RPP) that are complete and systematic is still lacking. This can be seen in the performance of teachers who have not based on how to think, behave and act in a system that is emphasizing changes according to the flow of inputs, processes, and outputs. To improve the ability of teachers to prepare syllabus and lesson plans that are complete and systematic, an action research study consisting of two cycles is conducted. Data on the ability of teachers in compiling syllabi and lesson plans was collected through syllabus and lesson plans using the Syllabus and RPP Assessment Instruments developed by the East Nusa Tenggara Province Educational Quality Assurance Institution (LPMP) which was empirically tested by researchers. Then the data is analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers to compile the syllabus and lesson plans as follows: The ability of teachers to compile the syllabus in the initial conditions with an average value of 65.57 and the percentage of eligibility 32.60%, while in the first cycle it became 76.07 with a percentage of eligibility 71, 74%. In cycle II the value obtained was 80.57 with a feasibility value of 91.30%. The total percentage increase in compiling the syllabus at the end of the second cycle was 2.17%. While the ability to prepare lesson plans in the initial conditions the average value of 67.37 and the percentage of eligibility 41.30%. At the end of the first cycle, the value becomes 77.63 with a feasibility percentage of 82.61%. At the end of cycle II the average value obtained was 81.39, the percentage of eligibility was 100% and the total increase was 2.17%. Another achievement of the results of this study is a shift in the way of thinking of teachers from all bureaucratic, instructive and high dependence on the work of others to non-bureaucratic, cooperative, collaborative, creative, and independent. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan terhadap guru-guru di SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, ditemukan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP yang lengkap dan sistematis masih kurang. Hal ini terlihat pada kinerja guru yang belum dilandasi cara berfikir, bersikap dan bertindak secara sistem yaitu menekankan pada perubahan menurut alur input, proses, dan output. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP yang lengkap dan sistematis tersebut, dilakukan penelitian tindakan yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Data tentang kemampuan guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP dikumpulkan melalui penilaian silabus dan RPP menggunakan Instrumen Penilaian Silabus dan RPP yang dikembangkan Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang telah diuji coba secara empirik oleh peneliti. Selanjutnya data tersebut di analisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru menyusun silabus dan RPP sebagai berikut: Kemampuan guru menyusun silabus pada kondisi awal dengan nilai rata-rata 65,57 dan prosentase kelayakan 32,60%, sedangkan pada siklus I menjadi 76,07 dengan prosentase kelayakan 71,74%. Pada siklus II nilai yang diperoleh 80,57 dengan nilai kelayakan 91,30%. Total prosentase kenaikan dalam menyusun silabus pada akhir siklus II sebesar 2,17%. Sedangkan kemampuan menyusun RPP pada kondisi awal nilai rata-rata 67,37 dan prosentase kelayakan 41,30%. Pada akhir siklus I nilai menjadi 77,63 dengan prosentase kelayakan 82,61%. Akhir siklus II nilai yang diperoleh rata-rata 81,39, prosentase kelayakan 100% serta total kenaikan mencapai 2,17%. Prestasi yang lain dari hasil penelitian ini adalah terjadinya pergeseran cara berfikir guru dari serba birokratik, instruktif dan ketergantungan tinggi pada hasil karya orang lain ke non birokratik, kooperatif, kolaboratif, kreatif, dan mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of education and training, to the quality of learning management in high school teachers in Tabanan District separately or simultaneously.This study is an ex post pacto study with a population of all high school teachers in Tabanan District totaling 294 people, the sample used was 90 people with proportional random sampling techniques through lottery. Data analysis methods used are simple regression, multiple regression, multiple correlation, and partial correlation.The results showed that: there was a significant contribution of education and training to the quality of learning management with a contribution of 49.90% and an effective contribution of 24.95%. From the results of the study and supported by the results of previous studies and opinions of experts, it can be concluded that education and training can improve the quality of learning management for teachers so that policy makers, especially principals, motivate teachers to take part in education and training periodically to improve the quality of education. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendidikan dan pelatihan, terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran pada guru-guru SMA di Kecamatan Tabanan secara terpisah maupun simultan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post pacto dengan populasi semua guru SMA di Kecamatan Tabanan berjumlah 294 orang, sampel yang digunakan 90 orang dengan teknik proportional random sampling melalui undian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, korelasi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 49,90% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 24,95%. Dari hasil penelitian dan didukung oleh hasil penelitian sebelumnya serta pendapat dari ahli maka dapat disimpulkan pendidikan dan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran pada guru sehingga bagi pengambil kebijakan khususnya kepala sekolah untuk memotivasi guru agar mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan secara periodik guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) internal collaboration in the workplace by BK teachers/school counselors, 2) roles in the organization and professional activities of guidance and counseling by BK teachers/school counselors, 3) collaboration between professions by BK teachers/school counselors. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at the Senior High School of Denpasar City. The subjects of this study were all BK counselors/counselors with an bachelor degrre of education background who served in the Senior High School of Denpasar City with a total of 20 people. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the indicator of internal collaboration in the workplace an average score of 4.06 with a percentage of 76.6% was in the quite good category. The indicators play a role in the professional organization of guidance and counseling with an average score of 4.29 with a percentage of 82% in the quite good category. On the collaboration indicator between professions the average score of 3.58 with a percentage of 64.7% is in the good category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) kolaborasi intern di tempat kerja oleh guru BK/konselor sekolah, 2) peran dalam organisasi dan kegiatan profesi bimbingan dan konseling oleh guru BK/konselor sekolah, 3) kolaborasi antar profesi oleh guru BK/konselor sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri se-kota Denpasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru BK/konselor yang berlatar belakang pendidikan S1 BK yang bertugas di SMA Negeri se-kota Denpasar dengan jumlah 20 orang. Metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator kolaborasi intern di tempat kerja skor rata-rata 4,06 dengan persentase 76,6% berada pada kategori cukup baik. Pada indikator berperan dalam organisasi profesi bimbingan dan konseling skor rata-rata 4,29 dengan persentase 82% berada pada kategori cukup baik. Pada indikator kolaborasi antar profesi skor rata-rata 3,58 dengan persentase 64,7% berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Tabanan State Vocational School 3 in Class XII TKJ A, where the ability of students for Mathematics material was quite low. The purpose of writing this Classroom Action Research is to find out whether "The Implementation of Problem Based Learning Models with Group Discussion Techniques Can Improve Learning Achievement in Derivatives Function of Students of Class XII TKJ A SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan Even Semester 2017/2018 Academic Year". The data collection method is a learning achievement test. The data analysis method is descriptive. The results obtained from this study are the application of problem-based learning models with group discussion techniques can improve student achievement. This is evident from the results obtained increased from the initial average of 38.76 in the first cycle the average rose to 47.35, this means an increase of 8.59 (22.162%) and in the second cycle the average increase again is 84.71, means an increase of 37.36 (96.388%). In addition to an increase in learning achievement that can be seen from the test of learning outcomes, it turns out that an increase in learning achievement can also be seen from the results of the group discussions they did both in Cycle I and in Cycle II. In the discussion they have tried to solve the problems given by the teacher in each cycle. Achievements in Cycle I have not met the demands of the study, because they have not been in accordance with the proposed indicators of success, thus this study continues for one more cycle, with the hope that the authors would like to see developments that occur in Cycle II. The conclusion obtained from this study is the Implementation of Problem-Based Learning Models with Group Discussion Techniques Can Improve Learning Achievement in Derivatives Function of Grade XII Students of TKJ A SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan Even Semester 2017/2018 Academic Year. This can be seen from the increase in achievements from the initial achievements, the achievements in Cycle I even though they have not met the demands of the study, and there is an increase in Cycle II, which in Cycle II is in accordance with the demands of research based on the proposed indicators of success. And if we see from the results of the discussion it is clear there is an increase in the results of the discussion from Cycle I to Cycle II, meaning that this shows that students have progressed in solving the problems given by the teacher. So the expected goals of this research have been achieved, so that this research is not continued. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan di Kelas XII TKJ A semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 pada mata pelajaran matematika pokok bahasan turunan fungsi. Dari hasil penelitian pendahuluan didapatkan data bahwa prestasi belajar matematika kelas XII TKJ SMK Negeri Tabanan masih rendah. Tujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan teknik diskusi.Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah tes prestasi belajar. Metode analisis datanya adalah deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan teknik diskusi kelompok dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Ini terbukti dari meningkatnya rata-rata hasil belajar matematika pada penelitian pendahuluan 38,76 dan pada siklus I rata-ratanya naik menjadi 47,35, ini berarti terjadi kenaikan sebesar 8,59 (22,162 %) dan pada siklus II rata-ratanya menjadi 84,71, berarti terjadi kenaikan sebesar 37,36 (96,388%). Selain peningkatan prestasi belajar yang dapat dilihat dari tes hasil belajar ternyata peningkatan prestasi belajar juga dapat dilihat dari hasil diskusi kelompok yang mereka lakukan baik di siklus I maupun di siklus II. Dalam diskusi itu mereka telah berusaha menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang diberikan guru pada setiap siklus. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Dengan teknik Diskusi Kelompok Dapat Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Turunan Fungsi Siswa Kelas XII TKJ A SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the effectiveness of applying film-assisted inqurative models in writing biographical text summaries. The application of the inqurative model was applied in response to the low effectiveness of learning writing skills. The application of inqurative models uses qualitative research methods. The research data were obtained using observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and learning outcomes tests. Data from the test results were analyzed using Mean technique. While qualitative data were analyzed through triangulation. Learning outcomes obtained show an increase in competence of the class average reaches 87. Completeness of learning outcomes towards the learning component can be described as follows, skilled writing (95%), excellent text structure; educational history of (78.3%),very good; career history (69.6%), very good; problems faced (78.3%), very good; awards (78.3%), very good; and the role models (35%), very good. Improved learning outcomes in the form of changes in attitude (character), such as discipline (78%), good and (21.7%), very good; participation (78%), good and (21.7%) very good; cooperation (100%) good and ideas delivery (95.7%), good. The results of the implementation of the inqurative model illustrate that learning outcomes, both quantity (mastery of knowledge and skills) and quality (learning attitudes and student activity), increase. It can be concluded, that the inqurative model in teaching biography is significantly effective. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penerapan model inquratif berbantuan film dalam menulis ringkasan teks biografi. Penerapan model inquratif diterapkan sebagai jawaban atas rendahnya efektivitas pembelajaran keterampilan menulis. Penerapan model inquratif menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes hasil belajar. Data hasil tes dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik mean. Sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh memperlihatkan terjadinya peningkatan kompetensi hingga rata-rata kelas mencapai 87. Ketuntasan hasil belajar terhadap komponen pembelajaran dapat digambarkan sebagai berikut, terampil menulis: stuktur teks 95% sangat baik, riwayat pendidikan tokoh 78,3% sangat baik, riwayat karier tokoh 69,6% sangat baik, masalah yang dihadapi tokoh 78,3% sangat baik, penghargaan tokoh 78,3% sangat baik, dan keteladanan tokoh 35% sangat baik. Peningkatan hasil belajar berupa perubahan sikap (karakter): disiplin 78% baik dan 21,7% sangat baik, partisipasi 78% baik dan 21,7% sangat baik, kerjasama 100% baik, dan menyampaikan gagasan 95,7% baik. Hasil implementasi model inquratif menggambarkan bahwa hasil pembelajaran, baik secara kuantitatif (penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan) maupun kualitas (sikap belajar) dan keaktifan siswa meningkat. Dapat disimpulkan, bahwa model inquratif dalam pembelajaran meringkat teks biografi sangat efektif.
