Abstract

The company's health level is needed to see if the financial condition of a company it is healthy or not. Based on the results of these measurements owners and parties of interest that are within the company can take over the company's decisions.This study aims to assess and determine the use of Z-score method to analyze the financial soundness of the company. The sample in this study is cosmetic and household listed on the Stock Exchange as many as five companies during the period 2013 to 2017, where analyzed using discriminant analysis Altman Z-score (model Original Z-score).The results showed that of the five cosmetics companies and utilities are listed on the Stock Exchange, there are three companies that have a level of financial health is not stable (always changes every year), namely PT. Akasha Wira International Tbk., PT. Martina Berto Tbk.and PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk. Meanwhile, two other companies have a level of financial health has been stable,PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk. and PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk

Abstract

Di Situbondo sudah banyak terdapat supermaket. Dengan munculnya berbagai supermaket ini menyebabkan persaingan antara supermaket yang lainnya semakin ketat, sehingga mendorong setiap supermaket untuk berusaha meningkatkan kualitas strategi mixnya untuk menjaring luas permintaan pasar. Pada dasarnya setiap perusahaan ingin terus meningkatkan laba, adapun untuk meningkatkannya harus disertai dengan peningkatkan volume penjualan. Persaingan yang semakin ketat terutama antara usaha yang sejenis menyebabkan perusahan harus menentukan strategi pemasaran dengan tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah:1. Untuk mengetahui secara simultan pengaruh faktor harga, pelayanan, kelengkapan barang, dan kenyamanan suasana terhadap frekuensi beli konsumen. 2. Untuk mengetahui secara parsial pengaruh faktor harga, pelayanan, kelengkapan barang, dan kenyamanan suasana tehadap frekuensi beli konsumen. 3. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh mana yang paling dominan dari faktor harga, Pelayanan, Kelengkapan barang, dan kenyamanan terhadap frekuensi beli konsumen. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah:1. Hasil pengujian secara simultan/serempak (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel bebas (faktor harga, pelayanan, kelengkapan barang dan kenyamanan) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap frekuensi beli konsumen. 2. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel bebas (harga, pelayanan, kelengkapan barang dan kenyamanan) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap frekuensi beli konsumen dan pengaruhnya adalah positif sehingga apabila faktor harga, pelayanan, kelengkapan barang dan kenyamanan semakin baik maka frekuensi beli konsumen juga akan meningkat.3. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan variabel harga yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap frekuensi beli konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity, price partially affect the consumer loyalty variable (2) to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity, and price have a simultaneous effect on the variable of consumer loyalty (3) to determine the dominant influence among the variables of service quality, product variety, price, which is the most dominant on the variable of consumer loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 1.488E -16+ 0.380X1 + 0.248X2 + 0.263X3 + e. The t-count value for the service quality variable is 3.718. Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, then t-count is 3.718 > t-table is 1.985. Means Ho is accepted or Ha is rejected. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05, meaning that the service quality variable has a partial effect on consumer loyalty. valueT for the variable diversity of products amounted to 3,150. Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, so tcount is 3.150 > ttable is 1.985. means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.002 <0.05, meaning that the product diversity variable has a partial effect on consumer loyalty. The valuecalculated for the price variable is 2.747. The value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, so tcount is 2.747 > ttable is 1.985. It means that Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.007 > 0.05, meaning that the price variable has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneous statistical test or f test shows where the value of farithmetic > ftable 32.554 > 2.47 based on statistical testing using the f test method, where the significant level obtained is 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H2) which states that the quality of service, product diversity, price simultaneously affect consumer loyalty is acceptable.

Abstract

Profit planning needed in a company needs all types of production activities not in vain, and with this analytical method the company can minimize costs that may be needed. The measure that is often bought for success is not the management of a company is the profit obtained by the company. Income by three factors, namely product selling prices, costs and sales volume. This research was conducted with the aim of (1) Find the BEP level obtained by UD. Dapur Sehati in 2016. (2) Know the sales plan at UD. Dapur Sehati in 2017 and 2018. (3) Find out the profit plan you want to achieve UD. Dapur Sehati in 2017 and 2018. This research was conducted at UD. Dapur Sehati Semiring Village, Situbondo Regency. Data obtained by using documentation techniques, interviews, and literature. Data analysis uses the Break Even Point formula, Margin of Safety, Margin, quadratrate method, sales forecast, and minimal sales. UD. Dapur Sehati is a company that manufactures various processed fish, one of which is shredded tuna. The results of the analysis are as follows: (1) BEP for tuna abon products is 6,548 units with a nominal value of Rp 163,710,358. (2) The Safety Margin of tuna shredded products is 69%. (3) The margin of donating tuna shredded products is Rp. 238,266,250, and the approved margin ratio is 48%. (4) Based on UD sales forecast. Dapur Sehati will be able to reach sales volume of 21,184 pcs in 2017 with a value of Rp.529,600,000 and sales forecast for 2018 UD. Dapur Sehati will be able to reach sales volumes of 23,608 pcs with a value of Rp.590,200,000. (5) in 2017 UD's profit plan. Dapur Sehati for Rp. 175,802,667. While in 2018 UD's profit plan. Dapur Sehati is Rp. 204,890,667.

Abstract

Selama tahun 1986/1987 sampai dengan tahun 1992/1993 proporsi PAD terhadap total pendapatan daerah di 27 dati I di Indonesia rata-rata hanya 15,4 %. Sedangkan untuk Dati II pengeluaran yang dibiayai oleh PAD kurang dari 15%. Keadaan ini menunjukkan betapa rendahnya kemampuan daerah dalam menggali sumber-sumber daerahnya sendiri, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya derajat Otonomi Daerah Kabupaten Situbondo, mengetahui besarnya sumbangan setiap sumber PAD terhadap PAD, mengetahui efektifitas penerimaan sumber PAD dan mengetahui rata-rata hitung (Mean) mengenai efektifitas penerimaan sumber PAD Obyek penelitian ini adalah Kabupaten Situbondo dengan data PAD selama 5 tahun terakhir, yaitu tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Situbondo. Hasil penelitian Tren Perkembangan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan kontribusinya terhadap penerimaan Daerah Kabupaten Situbondo Tahun 2011 s.d 2015 berada di kisaran rata-rata 8,075%, hal ini sangat jauh untuk daerah yang bisa disebut sebagai daerah yang otonom dimana tingkat minimal kontribusi PAD sebesar 30%, namun perkembangan kontribusi PAD tiap tahun selalu positif dan meningkat, capaian ini menunjukkan kemampuan fiskal Kabupaten Situbondo terus meningkat dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the effect of the role of Store Environment on implusive purchases. 2) the effect of the role of Time Pressure on implusive purchases. 3) the influence of the role of Preceived Crowding on implusive purchases. This research design is explanatory (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Basmalah Pakusari Store in Jember. The population in this study were all consumers in the Basmalah Pakusari store. The number of samples amounted to 140 with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing conclude that: 1) Store Environment influences implusive purchases. 2) Time Preassure affects the implusive purchase. 3) Perceived Crowding influences implusive purchases. Thus the hypothesis in this study was accepted and statistically proven. It is understood that every increase in the independent variable will be followed by an increase in the dependent variable and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of job promotion, mutation and work discipline have a partial effect on employee performance (2) to determine the effect of job promotion, mutation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees (3) to find out between promotions, mutations and work discipline that predominantly affect employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The result of the research is multiple linear regression equation Y = -2,811E-16 + 0,310 X1 + 0,288 X2 +0,372 X3 + e. Partially, promotion has a significant positive effect with tcount of 2.665> ttable 2.021, mutation has a significant positive effect with tcount of 2.343> ttable 2.021 and work discipline has a significant positive effect with tcount of 2.820> ttable 2.021. In terms of job promotion, mutation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcount 48,158> Ftable 2,84. The most dominant variable in this study is work discipline with a value of 2.820.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi tentang behaviour finance dalam pengambilan keputusan hutang pada pelaku UMKM batik di Kabupaten Situbondo Jawa Timur. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, studi literatur dan juga observasi secara langsung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif yang mengacu pada model teknik analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pemilik UMKM batik di Situbondo berpendapat bahwa hutang merupakan hal yang positif sebagai sumber pendanaan dan stimulator. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat tiga faktor psikologis yang dominan berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan hutang pada pemilik UMKM batik di Situbondo, yaitu optimist, availability, dan illusion of control.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was (1) to determine the effect of the variable Competence, Work Environment, and Motivation partially or simultaneously on the variable of State Civil Apparatus Work Achievement at the Bondowoso Population and Civil Registry Service. (2) To determine the effect of the variables Competence, Work Environment and Motivation which have a dominant influence on the variable of State Civil Apparatus Work Achievement at the Population and Civil Registry Service Bondowoso. The method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination test. Based on the results of the study that the results of multiple linear regression are Y = -2.477E-17 + 0.456X1 + 0.444X2 + 0.395X3 + e. The results of the t-test showed that the competency variable was tcount 2.822 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.009 <0.05. Work Environment variable value tcount 2.450 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.021 <0.05. The value of the Motivation variable is tcount 2.226 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.035 <0.05, namely Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that the variables of Competence, Work Environment and Motivation partially affect work performance. The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount is 6.128 > Ftable 2.98 sig 0.003 < 0.05, that the variables Competence, Work Environment, Motivation have a simultaneous effect on Work Performance at the Bondowoso Population and Civil Registration Service. The dominant variable is Competence. R square contributes 41.4%, meaning that it has a strong enough influence on the dependent variable (Work Achievement) and the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

The research estimates the influence of Leadership and work Motivation on work Satisfaction and The Employees Performance.The research was done to some employees of National Land Agency office in Situbondo regency as many as 52 sample of people who were chosen as the respondence with various and different background of study, marriage status, sex, age and class position. A way of withdrawal sample is by the use of stratified random sampling, while the sheer size of the sample determined by using formula of Slovin. The kind of Thesis research is explanatory research.The measuring scale using likert scale by the span value 1 up to 5. The analysis instrument used in this research is Path Analysis, in which draft problem aims to know the influence of leadership against work satisfaction, motivation against work satisfaction, leadership against work dedication, motivation against dedication and work satisfactory against work dedication. From the analysis of the work of reliability and validity, had been done that all of questioner items represented by the variable are reliable and valid for the next analysis.The analysis result had been experienced that all the hypothesis were positive and significant. The result of the research reveal the influence of leadership style on work satisfaction of the employee. This discuss direct influence of the motivation on the employee’s work satisfaction, a direct impact of leadership style on employee’s performance and a direct impact of work satisfaction on employee’s performance in this research implies that it is important and necessary to consider the leadership style and work motivation in strategic planning to improve work satisfaction and employee’s performance of National Land Agency Situbondo District.
