Abstract

Leadership is an important strength for the agenda of management. On that account, ability leads effectively is locking success of organization. Existence of leader implementing function of its(the leadership in facing changes happened in school by specifying purpose of in intact ( firm and purposeful, exploits subordinate through partisipative approach ( a participate approach), and constituted by leadership ability professionally ( the leading professional) becomes leadership indicator of effective school. There are three element in leadership, that is: firstly, every leadership must entangle others or subordinate. Second, leadership always related to power along with distribution of its(the power. Third, leadership coping inculcates influence to others or. follower to motivat to work. Therefore, headmaster as leader of having to be able: Generates strong willingness vigorously and self confidence of the subordinates in executing each duty. Gives tuition and guidance to the subordinates and gives motivation, races and stands up in front of for the shake of progress and gives inspiration in reaching purpose.

Abstract

Education of holistik is prestigious approach for forming of chlid character. A lot of the role of family in forming of chlid character. Family as foundation and bases which must be supported by education institute and public. Cultural and structural approach to be implemented with seriousness, plan and aim. Education strategy of family character with byword, inuring and teaching in istiqomah. Condition of morale friction and behavior can be overcome of course hardly depended from our awareness together to strive it. Education of holistik is synergistic education between Iessons in school with reality in public.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know contribution of speed reaction and mobility to skill of free-style wrestling at wrestler Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga and Kesehatan (JPOK) University Mangkurat (UNLAM) Banjarbaru. Result of research, based on result of analysis calculation hypothesis statistically relative contribution of speed reaction of 47,11 % and its effective 10,36 % to skill of free-style wrestling, relative contribution of mobility 52,89 % and its effective contribution 11,64 % to skill of free-style wrestling, relative contribution of speed reaction and mobility 100 % and his(its effective contribution 22 % to skill of free-style wrestling.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the form and the factors that determine the code switching in the sale and purchase transactions in the Bajau community. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The main data in this research are data derived from oral speech obtained through the recording, field notes, and interviews. The main instrument of this research  is the researcher himself that is accompanied  by field note, interview procedure, and recording and also accompanied by two men who acted as translator. The data analysis that is used in this research encompasses three steps. Those three steps are (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, (3) the conclusion/verification. The analysis was carried out during and after the data collected from those three steps until the final conclusion. To obtain the validity of the findings, the researcher does triangulation and cross check.            Based on the result of the research found the following things (1) a form of code switching used by the Bajau community in the sale and purchase transaction is the language transition from BB to the BBj. In addition, a form of code switching in the form af a single variety of languages, namely BB. (2) code switching that is shown by the Bajau community turned out to just use a simple patern, namely BB + BB. This patern as a whole appears in a variety of speech discourse on the sale and purchase transactions. (3) code switching done by the Bajau community in the sale and purchase transactions are influenced by several factors, namely place and the situation of utterance, and also the intention to hide anything. Kata-kata Kunci:  Alih Kode-Masyarakat Bajau-Transaksi Jual Beli

Abstract

This research will look for an alternative of answer about contribution of speed to achievement of long jump. To find the answer, Writer does research to 40 Study Students of programe Penjaskesrek in 1999 STKIP PARIS BARANTAI KOTABARU. In this research entangles one independent variables that is speed and one dependent variableses that is achievement of long jump. Analysis applied is correlation. Starting from the problems, hence purpose of which will be reached in this research in general is wish to know contribution of speed to achievement of long jump which is one of number jumps at athletic athletics branch. As for peculiarly purpose of this research is to know " How much is big of contribution of speed to achievement of long jump students of Programe Study Penjaskesrek in 1999 STKIP PARIS BARANTAI KOTABARU.This research executed Monday and Tuesday date of 9 and 10 November 2009. After data obtained, process and is analysed result of its is as follows:a. Average Of X ( Speed) = 7,65 and Standard deviation = 0,3195.b. Average Of Y ( Achievement of Long jump) = 4,09 and Standard deviation                = 0,4846.c. With score spread ( X) Minimum Speed 7,25 Maximum 8,80.d. With score spread ( Y) Achievement of Minimum Long Jump 3,20 Maximum    5,00.e. Correlation coefficient between ( X) speed and achievement of long jump ( Y)    = - 0,39 and signifikansi after in Uji t.f. Coefficient of determination equal = 15,21 %.From result of above análisis, after in testing t is obtained [by] t calculate equal = - 2,61,While table t with = 0,05 dk 38 obtained [by] t 0,95 = 1,68 ( interpolation). Based on above kreteria explains t calculate located in outside t tables, or - 2,61 < 1,68 < 2,61. So inferential refused H0 and receives H1 alternative hypothesis or hipótesis job(activity.Thereby hipótesis is expressing " There is big of contribution of speed to achievement of long jump studets of Program Studi Penjaskesrek in 1999 STKIP PARIS BARANTAI KOTABARU" received and signifikansi,equal to 15,21% and there are the factors 84.79%.                                                              Kata-kata kunci:Kecepatan , Prestasi lompat jauh, dan Mahasiswa

Abstract

This research aim to know and analyses about there is not of the relation of habit of breakfast with achievement of learning at class IX In SMPN 6 kotabaru. Result of this research hoped able to give input especially to the side of school that consumption of breakfast can influence achievement learning and with such a situation can be made consideration that the side of school is more paying attention toly is situation of its the protege is especially about habit of breakfast and gives experience to student in the application of science in school with research done in the school. Population in this research is all class school childs IX in SMPN 6 Kotabaru in 2009 amounts students technique sampling in this research applies purposive sampling because  in its the sampling researcher considers something retrieval characteristic, that is sample taken is Firstly class IX familiarizing to take breakfast but having equivalent recall. Based on the rule is obtained by sample 35 students. Variable in this research is habit of breakfast as independent variable and achievement of learning as dependent variables.Kata-Kata KunciKebiasaan-Makan Pagi-Prestasi-Belajar  dan   pertumbuhan -Anak.

Abstract

Mastering the vocabulary of scientific terms for someone is one aspect that makes it easy to interact/communicate in both official and unofficial meeting. Ascertained style and character of a person in speech especially in front of a multidimensional audies provides its own assessment of the impression conveyed language. This study aims to identify the ability of students of primary School Teacher training of respod introductory language courses if lecturers use scientific terms either orally or in writing in terms of critical response and the results obtained.The subject of this research is primary School Training of AKPB Kotabaru year 2006, is which they follow Indonesian language and literature at Height Class lectures. It was conducted at 3rd semester. The subjects were divided into two classes based on the homogeneity of subjects obtained. Classes of the semester 1 and 2 are given the introductory of language integrated use of scientific terms (class A) and the other class is given an introduction of simple language in case of involving the Indonesian language and region with record syllabus, material / lecture material, to test questions equal distribution (class B).Test results are analyzed based on the velocity value obtained by completing the test of time each student by using descriptive statistics: the size of centralization of symptoms (mean, median and  mode), the size distribution of symptoms (range, standard deviation, quartile 1 and quartile 3).The result showed that the ability of students AKPB Kotabaru understanding of scientific terms if given test problem with the language of instruction components that implement the terms and scientific vocabulary in terms of space time and the results obtained is still low when compared with the test questions provided by a language of instruction which collaborates with a variety or dialect of everyday. Kata-kata kunci: Kemampuan, mahasiswa, istilah/kosakata ilmiah, dan berkomunikasi

Abstract

One of education problems is enthusiasm to teacher profession (teachership enthusiasm) and the relation of with achievement of student learning. Realized that enthusiasm is psychology factor which can create certain condition at someone learning process causing can influence success or fails it in reaching purpose. At education psychology is told, there is four factors relating to enthusiasm, that is motif, motivation, desire, and will;desire. From fourth of faktorini some educationists equalizes the understanding.Known that possibility that the many variables which can influence success of protege, however teacher as educator is directly gives Iesson matter in class as according to curriculum which has been specified and gives evaluation. Abstract

Achievement reached by someone depend on motivation owned by it. Gains strength motivation owned, increasingly serious and persistent of business to reach purpose, height would also achievement reached. There is three important element; (1) that motivation starts the happening of change of energi neurofisiologis in every man, (2) motivation is marked with taste appearance (feeling), affection of someone who is determining man behaviour, (3) motivation is marked with reaction of reach purpose. In the requirement of achievement theory,  affiliates, in command (need for power) in having responsibility and prestigious. Teacher and students have motivation and creative in solving problem.
