Jurnal ini berguna bagi tenaga kesehatan masyarakat di dinas kesehatan, puskesmas, mahasiswa kesehatan masyarakat, tenaga pengajar kesehatan masyarakat khususnya dan bidang kesehatan lainnya pada umumnya. Jurnal Pengabdian kesehatan masyarakat menerima naskah dalam bentuk hasil-hasil pengabdian masyarakat baik dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris. Abstract

During the puerperium breast care is a very important action to care for the breast especially to facilitate the release of milk. Breast care is very important during pregnancy until breastfeeding. Abstract

Health services at productive age are health services for every citizen aged 15 to 59 years in the form of education and health screening in their working area within one year. Productive age health services according to standards include health education including family planning and screening for risk factors for communicable and non-communicable diseases. Educational services at productive age are carried out at Health Service Facilities and/or UKBM. Risk factor screening services at productive age are carried out at least once a year, one of which is anamnesa of risky behavior. Risky behavior arises from the perception of society (especially mothers) who consider menopause as a frightening time. There are still many people (mothers) who do not understand menopause, its causes, symptoms and factors that influence menopause symptoms. People (mothers) are reluctant to ask health workers about menopause and its consequences. Many people (mothers) still don't know how to live a healthy life during menopause. The framework of the problem is the provision of counseling to increase knowledge about menopause, signs and symptoms, trigger factors, and menopausal lifestyle. Providing health education about lifestyle and diet arrangements to prevent comorbidities during menopause. The existence of health education can reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases that arise from risky behavior and this has an impact on increasing life expectancy making the population of the elderly group even greater. Realization that has been done includes health counseling with lectures about menopause and various diseases that accompany menopause as well as counseling about lifestyle that must be done in facing menopause. The results obtained from this health education activity turned out that PKK mothers really need correct and appropriate information about menopause, because if mothers do not have sufficient knowledge and will have wrong perceptions or think menopause is a scary time and anxiety will arise which will result in the emergence of various non-communicable diseases or accompanying infectious diseases during menopause. Abstract

Every pregnant woman is at risk of complications during her pregnancy and childbirth. The existence of physical and psychological health problems for pregnant women will have an impact on the quality of life of pregnant women as a whole, and can even increase the risk during pregnancy. In antenatal care, it is estimated that around 20% of pregnant women served by midwives at the puskesmas are classified as high-risk cases. Kereng Bangkirai Health Center is one of the health centers located on suburbs of Palangka Raya with the highest handling of obstetric complications, namely 45 people (47.5%). Through early detection, health promotion efforts in the form of health education and monitoring of pregnancy risk factors, as well as adequate treatment by health workers and health facilities, the incidence of complications during pregnancy and childbirth can be prevented or minimized. Screening and education of high-risk pregnant women in the working area of ??the Kereng Bangkirai Health Center is carried out well and smoothly. Of the 19 pregnant women who came, 10 (52.63%) pregnant women had risk factors in their pregnancy. Screening and education activities during home visits include pregnancy checks and Hb levels, delivery of education and evaluation (pre and post test). From the evaluation of the pre and post tests, it was found that there was an increase in knowledge of 40% during the pre test to 80% during the post test. All high-risk pregnant women who were accompanied during community service activities (100%) gave birth at health workers (midwifery independent practice/PMB). Abstract

Education has an important role in efforts to improve human resources in a better direction. Education is expected to be able to form students who can develop their attitudes, skills and intellectual intelligence so that they become skilled, intelligent and noble human beings. At this time of modernization the computer is no longer a foreign device. The use of computers has become an important part of the nation's students in schools. In terms of computer education, it can be used as a tool (media) in the teaching and learning process for both teachers and students. Students' knowledge of using computers, especially the Microsoft Word application at SD Negeri 2 Tulikup, is still relatively small, so that the assignments given at school do not yet use Microsoft Word. Therefore, computer training activities are needed, especially Microsoft Word training. On the bright side, children become more diligent and motivated to learn to concentrate. To achieve this goal, training and assistance have been carried out in the teaching and learning process of introducing information technology in the form of Microsoft Word. This training is conducted regularly and is accompanied by hands-on practice so that the students of SD Negeri 2 Tulikup find it easier to understand and remember. Based on the results of the monitoring and evaluation carried out, this community service activity went well and smoothly, seen from the enthusiasm of the students to learn and directly practice the material that had been taught. The participants were able to use existing tools in Microsoft Word. With this training, it is hoped that students will be more diligent in studying computers which will later be useful in completing school assignments and jobs related to technology. Abstract

Abstract: Paying attention to the potential damage to mangrove forests in the area of Kampung Maibo Klalin IV, Kelurahan Klabinain, Aimas District, Sorong Regency, if left unchecked it will have a negative impact on the environment and the people who live in that place. In addition to carrying out mangrove forest reforestation activities, in our opinion, the people who use mangrove forests need to be empowered to realize the importance of mangrove forests for marine habitat life, an environment that can actually provide solutions for empowering the local economy. The result of this activity is to find out the extent, causes and consequences of the damage to the mangrove forest that has occurred. Abstract

From the results of observations by the PKM TEAM, Local SMEs "IZZA PUTRI" (MITRA) are 1. Lack of fresh water to meet the needs of Petampe Chips production. 2. Haven't used the TTG Mixer tool to simplify and speed up the process of making Petampe Chips dough. 3. Haven't used the automatic TTG Dough Sheeter to speed up the process of flattening the Petampe Chips dough and adjusting the thin size of the Petampe Chips dough. 4. Packaging still needs a creative, innovative and modern touch. 5. Have not implemented Logistics Management and Supply Chain for Petampe Chips production. 6. Marketing is still local (offline) and has not implemented online marketing. The method used is a combination of knowledge possessed by students and the PKM Team as well as an approach guided by the principle that knowledge, technology and innovation to be received by partners must go through a process of listening, understanding, trying, evaluating, accepting, trusting and implementing. The results of this PKM are the ability to plan and analyze the development of Petampe Chips Production, as well as develop innovation both in the process and in the end results in a sustainable manner. Abstract

Fire is an unwanted event for everyone and fires can also be fatal. Fires can occur anywhere and anytime, in places or buildings that are at risk of fire hazards (Ramli, 2010). One of the interventions that can be done to overcome the risk of fire is the introduction of potential fire hazards and their prevention measures. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge about the introduction of potential fire hazards to used electric bicycle traders in Tanjung Sengkuang Batam. This service is carried out for approximately one month. This service program has several activities, namely identification, and implementation of counseling for electric bicycle traders. This service is carried out at a used electric bicycle dealer in ward, Batam. It was found that some bicycle traders still do not know about the risks that will arise from electric bicycles and their preventive measures by using tools such as a light fire extinguisher (Apar). The output of this service is an increase in public knowledge about the risk of fire and what actions will be taken. The advice given to the puskesmas is to make a program related to Occupational Health and Safety (K3), especially regarding the risk of fire, preventive measures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) used by traders when working. Abstract

Student motivation is an intrinsic factor within students that is able to influence students in their learning. This motivational factor can also affect student achievement. This PKM Community Service activity aims to increase or arouse students' motivation to learn mathematics by carrying out exhibition activities for students' mathematics learning media. The PKM Mandiri location is located at SDN 05 Kubang Putih Agam which will be held on December 3, 2022 which will be attended by students of grades IV, V, and VI. The results of the Mandiri PKM activities, namely the mathematics learning media exhibition which was held were very creative, interesting, and fun. While the benefits of helping students in making it easier to understand the material or mathematical concepts. Besides that, it is able to arouse students' motivation to learn mathematics. Abstract

Scientific writing is writing that is made based on the results of research both from the results of field research and research from the results of library studies which are required for every student who is studying at higher education levels starting from D3 which is referred to as the final project, S1 which is referred to as thesis, S2 is called a thesis and for the S3 level it is called a dissertation. The final results of a research are expected to be able to contribute ideas and innovations in accordance with the field of science being researched/studied. Besides that, research results should not only stop being kept in the library at tertiary institutions, but must be disseminated to the general public as well as a form of effort to enrich one's repertoire/insight in society for a field study as well as a form of science and technology development in that field. The results of PkM activities in outline include the following components: 1. Achievement of training objectives. 2. The ability of participants in mastering the material. 3. The success of the target number of training participants. The target objective of the training in planning is that participants are able to compile scientific research proposals, at a minimum, ideas, titles and research backgrounds. Abstract

This community service is through guidance and practice to open horizons of thinking and organize ecoprint art designs which are continuously fostered, trained where this ecoprint is a technique of providing beautiful, attractive and elegant motifs into cloth patterned with special leaves, namely leaves of Indonesian spices, In this national spice educational park, the ecoprint introduced, trained and developed is better known as the mordant sping botanical name and technique. Guidance and practice itself aims to provide motivation and innovation to the village community of Silado Kec. Donate to make a choice of community development models towards entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship, which are currently declining/sluggish in terms of income per capita as a home craftsman housewife, facing problems of difficulty paying mobile bank installments so it is necessary to provide a variety of entrepreneurial choices, by providing guidance and ecoprint practices with this mordan sping botanical makes the Silado village community motivated, open and develop entrepreneurship well. The results of this exploration of a more diverse mordant spring botanical technique can provide additional income and diverse insights about Indonesian traditional motifs that can be applied and developed which so far only feature simple herb leaf motifs that turn ordinary into extraordinary and elegant ones. which will eventually become a community development model that has a superior program in independent entrepreneurship for the people of Silado Village, Sumbang District.
