Abstract

Domestic waste which come from WC, i.e black water as well as other sources domestic waste has potensial to polute the environment because this waste has caracteristics high in COD. The purpose of this study is to find the concentration of artificial waste. if the concentration of the polutan is high, the load of the polutan in the waste also high. In this study Mixture of artificial grey water and black water were investigated. This Mixture consist of COD. This research investigated the organic loading rate and to treating the Mixture Grey Water and Black Water with reactor UASB. Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, and also the increasing need for information in various fields including health sector. Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO), chronic hepatitis B attacks 300 million people in the world including Southeast Asia and Africa which causes the death of more than 1 million people each year. So far, a lot of data in the hospital has not been used, even though this data can be used to predict liver disease if used. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the accuracy value of the Naïve Bayes algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbor. One of the classifications is to use the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor algorithms and use the Rapid Miner tools in the tests used. The results of this study indicate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a higher accuracy rate of 84.00% in diagnosing liver disease compared to the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm which only gets a value of 80.57%. From this research it can be concluded that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is 3.43% greater than K-Nearest Neighbor.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze difference of variable before and after of the impact ecotourism factor with dependent samples t-test. This research uses quantitative methods through field surveys of a sample size of 40 respondents taken from a population of 23.000 population I Thousand Island District of DKI Jakarta. This sample size uses the purposive sampling of resident live in Sepa Island before ecotourism and after ecotourism with variable Economic Sustainability, Social Culture Sustainability, Environment Sustainability and Quality of Life. Conclusion of the research are There are significant differences between Economic Sustainability, Socio-cultural and Environment factor with t-test and p-value significant on clusters without (before) ecotourism and with (after) ecotourism in terms of education, employment, and monthly income of respondents. Abstract

The inter-city public transport competition between provinces encourages otobus companies to require maximum service quality for customer satisfaction. PO. XYZ is one of the otobus companies that is interested in the people of Central Java and East Java in general to the capital city of Jakarta and surrounding areas, but the level of customer satisfaction for the services provided has not been well predicted. Therefore we need an analysis of the level of satisfaction with the services provided. From these considerations, the authors use the Naïve Bayes method to analyze customer satisfaction with customer satisfaction PO. XYZ. The test uses Rapidminer 9.1, and is implemented into a web-based system to make it easier to determine the level of customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis obtained in the research conducted applying the Naïve Bayes method for prediction of customer satisfaction with services from PO. XYZ It can be concluded that, the Naïve Bayes Method is used by using training data to obtain the probability of each criterion for different classes, then the values ​​of these criteria can be optimized to predict new customer satisfaction, namely by testing the data. From the results of tests that have been done, get a high level of accuracy that is equal to 94.00%. Abstract

Abstrak Peran waktu dalam perbaikan mesin (machine breakdown time) sangat penting diperhatikan karena semakin lama waktu perbaikan maka pengaruh terhadap jadwal mesin beroperasi berpengaruh pada produktivitas yang sesudah ditetapkan oleh suatu perusahaan. Sistem informasi yang cepat dan real time saat terjadi kerusakan mesin merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu kerusakan mesin dimana persetujuan atas laporan kerusakan berupa work order repair memerlukan birokrasi yang lama hanya sekedar mendapatkan persetujuan dari seorang pengawas(leader) ke Supervisor. Untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu dan mengurangi proses persetujuan dari supervisor bila terjadi kerusakan mesin perlu perubahan sistem informasi sekaligus menghilangkannya maka perlu menetapkan MIS metode perbaikan dengan menggunakan konsep sistem informasi mesin (Machine Information System) berbasis PHP yang langsung secara real time dapat mengidentifikasi dan melaporkannya secara langsung bila terjadi kerusakan mesin. Hasil dari perancangan MIS dapat diperoleh penerapan sistem informasi yang lebih baik sehingga waktu tunggu untuk memperbaiki kerusakan dapat berkurang, hasil penerapan sistem tersebut dapat dilihat secara keseluruhan dengan adanya perubahan nilai MTTR sebelum penerapan dan sesudah penerapan Sistem tersebut. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi machine breakdown dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengurangi waktu repair time diakibatkan waktu tunggu yang lama sehingga dapat memudahkan produksi dan maintenance dalam menentukan aktifitas pemeliharaan mesin dengan tepat tanpa menggangu proses produksi yang sudah dijadwalkan. Abstract

A search engine that already exists and widely used today can be provide the result of information very much, so it takes time to sort through the information in need. The research with the title "The “implementation term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) and vector space model (VSM) to search a news of Indonesian language” have a purpose to develop the method of quick search uses TF-IDF method and vector space model. There are two main processes in the search system of news that are indexing and retrieval. The process of indexing is a process to give assessment to the words on document, the method of assessment in this research uses an assessment of method TF-IDF. The process of retrieval is a process of calculating the slope of the query against the document, the calculation of the similarity using concept vector space model by finding the value of cosine similarity. Based on the analysis and implementation in the build of search system in the news. The quick method of search can be built using vector space model. The system build by this method of vector is able to display a results of search that relevant accordance with the query in the user input. Abstract

Abstrak Twitter adalah media sosial, boleh diakses bebas oleh siapapun selama ia mempunyai alat pendukung dan koneksi internet, masa–masa sekarang orang bisa ngetweet dari mana dan kapan saja melalui gadget-nya, baik itu Handphone, Iphone, Tablet, Ipad ataupun Tab. Karena begitu mudahnya diakses semua orang dari berbagai kalangan dan latar belakang bisa berkomentar atau membuat status untuk mengomentari suatu produk, kejadian, ataupun tokoh. Pada penulisan tesis ini akan dikhususkan membahas tentang isi kicauan atau tweet yang berhubungan dengan seorang tokoh, khususnya calon pemimpin Propinsi DKI Jakarta Tahun 2017. Isi tweet atau kicauan setiap orang pastinya berbeda–beda tetapi muatannya hanya dibatasi oleh tiga kemungkinan, positif, netral ataupun negatif. Ketiga Muatan tersebut adalah sentimen–sentimen dari tweeter. Berdasarkan data dari twitter muatan–muatan tweet akan diklasifikasikan sesuai sifatnya. Dalam penelitian ini akan diterapkan proses text mining. Karakter untuk seleksi fitur menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier, Decision Tree, Neural Network untuk mengklasifikasi sentimen secara otomatis. Penelitian ini menggunakan 1200 data tweet tentang sentimen kepada Calon Gubernur Jakarta tahun 2017. Data tersebut diklasifikasikan secara manual dan dibagi ke dalam masing-masing 400 data untuk sentimen positif, negatif dan netral. Kemudian 1200 data digunakan untuk testing. Diharapkan dari hasil perbandingan ini didapatkan algoritma terbaik dan akurat dalam membuat klasifikasi sentimen analisis. Abstract

To get a work process data sorting solution for job applicants can be implemented quickly, precisely and design an employee recruitment information system that can be used to input job applicant data and sort it according to the criteria needed by the company. The method used in this study uses OOP (Object Oriented Programming) which is object-oriented programming. All data and functions in this paradigm are wrapped in classes or objects. Each object can receive messages, process data, and send messages to other objects. The object-oriented data model is said to provide more flexibility, ease of changing programs, and is widely used in large-scale software techniques. OOP is more easily developed and maintained. The system testing process uses the black box method. Based on the results of alpha testing with sample test cases on the Application System for recruiting new employees using the Black box method, overall on each display the results of this alpha test can be said to be successful or accepted. Because functionally the system can work and produce the expected output. Based on the results of this test it can be concluded that this software is as expected, meets the needs of users and is free of errors so that it is feasible to use. Based on beta testing the employee recruitment system is in accordance with user requirements. This recruitment information system is designed on the basis of a website so that it can be accessed by applicants from anywhere without the need to come to the company. By implementing an employee recruitment information system, HRD performance will be more effective and can save operational costs. Abstract

The implementation of a quality management system is inseparable from the work culture of the company concerned. The better the work culture of the organization, the more effective the ISO 9001 quality management system is implemented. As with the health and safety management system or commonly called OHSAS 18001 K3 management, and the ISO 14001 environmental management system it cannot be separated from the application of work culture 5R. If the implementation of the 5R culture goes well, the quality management system, K3 system and environmental management system will certainly have a good effect on its implementation. PT. Kayu Permata has a 5R program which is held regularly every Friday of the week. In the process of determining the best department, it can also be done using a decision support system by calculating the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method so that selection can be done quickly, precisely and accurately. Abstract

Kota merupakan pusat permukiman dan tempat berkonsentrasinya kegiatan penduduk yang memiliki batas wilayah administrasi yang diatur dalam perundangan. Central Business District (CBD)adalah bagian kecil dari kota yang merupakan pusat dari segala kegiatan politik, sosial budaya, ekonomi dan teknologi. Kabupaten Bombana sebagai kabupaten yang baru berkembang sangat membutuhkan tata runag kota yang nyaman, produktif, dan berkelanjutan. Hal ini dikarenakan agar dalam pengembangannya dapat memberikan kesempatan yang luas bagi masyarakat untuk mengartikulasikan nilai sosial budaya, dapat memberikan nilai tambah, dan juga untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan fisik untuk masa yang akan datang. Dalam mencapai visi dan misi pembangunan di Kabupaten Bombana, maka pembangunan daerah memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan otonomi daerah dan mempercepat perkembangan wilayah yang dicapai salah satunya melalui kegiatan perekonomian dengan dibangunnya Pusat Kegiatan Bisnis/ Central Business District (CBD) di Rumbia sebagai pusat kota di Kabupaten Bombana.
