<![CDATA[In the postmodern world humans have different characteristics from one another. Tempramen is the nature of birth, why is that because since an individual is born into the world he inherits inherited traits rather than his parents. Usually temparen can change due to one's environment and emotions and this can shape the individual's temperament. Every trait or temperament that exists in an individual there are also positive things and negative things in them. Positive qualities will have a good effect on the personality of the individual. But on the contrary negative traits will adversely affect human personality. Multiple personality or dissociative identity disorder is a serious disorder because in an individual there are two or more personalities and from each personality it controls his behavior. The cause of multiple personalities is an innate ability to easily separate personality, repeated sexual harassment, lack of people who protect or entertain from bad experiences. Influence from other family members who have psychological disorders. This multiple personality disorder can be cured by a sufferer through his acknowledgment and awareness that he has multiple personalities and is balanced by a strong desire to heal and pray to God so that the Holy Spirit can be a comforter and helper in the process of healing this dual personality.]]>

<![CDATA[When we try to know God deeply, we quickly realize the limitations of the mind we have. There is no mortal being, who can completely understand God. Understanding of God will be manifested in the Person of Jesus as a human being today is still a study considering there are still some parties who cannot accept that. The God from whom allthings come is said to have existed before the world was made, He is eternal and unlimited. So the pre-incarnation or pre-existence of Jesus is to show that Jesus existed before all things were made. He is not limited by time, He is never absent, because He is eternal. Thus Jesus in the Preincarnation is showing that Jesus is entirely God. It existsand exists in every moment. Proof of Jesus' existence in the pre-incarnation is presented in the Old Testament scriptures. Many verses of God's Word show us that Jesus existed before the foundation of the world. <![CDATA[This letter to the Hebrews is addressed to a group of Christians, who, because of constant pressure, may fall away from their belief in Christ. The writer of this letter encouraged them to continue to believe. Three cases were raised by the writer of this letter, namely: First, Jesus is the Son of God - the eternal Son. The Son of God showed His obedience to the Father through His determination to suffer. Second, God has declared Jesus to be an eternal priest who is superior to the priests in the Old Testament. Third, through the intercession of Jesus, those who believe in Him are freed from sin and from fear and death. As the High Priest, Jesus gave humanssalvation that could not be offered by sacrificial ceremonies and other ceremonies in Judaism. The highest value in the book of Hebrews is its teaching about the ministry and priesthood of Christ. In the book of Hebrews there are several characteristics thataccentuate Christ, namely: The NT book which developed the concept of Jesus' ministry as High Priest. This teaching about Christ is very rich in variety, and uses more than twenty names and titles for Christ]]>

<![CDATA[Holy life is a command of God for those who live in him, but in reality there are many people who live in Christ but do not maintain their holy life properly, including todays youth whose lives are bound by sin. Youth is a very important and valuable time. If someone goes through his youth with failure in terms of maintaining his holy life, then it is likely to experience failure in the next journey of life. Conversely, if his youth is filled with how to maintain a holy life, then success will follow throughout his life. Therefore the purpose of this writing is;first, that todays youth fully understand Gods commandment about living a holy life and applying it ini his daily life;the second analyzes biblically about the holy life, both in the context of the Old Testament, the New Testament and according to Ephesians 4:17-32; third, know the theological and practical implications of living a holy life based on Ephesians 4:17-32. This research was conducted with a qualitative method with the conclusion that the holy life of a person must be maintained so that he has a good life and always pleases God. ]]>

Therefore, every formof organization needs good and right management in order to grow and achieve the expected results. Management is a long-term commitment to something you want to do and regulate every activity carried out by the leader or subordinate so that it is well coordinated. Thus, the church which is an organization must have good and right management so that it becomes a healthy and growing church both in quality and quantity. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method withthe percentage formula: P = (F X 100) / V (P = Percentage, F = Frequency, V = Number of valid questionnaires). This formula is used to analyze and manage the questionnaire data returned by respondents by calculating and looking at the percentage interpretation guidelines to determine the extent of the influence of the independent variables. Based on the results of research that departs from the research hypothesis "if the GPI Impact Community Batam implements management properly and correctly, thechurch will experience maximum growth, both in quality and quantity", it can be concluded that in accordance with observations that are analyzed and managed as well as looking at interpretation guidelines then the hypothesis is accepted. In addition, theresults of the study can also be proven by data on the significant increase in the number of congregations from 200 to 1624 people and the addition of facilities and infrastructure due to the construction of three school buildings namely Cahaya Bangsa 1School, Cahaya Bangsa 2 and Pusaka Bangsa and the GPI Impact Community Bata worship building with a capacity of 1000 people.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of worship in a church can run well if it is based on the liturgyarranged and established in a church. Without a liturgy in the church organization, theworship process in the church will not take place. Because there is no measurable andwell-structured system that can manage the worship process. The liturgy of worshipwill bring the church organization to the neatness, regularity and deep appreciation ofGod's presence in the worship process. Seeing the function of worship liturgy that is soimportant and fundamental for church organizations, every church organization musthave a worship liturgy. The method used in the form of a narrative approach, namelyinterviews and documentation. The number of partisipan is 23 people. From all dataobtained through interviews that the definition of worship is the fellowship of the faithin God where that time is a very valuable time because at that time every people canworship, praise, give thanks and hear the very important Word of God. With this resultit is necessary to improve the deficiencies that exist specifically that have a large sectorof praise and worship and sermons.]]>

The development of the times made a very large contribution to the changes that occurred, especially for adherents of hedonism who uphold pleasure. The development of this era brought the followers of hedonism increasingly selfish and continued to satisfy personal desires. Church and Christianity are also not spared from hedonism. The church does not realize that this understanding is rampant in the church. The church is used as a place to show off and seek recognition and even money is central to the ministry. The purpose of this determination is to find out what is meant by hedonism in 2 Timothy 4:10 and its implications for the GBI Mojopahit church. This study uses qualitative methods using theologival reflection to determine how to search, collect, process and analyze research data. The results of the study stated that hedonism really has entered and occurred in the Church. By understanding what is meant by hedonism in 2 Timothy 4:10 the congregation will be able to maintain life and even improve itself ]]>
