Abstract

This research was conducted at UD Ratna Jaya Probolinggo which is engaged in the dry noodle food product industry, with the aim of knowing the calculation of the cost of production at UD Ratna Jaya and to analyze the application of the full costing method for the calculation of the cost of goods on UD Ratna Jaya Probolinggo. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. Data is collected by documentation, data analysis methods in the form of descriptive analysis. The results showed that UD Ratna Jaya still uses a simple method of calculating the cost of production by summing up production costs consisting of raw material costs, direct labor costs, and supporting costs. The application of the full costing method by detailing all production costs that occur including raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs, can determine the amount of cost of production more accurately.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19 pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 - 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder bersifat kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu paired uji t sample tested dan wilcoxon signed rank test. Dari hasil penelitian tidak terdapat perbedaan baik sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19 pada rasio DAR, DER, ROA, ROE dan PER. Sedangkan Current Ratio terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan baik sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19. Kata Kunci: Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Pasar, Rasio Likuiditas, Kinerja Perusahaan Sebelum dan Saat Pandemi Covid 19, Perusahaan Farmasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran BMT Babussalam sebagai penggerak perekonomian masyarakat desa Kalibening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pemaparan secara deskriptif yaitu mendeskripsikan suatu indikasi, peristiwa dan keadaan yang menjadi fokus peneliti untuk kemudian diuraikan sesuai kaidah yang berlaku. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan studi pustaka (Library Research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BMT Babussalam berperan dalam mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat desa Kalibening sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup anggotanya dengan memberikan pembiayaan untuk para pelaku UMKM sehingga usaha kecil di desa Kalibening mampu dikelola dan meningkatkan produktivitas pengusaha mikro.

Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa yang menjadi salah satu alasan utama terjadinya era globbaliasai yang datangnya lebih cepat di karenakan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Penggabungan dari teknologi computer dan telekomunikasi sudah mengahsilkan suatu revoluasi di bidang sitem informasi. Teknologi informasi dirancang untuk memberikan informasi keuangan yang digunakan perusahaan maupun organisasi untuk mengambil suatu keputusan penting. Salah satu cara perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangannya adalah dengan adanya teknologi informasi yang handal. Teknologi informasi dirancang untuk memberikan informasi keuangan yang digunakan perusahaan maupun organisasi untuk mengambil suatu keputusan penting. Teknologi Informasi yang terkomputerisasi memungkinkan pengguna laporan keuangan dapat melihat laporan keuangan kapanpun dengan akurat dan lebih cepat. Dengan adanya dukungan program teknologi infromasi yang sudah berkembang serta banyaknya variasi memudahkan penyajian informasi laporan keuangan dengan lebih mudah. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of firm size and market concentration on the quality of the company's financial statements. The samples taken in this study were 14 companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method where the sampling was based on certain criteria. Using multiple linear regression analysis technique, the results of the study show that company size and market concentration have a positive and significant effect on the quality of the company's financial statements. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination for the variables of firm size and market concentration is 34.8% and the remaining 65.2% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquidity and solvency on profitability at PT. Bank Nagari. This type of research is quantitative, where this study uses time series data (time period). The data taken in this research are 60 monthly financial report data of Pt.Bank Nagari. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation/library study. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, while the data source is secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the Eviews 12 program. The hypothesis is tested using t-test at = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has an effect negative and significant to profitability, while solvency has no effect on profitability. The coefficient of determination of liquidity and solvency is 29.72% while the remaining 70.28% is explained in other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how service quality can have an influence on customer satisfaction at hospital X Tangerang. The benefit of this research is to be able to build and provide even better services and be able to increase customer confidence to return for treatment at hospital X Tangerang. This study uses a questionnaire as a method of collecting data on respondents' perceptions. And for the analysis technique used quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Service Quality (X) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a determination coefficient of 75.5%.

Abstract

Quality greatly affects patient satisfaction, where the patient will feel satisfied if the patient's perception of the quality of service is as expected by the patient. And will feel dissatisfied if the quality of service is not as expected. With the results of minimal service quality, of course, patient satisfaction is also not optimal. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), attention (empathy), and assurance (assurance) on patient satisfaction. The population in this study were all patients at the X Hospital, Gading Serpong , South Tangerang, totaling 180 people. The researcher used the Heir sampling technique. Analysis of the data in this study using a multiple regression models. The results of this study indicate that physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), attention (empathy), and assurance (assurance) to patient satisfaction. Abstract

Currently, local products are very developed and favored by teenagers, one of the product is cosmetic products. Cosmetic products are often used by Indonesian people, especially women in their daily life as their daily needs. There are various kinds of business people who sell cosmetic products, one of them is Emina who gives the advantages of the products offered. This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality & Electronic Word Of Mouth on Emina Cosmetic Product Purchase Decisions in the Community of Surabaya City. This type of research is quantitative. The research population taken is people who live in Surabaya with the age of 12-25 years by taking samples using non-probability sampling methods, and getting a sample of 210 respondents. Data analysis is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 22. The results of the study showed that the E-Service Quality (X1) & Electronic Word Of Mouth (X2) variables had an effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) variable either partially or simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that 2 independent variables contributed 54.9% and the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of brand image, motivation, and purchasing decisions on Millennial Generation Consumer Satisfaction on E-commerce buyers at Shopee and Lazada. The population in this study were all Shopee, LAZADA, Bukalapak, and Tokopedia e-commerce buyers and the number of samples used was 140 people. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is incidental. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of calculations using Part Analysis, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Purchase motivation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of Purchase Motivation on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. The direct effect given by the brand image on consumer satisfaction is 0.012. The direct effect given by the purchase motivation on consumer satisfaction is 0.599.
