Abstract

There are many activities in the logistics and supply chain management process, starting from the origin of goods (upstream) to the final consumer (downstream), to prepare maritime human resources, especially graduates of the commercial and port shipping management study program, it is necessary to focus on 3 (three) main activities, namely: 1) Procurement; 2) Storage (warehousing); and 3) Delivery. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak dana bantuan sosial covid-19 terhadap pemenuhan ekonomi masyrakat di Kecamatan Banjarharjo Kab. Brebes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yaitu penelitian dengan mengamati atau mengobservasi dua atau lebih variabel yang mempunyai hubungan sebab-akibat Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masyarakat yang menerima dana bantuan sosial covid-19 di Kecamatan Banjarharjo Brebes. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 300 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitan berupa kuesioner dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang variabel penelitian. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah dana bantuan sosial sebagai variabel bebas (independen variabel) dan ekonomi masyarakat sebagai variabel terikat (dependent variabel).. Variabel dalam penelitian adalah variabel independen yaitu bantuan sosial, variabel dependen yaitu perekonomia masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis besarnya pengaruh variabel independen (bantuan sosial) yaitu 0,333 atau 33,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66,7% dipegaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Uji parsial untuk variabel konstanta dan bantuan sosial yang disajikan pada tabel 5 di atas menunjukkan nilai probabilitas (P-value/Sig.) masing-masing sebesar 0,000, artinya terdapat cukup bukti bahwa variabel bantuan sosial mempunyai pengaruh terhadap ekonomi masyarakat di Kecamatan Banjarharjo Brebes selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Model akhir regresi yaitu Y = 2,612 + 0,079 X, yang artinya setiap kenaikan satu satuan bantua sosial yang diberikan akan berpengaruh pada ekonomi masyarakat Banjarharjo sebesar 7,9%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini: 1). Untuk mengetahui apakah produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 2). Untuk mengetahui apakah harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 3). Untuk mengetahui apakah tempat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 4). Untuk mengetahui apakah promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang yang pernah dan sedang, melakukan pembelian suatu produk barang maupun jasa perawatan berjumlah 12.428 pada tahun 2020. Penelitian dilakukan secara nonprobability sampling, dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1). Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 2). Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 3). Tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 4). Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to provide the descriptive, depiction systematic view, factual and the accurate descriptions of the facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena regarding to consumer perception and service quality at McDonald’s fast food in Jakarta. The type of the research used in this study is exploration descriptive qualitative research. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling, with the number of samples in this study as many as 80 person of McDonald’s customers. The data from this study were sourced from questionnaires distributed in the form of google form. The questionnaires was made based on to reliability and validity test. Data analysis technique used in this study are Data Collection, Data Reduction and Data Display. The results of the research showed the respondent’s responses to Consumer Perception at McDonald’s Jakarta fast food restaurants were Good, seen from the average total score of 334 which was included in the range of 275-339 with the assessment criteria Good. Meanwhile, respondent’s responses to Service Quality at McDonald’s Jakarta fast food restaurants were Excellent, seen from the average total score of 340,2 which included in the range of 340-400 with the assessment criteria Excellent. Suggestions can be given in this study are McDonald’s Jakarta fast food restaurants are expected to hold training or do the guidance to their employees so that the have better skills and management so that the consumers will be trust, comfortable and assured of the service quality of McDonald’s Jakarta fast food restaurants so that they can maintain consumers perception about service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Design and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at the UMKM Syehriel Collection (a survey on the consumers of the UMKM Syehriel Collection). The method used in this research is the quantitative research methods, with a research sample of 100 respondents and the analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The result showed that the Procut Design and Product Quality a significant effect simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions at the UMKM Syehriel Collection. Product Design has a partially significant affect on Purchasing Decisions at the UMKM Syehriel Collection. Product Quality has a partially not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the UMKM Syehriel Collection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy on customer satisfaction at CV Marta Jaya which is used in this research method, namely using a quantitative research method using 100 respondents research and the research tool used in this study is simple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that marketing strategies can create consumer demand through customer satisfaction influenced by goods or services needed by customers, prices of goods or services, services, distributing goods or services and promotional activities

Abstract

Jepara is one of the furniture-producing areas in Indonesia. Furniture development is expected to increase independence regional finance in the form of increasing income in Jepara. Importance UMKM are also a place to reduce unemployment, UMKM can absorb workforce and ease the burden on the government to provide vacancies jobs for the community. This study aims to see how furniture development in Jepara, especially the selected village, namely Mantingan. The method used in this research is quantitative research. Quantitative research emphasizes testing theories through measurement research variables with numbers and perform data analysis with using statistical procedures. Variables used in this study are Owner's Education, Business Scale, Company Age, Accounting Training, Period of Leading the Company. The population used in this study are all owners of UMKM furniture in Mantingan Village, Tahunan, Jepara who totaling 217 by taking 69 samples randomly. The results of the study indicate that the tenure of the company and accounting training has an effect on the use of accounting information. While the owner's education, business scale, and age of the company do not affect the use of accounting information. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and activities on employee performance at the Jombang Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study found 159 employees while the sample found 50 respondents using a representative formula. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the compensation variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while the variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and activity variables have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of KPP Pratama Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained are 0.402 or 40.2%, which means that the contribution of the Motivation and Work Discipline variable to employee performance is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or other variables not examined.

Abstract

Many businessman fail when creating a business, it is due to a discrepancy between the business created and the problem of customer needs. For this reason, a product innovation is needed using business methods. Understand the process of designing Romlah Snack business innovations by PMI Taiwan participants using the Design Thinking and Business Model Canvas methods during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research used a descriptive qualitative method, and a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach which was carried out to PMI Taiwan participants in an Online Entrepreneurial Workshop held by Muhammadiyah Gresik University with CLC-BJI Taiwan. The result of this study is, the beginning of the innovation of the Typical Indonesian snack business using the Design Thinking method. After conducting customer research, the most dominant customer problem emerged, namely indonesian snacks that were ordered online expired and destroyed. After searching and designing ideas through crazy 8 ideas and solution sketches, the Romlah Snack Online Store was found as the solution. Based on the results of Usability Testing indicates "Easy" and "Like"; Heuruistic Testing result score of 85.4%; and the results of the Impact Testing index of 100%, it is certain that the Romlah Snack online store answers consumer needs. Then a prototype is made to be tested to the customer. The making of the Business Model invites several stakeholders such as snack producers, etc. and then testing is carried out. And of the 5 assumptions, as many as 3 assumptions are valid and 2 are invalid.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Locus Of Control, and Gender on Business Success in Home-based New Ventures in Api-api Village, Bontang City.This research is a quantitative research. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with the number of respondents being 100 home-based new ventures entrepreneurs in Api-api Village, Bontang City. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the partial test, it shows that the characteristics of entrepreneurship and gender have a significant effect and locus of control has no significant effect on business success. However, the simultaneous test results show that the characteristics of entrepreneurship, locus of control, and gender have a significant effect on business success in home-based new ventures entrepreneurs in Api-api Village, Bontang City. The researcher gives suggestions that it is hoped that home-based new ventures entrepreneurs in Api-api Village, Bontang City can continue to apply entrepreneurial characteristics, can continue to apply internal locus of control and can apply gender indicators, namely roles, the same rights, benefits and control by improving the mindset. For further researchers, they can teach digital marketing considering that 69% of entrepreneurs in Api-api Village still do not have social media.
