Abstract

Techniques in compressing audio files are commonly used for transmission and storage processes, namely to reduce bottlenecks in the input or output process, save data storage space and facilitate the distribution of data and files with electronic media and removable media. A voice recorder is an electronic device that picks up sound or frequency waves and is designed to fit an application that can be saved in digital or other network formats. This voice recorder application is widely used in the modern era today is also very helpful in our daily life, for example writing applications, games, video and voice, but must be adjusted as needed. Based on the implementation of the algorithm used is the Ternary Comma Code (TCC). This method is a binary number (line2) which is based on 2 bit numbers 0 and 1.In the use of the TCC algorithm method, it allows audio file data in voice recording applications to reduce the redundancy of files to save or send in an efficient form and so we can compress these important files to save more memory space, because a storage system requires a large enough space. The use of the data size is getting bigger and bigger so the process can change it by compressing the original data.

Abstract

Human behavior is a collection of behaviors that are owned by humans and influenced by customs, attitudes, emotions, values, ethics, power, persuasion or genetics. Human behavior is inseparable from behavior in society which is often referred to as social behavior, social behavior that is specifically addressed to others to give or receive that is related to each other systematically, this behavior is one of the fundamental human needs where humans cannot living alone. According to Max Waber, behavior affects social action in society which then causes problems. To carry out the title search process on the motivational story collection application, the Boyer Moore method is needed. Abstract

Developments in computer technology today are increasingly topping the level of human civilization. One generation called “Millennials” grew up in a culture so close to this technology. In fact, almost all aspects of life such as education, entertainment, health, and so on have resulted in increasing interest in artificial intelligence programs. In artificial intelligence, expert systems are one of the areas that excel in its application. An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence that facilitates the knowledge of an expert into an application that can be used to help the work of experts. The knowledge base is formed with an inference engine that translates the knowledge of an expert. The results or outputs of the expert system cannot guarantee certainty. Therefore, it takes several methods that can be used to solve it. In this study, the expert system is applied to the medical world or medicine. The following is medically related to appendicitis or better known as appendicitis. We often take it for granted that disease in this one organ of the body even though the appendix functions as an immunologic organ and plays an active role in an immune system. The method used to improve the accuracy of the decision is the certainty factor algorithm. The certainty factor algorithm is to solve the problem of data uncertainty. The result of this study is an expert inference engineering with the aim of obtaining clinical decisions about appendicitis in users as medical treatment as early as possible.

Abstract

PDAM is a regional company engaged in the management of drinking water and the management of dirty water facilities. One of the main activities in PDAM is providing services to customers. Currently, to get services regarding billing information, report stand meter numbers and report complaints against PDAM services, customers must come to the head office so that the service process is not optimal and inefficient. To provide optimal service, it is necessary to develop a better information system using information technology facilities that can be accessed by customers easily. "Information System for Water Bill Payment Transactions at PDAM" through SMS (short message service) and online payment / Online Bank Payment Point (PPOB), is expected to further improve the quality of services provided by companies to customers so that customer satisfaction levels increase and provide a positive influence on company revenue, because with SMS (short message service) customers can get services easily anywhere, anytime at a relatively cheap and efficient cost.

Abstract

In this day and age, the development of information technology is developing so fast, this can be seen and proven from the use of computers in solving various existing problems, especially those related to computerization. Advances in information technology provide great opportunities for companies or agencies to implement computerization as an information system. In this case, the writer chooses the main discussion in this report is the information system for the management of a land title certificate title request, which is a tool to solve the problem of requesting a reverse land title certificate application. The observation method taken by the author is to take and collect data from the notary office. In addition, the author collects data from books or literature related to the discussion that the author wants to describe and directly conducts questions and answers with the land certificate management section at the notary's office. This aims to facilitate the author in completing reports on information systems in handling requests for a title to land title certificate.

Abstract

The need for greater storage capacity is the cause of the emergence of various compression techniques. Large data sizes result in wasteful memory and slow data transfer processes. Compression aims to reduce the size of the data to the smallest possible size. By doing compression, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage capacity. This research was conducted with the aim and aim of analyzing the Fibonacci Codes algorithm in compressing audio files with the extension. Mp3 with comparison parameters of Ratio of Compression, Compression Ratio and Space Savings. Compression is done to reduce the bit size of the audio file. Because if the size of a large audio file is not compressed, there will be a delay when sending data. And also can meet the capacity of a storage memory. So with this compression system, it is hoped that it can overcome the problems that exist in society. On the compression algorithm that can be decompressed.

Abstract

Image is one of the tools that humans use to convey messages to other humans. Image has developed along with the development of human civilization. Combination of Burrows Wheeler Transform (BWT) with Adaptive Huffman Coding (AHC) The process of Adaptive Huffman Coding Algorithm is reading one by one from the leftmost character to the end, it will change the initial character data using Burrows Wheeler Transform to change the order of the character set to be read by Adaptive Huffman Coding. This aims to compress the image by combining the Burrows Wheeler Transform method and the Adaptive Huffman Coding Algorithm to make the image file capacity small so that it can save storage media and is not slow when sending images from one place to another. Compression results depend on the selection of the desired compression quality. If you choose compression with standard quality, then the compressed image with the original image will not see the difference, but the reduction in bytes size is not too drastic. But if we choose a low compression quality, then the size of the bytes in the image will be reduced but the quality of the compressed image will be visible the difference with the original image.

Abstract

Video files have a large size that affects the storage space and the delivery process. This size is a factor in how much storage space will be used and how long it will take to send files. The longer the video file, the larger the size can be overcome by doing the compression process. Compression is done to reduce the size of a file. The compression algorithm that can be used is the start step stop code algorithm. The advantage of the start step stop code algorithm is that it first determines the value of n = 0, then determines the value of a = start + nx stop, then the subset starting with n will be preceded by the number '1' and followed by the insertion of '0' followed by a combination of bits. a.

Abstract

The pattern of the Batak script is the writings of the Batak language which is an important part in the introduction of the Batak script. The Batak script consists of five major dialects, namely Angkola-Mandailing, Karo, Pakpak-Dairi, Simalungun, and Toba dialects. The writings in the Batak script, especially the Toba Batak script, are of course very difficult to understand and study by the current millennial generation. This is due to the lack of people who are experts in the field of Batak script to teach about the Batak script, especially the Toba Batak script. Convolutional neural network (CNN) is part of an artificial neural network that is used as a place to process data in two-dimensional form (multi-layer perceptron), namely sound and images or in other words as a form of pattern recognition. Convolutional neural network (CNN) is used in Batak script patterns as a tool for pattern recognition that will help recognize Batak script patterns into computer form using MatLab so that it is more effective and efficient to learn. Thus, the use of the Convolutional neural network (CNN) method in the Batak script will again bring up a sense of curiosity to learn the Batak script, especially the Toba Batak script. And also with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method in Batak script, it will make the identification process easier.

Abstract

Image processing is image processing, which aims to improve image quality so that it can be easily interpreted by humans or machines. Image processing techniques transform images into other images. Image processing can be used in various fields, one of which is in terms of accessing the parking lot using the viola jones method. Viola-Jones applies the Adaboost (adaptive boosting) algorithm which can improve detection performance. The process of monitoring available and empty parking spaces using the Viola-Jones method is to classify objects in the image based on some simple feature values. There are several reasons to use these features instead of doing the filter process directly. The most basic reason is that the feature is a feature-based operating system so it's much faster than a pixel-based system. The image classification process is based on the value of a feature. The output is in the form of information about vacant parking locations and occupied parking lots.
