Abstract

The Land and Building Tax of Rural and Urban Areas (PBB-P2) are one of the most important local taxes, which has the potential to increase Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD). In the current era of regional autonomy, the government is in direct need of large enough funds to meet government financing in carrying out regional development through Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD), which is a source of regional revenue. This study aims to determine: (1) to determine the effectiveness of the Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax revenue (PBB-P2), (2) to determine the contribution of The Land and Building Tax of Rural and Urban Areas (PBB- P2) to Regional Original Income. (PAD). This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods and uses secondary data types. Based on the results of the study, it shows that for effectiveness, it is in the very effective category, because the revenue is greater than the target. And then, the contribution level of The Land and Building Tax of Rural and Urban Areas (PBB-P2) in Tuban Regency in 2018-2020 is still less effective. The Contribution rate each year always in the very poor category, but the revenue target and realization of The Land and Building Tax of Rural and Urban Areas (PBB-P2) on Regional Original Income have increased every year, the same is the case with the realization of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) every year has increased

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether service quality and Consumer Satisfaction variables affect employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT. ASDP INDONESIA FERRY (Persero). This type of research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population in this study as many as 300 people are employees of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). The sampling technique used is the sampling technique using the incidental sampling technique and the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which is as many as 75 samples. The results showed that the value of t count could prove the quality of service influences employee performance. The value resulting from hypothesis testing for t count service quality is 3.918. It is known that the t- table value is 1.99300, because the t- count value is greater than t- table (t- count 3.918 > t- table 1.99300) with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Consumer satisfaction is a partially positive influence on employee performance, and it can be seen from the t value. The value resulting from hypothesis testing for t- count consumer satisfaction is 2.182. It is known that the value of the t table is 1.99300 because the value of the t count is greater than the t table (t count 2.182 > t table 1.99300) with a sig value of 0.032 < 0.05, Service quality and customer satisfaction both have an impact on employee performance. With a confidence level of 5% or 0.05 of the calculation results obtained value of F table at 3:12 of the calculation results obtained arithmetic value off 23,408, to determine the influence is there or not then do the comparison value f count = 23,408 > f table 3.12 with sig value 0.000 <0.05. For the coefficient of determination (R 2) of 0.394 or 39.4%. The study results concluded that partially or simultaneously, the quality of service and consumer satisfaction affected employee performance

Abstract

Some of the problems found in this study include; (1) The total revenue of the plantation sub-sector companies is in a downward trend, (2) Most of the plantation sub-sector companies also include authorized capital, which is below 1 billion rupiahs which have the potential to reduce investor perceptions (3 ) The value of corporate inventories still tends to be in the high category. This study aims to analyze the effect of authorized capital and corporate inventories on the total revenue of plantation companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The research method used in this study is a causal associative method with a quantitative approach. Sampling was done using purposive sampling obtained from 16 plantation companies listed on the Stock Exchange as research samples. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that the authorized capital variable (X1) does not affect total revenue (Y). TQ12 this is evidenced by the value of tcount < ttableR (0.555 < 1.99085), corporate inventories variable (X2) has an influence on total revenue (Y) as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttableR (18.874 > 1.99085) and simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that the authorized capital variable (X1) and corporate inventories (X2) have no effect on total revenue (Y) as evidenced by the value of Fcount < Ftable (183.80 > 3.12). Based on the analysis above, it can conclude that partially authorized capital does not affect total revenue during the inventory variable affects total revenue, and simultaneously, assigned capital and inventory variables influence total revenue

Abstract

The organization or company has abundant resources, raw materials, capital, and technology. Still, if its human resources do not support it, its previously planned goals are difficult to achieve. The provision of incentives in the company is good and on time, so that employee work productivity is getting better. In addition to providing incentive wages, another factor that affects productivity is years of service. This quantitative research aims to measure/know the effect of providing incentives on employee productivity. This research method is useful for giving direction to researchers. It will guide researchers on how the research sequence will carry out and explain the stages related to the scope of research, population and samples, data and data sources, and data analysis methods.             Based on the results of the analysis above, it can conclude that incentives have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the production division of PT. X. Partially, incentives have a considerable impact on employee work productivity because they have an at- count value that is greater than the t-value table (2.816> 2.01). Meanwhile, simultaneously incentives also affect work productivity because it has a calculated F value greater than the F table value (7.932> 4.04).

Abstract

In the implementation of school education, the education administration system has a function that determines the form, structure and content of school program planning; arrangements and management, and an appropriate organizational plan and coordination system for school activities to run effectively towards the vision of education. This study aims to provide an overview of the administration and academic supervision programs in vocational high schools that should be integrated. The qualitative research method was designed through a case study approach, the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model, designed through a checklist as a guide for researchers. The study results illustrate that the education administration as a governance system to integrate all resources related to the effectiveness of the learning process for improving the quality or achieving educational goals has not shown significant changes. Implementing academic supervision has not been integrated with the school administration system, which can be seen from the scheduling. It is carried out once every semester, outside the supervision task's provisions where teachers should receive supervision at least twice in one semester. In addition, teachers face several problems related to the teaching and learning process that require supervision assistance. This illustrates that the supervision program has a continuous sequence

Abstract

This research aims to empirically describe the empowerment of village devices through a non-formal education approach to solve the problem of poverty in the village. Poverty is an old problem that never ends, where various efforts are made but poverty is still stuck. Poverty is not only in the village but also in the city. This problem needs to be understood based on empirical data or experience. The study focused on poverty in villages with different characteristics than the city's contemporaries.  Poverty in the village cannot be overcome personally by the poor people themselves, but rather the need for the involvement of others, especially village devices that do have duties and responsibilities to help the government at the village level, including helping poverty alleviation in the village. This paper was developed based on the results of qualitative research and literature studies (literary research) so that this paper is an integration of field findings and theories. The results showed that village empowerment is done through programmatic and continuous training to help poor people out of poverty independently. Empowerment of village devices is carried out gradually and continuously by developing training materials around strategies to solve the problem of poverty in the village. From implementing this training, village devices can compile and implement various poverty alleviation programs in the village efficiently and effectively
