Abstract

Sepakbola adalah permainan dengan intensitas tinggi yang membutuhkan banyak keterampilan fisik selama permainan berlangsung. Dibutuhkan latihan yang mampu menunjang sifat permainan sepakbola yang membutuhkan kelincahan, kecepatan, daya ledak dan koordinasi. Latihan dengan intensitas dan beban yang tinggi berpotensi cidera. Di tingkat profesional pria elit dalam sepak bola, hampir sepertiga dari semua cedera yang berhubungan dengan sepak bola berhubungan dengan otot, dengan mayoritas mempengaruhi hal-hal berikut kelompok otot utama pada ekstremitas bawah: paha belakang (37%), otot perut (23%), paha depan (19%), dan otot betis (13%). Pelatihan plyometric memiliki manfaat yang luar biasa yang berpotensi sebagai metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan daya ledak untuk sepak bola, Diperkenalkan dan diajarkan sejak usia muda agar dapat memberikan bekal atlet dalam mempersiapkan kebutuhan fisik mereka dalam permainan yang intensif dan menjaga mereka dari cidera di masa depan. Plyometric exercises in football for young children Abstract: Football is a high-intensity game that requires a lot of physical skill throughout the game. It takes practice that is able to support the nature of the game of football which requires agility, speed, explosive power and coordination. Exercise with high intensity and load has the potential for injury. At the elite male professional level in soccer, nearly a third of all soccer-related injuries are muscle-related, with the majority affecting the following major muscle groups in the lower extremities: hamstrings (37%), abdominal muscles (23%), quadriceps (19%), and calf muscles (13%). Plyometric training has tremendous benefits that have the potential as a training method to increase explosive power for soccer. Introduced and taught from a young age in order to equip athletes to prepare for their physical needs in intensive games and protect them from future injuries.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecepatan dan kelincahan terhadap keterampilaan menggiring bola pada tim futsal Jatidiri Muda Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik tes dan teknik korelasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes sprint 30 meter untuk kecepatan, tes Illinois Agility Run untuk kelincahan, dan tes menggiring bola untuk keterampilan menggiring bola. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikansi (α) = 5%. Hasil penelitian dari uji korelasi antara X1 dan Y didapat nilai Sig. sebesar 0,042 (<0,05) dan hasil uji korelasi antara X2 dan Y didapat nilai Sig. sebesar 0,03 (< 0,05). Sedangkan hasil uji korelasi berganda nilai Sig. F change sebesar 0,001 (< 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecepatan dan kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola tim futsal Jatidiri Muda Semarang. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini pelatih dapat memperhatikan dan meningkatkan latihan kecepatan, kelinahan, dan keterampilan dalam menggiring bola atlet Futsal Jatidiri Muda Semarang.Analysis of speed and agility in dribbling the futsal team AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between speed and agility on dribbling skills in the Jatidiri Muda Semarang futsal team. The research method used is a survey method with test techniques and correlation techniques. The instruments used in this study were the 30-meter sprint test for speed, the Illinois Agility Run test for agility, and the dribbling test for dribbling skills. The data analysis technique used is the product-moment correlation analysis technique with a significance level (α) = 5%. The research results from the correlation test between X1 and Y obtained the Sig. of 0.042 (<0.05) and the results of the correlation test between X2 and Y obtained the Sig. of 0.03 (<0.05). While the result of multiple correlation test is Sig. F change is 0.001 (<0.05). It can be concluded that speed and agility have a significant relationship to the dribbling skills of the Jatidiri Muda Semarang futsal team.

Abstract

Keterampilan mental dianggap salah satu aspek penting dalam permainan sepakbola. Namun demikian, pembahasan tentang keterampilan mental dalam sepakbola yang berangkat dari perspektif olahraga individu berpotensi menimbulkan persoalan. Perbedaan yang signifikan antara sepakbola sebagai permainan tim dengan olahraga individu seharusnya tidak diabaikan begitu saja. Oleh karena itu, mental dalam sepakbola perlu ditempatkan pada suatu sistem, alih-alih terisolasi dari aspek lain-nya. Artikel ini bertujuan mendiskusikan keterampilan mental dalam sepakbola dan meletakkannya pada suatu konteks berdasarkan gagasan dari Periodisasi Taktikal. Kerangka acuan yang dipakai adalah model struktur logis aksi-aksi sepakbola dan model momen dalam permainan sepakbola. Hasil dari pembahasan adalah keterampilan mental dalam sepakbola seharusnya dikembangkan dan dilatihkan secara terintegrasi dengan struktur logis aksi-aksi sepakbola dan selaras dengan fase permainan. Lebih dari itu, pembahasan keterampilan mental dalam sepakbola perlu diangkat ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi daripada individu, yaitu tim dan organisasi klub. Putting mental skills in football to its context Abstract: The discussions about mental skills in football from the perspective of individual sports could be problematic. However, a significant difference between football as a team sport compared to an individual sport should not be neglected. Therefore, putting mental skills in football into a system rather than being isolated from other aspects was necessary. This article aimed to discuss the mental skills in football and put it to a context according to the idea from Technical Periodization. The framework models used were the logical structure of football actions and moments of the football game. In conclusion, mental skills in football should be developed or trained in an integrated manner with the logical structure of football actions and aligned with the phase of play. Furthermore, the discussion of mental skills in football needs to be drawn at a higher level than individuals at a team and club organizations.

Abstract

Olahraga sepakbola merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang banyak digemari oleh para siswa untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara pendekatan bermain dan pendekatan intruksi langsung keterampilan sepakbola, perbedaan keterampilan sepakbola antara peserta ekstrakurikuler yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi dan motivasi berprestasi rendah dan interaksi antara pendekatan bermain, intruksi langsung, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap keterampilan sepakbola. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen faktorial 2x2. Sampel peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA N 2 Purwokerto dan SMA N 5 Purwokerto berjumlah 34 siswa. Instrumen motivasi berprestasi diukur dengan angket motivasi berprestasi dan keterampilan sepakbola diukur dengan Pengembangan David Lee oleh Subagyo Irianto tahun 2010. Teknik analisis data adalah Analisis Varian (ANAVA) dua jalur, dan uji Pairwise Comparisons signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu pendekatan bermain dan pendekatan intruksi langsung terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, nilai p = 0.00 < 0.05, ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil keterampilan sepakbola antara peserta ekstrakurikuler yang memiliki motivasi berpretasi tinggi dan motivasi berprestasi rendah, nilai p = 0.004 < 0.05, dan ada interaksi antara pendekatan bermain, intruksi langsung dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, nilai p = 0.05 ≤ 0.05 Playing approach, direct instruction, and motivation: is there an effect of SMA football extracurricular skills?AbstractFootball is a sport that is favoured by many students to take part in extracurricular activities. This study aims to determine the difference between the playing approach and the direct instructional approach to soccer skills, the difference in football skills between extracurricular participants who have high achievement motivation and low achievement motivation, and the interaction between the playing approach, direct instruction, and achievement motivation on football skills. This research is a 2x2 factorial experimental research. The sample of football extracurricular members at SMA N 2 Purwokerto and SMA N 5 Purwokerto was 34 students. The instrument of achievement motivation was measured by a questionnaire of achievement motivation and football skills were measured by David Lee's Development by Subagyo Irianto in 2010. The data analysis technique was two-way Variant Analysis (ANAVA), and the Pairwise Comparisons test was significant α = 0.05. The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in influence, namely the playing approach and the direct instructional approach to football skills, p-value = 0.00 <0.05, there was a significant difference in the results of football skills between extracurricular participants who had high achievement motivation and low achievement motivation, p-value = 0.004 <0.05, and there is an interaction between the playing approach, direct instruction and achievement motivation on football skills, p-value = 0.05 ≤ 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh metode latihan plyometrics hurdle hops dan multiple box jump up-down terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, (2) pengaruh kelincahan tinggi dan kelincahan rendah terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2, menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir dengan dua kelompok yang diberi perlakuan berbeda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 44  pemain Sekolah Sepakbola Bambanglipuro dan pemain Sekolah Sepakbola Argodadi kelompok umur 17 tahun. Sampel penelitian adalah 24 atlet yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah Illinois Agylity Test dan Standing Long Jump Test. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan ANAVA pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan uji homogenitas varians Levene Test pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh metode latihan plyometrics hurdle hops dan multiple box jump up-down terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola, yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,00 < 0,05, (2) terdapat pengaruh kelincahan tinggi dan kelincahan rendah terhadap power pemain sekolah sepakbola,  yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,00 < 0,05, (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap peningkatan power pemain sekolah sekolah sepakbola, yang terbukti dari nilai p = 0,167 > 0,05. The effect of training method and agility on the power of player football school  AbstractThis study aims to reveal: (1) the effect training methods of plyometrics hurdle hops and plyometrics multiple box jump up-down on the power improvement football school players, (2) the effect of high and low agility on the power improvement football school players, and (3) the interaction between training methods and agility on the power of football school players. This study was an experimental study with a 2 x 2 factorial design, using the initial test and final test. The two groups were treated differently. The population was 44 players of Football Schools Bambanglipuro and Argodadi under 17 teams. A sample of 24 players was established using the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using tests and the measurements performed before and after treatment. The instruments used in this study were the Illinois Agility Test and Standing Long Jump Test. The data were analyzed using the ANOVA at the significance level of 5%. The prerequisite test data analysis used the normality tests of  Kolmogorov Smirnov Test at the significance level of 5% and the homogeneity of variance test used the Levene Test at the significance level of 5%. The results are as follows (1) there is a significant effect training methods of plyometrics hurdle hops and plyometrics multiple box jump up-down on the power improvement football school players, as shown by the p-value of = 0.00 > 0.05, (2) there is a significant effect high and low agility on the power improvement football school players, as shown by the value of p = 0.00 < 0.05, (3) there is no interaction between training methods and agility on the power of football school players, as shown by the value of p = 0.167 > 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode massed dan distributed practice (2) perbedaan pengaruh bagi pemain yang memiliki koordinasi mata kaki tinggi dan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah (3) interaksi yang signifikan antara metode massed dan distributed practice serta koordinasi mata kaki terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada pemain Green Boys FC Selengen usia 12-17 tahun. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 37 pemain Green Boys FC Selengen usia 12-17 tahun. Instrumen untuk mengukur koordinasi mata-kaki menggu-nakan Mithcel Soccer Test dan untuk mengukur kemampuan menggiring bola menggunakan tes menggiring bola dari Nurhasan (2011). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode massed dan distributed practice terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada pemain Green Boys FC Selengen usia 12-17 tahun. Metode distributed practice lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode massed practice. (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan kemampuan koordinasi mata kaki tinggi dan koordinasi mata kaki rendah terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola. Pemain dengan kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pemain dengan kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah. (3) Ada interaksi yang signifikan antara metode massed dan distributed practice dan koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada pemain Green Boys FC Selengen usia 12-17 tahun. Analysis of the ability to dribble the ball using soccer drills in bulk and distributed Abstract: This research aims to reveal: (1) effect differences between massed and distributed practice method on the ability in dribbling, (2) effect difference among players with high eye-foot coordination and low eye-foot coordination on the ability in dribbling, and (3) the significant interaction between the massed and distributed practice method as well as the eye-foot coordination on the ability in dribbling of the footballers of Green Boys FC Selengen ages 12-17 years. The instruments to measure eye-foot coordination was Mithcel Soccer Test and the test to measure dribbling ability was a test of Nurhasan (2011). The data analysis technique used was the two-way ANOVA. The results are as follows. (1) There is a significantly different effect of massed and distributed practice method on the ability in dribbling in the game of football of footballers of Green Boys FC Selengen ages 12-17 years. The distributed practice method is better than massed practice method. (2) There is a significantly different effect of the ability of the eye-foot coordination and low eye-foot coordination on the ability in dribbling in the game of football. The players with the high ability in high eye-foot coordination compared to those with the ability of the low eye-foot coordination. (3) There is a significant interaction between massed and distributed practice method with high eye-foot coordination and low eye-foot coordination on the ability in dribbling in the game of football of the footballers of Green Boys FC Selengen ages 12-17 years.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sistem perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan manajemen klub PSIS Semarang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Instrument dalam penelitian ini diantaranya observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dari identifikasi data dan informasi di lapangan, kemudian komunikasi dengan manajemen Klub PSIS Semarang, pengumpulan data baik dokumen dokumen manajemen Klub PSIS, informasi dari media on line, dan wawanacara denganpihak manajemen. Data yang sudah didapatkan kemudian dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan deskripsi secara berkembang. Perencanaan yang dilakukan klub PSIS Semarang pada masa pandemi covid-19 baik. Pengorganisasian yang ada di klub PSIS Semarang pada masa pandemi covid-19 baik. kesimpulan bahwa sistem perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan manajemen klub PSIS Semarang pada kategori Baik. Hal ini didasarkan pada data dan evaluasi rutin yang dilakukan manajemen Klub PSIS Semarang yang kesemua laporannya dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu masih adanya pembatasan dalam diskusi secara langsung dengan manajemen sehingga informasi dan data yang didapatkan kurang maksimal. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melengkapi data kuantitatif untuk mengetahui parameter dan grafik performa dari Klub PSIS Semarang. Management of the PSIS Semarang club during the Covid-19 pandemic Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the system of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the management of the PSIS Semarang club. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Instruments in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research procedure starts from the identification of data and information in the field, then communication with the management of the PSIS Semarang Club, data collection both documents for the management of the PSIS Club, information from online media, and interviews with the management. The planning and organization carried out by the PSIS Semarang club during the covid-19 pandemic were good. The implementation and supervision were also in the good category at the PSIS Semarang club during the covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion in the management of the PSIS Semarang club is in a Good category. This is based on data and routine evaluations carried out by the management of the Semarang PSIS Club, all of which reports can be accounted for. The limitation of this research is that there are still limitations in direct discussions with management so that the information and data obtained are less than optimal. Future research is expected to complement quantitative data to determine the parameters and performance graphs of the PSIS Semarang Club.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan drill dan small sided games terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, perbedaan keterampilan sepakbola siswa agility tinggi dan siswa agility rendah, serta interaksi metode latihan dan agility terhadap keterampilan sepakbola. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen faktorial 2x2, dengan pretest dan posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri di Bantul dengan jumlah 485 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 60 siswa. Instrumen untuk mengukur agility siswa ekstrakurikuler adalah Illinois Agility Test, validitas 0,95 dan realibilitas 0,78. Instrumen untuk mengukur keterampilan sepakbola adalah Ball Technique the David Lee Soccer Potential Circuit Test dengan validitas 0,73 dan realibilitas 0,8. Analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur yang dilanjutkan dengan Post-Hoc Tests pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan drill dan small sided games terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, p=0,002 < 0,05, ada perbedaan keterampilan sepakbola siswa yang memiliki agility tinggi dan agility rendah, p=0,000 < 0,05, ada interaksi metode latihan dan agility terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, p = 0,000 < 0,05. Siswa yang memiliki agility tinggi lebih tepat dilatih dengan metode drill, sedangkan siswa agility rendah lebih tepat dilatih dengan metode small sided games. The effect of training method and agility on football skills AbstractThis research aims to reveal the differences between the effects of drill training method and small sided-game on football skills, the different of football skills in high agility and low agility students, and the interaction of exercise and agility and football skills. This research is an experimental study with a 2x2 factorial design, with the pretest and posttest. The population was extracurricular football students of state high schools in Bantul with a total of 485 students. Sampling technique using the purposive sampling of 60 students. The instrument to measure the level of students' agility used the Illinois Agility Test, with the validity of 0.95 and the reliability of 0.78. The instruments to measure football skills used Ball Technique the David Lee Soccer Potential Circuit Test with the validity of 0.73 and the reliability of 0.8. The data were analyzed using the ANAVA followed by Post-Hoc Tests at the significance level α = 0.05. The research result shows that there are differences in the effects of drill and small-sided games training method on football skills, p = 0.002 <0.05, there are differences in the effects of football skills on students with high agility and those with low agility, p = 0.000 < 0.05, and there is an interaction of training methods and agility and football skills, p = 0.000 > 0.05. The students with high agility are more appropriately trained using the drill method, while those with lower agility are more appropriately trained using the small-sided game's method.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan wasit sepakbola yang layak dan efektif, yang diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran (physical fitness) wasit dalam persiapan tes kebugaran wasit, sesuai dengan kebutuhan gerak dari seorang wasit saat memimpin pertandingan sepakbola di lapangan, yang dikemas dalam bentuk modul dan video panduan latihan beserta penjelasan mengenai fungsi dan tujuan latihan. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan Borg & Gall sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi, (2) menganalisis hasil informasi, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) validasi ahli dan revisi tahap pertama, (5) uji coba skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba skala besar dan revisi, (7) pembuatan produk final, (8) uji efektivitas produk. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap enam orang dari korps wasit Asosiasi PSSI Kota Yogyakarta. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap enam belas orang dari korps wasit Asosiasi Provinsi PSSI Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, catatan lapangan, skala nilai, dan lembar penilaian uji efektivitas model latihan. Hasil penelitian berupa model latihan kebugaran wasit sepakbola terdiri dari pemanasan, inti, dan pendinginan. Model disusun dalam modul pedoman berjudul ”Model Latihan Wasit Sepakbola untuk Meningkatkan Kebugaran (Physical Fitness)”. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan praktisi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model latihan kebugaran yang dikembangkan berkategori baik sehingga layak, efektif, dan sesuai untuk digunakan dalam latihan kebugaran wasit sepakbola. Developing a physical fitness exercise model for football referees AbstractThis research aims to develop and increase the diversity of a model of physical fitness for football referees, which effective and can be used by referees to improve fitness in order to prepare for physical fitness test and maintain fitness in daily life according to the needs of the motion of a referee when refereeing football matches, packaged in the form of books and video guides or training module with an explanation of its function and purpose. This research adapted the steps of research and development by Borg & Gall, consisting of: (1) the collection of information, (2) analysis of the information gathered, (3) initial product development, (4) validation by experts and revision, (5) small-scale field trial and revision, (6) large-scale field trials and revisions, (7) the manufacture of the final products. (8) testing the effectiveness of the product. The small-scale trials were conducted on six referees from refereeing corp of Indonesian Football Association of Yogyakarta City. The large-scale trial was conducted on sixteen referees from refereeing corp of Indonesian football Association of Yogyakarta Province. The instrument used to collect data included interview guides, field notes, evaluation sheet, the value scale questionnaire validation, assessment rubrics, observation guidelines, and sheet of the effectiveness of the exercise. The result of the research is a model of physical fitness for football referees consisting of warming up models, core, and cooling models. The model guidelines are compiled in a module titled "Physical Fitness Training Model for Football Referees". Based on the evaluation of the subject matter experts and practitioners, it can be concluded that the developed model of physical fitness for football referees is categorized as good, so that it is adequate, effective, and suitable for use in physical fitness exercise for football referees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan drill dan metode bermain terhadap kemampuan dribbling, (2) perbedaan pengaruh tingkat kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi terhadap kemampuan dribbling, dan (3) interaksi pendekatan drill dan pendekatan bermain serta tingkat kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kemampuan dribbling. Penelitian dilakukan pada pemain sepakbola U-12 menggunakan desain eksperimen faktorial 2 x 2. Instrumen pengukuran tingkat kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki menggunakan Soccer Wall Volley Test dan kemampuan dribbling  menggunakan Short Dribbling Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan drill dan metode bermain terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling, metode latihan drill lebih baik dibandingkan pendekatan bermain; (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara tingkat kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kemampuan dribbling, pemain dengan koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi lebih baik dibandingkan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah; dan (3) Ada interaksi antara pendekatan drill dan pendekatan bermain serta tingkat koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kemampuan dribbling. The influence of the differences between the training method and the coordination level on the dribbling skills of the u-12 football players Abstract: This study aims to investigate (1) the effect of the drill training method and the playing method on dribbling ability, (2) the effect of the level of eye-foot coordination ability on dribbling ability, and (3) the interaction between the drill approach and the playing approach and the level of coordination eye-foot ability to dribbling skills. The study was conducted on U-12 soccer players using a 2 x 2 factorial experimental design. The instrument used to measure eye-foot coordination skills is the Soccer Wall Volley Test, while dribbling abilities measured with the Short Dribbling Test. The results showed (1) there was a difference in the effect of the drill training method and the playing method on increasing dribbling skills; the drill training method was better than the playing approach; (2) There is a difference in the effect of the level of eye-foot coordination on dribbling ability, players with high eye-foot coordination are better than low eye-foot coordination; and (3) There is an interaction between the drill approach and the playing approach as well as the eye-foot coordination level on dribbling skills.
