Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of service provided by Bank Sumsel Babel Sungailiat Branch. The research method uses a quantitative type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or surveys. The results showed that the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Sumsel Babel bank was in the very satisfied category. This can be proven by the results of respondents' responses to each indicator used in measuring the level of service. Respondents' responses to each indicator gave a positive response. The conclusion is that the customer satisfaction level of Bank Sumsel Babel Sungailiat Branch is already in the very satisfied category, although there are still a small number of customers who state that on several indicators, they give dissatisfied responses. But overall, it is covered by dominant responses in the very satisfied category according to the majority of customers. Recommendations to the management of Bank Sumsel Sungailiat Branch to continue to maintain and improve the quality of services that have been obtained so that they can be able to compete with bank companies that are already large and trusted

Abstract

Public service is one of the important studies in the study of public administration. Hotel is a business sector engaged in services and one of the buildings that is rented out as a place for a short break for people who are traveling. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method using a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus in this study is to analyze hotel service management through the Service Triangle quality model, which has 3 indicators, namely service strategy, service system, and human resources. The results of the research that the researchers conducted were that the analysis of the service management of the Sari Indah hotel in Probolinggo Regency was sufficiently feasible for rural areas as evidenced by the existence of very strict regulations and this hotel building was also used as a place for Covid-19 isolation in 2021, apart from In the area around the hotel there are several other businesses, and many customers use the hotel's services. The three indicators, namely service strategy, service system, and human resources cannot be separated from one another. A manager has made one vision and mission as one of the company's strategies to achieve success. Customer satisfaction is the main goal in this business in the hospitality sector and with the hotel building it makes the area even more productive than before, such as reducing unemployment, many businesses in the culinary field, and there is a new building around the hotel, namely the Gending toll exit.

Abstract

Penelitian jini jbertujuan juntuk jmengetahui jperan jkepolisian jdalam jpelaksanaan pelayanan pengawasan Barang import Aksesoris Alat Komunikasi Electronic di PT Doran Sukses Indonesia. Peran kepolisian sangat penting sebagai lembaga penegak hukum dan keamanan negara. Kepolisian memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk melindungi jmasyarakat jdan jnegara jdari jancaman kejahatan, termasuk jkejahatan jyang terkait dengan impor barang, Brand JETE milik dari PT Doran Sukses Indonesia, kemudian Menjadi faktor utama dalam penelitian ini. Serta factor penghambat pelaksanaan kebijakan sistem ini, dan upaya dalam menangani faktor penghambat Barang Aksesoris Alat Komunikasi Electronic di Kota Surabaya oleh kepolisian Dengan cara Memberikan Pelatihan dan Peningkatan Pengetahuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepolisian yang menjadi pelaksana, informan serta pegawai di PT Doran Sukses Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Peran Kepolisian Dalam Pengawasan Barang Aksesoris Alat Komunikasi Electronic Import di PT.Doran Sukses Indonesia dengan beberapa upaya yaitu: upaya Pre-emtif, Upaya Preventif , Upaya Represif. Penelitian ini menemukan faktor penghambat Peran Kepolisian alam Pengawasan Barang Aksesoris Alat Komunikasi Electronic Import di PT.Doran Sukses Indonesia yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, wewenang yang terbatas pada aturan yang telah ditetapkan dengan sedikit fleksibilitas. Mengatasi hal tersebut, kepolosian terus menerus melakukan pelatihan dan kerjasama antarlembaga yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi sumber dayanya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Effect of Service Quality of PatientSatisfaction At The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Mohamad Saleh City of Probolinggo. This type of research used in this paper is an explanatory method, a study that explain or describe something, which aims to test hypotheses regarding the causal relationship between the variables studied. While the data collection methods quantitative conducted with survey approach. The survey was a quantitative research that is equal to many people and then all of the answers obtained by researchers recorded, processed, and analyzed. The number of samples used was 100 patients and the data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to patients as respondents. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that based on the results of the regression of service quality (X) of 33.037, it indicates that the results of the assessment of service quality are pure without being influenced by independent variables. while the regression value of Service Quality (Y) is 0.362 indicating a positive contribution is generated by Service Quality, meaning that if Service Quality is increased by 1 point it will affect Service Quality by 0.362. In other words, the better the quality of service, the patient satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peran Disperinaker Kota Probolinggo bertujuan untuk diketahui bagaimana upaya atau dari peran Disperinaker Kota Probolinggo dalam mengimplementasikan promosi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, dan bagaimana mengetahui, mekanisme pengawasan membentuk Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Probolinggo dalam melakukan bentuk-bentuk pembinaan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dalam mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan serta pengawasan Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Probolinggo dalam melakukan upaya pemajuan tenaga kerja kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Penelitian menggunakan jenis data penelitian deskriptif dengan lokasi penelitian di Disperinaker Kota Probolinggo. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Yang dimaksud dengan data primer merupakan data utama dan data sekunder adalah data yang digunakan untuk mendukung data primer. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, kuesioner, studi pustaka. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang saya kami tulis diperoleh hasil bahwa. Kebijakan Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Probolinggo dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang dilaksanakan berdasar pada ketentuan peraturan / regulasi perundang-undangan yang masih berlaku di dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai di BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bangkadipengaruhi oleh pelatihan parsial dan gabungan. Pendidikan dan pelatihan pengembangan SDMmemiliki dua aspek utama: individu dan organisasi. Keduanya harus dikembangkan secara bersamaan,secara menyeluruh, dan secara konsisten. Diklat Kepemimpinan, juga dikenal sebagai Diklatpim,diberikan untuk memenuhi kemampuan kepemimpinan aparatur pemerintah yang sesuai dengan posisistruktural. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi kemampuan dan motivasi. Untuk mencapaitujuan BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bangka membutuhkan SDM yang berkualitas, karena hanya sumber dayamanusia yang berkualitas yang dapat mencapai tingkat produktivitas tertinggi mungkin. Penulisberkonsentrasi pada bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan kinerja pekerja. Diharapkanbahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia akan menghasilkan pekerja yang memiliki kemampuanuntuk membantu kemajuan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan danpelatihan baik dan signifikan untuk kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa duavariabel independen pendidikan dan pelatihan menyumbang 24,1% dari kinerja karyawan. Faktor lainyang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini juga menyumbang 75,9% dari kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci: Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja, BAPPEDA

Abstract

Field Tennis is one of the many sports in Bangka Regency. Has a fairly good achievement, but has problems experienced by athletes. This research method is descriptive qualitative, there are two types of data sources used in this study, namely primary and secondary. The results of this study are 1) Face-to-Face where there is a direct meeting to discuss a problem individually or in groups, 2) Build mutual trust between stakeholders, 3) Commitment to the Process of suggestions and joint achievement of results must be agreed upon, 4) Mutual understanding understanding between one institution or organization and another, 5) Interim Results Starting from a small victory is defined as what has been achieved by the collaborating parties. Recommendations from the author are: 1) To KONI and DISPORA of Bangka Regency as the venue for all sports in Bangka Regency to pay more attention to all the activities of athletes in Bangka Regency. 2) To Coaches and Parents of Athletes, so that in the future they will have a lot of connections or information in any field. 3) Setia Budi Sungailiat SMAS School, to search for students who excel in sports, so that they can create scholarship pathways, categories of students who have talent or achievements.

Abstract

The results of the analysis of this study can be shown that based on the results of the regression of service quality (X) of 33.037, it indicates It demonstrates that independent variables have no effect whatsoever on the evaluation findings for service quality. However, the Service Quality (Y) regression result of 0.362 shows a positive contribution made by Service Quality, indicating that a 1 point improvement in Service Quality will have a 0.362 point impact on Service Quality. In other words, the patient's pleasure rises as service quality improves.

Abstract

At present, developing the competence and quality of apparatus resources in all fields has become a necessity in both the public and private sectors. Human resource (HR) development has become the focus of government reform, especially the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as a very important HR asset for the development of a country. This study aims to determine the Strategy for Improving the Competence of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), both partially and jointly, through coaching and mentoring at the Bangka Regency Hospital. The data used in this study is data that shows that coaching and mentoring are practices that effectively encourage our drive to improve our self-worth, problem-solving skills, and confidence in handling challenges. The targets set in the coaching and mentoring plan can be achieved well. In addition, the success of coaching is how a coachee discovers his/her potential and utilizes it and the success of mentoring is how a coachee is able to apply what his/her mentor teaches independently and utilize his/her potential.

Abstract

Dalam pengupayaan peningkatan kualitas mutu pelayanan publik, Kelurahan Jelitik telah menciptakan berbagai inovasi, salah satunya adalah Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Aplikasi "Jelitik Mempesona". Inovasi ini ditetapkan melalui Keputusan Lurah Jelitik Nomor: 188.4/128.a/KPTS/1010/2021 tanggal 12 Juli 2021 tentang Program Inovasi Pelayanan Teknologi Informasi Berbasis Android di Kelurahan Jelitik, Kecamatan Sungailiat, Kabupaten Bangka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Aplikasi "Jelitik Mempesona" pada Kelurahan Jelitik Kabupaten Bangka. Teori atribut inovasi Everett M. Rogers digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teori ini menyatakan bahwa penerimaan inovasi dipengaruhi oleh lima karakteristik: relative advantages, compatibility, complexity, triability, dan observability. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara,dokumentasi, serta observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yaitu Aplikasi Inovasi "Jelitik Mempesona" berjalan dengan baik dan diterima secara umum oleh masyarakat. Aplikasi ini memiliki kelima ciri inovasi yang dikemukakan oleh Everett M. Rogers. Contohnya adalah manfaat yang dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat adalah dari efisiensi waktu, efisiensi biaya, dan efisiensi tenaga, serta terpenuhinya kebutuhan masyarakat Kelurahan Jelitik dengan inovasi Aplikasi "Jelitik Mempesona". Tapi masih ada beberapa masalah, seperti masalah jaringan dan aplikasi.
