The research sample was 50 respondents who were taken from the owner of the angkringan stalls. The results of the study resulted in a conclusion that there was a significant effect on product quality on business performance, there was a significant effect of price fixing on business performance, there was a significant influence on location on business performance and there was a joint influence on product quality, pricing and business location on micro-business performance. small and medium enterprises in Tangerang City. The location of the business has an influence on business performance, therefore it is recommended that the owner of an angkringan business in determining the location of the business can pay attention to environmental factors around the business location such as the condition of the community around the business location, the comfort and safety of the business place, and easy access to buyers. The results showed that there are still other factors that can affect the performance of the angkringan stalls besides product quality, pricing and business locations, therefore it is recommended that the owners of the angkringan stalls conduct a survey directly to buyers regarding the assessment of consumer satisfaction with product quality, product prices and business location based on buyers' perceptions so that owners of angkringan stalls can make strategies to improve their business according to the characteristics of buyers who are their target market.

The sample used as respondents is 75 people who are members of the Cengkareng Golf Club. The main data collection technique is by using a questionnaire regarding service quality variables, price variables and customer satisfaction variables. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis and multiple correlation, determination coefficient analysis and simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results of the study resulted in a conclusion that there was a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Cengkareng Golf Club. There is a significant price effect on customer satisfaction. There is a significant influence simultaneously service quality and price on customer satisfaction. At this time the service quality of Cengkareng Golf Club is good enough, to improve the quality of golf services, it is suggested that service quality can be used as a strategy to increase customer satisfaction through providing appropriate services to customers, responding and customer requests quickly, handling customer problems, and provide customer satisfaction provided not only in the form of physical facilities, but the appearance of a professional employee. Currently customer satisfaction is categorized as good enough by paying attention to the quality of services and prices provided to customers, so that customer satisfaction increases, it is recommended that Cengkareng Golf Club pay attention to the factors that make customers buy back, create word of mouth marketing carried out by customers, improve brand image Cengkareng Golf Club and pay attention to customer decision-making factors when playing golf in addition to service quality and price factors

Apart from its main function as a place to live for its residents, it is also a measure of the existence of the owner's social status. People often buy houses for economic purposes, namely apart from being a place to live, as well as a place to do business activities. The purchase decision is a stage in consumer behaviour before the consumer finally decides to buy. The purchase decision is the stage of the purchasing decision process by the consumer actually making a purchase. The formulation of the problems in this study are 1) Is there an effect of promotion on home-buying decisions at PT. Hari Pelangi Propertindo at Griya Pelangi Sakina Housing ?. 2) Is there an effect of location on the decision to buy a house at PT. Hari Pelangi Propertindo at Griya Pelangi Sakina Housing ?. 3) Do together the promotion and location variables have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions to buy a house at PT. Hari Pelangi Propertindo on Griya Pelangi Sakina Housing?This research method uses a causal relationship. A causal relationship is a relationship that is cause and effect. So here there are independent variables (variables that influence) and dependent (influenced). The population in this study were 546 consumers who had bought housing in Griya Pelangi Sakina. To determine the sample taken using a non-probability sampling technique with the Slovin formula, the sample was 85 respondents.Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination partially, the contribution value of the effect of housing promotion on purchasing decisions is 32.2%. And the value of the correlation coefficient which states is quite strong with a value of 0.456. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination partially show that the contribution value of the effect of housing location on purchasing decisions is only 36.7%. And the value of the correlation coefficient which states that it is quite strong with a value of 0.478 with this result is that the location variable has an effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the processing, the R square value is 0.417 or 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is explained by other factors that are not explained or not thorough in this study. And the correlation coefficient value which states strong with a value of 0.646 with the results of the study showed that simultaneously the promotion and location variables have a significant effect on the decision to buy a house at PT. Companies that want to develop and adapt to the conditions of the times must improve the quality of human resources within the company. With the increase in the quality of human resources in the company, it will automatically make employees carry out their work professionally, responsibly, and have a good attitude to help companies meet the needs of an increasingly complex society in this era of globalization.This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Sumbahan Wirakartika Kramatwatu and to find out whether there is an effect of reward on employee performance at PT. Wirakartika Kramatwatu's contribution and to find out whether there is a simultaneous influence of leadership and reward on employee performance at PT. Sumbahan Wirakartika Kramatwatu. The research method used is quantitative - descriptive which discusses three variables, namely leadership and reward as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. With a population of 88 employees and using a saturated sample so that the number of samples is 88 employees. Based on the calculation results, it was obtained that the partial t-test of leadership on performance obtained the results of t-count greater than t-table (10.278>1.988) and partial t-test of reward on performance obtained by t-test greater than t-table (4,672 > 1,988), as well as test- F leadership and performance rewards are obtained F count results are greater than F table (106.227>3.10). Referring to the test results, it can be concluded that leadership partially affects performance and rewards partially affect performance, and leadership and rewards simultaneously affect performance. In addition, it is also known based on the above test that simultaneously leadership and rewards affect performance by 72.4%,

This study aims to test the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, firm size, firm age and audite quality on quality of financial reporting are measured by an index of accrual quality. The populations was wholesale and retail trade companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019 period. Determination of the sample is done by using puposive sampling method based on secondary data from financial reports that are available in the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. There were about 225 companies selected at the sample of the study. The method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. Liquidity, firm size, firm age and audite quality had effect on the quality of financial reporting. Leverage and Profitability had no effect on the quality of financial reporting

PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Malang seeks to improve services to its customers through improving the performance of its employees, one of which is by increasing the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of its employees. Therefore, this study aims to examine how far the influence of the level of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence affects the performance of employees of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Malang. This study uses the entire population as many as 57 employees of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Malang as respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire that was distributed and then processed using a Likert scale. By using the multiple linear regression method, the results obtained that emotional intelligence (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) affect the performance of employees of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Malang. On the other hand, the variable that has the dominant influence on employee performance is emotional intelligence (X1).

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity and Intention to Leave on the Performance of Contract Employees at the Surabaya City Manpower Office. The approach used is quantitative with the type of inferential research. The sample in this study was 30 employees in the Surabaya City Manpower Office. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that Job Insecurity has a positive effect on employee performance at the Surabaya City Manpower Office. In this study, job insecurity is influenced by factors such as role conflict, role ambiguity, and organizational change. Intention To Leave has a positive effect on employee performance at the Surabaya City Manpower Service
