Abstract

Pentingnya menimba ilmu untuk masa depan yang lebih baik, apalagi jika mahasiswa memiliki prestasi, namun harus berhenti di tengah jalan dikarenakan tidak memiliki biaya. Universitas Islam Lamongan memberikan beasiswa kepada mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan tidak mampu. Pemberian beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan kemudian dilakukan perankingan menggunakan excel. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, akan dibuat sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa menggunakan metode Naive Bayes dan mengukur tingkat akurasi dari sistem yang telah dibuat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan penyelesaian dari suatu masalah yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Naive Bayes yang merupakan metode terbaik dari kalangan klasifikasi. Data yang digunakan dalam perhitungan adalah data kriteria mahasiswa dari tahun sebelumnya yang diperoleh dari rumah beasiswa Universitas Islam Lamongan. Perhitungan Naive Bayes dilakukan dengan mencari probabilitas setiap kategori kemudian dicari nilai yang tertinggi. Nilai tertinggi merupakan hasil dari perhitungan. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa menggunakan metode Naive Bayes memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 92,7%. Tingkat akurasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa menggunakan metode Naive Bayes sangat layak digunakan.

Abstract

Perkembangan yang pesat tidak hanya teknologi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak saja, tetapi metode komputasi juga ikut berkembang. Salah satu metode komputasi yang cukup berkembang saat ini adalah penyajian informasi geografis. Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan wilayah kota yang sedang berkembang seperti pada tempat-tempat industri, pariwisata, pendidikan, sarana transportasi umum dan fasilitas. Selama ini pengetahuan tentang lokasi di wilayah Kabupaten Lamongan dilakukan dengan cara datang ke lokasi langsung sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya suatu Aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat membantu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang tempat dan fasilitas umum di Kabupaten Lamongan berdasarkan data atribut dan data spasial yang mendukung. Telah dibuat aplikasi GIS berbasis android untuk pemetaan fasilitas dan pelayanan umum di Kabupaten Lamongan dengan SIG berbasis android dengan menggunakan beberapa aplikasi seperti eclipse dan adobe photoshop sebagai editing gambar SIG tujuanya mampu memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan yang diinginkan serta memudahkan dalam melihat fenomena kebumian dengan perspektif yang lebih baik.Hasil dari keseluruhan ini dapat di simpulkan program ini cukup baik ada pun kekurangannya belum lengkap.

Abstract

Banyak penelitian yang dilakukan untuk meneliti perusahaan layanan internet di Indonesia mulai dari penggunaan database, customer churn hingga penyelarasan tujuan teknologi informasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Suharso tahun 2013 menyatakan bahwa pelanggan tidak akan berpindah pada perusahaan pesaing jika pengguna merasa nyaman dengan layanan yang diberikan, namun permasalahan pelanggan tidak hanya disebabkan oleh layanan, aplikasi yang mendukung turut mendukung proses bisnis yang dilakukan seperti yang telah dijelaskan oleh Suharso pada tahun 2016. Salah satu aplikasi yang harus dibangun pada ISP adalah aplikasi yang memudahkan pegawai perusahaan layanan internet atau ISP dalam menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan karena ditemukan keragaman penyelesaian permasalahan sehingga menyebabkan kurang standarnya waktu penyelesaian. Pendekatan text mining dilakukan untuk meminimalisir permasalahan dengan menggunakan rocchio classifier yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan antara lain studi pustaka, pengumpulan data, preprocessing, features selection, rocchio classifier, dan analisis hasil. Hasil yang diperoleh antara lain waktu rata rata proses parsing adalah 0,0333 detik, rata-rata proses klasifikasi adalah 0,0905 detik, dan rata-rata keseluruhan proses adalah 0,1238 detik, selain secara fungsional aplikasi dapat membantu customer service dalam menentukan tingkat penanganan masalah.

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector in the development of a region. Especially for the island of Bali. It is not uncommon for Bali to be one of the largest contributors to tourism revenue in Indonesia. Almost every corner of the island of Bali has extraordinary tourism potential. One of them is Jembrana Regency, where Jembrana Regency is the gateway to the island of Bali which clearly has a very ideal geographical location and has its own tourist attraction. Along with technological developments, namely Smartphones and Android operating systems which are very widely used by humans. Android has an open source system where anyone can create an application that will be paired with the Android system. By utilizing the Geographic Information System (GIS) it is very easy to find tourist location points. and can easily add new tourist points. The Water Fall development method was chosen because it has structured stages with each stage having to be completed before the next stage. Therefore, there is a Curik Bali the Smart Tourism Application Design with Android which will be an application to introduce every tourist place in Jembrana Regency.

Abstract

Medical records have a very broad sense, not only as a recording activity, but has a notion as a system of medical record recordings that start recording during the patient get medical service, followed by handling medical records file that includes the storage and the release of files from the storage for Serve requests or loans if from patients or for other purposes. Documents of patient medical record data from patient card data, especially patients with hypertension who at the time of control to the partner surgery hospital will from the medical record card document will be scanned or scanned into computer data base as data base storage efficiently and regularly , To then be tested with data mining by using clustering and naive baiyes to determine the number of patients based on the place or area of patients who are frequently treated at the partner surgical hospital.

Abstract

Kemajuan dunia informasi teknologi dan perkembangan jumlah pengguna internet karenakan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat. Pengguna layanan internet saat ini telah dimanfaatkan oleh siapa saja dan bidang mana saja. Salah satunya bidang manufacturing atau di pabrik, pemanfaatan teknologi internet telah dirasakan langsung oleh pihak perusahaan atau pabrik yang dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil kerja menjadi lebih optimal. Terbatasnya kecepatan internet dan banyaknya pengguna dapat mempengaruhi kecepatan akses dan tidak dibarengi dengan penambahan suatu teknologi yang dapat mengatasi masalah internet dengan biaya yang dapat minimal. Berdasarkan kendala akses internet, penelitian ini mengusulkan perlunya instalasi proxy server dengan menggunakan squid pada sistem operasi Centos. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan proxy server dengan menggunakan squid sehingga dapat mempercepat akses internet. Dengan akses internet yang lebih cepat maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan PT. UTAC Manufcaturing Sevrices Indonesia.

Abstract

In this research will be developed an online-based system (website) that is able to conduct assessment or correction of the results of semester midterm or semester end automatically. About the exam given the system in the form of multiple choice and essay. Multiple choice selection process is done automatically by the system by automatically matching the results with the answer given by the lecturer, while the process of essay system essay giving a slightly different treatment that is by looking for similarity value / proximity to query or answer and alternative the answer given by the lecturer. The process of calculating similarity search between answers and queries is done by weighting TF-IDF (Term Frecuency - Invers Document Frecuency) and vector Space Modeling (Space Modeling Vector). TF-IDF is a term weighting method that is widely used as a benchmark against new weighting methods. In this method, the calculation of term t weight in a document is done by multiplying the value of Term Frequency with Inverse Document Frequency. The result of this Weighting is the similarity value of the document with the query. While the vector space modeling in this study is used to improve the value of similarity generated by weighting TF-IDF so that it is not possible to occur two the same highest value. The result of the method and modeling is then modified again so that it becomes a value that corresponds to the value (the desired answer rating weight). The process of preprocessing is done by the collection of documents obtained on the final exam of even semester microprocessor courses. From the results of the tests conducted then in this study it is concluded that the system built in www.ujianasia.net can work with the maximum and test algorithm done got 100% recall value, 85.4% precision and accuracy and similarity system against the answer given is 92.4%.

Abstract

Zakat is a number of assets that must be issued by Muslims to be given to groups who have the right to receive, such as the poor and the like, according to those stipulated by sharia. The law of zakat is obligatory for every Muslim who has fulfilled certain conditions. The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) is the official body and the only one formed by the government based on RI Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2001 which has duties and functions to collect and distribute zakat, infaq, and alms. The purpose of making this research is to build an android application for GIS zakat assistance map (BAZNAS) in probolinggo district. This study uses data collection methods used in this study through observation, which is collecting data obtained from existing documents or stored records, both in the form of transcript notes, books, newspapers, plunging directly to the location to take pictures, and so on. Output targets of this study are in the form of an application for collecting data on zakat assistance from an Android-based Baznas office and will be published in non-accredited national journals. The application can be used by someone who wants to send donations via Smartphone easily. As well as the results of this application, it can map the locations of recipients of Zakat and Donors according to the coordinates of points of different colors. With the application, it can help channeling Zakat in Probolinggo district. Keywords: Zakat, Baznas, Android, GIS
