Abstract

The goal of maintaining employees is performance. Hopefully, through the performance of all organizational goals are achieved. This research is supposed to find out what factors enable employees to work well, especially those related to work commitment. For that, we need a research approach, namely quantitative. Thus clear information is obtained. In practice, test analysis uses path analysis. As for the unit of analysis are civil servants in the Banten province education office. The results showed that motivation was proven as a mediating variable for commitment. This means that many independent factors influence, but not directly, on work commitment.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and prove the influence of competence and career development on work motivation and its implication toward employee’s performance of education and culture affairs offices at Banten province, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research were descriptive, survey and explanatory method with population size of 1.406 and sample size of 210 respondents. The method used to analysis data was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The research result, obtained the findings as follows: 1). Competence had significant effect on work motivation, 2). Career development had significant effect on work motivation, 3). Competence and career development are jointly significant effect against the work motivation. Partially competence dominantly significant effect on work motivation. 4). Competence had significant effect toward performance, 5). Career development had significant effect toward performance, 6). Work motivation had significant effect toward performance, 7). Competence, motivation and career development simultaneously had significant effect toward performance. Viewed as partial, Competence had dominantly toward employee’s performance. Concerning on direct and indirect effect that work motivation was being partial mediating. The study recommends that in order to improve employee’s performance which reflected by the dimension aspects of the quantity increased work motivation which reflected by the dimension needs to be affiliated and supported by increased competence reflected by the dimension of the ability and do repairs on a career development system reflected the dimension of chance of education and Training.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and prove the influence of leadership and competence on work motivation and its implication toward employee’s commitment of technology agency research and application, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research were descriptive, survey and explanatory method with population size of 1.057 and sample size of 213 respondents. The method used to analysis data was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The research result, obtained the findings as follows: The Leadership and competence both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on work motivation with contribution (R2) 51%. Partially leadership dominantly influence on work motivation. Further on Structural 2 showed, The leadership, competence and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on employee’s performance with contribution (R2) 78%. Viewed as partial, competence had dominantly toward employee’s commitment. Concerning on direct and indirect effect that work motivation was being partial mediating. This study found and recommended that to increase employee’s commitment of technology agency research and application needed to be extending work motivation, reflected by the dimensions of affiliation which supported with an increase in competence which reflected by the dimensions of attitude, and rectified the leadership which reflected by the dimensions of supporting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence professional competence, credibility and emotional intelligent toward pilot performance –either partially or simultaneously. The research design used in the preparation of this research is quantitative causal associative aimed to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent. The study applied descriptive and deductive of multivariate regression method it’s include 91 respondents as the samples. The samples were selected through simple random sampling. The statistical tool were used is SPSS 17 Software as the means to examine the data. Hypothesis testing based on test results showed that professional competence was positive effect on the pilot performance with value of 0,848, while credibility based on partial test was too positive effect on the pilot performance as well as 0,838, and then emotional intelligent had positive and significant effect through pilot performance wit value 0,867. Therefore result of determinate coefficient (R2) of 76,2% can be summed up the effect of the variable independent to variable Y where the influence are positive either partially or simultaneously. The results of this research can be stated that the multiple correlation is significant. Thus the null hypothesis (H0) that states there are no effect between professional competence, credibility and emotional intelligent toward pilot performance are rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, work ethic and discipline on the employees working performance either partially or simultaneously. The results showed that organizational culture based on partial test was positive and significant effect on the performance, while work ethos can be good too was positive and significant effect on the performance, then work discipline also was positive and significant effect on the performance. The result of correlation coefficient can be summed up the effect of the variable X1 (organizational culture), X2 (work ethos) and X3 (discipline) to variable Y (employees performance) where the relationship is positive. Provisions applicable for F-value greater than F-table (53.874 > 2,80), it can be stated that the multiple correlation is significant. Thus the null hypothesis (H0) that states there is no effect between organizational culture, work ethos and discipline influence on employees performance is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk when measured using a liquidity ratio in terms of CR, QR, and Cash Ratio. To analyze financial performance at PT Surya Indonesia when measured using profitability ratios in terms of ROA, MPM, ROE. To analyze financial performance at PT Surya Indonesia Tbk when measured using the solvency ratio in terms of DER, DAE, LTDtER. This research method using quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique uses the calculation of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and solvency ratios which refer to the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 740 / KMK.00 / 1989. Financial performance can be presented through a financial report for a period, because with financial reports an analysis can be done. The data used in this study are in the form of financial statements of PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, which consists of a balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the years 2010-2018. The results of the research analysis of financial ratios on the financial performance of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk for the period 2010-2018 in terms of the liquidity ratio showed an average figure of 130.98% and can be said to be unhealthy. Then, in terms of the profitability ratio, it shows an average figure of 16.39% and it can be said to be unhealthy. And when viewed from the solvency ratio, it shows an average number of 45.06 and can be said to be very healthy

Abstract

Getting a profit is not easy, the company must maximize all its efforts and efforts. In a marketing study, the efforts made must be oriented towards customer satisfaction. For companies, customer satisfaction means profit, why is that? because satisfaction shows the number of customers who buy the product or service being sold. Strictly speaking, this study aims to reveal the truth of the effect of service on customer satisfaction. In research, to prove the research findings, a method is used, in this study using quantitative methods and regression analysis. The results showed that customer satisfaction will be born or increase if the company provides maximum service. Among the service efforts needed to increase customer satisfaction are providing accurate information, service providers are alert and polite, and face complaints wisely. The regression estimate shows that customer satisfaction will increase by 0.348. This value indicates the opportunity or likelihood of an increase in satisfaction due to increased service. This means that service is a business package that must be presented in order to increase customer happiness in shopping

Abstract

Performance is tangible evidence of good institutional governance. However, performance will not be achieved if the employees do not have a good work spirit. Therefore, the leadership and management need to pay attention to the factors that cause the increase or decrease in morale that has an impact on performance. This study aims to analyze the motivational factors that affect performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative questionnaires as a data collection tool. While the data analysis was done by using linear regression statistical technique. The object of research is the religious court in Tangerang district. The results of the study show that employees are required to provide good work results in the right ways (regulated by procedures, policies, and work discipline). However, the employees realized that enthusiasm was needed in realizing these demands. That is, in carrying out the task required a driver who strengthens the heart and strengthens positive feelings, so that a feeling of pleasure and enthusiasm is born in work

Abstract

School is a place to give birth to intelligent and virtuous human beings, and one of the most important elements are teachers and school principals. The good teaching carried out by teachers cannot be separated from the management system that applies in schools, and this is the authority of the principal. Therefore, this study wants to see the relationship and influence of leadership as an organizational attribute and as an individual on teacher performance. To prove the results of research scientifically, quantitative research methods, regression analysis techniques, and research instruments are used as the basis for data collection. The results of the study suggest that teacher performance does not stand alone, but is influenced by many factors, one of which is the school management system created by the leader. However, teacher performance will be better if the principal can actually carry out the management function wisely, both in terms of planning, regulation, supervision, and control (evaluation and assessment).

Abstract

In Indonesia, online motorcycle taxis are the largest public transportation with a very large number of partners and fleets, covering all parts of Indonesia. As a profit-oriented mode of public transportation, paying attention to customer satisfaction is a necessity. One of the efforts that can be done is to provide quality services. In fact, this study aims to find out how online transportation users respond by looking at the service elements provided by service providers. Scientific studies are used as a logical way to prove reliable research results, and in this study using quantitative methods and statistical analysis of linear regression. The subjects of this study were users of the online ojek public transportation mode in the South Tangerang area, Banten. The results of the study provide an overview, in general, respondents are satisfied with the presence of online motorcycle taxis. This is very helpful and facilitates user activities. However, there are still things that need to be improved, such as comfort and safety standards. Statistically, service has a significant effect on online motorcycle taxi user satisfaction.
