Abstract

Plastic Injection Molding (PIM) is a production process for the formation of plastic material from granular resin material used in making a manufacturing component. Defects that generally occur in plastic injection molding are short molds, which are conditions where the resulting part is not completely filled with plastic material. The research discusses the analysis of heat and E on the cover air flow against short mold defects. The method used is the actual calculation method and the actual analysis of the injection part and then compare the results of temperature variations. The material used in this research is ASA with grade LM5201F which is inserted into injection molding with a pressure of 96 Mpa. The temperature to be analyzed is 130̊C in the barrel. The results of this study show that a temperature of 150̊C with a cooling time of 21 seconds can overcome the problem of short mold on the cover air flow. For the results of E at a temperature of 130̊C, it has a higher value, namely 1.73, this is due to the cooling time which takes longer.

Abstract

The impact of the building’s foundation drop on its construction. In the field the decline is due to several factors, with underground erosion that leads to removal of the soil, a decrease in volume in the soil. In addition, the decline can be a ressult of vibrations, since it can cause the movement of small amounts of soil that fill the surrounding space, causing the voleme of the soil to drop. Identification is necessary to determine the cause of the foundation decline. The study aims to determine the underlying cause of the building’s fall. By physically identifying the soil on the ground in order to identify the soil support of the building load, the column’s reaction to the foundation of the stake, and the skin negative see if there is a reduction of the upward capacity on the long post covers. Research does not make it a problem to soil consulidate, as does the number of installed stakes as needed. However, with the reduction of the upward support of the blanket of the stake, the upward weight of 82.19 tons fell to 15.83 tons, while the emission of a permit waas 23.515 tons, it was due to the weight of the water around the foundation of the mizken pole.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a dynamic global network infrastructure with standard configuration capabilities and interoperable communication protocols where physical and virtual "things" have identities, physical attributes and virtual personalities and use smart interfaces, and are integrated into the network. Water is a source of life for humans and nutrients needed by humans. One of the essential daily needs of living things in this world that cannot be separated is water. The problem or obstacle that exists with the use of artesian water is that when the meter calculation (usage standard) is still using human labor, in other words there is a mobile officer at the end of every month, while in the middle of the month the officer returns to provide a payment account receipt. Not yet, if the officer has difficulty checking, they have to be behind the customer's house if the meter (standard of use) is located behind the house, and the place is not strategic. Then sometimes the recording is not accurate because it is not in accordance with the usage of the existing customer being metered. This gives the effect of a longer process, less accurate results, and makes the job more difficult and customers also feel worried that if the staff is not careful about recording water usage, the authors are inspired to design and make a tool to make it easier to record water usage with modern technology. namely the Artetis Water Billing Information System using Water Flow and IoT-based Sim900A in the Purwoyoso village area of Semarang where people can maintain and manage water more effectively and efficiently for human survival.

Abstract

The development of information technology in various fields, one of which is in the field of queuing systems. That we know about the queuing system which is so tedious because of the long process of queuing. Therefore, the number of customer queues at several banks so that customers cannot relax to carry out transactions at the bank is a problem that is often encountered, as well as what happened at PT. BPR SARIBUMI Bank Godong Branch, which still uses a manual system. To overcome this problem, a queue display is used that uses text and voice displays and prints the queue serial number so that customers no longer need to queue conventionally. With this queuing system, the queue counter clerk, cashier or teller will have no difficulty in determining the first person to be served in the queue. This is a solution, but the display of the queue display uses electronic equipment that performs a counter so that the possibility of damage to the device exists. In making this final project the author uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software and MySQL database.

Abstract

Entering the era of globalization, the use of information technology in all areas of daily life cannot be avoided. There are at least two technologies that have developed rapidly in the last few years for the lives of millions of people, namely the internet and cell phones. By combining these two technologies, technology is created that makes it possible to access information that does not depend on the information source and location of access, namely WAP. Along with the development of the combination of the two technologies, several business owners began to use it. One of them is the Podomoro Notebook Store, which is located at SCC Plaza Simpang Lima, Fl. V No. 62 Semarang which is engaged in selling notebooks is trying to use it. There are several things that might encourage this application to be used, including in terms of notebook sales. The absence of an application regarding ordering goods online is also an obstacle for the shop. The solution to solving the problem of this case is to create a wap-based information system for ordering goods. With the wap-based information system, it is hoped that it will help a little in terms of sales and this system can help to order goods online.

Abstract

Mud-gas separator dengan tipe head dan bottom yang optimal, dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, standart standart ASME 2007 mengenai Boiler And Pressure Vessel Code. Tipe head dan bottom yang simulasikan dan analisa ada 3, yaitu torispherical, hemi-sphere, serta elipsodial 2:1 SE. Parameter awal perencanaan adalah tekanan desain sebesar 2,8 MPA serta tebal dinding 16 mm. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, didapat nilai MAWP dan MAP shell sebesar 5,189 MPa dan 4,357 MPa. Lalu didapat nilai MAWP dan MAP torispherical adalah sebesar 3,373 MPa dan 2,831 MPa, untuk tipe hemi-sphere didapat hasil MAWP dan MAP sebesar 10,547 MPa dan 8,851 MPa, lalu untuk elipsodial 2:1 SE, didapat nilai MAWP dan MAP sebesar 5,311 MPa dan 4,442 MPa. Setelah didpat nilai MAWP, maka dilakukan perhitungan nilai hydrostatic dan pneumatic pressure test dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan simulasi menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Solidworks 2017, dan didapat bahwa tipe torispherical head merupakan yang paling baik, karena mempunyai nilai perhitungan MAWP dan MAP (3,3 MPa dan 2,8 MPa) yang paling mendekati dan tidak kurang dari tekanan desain (2,8 MPa) serta karena nilai hydrostatic dan pneumatic pressure test yang berkisar 2,79 MPa sampai 2,81 MPa masih lebih kecil dari hasil perhitungan manual, sebesar 4,3 MPa untuk hydrostatic pressure test dan 3,7 MPa untuk pneumatic pressure test nya, serta tipe torispherical head juga memiliki bentuk aliran fluida yang paling aman dibanding kedua tipe head-bottom yang lain (hemisphere dan elipsodial).

Abstract

The project facilities and infrastructure are well-known for their large investment, high risk and long repair time. For companies engaged in technical services and telecommunication system planning, the focus of investment in project facilities and infrastructure is the effectiveness and choice of system placement location. Therefore, it is important for these companies to plan and decide on the placement of appropriate and good facilities and infrastructure so that the system can be used effectively and optimally for telecommunications companies. Making decisions regarding the placement of the right system is indeed not easy because of the uncertainty that is always inherent in the location selection process, especially those that are too complex and the variety of data or information available and the difficulty of knowing the certainty of the data and information. which was developed using the fuzzy Promethee method can be used to optimize the decision-making process so that the factors that influence decision-making are definite and clear to be used in calculations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK New Student Admissions (PPDB) have been carried out since the 2012/2013 school year by schools that have been verified by the Ministry of Education. From the 2012/2013 school year to the 2018/2019 school year, 1279 schools have been registered and verified. The activity of accepting new students (PPDB) for SMA is not an independent one, but is not separated from various aspects. Education staff, participants, schools, school quotas, and participant scores. And one of the most important processes of new student admissions is the prediction of the selection of high school schools. The problem faced by prospective students is prediction for school selection. The predictions made so far have only focused on the passing grade of each school. However, the passing grade that is focused on only revolves around the previous year. Therefore, we need a system to predict participants in choosing schools from new student admissions activities by implementing several machine learning algorithms. Keywords: Machine Learning, Prediction, PPDB High School. Abstrak Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Baru (PPDB) sudah dilakukan sejak tahun ajaran 2012/2013 oleh sekolah yang sudah diverivikasi oleh Departemen Pendidikan. Dari tahun ajar 2012/2013 sampai tahun ajar 2018/2019 sudah 1279 sekolah yang sudah terdaftar dan sudah diverivikasi. Kegiatan Penirimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) SMA bukan yang berdiri sendiri, namun tidak dipisahkan dari ber-bagai aspek. Tenanga penddika, peserta, sekolah, kuota sekolah, dan nilai peserta. Dan salah satu proses yang terpenting dari kegiatan penerimaan peserta didik baru adalah prediksi pemilihan sekolah SMA. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh para calon siswa adalah prediksi untuk pemilihan sekolah. Prediksi yang dilakukan sampai sekarang hanya terfokus pada passing grade setiap sekolah. Akan tetapi, passing grade yang di fokuskan hanya berkisar di tahun sebelum nya. Oleh karena itu, di butuhkan sebuah sistem untuk memprediksikan peserta dalam memilih sekolah dari kegiatan penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan mengimplementasi dari Beberapa Algoritma Machine Learning. Kata Kunci: Machine Learning, Prediksi, PPDB SMA.

Abstract

Abstract Measurement of human body temperature can be measured using a clinical thermometer. Types of thermometers that already exist today include an analog thermometer and a digital thermometer. In general, this tool takes the fastest time of one to two minutes to get a body temperature value, then the scarcity and drastic increase of the tool during the pandemic make the tool rarely found. In this research, a tool is designed that can be used to determine the value of human body temperature in a short time and obtain accurate readings. Usingg an infrared sensor with the MLX90614 series which is combined with Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensor, buzzer, led, and a 16x2 LCD screen display is a way that is used to make a body thermometer without physical contact. The research method used is by collecting data, analyzing requirements, designing hardware, and software as well as testing or testing that is carried out on the tool made to find out whether the tool has been running and working as expected.

Abstract

Tugas Akhir merupakan salah satu karya ilmiah mahasiswa sebagai syarat menyelesaikan pendidikan Strata Satu (S1) di STMIK Lombok. Sistem pengajuan judul tugas akhir dan dosen pembimbing di STMIK Lombok masih menggunakan sistem konvensional sehingga proses pendaftaran pengajuan tugas akhir menjadi lebih lama dan memperlambat penyusunan proposal. Peneliti menggunakan beberapa Metodologi penelitian dalam Perancangan sistem ini. Untuk metode pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode Observasi dan metode Wawancara pada Mahasiswa, Akademik dan Kaprodi. Sedangkan untuk metode analisis metode yang digunakan adalah metode PIECES. Pada penilitian ini dikembangkan sistem pendaftaran Tugas Akhir di STMIK Lombok dengan metodologi extereme programming. Sistem digunakan oleh 4 user yaitu mahasiswa, akademik, dosen, dan kaprodi. Interface dibangun berdasarakan form cetak yang berlaku. Sistem diintegrasikan dengan Database SIAKAD STMIK Lombok. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional yang dilakukan dengan metode white box. Setiap fitur dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sistem dapat mengelola data pengajuan judul, pendaftaran seminr proposal dan pendaftaran sidang Tugas Akhir.
