Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on spirit of work at Hotel Siesta Legian. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method, this study uses primary data taken from distributing questionnaires to employees of Hotel Siesta Legian. The results of this study show that partially the leadership style and motivation have a positive influence on spirit of work, and simultaneously leadership style and motivation have a significant influence on spirit of work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of stock prices of technology companies in developed countries, developing countries and Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature review model based on 21 scientific articles regarding stock determination of technology companies. From this study it can be concluded that technology companies in developed countries, developing countries and Indonesia have some differences in stock price determination in their scope. This is due to differences in market conditions of each country. Keywords : Stock Price, Technology Enterprises, Developed Country, Emerging Country. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan harga saham perusahaan teknologi di negara maju, negara berkembang dan negara Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan model literatur review berdasarkan 21 artikel ilmiah mengenai determinasi saham perusahaan teknologi. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan teknologi di negara maju, negara berkembang dan Indonesia memiliki beberapa perbedaan determinasi harga saham dalam cakupannya. Hal ini diakibatkan adanya perbedaan kondisi pasar masing-masing negara. Kata Kunci : Harga Saham, Perusahaan Teknologi, Negara Maju, Negara Berkembang.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the negative influence of the variables of effectiveness of internal control, individual morality, and the role of panureksa of tendency of accounting fraud at the Village Credit Institution, Sukawati District. This research design uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method. The population in this study is all LPD in Sukawati District which amounted to 33 LPD with a total of 99 respondents. This study used purposive sampling techniques. The sample was taken as many as 3 people from each LPD in Sukawati District. The data obtained in this tsudy will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the t test and the direction of the negative β coefficient showed that the variables of the effectiveness of internal control, individual morality, and the roleh of panureksa each ngeative effect of tendency of accounting fraud at the Village Credit Institution Sukawati District. Keywords: effectiveness of internal control, individual morality, the role of panureksa Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh negatif dari variabel efektivitas pengendalian internal, moralitas individu, dan peranan panureksa terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi di Lembaga Perkreditan Desa Kecamatan Sukawati. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh LPD di Kecamatan Sukawati yang berjumlah 33 LPD dengan total responden sejumlah 99 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel diambil sebanyak 3 orang dari tiap LPD yang ada di Kecamatan Sukawati. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini akan di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil uji t dan arah koefisien β yang negatif menunjukkan bahwa variabel efektivitas pengendalian internal, moralitas individu, dan peranan panureksa masing-masing berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi di LPD Kecamatan Sukawati. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel reward terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel mutasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pengaruh variabel reward terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pengaruh variabel mutasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel reward terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif, variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Mutasi (X1), Reward (X2) Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah Produktivitas Kerja (Y) dan Variabel intervening dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Kerja (Z). populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini karyawan tetap PT Karyamitra Budisentosa yang total berjumlah 85 karyawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur , uji hipotesis dan uji sobel. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini antara lain terdapat pengaruh mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, Terdapat pengaruh reward terhadap kepuasan kerja, Terdapat pengaruh mutasi terhadap produktivitas kerja, Terdapat pengaruh reward terhadap produktivitas kerja, Terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, Tidak terdapat pengaruh mutasi terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, Tidak terdapat pengaruh reward terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Green Marketing Wakoel Sidoarjo catfish products on purchasting decisions partially and simultaneously to determine which variables have a significant effect.This reseaech is a descriptive study using quantitative motheodes methodes, while the population and sampel are sampele are taken by accidental samplin, where the numer of samples is 100 respondents calculated using the Lemeslow formula. Data collection techniques using qustionnaires that are measured using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that study indicate that partially green product, green price, green place, green promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchassing decisions of Wakoel Sidoarjo products with a value a value >, which is above 1,660. The result of simultaneous test, it is known that green product, green price, green plice, green promotion simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of the Wakoel Sidoarjo product w with a value of 15.630. while the results of beta or significanece tests show that the green product hypothesis is proven to be the most significant indepent variabel on purchasing decisions with a 0.529 so that it is concluded that green products have a strong enough influence on purchasing de disions.

Abstract

PT. Gojek has many types of online transportation services, one of which is Gocar. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on the formation of consumer satisfaction using Gocar in the Cengkareng area of ​​West Jakarta. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples taken is 100 respondents, the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, with purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique where elements of the population are selected with the researcher's considerations and using a Likert scale method questionnaire, to obtain data, the population used is all the people of Cengkareng Jakarta. westerners who have used Gocar online motorcycle taxis. The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the promotion and service quality variables on the formation of customer satisfaction. The results of the t test, the most dominant variable influencing in shaping consumer satisfaction is the quality of service of 0.698

Abstract

Providing incentives to increase employee productivity at PT. Continental Tire Indonesia can be seen that: Incentives are given to employees every 6 months, the amount depends on the work performance that has been achieved by the employee concerned. From the data on the development of employee absenteeism and employee turnover (LTO) for 4 years, it can be seen that there is a decline. This reflects the reciprocal relationship between employees and the company that is created through the provision of incentives and welfare. Judging from the analysis of the company's development, there is an increase in employee work productivity from year to year. Work productivity from 2016 to 2019. From the results of the correlation analysis between incentive costs and business results obtained from the r-value of 0.2833, it can be seen that productivity increases. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of 1 determinant yield kp – 0.28. This means that the contribution of cash to increase in productivity is 38%. Provision of intensive employees at PT. CTI, can increase employee productivity itself, if intensive is good, it will increase employee productivity.

Abstract

The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic requires humans to limit their movements and activities, in this case office activities. This is a new challenge for workers in fulfilling their jobs who have to work remotely with limited facilities. These conditions require employees to remain motivated in fulfilling their responsibilities, maintain commitment to the organization while continuing to carry out dual roles at home as individuals and workers during the implementation of the telework scheme or known as Working from Home (WFH). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work commitment, telework, and information technology on work productivity. In addition, to determine the effect of technology on work motivation, work commitment and changes in the work environment in decreasing work productivity. This research is quantitative research with survey method. The time for conducting the research is July 1, 2020 to December 30, 2020 at the office of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, which is also the population of this research. The sample used proportioned stratified random sampling and obtained 166 respondents according to the criteria. The data analysis technique used SEM software PLS. The results show that motivation has a significant effect on work productivity, commitment has a significant negative effect on work productivity, telework has a significant effect on work productivity, information technology has no significant effect on the relationship between motivation and work productivity. Information technology has no significant effect on the relationship between work commitment and work productivity. Information technology has a significant effect on the relationship between telework and work productivity. technology has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

The MBR house is one of the government programs for low-income communities which is expected to help people have a decent place to live. Bantul Regency has the highest MBR housing construction in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price balance, payment system, location, environment, and promotion factors on purchasing decisions for MBR houses in Bantul Regency. The research was conducted in order to be optimally useful for consumers or developers of MBR houses. The study used primary and secondary data. The research sample used was 61 consumers of MBR houses in Bantul Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that of the five variables, there are only four variables that partially influence the decision to buy MBR houses in Bantul Regency, namely the price balance variable, payment system, environment, and promotion. Meanwhile, simultaneously all independent variables affect the decision to buy MBR houses in Bantul Regency. The results of the analysis of the adjusted coefficient of determination are known to be 67.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of selling price and sales volume on the sales of Toko Jaya Aik, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal approach. The Toko Jaya Accounting Report 2018-2019 with a 2-month sample was used as a research taxi. Data was collected by means of internet literature research and literature research observations. Multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and T test were used for data analysis in this study. The results showed that the selling price had a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Toko Jaya's bottom line. Sales have a positive and significant impact on Toko Jaya's bottom line, either partially or all at once
