Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance of PT. Jaya Beton Indonesia Medan Branch. " This type of research is causal research (Causal Reaserch) which aims to test the hypothesis. The population in this study were 56 permanent employees. And by using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples used in this study were 56 respondents taken from all employees. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that the tcount on the financial compensation variable is 3,845, greater than the t table of 2,006 with a p-value that is sig 0,000 smaller than 0,05. Based on this value, the financial compensation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the Performance variable. In the non-financial compensation variable, the tcount is 1,535 which is smaller than the table that is 2,006 with a p-value of 0,131 which is greater than 0.05. So the non-financial compensation variable does not have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. Based on the F test results, the Fcount value of 8,841 3.16 was obtained with sig 0.001 0.05 indicating Ho was rejected and Ha was received, meaning financial compensation and non-financial compensation had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The R2 value obtained is 0.242. To see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable by looking at the R square table which shows 0.242. which as much as 24,2% of employee performance is influenced by financial and non-financial compensation and 75,8% is influenced by factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

Preliminary; The USU Faculty of Mathematics and Science is an educational institution, to create an effective and efficient workplace, efforts are needed to achieve these goals. From the observations made, the phenomenon of problems that occur in job involvement and job training causes decreased performance. Destination; to determine the effect of training and overwork on the performance of ASN at the USU Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Method; conducted associatively using a sample of 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) partially training in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Sumatra North. (2) partially work involvement has an effect on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of North Sumatra (3) Simultaneously Training and work involved in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Sumatra North.

Abstract

PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai is a company engaged in the production of latex gloves. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of Work Culture and Working Hours on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai which amounted to 103 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that partially, competency and supervision have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. Simultaneously, Work Culture and Working Hours have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by Work Culture and Working Hours by 65.2% meaning that the ability of the performance variable (Y) can be explained by variations in the variable Work Culture (X1) and Working Hours (X2)of 65.2% the remaining 34.8% is explained by the other variables not examined in this study such as compensation, work environment, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine “The Influence of Price and Product Differentiation Against Buying Decision Suzuki Satria Fu Motor Cycle at Suzuki Sunindo Amplas Medan Branches”. This type of research is associative is a research that is asking the relationship between two variables. And by using the technique of slovin formula, then the number of samples in this study as many as 111 the price variable has a positive and significant effect on buying decision variable has a positive and significant effect on buying decisionhence trust variable partially have positive and significant influence to buyng decisions. Based on F test result, it is obtained F count value  of 2.908 2.694 with sig 0.013 0.05  , show Ho rejected and Ha accepted, meaning price and product differentiation simultaneously have positive and significant effect to variable buying decision. R Square value obtained of 0.834. To see the big influence of independent variable to dependent variable by calculating coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, So obtained  KD= 83.40% of buying decision (dependent variable) can be explained by price and product differentiation. The remaining 16.60% is influenced by oter factors not described in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effects of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement to impulse buying behavior of high income people at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan, The research methode used is associtive research, where variables are measurea on a likert scale. The methode of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of question (questionnaire) and study documentation. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census,in this study the number of samples is 89 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 20, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis.The result showed that : (1) partially shopping lifestyle variables influence to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan. (2) partially fashion involvement variables influence to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan.. (3) partially simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement variables effect to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan.

Abstract

This aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) Against Stock Prices in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX. This type of research is causal comparative research that is conducted to compare a variable (research object), between different subjects or different times and find a causal relationship. The population in this study are all financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The sample used is the financial statements at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk from 2011-2018. Based on the results of the t test ROA has a significance value of 0.035 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of (2.57058) which means that ROA has a significant influence on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. ROE has a significance value of 0.473 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of (-776) which means that partially ROE has no influence on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Based on the results of the F test, ROA, ROE has a level of significance value at the output of 0.022 0.05 and shows the value of Fcount Ftable where (9.020) (5.14) which means the effect of ROA and ROE on stock prices simultaneously (together ). The value of the Determinant Coefficient (R2) is 0.783. So it can be concluded that by 78.3%. Stock price is influenced by ROA, ROE and the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The study aims to determine “The effect of Delegation of authority and Responsibility on the work effectiveness of employees at the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office”.The type of data in this study is Associative,namely research that has the question of the relationship between two independent variables.The population in this study were 296 permanent employees of  the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office.Based on the calculation of Slovin formula,the number of samples studied was 75 respondents.The sampling technique in this study was conducted by random sampling technique with error 0,10.The obtain data in the preparation oh this essay,the author uses instruments: Documentation studies,Intervuews and quesionnaires.Based on the results of the t test the delegation of authority variables get the value of  t _count of 2.198 t_table 1,933 and a significant value of 0,0310,05 and the Resposibility variable obtained t_count of 10,072t_table 1,933 and a significant value 0f 0,0000,05.The results of this study indicate that partially,Delegation of authority and Resposibility on the work of effectiveness of employees at the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office.The work Effectiveness is jointly influenced by delegation of authority and responsibility can be seen in the Adjusted R square value of 609 or 60,9% against the dependent variable which is the work Effectiveness simultaneously has a significant effect,while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed tn the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Sinarmas Medan. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 136 people. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with the sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained from this study are job motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Sinarmas Medan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of marketing strategies marketing activities in small and medium-sized businesses to survive in competition between businesses. Researchers want to find out how the influence of the entrepreneurial marketing system that is focused on small and medium enterprises on the formation of innovation and competitive advantage where entrepreneurial marketing plays a role in innovation as well as entrepreneurial marketing on competitive advantage and innovation has a role that affects competitive advantage. The study was conducted on culinary UKM in the city of Medan. This type of research is a survey method with explanatory research. The sample of this study was 80 respondents with a random sampling technique. The analytical method uses PLS-3 (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate the first hypothesi there is a significant and positive effect between entrepreneurial marketing and innovation. The second variable hypothesis is entrepreneurship marketing with competitive advantage. The third hypothesis between innovation and competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of ease and trust in using e-commerce onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. The type of research used is quantitative research, where the variables are measured using the Likert scale method. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of a list of questions (questionnaires), interviews (interviews), and direct observation. Sampling was done by totalmethod sampling, where the entire population was used as a sample of 45 people. Datacarried out using the SPSS (processing wasstatistical program for social scienceapplication) version 21.0. The hypothesis testing technique in this study uses multiple linear regression. Previously, the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test were conducted first. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partially, the variable ease of using e-commerce has an effect onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. (2) Partially, the trust variable using e-commerce has an effect onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of convenience and trust in using e-commerce onpurchasing decisions for online Binjai State Attorney's employees.
