Abstract

Every manufacturing company faces safety risks in its production process. OHSAS 18001:2007 certification is required by international companies for ensuring that they have good safety and health management. The purpose of this research is to identify, assess, and define mitigation for safety risk in PT Pindad (Persero) – Munition Division’s Appliance Sub-Department based on OHSAS 18001:2007. The result shows that the safety risk factors in Appliance Sub-Departments are electricity shock, tools graze, tools cut, sprained limb, tools crush, dust and grindstone fragments, and cutting oil burst. Those risks happen because of human behavior, infrastructure, and working tool factors as shown in fishbone diagram. Most safety risks are included in low risk category and can be handled through administrative controls and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Some safety risks are included in medium risk category and need to be handled through engineering control and PPE usage.

Abstract

This study is aimed to explore the concept of “Homestay Budaya” as a solution to the increasing competition in the tourism sector and at the same time as a place to preserve the culture, customs, politeness, and regional languages. This study uses the literature review method. Through this literature study, the concept of “Homestay Budaya” was found to be suitable with the expected goals. That is as a source of income for the country and the surrounding community, as well as preserving regional culture. “Homestay Budaya” will be managed through an android application which will make it easier for tourists to choose their homestay in all regions in Indonesia. The cultural homestay application is a tourist liaison with the local wisdom of all regions in Indonesia

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas konsep dasar, pengelolaan stress melalui pendekatan yang berorientasi pada proses untuk pengurangan stress dan faktor yang berpengaruh secara internal maupun eksternal berdasarkan tinjauan penelitian empirik sebelumnya. Pada bagian pertama dari artikel ini disampaikan definisi dari stress yang bersumber dari beberapa penelitian. Bagian kedua dibahas mengenai penyebab stress yang dirangkum dari beberapa teori stress terkait permasalahan individu maupun di lingkungan kerja. Bagian selanjutnya memberikan pembahasan mengenai pengelolaan stress dan pengendalian stress yang berlebihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi efektifitas kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan rumah sakit Permata Bunda Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survey dan teknik analisa data regresi berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan secara serentak maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan RS Permata Bunda  Yogyakarta  terbukti karena ketiga variabel bebas yaitu hubungan pimpinan bawahan (X1), struktur tugas (X2), dan kekuatan posisi pemimpin (X3) secara serentak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan RS Permata Bunda  Yogyakarta. Besarnya nilai pengaruh tersebut ditunjukkan oleh nilai R2= 18.9 % yaitu persentase pengaruh variabel hubungan pimpinan-bawahan, struktur tugas, dan kekuatan posisi pemimpin terhadap perubahan tingkat kepuasan karyawan adalah sebesar 18.9%. Variabel lain yang menjelaskan variasi perubahan tingkat kepuasan karyawan secara menyeluruh adalah sebesar 81.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Job Insecurity  terhadap Turnover Intention pegawai kontrak Sekolah X. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sample dari penelitianini adalah pegawai kontrak Sekolah X sebanyak 118 pegawai dengan ketentuan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menemukan bahwa : (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intentionpegawai kontrak;(2) job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intentionpegawai kontrak; (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pegawai kontrak dan job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention pegawai kontrak.

Abstract

This study is aimed to explore the mediation effect of organizational commitment on the influence of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Respondent include on this study is the staff of Yogyakarta Sate University (YSU). Path analysis is used to analize the data. The result showed that organizational commitment is accepted to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Hence organizational commitment is important for YSU staf to improve the effect of their job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap turnover intention pramuniaga PT Circle K Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta, (2) Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pramuniaga PT Circle K Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta, (3) Pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pramuniaga PT Circle K Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pramuniaga PT Circle K Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 129 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pramuniaga PT Circle K Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta, (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pramuniaga PT Circle K Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta, (3) Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif tehadap turnover intention pramuniaga PT Circle K Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta. Kontribusi kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja untuk menjelaskan turnover intention pramuniaga PT Circle K Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta sebesar (∆R2) 0,072**.

Abstract

 Background: in Indonesia the hospital as one of the health care system in outline to provide services to mesyarakat. Many factors are considered in choosing, but one way to attract customers and win the competition is to provide quality services in accordance with customer wishes. Patients and families will repeat visits if they feel satisfied, on the contrary will be disappointed, angry and hurt if dissatisfied.Methods: This study is a quantitative descriptive of a study using primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires on each ward in the Hospital Nur Hidayah Bantul, Yogyakarta. While secondary data obtained from the data through the document. Results: that significant value for comfort dimension (X1) is greater than the value of α (0.05) for 0284 from the test showed that there was no influence on the decision of inpatients in using the services of Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul, Yogyakarta. For information dimensions variable (X2) obtained significance value (sig) is smaller than the value of α (0.05) of 0.038., Meaning that there is the effect of variable dimensions of information (X2) against the decision of the patient (Y) hospitalization in using the services of the Hospital Nur Hidayah Bantul, Yogyakarta. For variable dimensions of human relationships (X3) values obtained significance value (sig) is smaller than the value of α (0.05) 0.000. This means that there is influence of variable dimensions between humans (X3) against the decision of the patient (Y) hospitalization in using the services of Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul, Yogyakarta.From the test results obtained value F kesil significantly more than the value of α (0.05) 0.000. This means that the variable dimension of comfort (X1), the dimensions of information (X2), and the dimensions of human relationships (X3) simultaneously have significant influence on the decision of the patient (Y). And the results of the t test can be concluded that the most dominant variable is a variable dimension of human relationships (X3) with sig level of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar intrinsic dan pengaturan belajar individu terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan mengambil sampel mahasiswa Manajemen FE UNY. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa motivasi belajar intrinsik dan pengaturan belajar individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of perceived security, information quality and trust on purchasing decisions with primary data from questionnaires. The population in this study were all Shopee consumers in Yogyakarta and the research sample was determined by probability sampling method with nonprobability sampling techniques so that 100 samples were obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study concluded that simultaneously perceptions of security, information quality and trust affect purchasing decisions and partially security perception variables have no effect on purchasing decisions while information quality affect purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Security Perception, Information Quality, Trust and Purchasing Decisions
