Abstract

this study is the unclear forms of songket weaving business cooperation between the  property owner and the craftsmen in Nagari Pandai Sikek, as well as the forms of songket weaving business cooperation in terms of syari'ah economic law. The purpose of this discussion is to find out the forms of songket weaving business cooperation and how to review syari'ah economic law on these forms of songket weaving business collaboration. This type of research is field research The data collection technique uses is through interviews. Data processing is descriptive qualitative manner. The results of this research are In Islamic economics the forms of songket weaving business cooperation in Nagari Pandai Sikek are included in the ujrah contract is included which is "reciprocal". The practice wages in Nagari Pandai Sikek is not only in the form of material relationships but also oriented to social relationships that are tied to trust

Abstract

The purpose of this article is for readers to know what Islamic banking strategies are in managing their assets and liabilities. This research is classified as Library Research, while the nature of this research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that seeks to find solutions to existing problems based on data, by presenting, analyzing, and interpreting data. Data analysis techniques that take general things, then conclude to specific things. The results of this study can be concluded that if Islamic banks are able to maximize their benefits from well-managed and structured funding and financing and are able to produce optimal management of the risks faced by Islamic banks, then these Islamic banks can be said to be successful in their asset and liability management strategies. The ALMA strategy used by Islamic banks is Planning, Fund Management and Financing. The ALMA Strategy Quality Management can also minimize risks such as: Financing Risk, Liquidity Risk, Pricing Risk, Foreign Exchange Risk, Contingency Risk, Liquidity Risk, Gap Risk.

Abstract

The strategy to increase liquidity at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) KCP Padang Panjang is by increasing the customer base. The purpose of this study was to see the extent of the strategy to increase liquidity at BSM KCP Padang Panjang through the addition of a customer base. This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang using a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive, namely processing data by collecting more data and describing it thoroughly and in accordance with the problem being studied, so that a result of data processing will be obtained which is called research results. In this study, the type of data used is primary data, namely field data obtained directly from the people or actors who are the subjects of this study, such as through the results of interviews that have been conducted. The source of information from this study is the Branch Manager of BSM KCP Padang Panjang. Meanwhile, the secondary data sources are documents related to the problem of this research in BSM KCP Padang Panjang. The results show that liquidity problems are experienced every day by banks, both conventional and Islamic, where one of them is the unbalanced position between TPF and financing that is given every day, that is, the higher TPF that enters than the channeled financing, or vice versa.

Abstract

The problems discussed in this paper are underwriting in sharia life insurance case studies on the Takaful insurance Bengkulu family branch. The aim is to find out the implementation of underwriting, factors that are considered underwriters, and how Maqasid sharia views on underwriting implementation at the Bengkulu Branch Family Takaful Insurance.The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. In this case the writer describes the data the author gets from interviews and documentation from primary data sources and secondary data, while the data analysis techniques used are inductive analysis techniques by taking keywords from the results of interviews, then making narratives with easy-to-understand relationship patterns, then steps finally verify and draw conclusions from the results of the study.Based on the research that the author did in the Bengkulu Branch Family Takaful Insurance, it can be concluded that underwriting starts from field underwriting, verification of file and application data, collecting additional information, assessing risk, and underwriting decisions. Types of decisions, namely; insurance is accepted standard, insurance is accepted substandard, insurance is postponed, and insurance is refused. Then the factors that are considered by the underwriter in selecting risk include medical and non-medical factors. Maqasid sharia's view of underwriting is the first protection of the soul (Hifz al-Nafs). The legal objectives of underwriting are so that the risks are relatively homogeneous from certain groups of participants in order to provide a risk sharing scheme that is propo”rtional, fair and affordable to fellow policyholders against the risks that will be experienced. Second protection of property (Hifz al-Maal) The legal objective of underwriting is that the relatively large risks are offset by large savings and savings funds, in order to provide a risk sharing scheme that is proportional, fair and affordable to fellow policyholders and also provide space for companies to manage the premium funds on productive roads which are certainly in accordance with Islamic principles

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development strategy through the variables of natural resources, human resources, marketing, capital and technology in small and medium enterprises in the Pekalongan industrial sector in Buaran District, Pekalongan Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This type of research is field research. The results showed that the UMKM Fadhilah Ginger Candy in Sapugarut Gang 14 Village has a contribution to trust which is very important for the welfare of the community and increases the income of the surrounding community so that it can meet their daily needs such as food, as well as other needs such as housing, family health and necessities. It can be seen from the results of the research that the informants have experienced an increase in empowerment in the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Dengan semakin berkembangnya pelaku ekonomi dalam kegiatan ekonominya, maka setiap pengusaha harus bisa menciptakan produk-produk yang berinovasi sehingga bisa menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana produk-produk SR12 memberikan peranan perekonomian pada masyarakat Curup, kab. Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research yang menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan menjalankan bisnis SR12 para ibu rumah tangga, mahasiswa/i, honorer, ASN (dengan berbagai status kemitraan SR12) telah berhasil mendapatkan omset perbulan mulai dari Rp. 2.000.000,- s/d Rp. 20.000.000,-yang otomatis sangat membantu sekali bagi perekonomian masyarakat dan bisa memenuhi kebutuhan mereka dengan baik apalagi ditengah pandemi covid-19 ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemahaman dan Motivasi Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Menabung di Bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data angket (kuesioner) dan wawancara. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/i FEBI IAI Yasni Bungo dan sampel sebagai responden penelitian akan diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan rumus slovin yaitu 80 responden yang ditemui pada saat penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai f hitung > f tabel atau nilai f hitung sebesar 20,842 lebih besar dari nilai f tabel sebesar 4,89, yang berarti secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel Pemahaman (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) terhadap Minat Menabung mahasiswa di Bank Syariah. Secara parsial terlihat bahwa semua variabel bebas (Pemahaman) dan (Motivasi) berpengaruh terhadap Minat Menabung, yaitu variabel Pemahaman (X1) sebesar 3,108 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,375 dan Motivasi (X2) sebesar 4,084 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,375. Berdasarkan hasil yang dillihat dari koefisien beta, variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat menabung ialah variabel Motivasi yang memiliki koefisien beta sebesar 0,404 lebih besar dari koefisien beta variabel Pemahaman yang hanya sebesar 0,308.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenyelesaian Sengketa Jasa Parkir di Kota Padangsidimpuan Sumatra Utara ditinjau Dari Hukum Ekonomi Syariah”. Program Studi Hukum Ekonomi Syari`ah Program Pascasarjana Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Batusangkar.Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penyelesaian sengketa yang terjadi antara petugas parkir dengan pengguna jasa parkir, dan melihat seperti apa penerapan akad ijarah dan wadiah di lokasi perparkiran dalam hukum ekonomi syariah? Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpul melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu penyelesaian sengketa yang terjadi dilakukan dengan cara melalui Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa (APS) dengan tata cara non litigasi terhadap kasus, yaitu melalui tata cara negosiasi, dan jika dalam secara konsep Islam dikategorikan pada konteks (Al-shulhu) dengan tata cara perdamaian antar kedua belah pihak.  dalam penerapan akad Ijarah  dan wadiah yang pertama, jika akad Ijarah dalam jasa perparkiran dikategorikan ijarah dhamanah disebabkan arti sewa terhadap barang atau benda yang sedang parkir, setelah itu ada ujrah  terhadap sewa jasa tersebut. Dalam konteks wadi’ah, yaitu wadi’ah  yad amanah , penitipan barang, baik itu roda dua dan roda empat dengan tujuan tidak boleh pihak petugas parkir memperoleh manfaat, tetapi hanya sebatas titipan saja.Keyword: Muamalah, Parkir, Penyelesaian sengketa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan produktif syariah dan pendapatan nasabah terhadap kesejahteraan nasabah di Kubu Rajo Lima Kaum Batusangkar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey, yang merupakan sebuah sebuah metode riset dengan kuisioner dan wawancara sebagai instrumen pengumpulan datanya. Kemudian pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS 16.0 dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis, sedangkan untuk menentukan variabel intervening menggunakan teknik uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konstanta kesejahteraan nasabah sebesar 4.461 artinya jika pembiayaan produktif syariah dan pendapatan bernilai 0 maka kesejahteraan nasabah bernilai 4.461. koefisien regresi pembiayaan produktif syariah sebesar 0,3330 bahwa setiap peningkatan 1% masing-masing varabel maka kesejahteraan nasabah meningkat sebesar 0,330. hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembiayaan produktif syariah berdampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan nasabah namun tidak berpengarh secara signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,240 besar dari 0,05. Koefisien regresi pendapatan nasabah sebesar 0.442. Hal ini berarti jika pendapatan nasabah meningkat 1% maka kesejahteraan nasabah juaga meningkat sebesar 0,442. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pendapatan nasabah berdampak positif dan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan nasabah. Dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 kecil dari 0.05. Sedangkan besaran pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel pembiayaan produktif dan pendapatan pada R square adalah sebesar 0.466, artinya kedua variabel tersebut memberikan konstribusi terhadap kesejahteraan nasabah sebesar 46,6% sedangkan 53,4% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Pebiayaan produtif syariah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan nasabah melalui variabel intervening dalam hal ini pendapatan dengan nilai signifikansi 1,91 yang telah memenuhi standar Zsobel 1,64
