Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

low professionalism of teachers due to; there are many teachers who did not pursue his profession as a whole, the existence of private universities as teachers created who have graduated is regardless of its output later in the field, lack of motivation in improving teacher quality. Government efforts in enhancing the professionalism of them by the holding of the certification program. Another effort that teachers can do in enhancing professionalism in teaching Islamic lesson, such as; by increasing PAI; mastering of materials, managing the teaching-learning programs, classroom management, development of teaching methods, use of media technology and learning, to master the foundation of education, skilled in interacting with students by considering the objectives and student learning materials and conditions, also increasing the ability to evaluate student achievement. While efforts can be made from the school, such as; Provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, responsibility and oversight, supervision and quality improvement and welfare of teachers.

Abstract

Abstract: Classroom management can be divided into two kinds of physical management and student management. Harmonious relationships of student and teacher have an effect on classroom management. Teacher who are apathetic to student make the students away. Many students reject the presence of teachers. Envy is ingrained in students that cause unacceptable learning materials by students. The tendencies of students’ negative attitudes are more dominant. This hypocritical attitude created a gap between teachers and students. As with the teachers who always pay attention to students is always open, always responsive to student complaints, always listen to students' learning difficulties, always willing to listen to suggestions and criticism from students are the teachers who is liked by student. Students will miss his presence and advice was given. The classroom management strategies to improve students' learning ability is creating an atmosphere or condition of the optimal class, trying to stop the deviant behavior of students, creating a classroom discipline, creating harmony between teachers and students. Therefore, the task manager as a classroom teacher to always strive for dynamic conditioning class that supports the process of educational interaction achieving learning objectives.

Abstract: Cross-religion communication actually started at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW with the Charter of Medina, Medina Charter is the decision of the Prophet Muhammad that contains the basic provisions governing all aspects of life (ideology, politics, economics, social, cultural, defense, and security ) Medina community consisting of Muslims, Christians and Jews to coexist in a society.Indonesia multicultural and multi religious country should be able to continue the example of the Prophet in building cross-religion communication.Islam strongly encourages his people to establish communication with other religions, Islam has set an example in the forefront of interfaith communication through a constitution 'Charter of Medina' and the behavior of the Prophet Muhammad. There are violences in the name of religion the trigger because of economic inequality, religion only as a shield to commit violence, religious groups are so many emerging facilitate interreligious conflict ignited.

Abstract

Abstract: Hasan Langgulung offers Islamization ideas of knowledge that developed by assimilation into the Islamization of the adaptatif curriculum (not adoptif) and accommodating with the beginning of the Islamization of education goals. According to him, the goal of Islamic education can be achieved by teaching certain knowledge. Not only by teaching that usually called knowledge of Islam but all kinds of sciences such as mathematics, biology, economics, and others. Without the Islamization of the goal, then the Islamization of subjects will be in vain. Islamization of the curriculum is intended to bring Muslim personalities and nuances of Islamic subjects. Islamization of science that developed into the Islamization of the curriculum is intended as a solution. Thus, dichotomous way of thinking as happens in Indonesia will soon to expire and switch to new ways of thinking, thinking that the Islamic religion does not distinguish between science and general knowledge to the next could follow the development of science without letting go of old values that are ensensial, nice and steady, and oriented towards transcendental values

Abstract

Abstract: The development of psycho-physical thought to have a direct relationship with student learning activities; these developments are the physical motor development of students. There are four kinds of factors that encourage the continuation of the development of motor skills of children, growth and development of the nervous system, muscle growth, development and growth of endocrine gland function, and changes in physical structure.Further development is very important for students are cognitive. A psychiatric domain that is domiciled in this brain, in the perspective of cognitive psychology, is the source while controlling other psychiatric domains. Without the cognitive is hard to imagine a student is able to think. Further development is as important as the moral and social development of students. The process of social and moral development is always associated with the learning process. This means that the learning process is to determine the ability of students in attitude and social behavior that is consistent with the norms of morality, religion, moral tradition, the moral law and moral norms that exist in society.

Abstract

Abstract: Modernity as a new value that come with Western industrialization, causing various responses from each element of the nation not except Pesantren. Pesantren as a subculture has its own value system and that became the standard in response to modernity. This is what made the basis of criticism Nurcholis Madjid, that if schools do not want to accept modernity, then what happens is the socio-cultural lag. Pesantren is removed from the life in modern life. Boarding schools must develop a learning system by integrating existing systems current with the Madrasi system. In addition, teacher competence, facilities and instructional media should also be revised and adjusted to the current global conditions. Boarding schools have a strong standard stored value and the background for their renewal, the default value is the value of Ahl al-Sunnah WA al-Jama, with operational rules al-Muhafadah 'ala al-Qadeem al-Salih al-Akhdzu wa bi al -Jadid al-Aslah.

Abstract: The attitude simply can not be observed directly. However, the attitude will encourage someone to follow language act. As citizens of Indonesia we have a moral responsibility to be proud of the Indonesian. Reality in the public turned out to indicate another. Global society is difficult to avoid the attitude of violations of the rules of the Indonesian. We too hard to avoid any language act that birth code switching and interference code. Attitude of man that are easy going, more practical, more cool, more prestigious, and indifference to the rules of the official languages of various groups such as: state officials, journalists, reporter, artist , celebrities and community leaders participate and influence the attitude of the public speaking. Moreover the language of the celebrities who are very close to the world of entertainment television and became a teen idol will have a very large role in encouraging the attitude of teenagers to imitate the language they use. However our language is Indonesian. Therefore we must seek for our society, including the teenagers learn to be consistent in principle the Indonesian. Only with prouding to national language of our nation, the existence of Indonesian can be maintained.

Abstract

Abstract: Baitul maal wattamwil (BMT) is one of supporting the economic activities of small communities based on shari'ah. To improve the quality and quantity of service to the community, BMT has a financing product with the requirements of the prospective borrower (customer) must provide collateral. Guarantee or borgtocht is a separate contract type among other contracts. And “borg” should be distinguished from "collateral material." While in concept this borgtocht guarantee a person or warranty is given is not the object but rather "individuals" that a third party who does not have anything of interest to both the debtor and creditor with volunteer is ready to give himself to serve as collateral to the debtor. In terms of guarantees provided in the form of a statement that the debtor can be trusted to carry out the agreed obligations, in conditions; if the debtor does not execute the borrower may be willing to implement its own obligations. With the requirement that the guarantee had been given person to a creditor means he has bound itself to implement the treaty obligation if the debtor does not carry it out later. The practice of pesonal guarantees on the TMB in accordance with the rule of law in Indonesia. The existence of the guarantee (kafalah) proves this is as good form from the Financial Institutions who want to help prospective customers who need the help of borrowing capital, and the important thing here is the prospective customer must be ready to assume the debt in accordance with the provisions that have been set or agreed upon by both parties.

Abstract

Abstract : Muslim boarding school of salaf is part of macro society. What has connection with development and social change what is happen in this era. Muslim boarding school of salaf is an institution what inherit and protect continuity islamic tradition what is developed by 'ulama from era to era, it isn't limited to special period in islamical history. Social life pattern of salaf muslim boarding school still appears value combine three elements, named worshipping for iman entering, tablig for iman dissemination, science and deed  for realiting diary activity in the social life. Ideal salaf muslim boarding school this era is salaf muslim boarding school what constant defending salaf tradition and values, but can answer, give problem solving and needed by society namely transformative  salaf muslim boarding school.
