Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

The best way to improve our knowledge of a foreign language is to go and live among its speakers. The next best way is to read extensively in it (Nuttal, 1982). Current literature points to the importance and benefits of extensive reading. Extensive reading provides contextualized clues for better reading comprehension (Krashen, 1982), and substantial linguistic input (Bell, 1998) needed for language development. Several studies have found a correlation between extensive reading and specific linguistic skills including breadth of reading choices, improved writing skills, ease in oral communication, and improvement in other aspects of language. This paper briefly tries to describe the nature of extensive reading, the reasons why extensive reading is important, and how is the best practice of extensive reading in EFL classroom.

Abstract

One of the competencies required by a professional teacher is the ability to organize learning materials. To perform these tasks, teachers should have the skills of how to plan lessons according to the characteristics of the material as well as the characteristics of student learning, the school environment and surrounding communities. Then the search effort and application of appropriate learning models in order to enforce higher quality teaching and learning process. One of the methods that can create critical thinking skills of students in the learning PAI is a method of cooperative learning. Critical thinking is not the same as being critical. Be critical if inclined to express our response directly through a real attitude and action, without first considering/thinking about whether or not the response to the information that we get. While critical thinking is a mindset to look at a solution of the problems occurred. It is worth learning (cooperative learning) is an alternative model of innovative learning and can improve the quality of learning PAI, which in general can improve the quality of national education

Abstract

Education as an important factor in the process of development and progress of human life, a very dominant center of attention from all walks of society, especially those who have the authority to develop, so that a variety of methods are used to develop it. However, that did not run smoothly and seamlessly as there are a variety of obstacles and problems that become an obstacle smooth the business, especially at a time like now, in the midst of the complexity of the problems of the nation and the state.Therefore, in the article entitled "Problems of Islamic Education in Indonesia," the authors sought review of the problems faced and their Islamic education in Indonesia it appears logical alternative solutions to these problems. As a conclusion of this paper is that the problem-permsalahan being faced by today's Islamic education is a range of quality and quality of Islamic education are less in sync with the needs of the community and are less responsive to the demands of the workplace. With such circumstances, attempts to do is to Islamic education system should be reformed, direaktualisasi, and innovated in order to resolve themselves with mesyarakat dynamics and can meet the demands and needs of society and the free market era of regional autonomy

Abstract

This research is motivated by some fundamental issues related to education is not optimal social value of children in the family. It becomes a matter that needs to be addressed in the context of education, because it can have an impact on child development. With social values, social mental development of children in the family can be developed and improved surely. Related to the central issue, the author tries to identify the need for the implementation of the social values of education for children in Muslim families which then become the focus in this study. This study aimed to describe the social values of education for children in Muslim families on RT 09 Dukuh Papringan Catur Tunggal Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of this research can be used as an evaluation of the education and development of students who are able to produce high quality and have the ability to face the future. This research is taking the field with the object of research is Social Values Education for Children in the Muslim Family. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

Financing is one of the bank's main tasks, namely providing facilities for the provision of funds to meet the needs of those who are deficit units. According to the nature of its use of financing, among others, can be divided into two, namely: for the purposes of production and consumption. In the conventional banks, the principle financing system in savings and loan. Banks lend money in return for interest. On Shariah banks as non-interest-based bank financing for the production and inventory financing needs do be done with principle of trading in two stages. First; banks hold (buy from suppliers in cash) the goods that is needed by customers. Second, the bank sold to customers with deferred payment and to take advantage, according to the collective agreement. In principle, the financing that’s done by conventional bank and shariah banks have differences. But the operational realities seem both have in common. On conventional bank loans given to customers, restored by the addition or Mark-Up. The returned number is higher than the real value received by the customer. On Shariah bank though trading principled, there is also an additional element (profit margin) on capital due to payment delays.

 Leadership is a dynamic process, which differs from one situation to another with a change in leadership, followers and situations, adult literature seems to support the situational approach to the study of leadership. Therefore, most of today's leadership is based on the approach of situational or contingency approachThe results revealed that there was no effective leadership style can be applied in all situations and conditions. He further said that the effectiveness of a leadership style is determined by the accuracy or relevance of its application to the maturity level of subordinate ability to perform the functions and duties (the circumstances), so the subordinate maturity level variables determine the effectiveness of a leadership style.The level of maturity is the ability to subordinate levels of ability and willingness of subordinates in carrying out its functions and duties levied. The ability of subordinates related to the knowledge and skills acquired subordinates from education, training and experience. While the willingness of subordinates related to motivation and morale of subordinates as well as the satisfaction of their work.

Abstract

Teachers as educators in the school should have a discipline that must be executed with great sincerity; teachers should set an example for their students, in order to form a good perception of discipline teachers on students. Discipline on how to run the teacher influenced the perception of students watched because perception is the basis for a person to act or behave.Teacher as educators as well as managing the learning process should be able to behave or act properly. It can of course influence on students' motivation tendency towards a positive, understanding and applying rules and norms both within the school and outside. This is achieved by realizing the importance of teacher discipline and strives to improve it.With high teacher discipline will give a good perception for students, from what he saw so as to improve learning motivation in the course. For teachers with a high discipline can be a driving force in increasing students' motivation towards the positive and the awareness of the importance of the student as a student assignment.

Abstract

According to Islamic law, children out of wedlock have only lineage relationship with her mother and her mother's family, since they only lineage and inheritance with his mother and his mother's family. According to the laws of marriage and the compilation of Islamic law, states that a child outside of marriage has only civil relationship with her mother and her mother's family. According to the Civil Code, states that a child outside of marriage, except those born of adultery or contamination of blood, was passed by the subsequent marriage of their father and mother, before marriage if they have legal recognition of the child, or if it occurred in the recognition her own marriage certificate. According to the decision of the constitutional court, a child born outside marriage have a civil relationship with her mother and her mother's family as well as with men as her father can be proved by science and technology, and/or other evidence under the law to have blood relations, including civil relations with his father's family.
