At the gold page foundation, Riau rose to have many levels of education under it, such as the Lukman Edi Islamic College (STAILe), formal education under the tertiary level as well as MTS (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) and MA (Madrasah Aliah). A pandemic like this has disturbed all business and business sectors, as well as an impact on the world of education. Many now the learning system and lecture system are turning online because they follow the health protocols that have been announced by the government. The discourse from the government is the basis for the emergence of this proposal. The plague that we do not know how long it will run out has made learning methods and systems change 180 degrees. Moodle is a name for an application program that can transform a learning medium into a web form. MOODLE is provided free of charge as open source software under the GNU Public License, which means that even though it has copyright, MOODLE still provides the freedom for users to duplicate, use it and modify it. MOODLE stands for Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment, which is basically teaching and students doing teaching activities in online training. MOODLE (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) is designed using pedagogical principles to help education create an effective E-Learning system. This application allows users to enter the "digital classroom" to access learning materials. Currently, many E-Learning systems are implemented using the Moodle LMS. The use of E-Learning in both educational and industrial institutions includes the availability of various LMS (Learning Management System) software. One of the most popular Open Souce LMS tools is MOODLE. LMS also supports various activities including: administration, delivery of learning materials, assessment (assignments, quizzes), tracking or tracking and monitoring, collaboration and communication or interaction. Through this E-Learning, teachers can manage learning materials effectively. Masa pandemic seperti saat ini membuat segala sektor usaha dan bisnis menjadi terganggu, begitu juga berdampak kepada dunia pendidikan. Banyak sekarang sistem pembelajaran maupun sistem perkuliahan beralih menjadi online dikarenakan mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang sudah di canangkan oleh pemerintah.Wacana dari pemerintah itulah yang mendasarkan munculnya proposal ini.wabah yang kita tidak tahu sampai kapan habisnya ini membuat metode dan sistem pembelajaran menjadi berubah 180 drajat. Moodle adalah sebuah nama untuk sebuah program aplikasi yang dapat mengubah sebuah media pembelajaran kedalam bentuk web. MOODLE diberikan secara gratis sebagai perangkat lunak open source dibawah lisensi GNU Public License yang artinya meski memiliki hak cipta, MOODLE tetap memberikan kebebasan bagi pengguna untuk menduplikat (copy), menggunakannya dan memodifikasinya. MOODLE adalah singkatan dari Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment, yang intinya pengajaran dan mahasiswa melakukan aktivitas pengajaran dalam pelatihan online. MOODLE (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment ) didesain menggunakan prinsip- prinsip pedagogis untuk membantu pendidikan membuat sistem E-Learning yang efektif. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk masuk kedalam ?ruang kelas digital? untuk mengakses materi-materi pembelajaran Saat ini banyak sistem E-Learning yang diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan LMS Moodle. Pemanfaatan E-Learning baik di lembaga pendidikan maupun industri antara lain adalah tersedianya bermacam-macam perangkat lunak LMS (Learning Management System). Salah satu perangkat LMS Open Souce yang paling terkenal adalah MOODLE . LMS juga mendukung berbagai aktivitas antara lain : administrasi, penyampaian materi pembelajaran, penilaian (tugas, quiz), pelacakan atau tracking dan monitoring, kolaborasi dan komunikasi atau interaksi. The business run by the Citra Permai Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) is the sale of fertilizers for the village community, where this business is quite smooth and makes it very easy for the local community. BUMDes Citra Permai is still doing manual bookkeeping. Bookkeeping which is carried out for each transaction only uses cash in and cash out and also calculates the remaining inventory of goods also manually. From the results of these service activities there are limitations in the capacity of human resources, namely the understanding of making financial reports and inadequate support for computerized technology. With the problems found, the method used is training and mentoring using EFA-based Excel to motivate and inspire to operationalize EFA-based bookkeeping. This service is important in the hope that there will be an increase in knowledge about BUMDes management to the Village Government and BUMDes managers, increase the competence and understanding of BUMDes managers in regulating the purchase of goods and sales, calculating physical inventory, compiling BUMDes financial reports independently, and implementing financial administration

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Rattan is a handicraft woven craft of the community which in its manufacture is still very simple and is often identified with things that are hereditary. Likewise, the recording and bookkeeping carried out by each transaction still uses traditional methods and does not separate costs between main products and byproducts, so the owner has difficulty in determining the profitability of each product. With the problems found, it is necessary to provide community service with training and mentoring using the method of calculating the cost of joint and side products. This service is important in the hope that there will be an increase in knowledge about joint cost calculations in order to determine which products are more profitable so that managers can formulate strategic policies.

Cassava is one of the foodstuffs that have an important role in supporting food security in a region, but not many people are interested in focusing on developing cassava. Health responsibility in the implementation of food security is embodied in the standard reference and technical health requirements throughout the food management process, the principles of Sanitation Hygiene. Sialang Sakti is one of the sub-districts in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict. It is one of the potential cassava-producing villages to be developed. The purpose of the service activities includes ordering farmer groups that focus on cassava as an effort to food security and the family economy. Activities carried out include advocacy to related parties, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), ordering farmer groups, training, and other activities to support the management and use of cassava as a source of the family's economy. The result of this activity is the formation of farmer groups that focus on the community, increasing knowledge and skills of cassava cultivation, and the existence of appropriate technology products, and partnership with related parties.

Women in low socioeconomic societies are sometimes in a disadvantageous condition and even tend to be in a helpless position due to the lack of support from various parties. This helpless situation can be seen from the lack of opportunity in making a decision in his life including in making decisions relating to himself and the Family Planning program. This helplessness makes women in a marginal condition in the element of society. The lack of encouragement from women can also be seen in the participation of family planning programs. The decision to use contraception is more often determined by men. Even to become a family planning acceptor is also determined by other parties, especially men. Meanwhile, very few men are family planning acceptors. This phenomenon is due to the decision to become a KB acceptor in the hands of men, so there is reluctance if the men become KB acceptors. Family planning services are not only related to being a family planning acceptor, but also many programs relating to empowerment, especially women. Women's empowerment programs in family planning programs are related to empowerment activities which are subsequently linked to family life. The results with family planning programs are still few that can empower women. This consideration is due to the still strong dominance of men in the norms of everyday society.

The problem faced by partners is limited knowledge about areca nut cultivation technology. Regarding partner problems, a solution to the problem is needed, including improving partners' knowledge and skills regarding areca palm cultivation technology. The method of implementation includes several stages: socialization of var.betara betel nut cultivation, provision of betara areca nut plants, cultivation practices, evaluation and for the sustainability of this program the PKM team will monitor and provide assistance during the activity. Based on the results of the team's monitoring and evaluation, the following conclusions can be drawn: Participants' attendance in the socialization activities adjusted to government regulations during the Pandemic by following health protocols where participants were limited to only a few people. Participants were very active during the activity, where participants showed good enthusiasm and enthusiasm during the discussion about the material provided related to areca var.betara cultivation and the high interest of partners in planting areca nut, indicated by the number of requests for var.betara areca seeds, after the activities of the partners had been carried out. have very satisfying knowledge and understanding to carry out betel nut cultivation activities independently in the future in their respective homes

Hypertension is a major public health problem, especially in an aging population. However, there are still some middle age and elderly people who have unhealthy lifestyles, such as smoking, lack of physical activity and unhealthy diets. This condition may be related to the lack of knowledge about hypertension. This program was carried out using the 60-minute lecture and discussion method involving 17 participants (middle age and elderly) in Padang Mancang Village, Kaway XVI sub-district, West Aceh district in 2018. The results of providing education show that there is an increase in participant knowledge, where more participants can answer questions about hypertension that were asked after giving the material / lecture. The existence of correct knowledge about hypertension can have an impact on efforts to prevent and control hypertension that can be carried out by middle age and elderly through a healthy lifestyle.

Partners in this PKM activity are BUMDes, in Aceh called Badan Usaha Milik Gampong (BUMG), located in Gampong Blang Pulo, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. The objectives of this PKM activity are 1) To help BUMG administrators have not been able to overcome the problems faced regarding BUMG financial governance, especially those based on accounting applications. 2) Assisting the community in maximizing the exploitation of existing opportunities quickly and precisely, especially regarding booming businesses. The method used in this PKM activity is a communicative approach followed by a Focus Group Discussion, then provided with provision and training on BUMDes Accounting Applications and Training on Creative Ideas in Usaaha and Marketing Strategies. The solution and output target to be achieved is BUMG Gampong Blang Pulo which is expected to be able to overcome the obstacles faced by BUMG administrators in terms of preparing financial reports and making it easier to make reports that have been done manually and to improve the Doorsmeer business unit that is under BUMG.

As the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases are increasing in Province Aceh, it is necessary to do community service with objective to socialize the proper knowledge of virus and how to apply the preventive measures to protect themself against infections. Particularly for communities with a high risk of virus contagion such as traditional traders. The community needs to be informed and adapt the movement of 3M; wearing a mask, social distancing practices and washing hand on their daily life. This community service was conducted in form of socialization on virus corona information and the distribution of masks and hand sanitizer for the community. This devotin also focuses on driving the traditional economy during the COVID 19 pandemic at Desa Keuh Keude Bing, kecamatan Lhoknga , kabupaten Aceh Besar, Indonesia.

This community service activity aims to provide training on how to produce organic mushrooms and increase public insight about the prospects and business opportunities of oyster mushrooms. In the implementation of this community service, there are several methods or forms of activities that will be carried out and suitable for solving various problems in service activities, including lecture and practice methods. In this community service, target audiences who are considered strategic to be involved in this community service activity are mushroom farmers and people who are interested in cultivating mushrooms. This mushroom business has good prospects because there is public awareness of the benefits and nutritional value contained in mushrooms so that the interest in the community to consume mushrooms increases and affects the demand for mushrooms. If this agribusiness can be continued and developed properly, it will have an effect on increasing the income of the people of Pekanbaru City
