Abstract

Business competition is now a global phenomenon that occurs in the world and in Indonesia. Various regional, national, international companies were established to make economic changes in the country move so fast in this case start-ups. Based on data from the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2019 there were 2,193 start-ups in Indonesia, which grew significantly. Training providers are very important because many companies need to increase the capacity of their staff. Training providers are able to have a direct impact on company needs faster than formal education. Companies tend to choose training providers to train their staff with training programs that fit their needs. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of program quality on training participants' satisfaction; 2) The influence of service quality on the satisfaction of training participants; 3) The effect of price (training costs) on the satisfaction of training participants at the Salim Excellence Center (SEC) Training Provider. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents who were training participants at the Training Provider Salim Excellence Center (SEC) according to Slovin's calculations using the Non Probability Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate: 1) The quality of the program has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the training participants; 2) Service quality has a significant effect on training participants' satisfaction; 3) Price (training costs) has no significant effect on the satisfaction of training participants at the Salim Excellence Center (SEC) Training Provider.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas Hotel with the Balanced Scorecard approach. The population in this case is the customers and employees of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas Hotel. The sample in this study was divided into two samples, namely a sample of 50 customers and a sample of 80 employees. The research on the performance of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas Hotel with the Balanced Scorecard approach will review four perspectives, namely the financial perspective, the customer perspective, the internal business process perspective and the growth and learning perspective. The results of this study found that. 1) The performance of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas based on a financial perspective shows a fairly good performance. 2) The performance of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas Hotel based on the perspective of service users shows a very good predicate performance. 3) The performance of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas based on an internal business perspective shows a fairly good performance. 4) The performance of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas based on the learning and growth perspective shows a good performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of LPD in Kerambitan District from a financial perspective, a customer perspective, an internal business process perspective and a growth and learning perspective. This research is a descriptive quantitative research in which it provides an explanation related to the performance measurement of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Kerambitan District by using the Balanced Scorecard performance measurement approach. The results of this study are the average ROA ratio of LPDs in Kerambitan District for 3 (three) years, namely 2017, 2018, 2019 is 2.60% and is categorized as healthy. The average BOPO ratio is 81.38% and is categorized as healthy. The average LDR ratio is 77.37% and is categorized as healthy. It can be seen that the LPD in Kerambitan District has good management capabilities in generating profits from the total assets owned, can perform cost efficiency from the income generated and show increased liquidity capabilities. From the customer perspective, LPD performance in Kerambitan District is assessed based on customer assessments with five indicators, namely the completeness of LPD facilities, LPD employee service, LPD employee alertness, security assurance, and care. sophisticated equipment, forms are not provided and customers still have difficulty in filling out forms, long waiting times in service, and there is no special place for customer complaints. The performance of LPD in Kerambitan District, Tabanan from the customer perspective is of good quality, which is 90.4 percent because the proportion of positive statements is higher than 60 percent. From an internal business perspective, an assessment of the LPD product innovation process is carried out in the District of Kerambitan Tabanan. Of the 12 LPDs in Kerambitan District, there are 7 LPDs that have not innovated their products and 5 LPDs that have innovated their products in the 2017-2019 period. The performance of LPDs in Kerambitan District is still not said to be good, this is because LPDs have not innovated or developed with their products in the last 3 year period, namely 2017- 2019. From the perspective of growth and learning, LPD performance in Kerambitan District is assessed based on the assessment of its employees with four indicators, namely awards given, employee commitment, relationships with colleagues and facilities provided by LPD are of good quality, which is 90.96 percent because the proportion of statements positive is higher than 60 percent. LPD employees in Kerambitan Sub-district, Tabanan were satisfied in all the items measured. These results indicate that the LPDs in Kerambitan Sub-district have managed and developed employees well which are able to improve their work abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting understanding, the use of accounting information system technology, the effectiveness of the application of accrual-based government accounting standards on the quality of government financial reports in Karangasem Regency. As an illustration, the population is employees of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Karangasem Regency, totaling 41 OPD consisting of regional secretariats, DPRD secretariats, regional inspectors, hospitals, 24 offices, 5 agencies, 8 sub-districts with a total sample of 95 people consisting of 41 Financial Administration Officers (PPK), 41 financial information system operators and 13 BPKAD staff. The data collection method used in this research is through the distribution of questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative statistical analysis using multiple linear regression model which is completed with SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that: 1). Accounting understanding has a positive and significant influence on the quality of the Karangasem Regency government's financial statements. This means that the better the employee's understanding of the accounting process, the quality of the resulting financial statements will increase. 2). The use of accounting information system technology has a positive and significant impact on the quality of the Karangasem Regency Government's financial reports. This means that the better the utilization and use of accounting information systems and information technology in the process of preparing financial statements, the better the quality of the financial reports produced. and 3). The effectiveness of the application of accrual-based government accounting standards has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Karangasem Regency Government's financial reports. The application of good and consistent accounting standards will have an impact on improving the quality of financial reports and errors in the presentation of financial statements can be avoided

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Health Level Assessment of the Werdhi Guna Civil Servant Cooperative 2015 - 2019 based on the capital aspect, productive asset quality aspect, management aspect, efficiency aspect, liquidity aspect, independence and growth aspect, and cooperative identity aspect; This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were the Civil Servant Cooperative Werdhi Guna Karangasem; The object evaluated in this study is the cooperative's health level in terms of capital, productive asset quality, management aspect, efficiency aspect, liquidity aspect, independence and growth aspect, and cooperative identity aspect. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis is based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The results showed: (1) The Health Level of the Werdhi Guna Karangasem Civil Servant Cooperative in 2015-2019 in terms of capital aspects, productive asset quality aspects, management aspects, efficiency aspects, liquidity aspects, independence and growth aspects, and cooperative identity aspects were in the predicate quite healthy

Abstract

This research was used to determine the influence of work skills, rewards and Punishments both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung. This research was conducted at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung with the number of population and the research sample was an employee at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung, which was as many as 40 people using saturated sampling. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, T test and F test. The results of the study found that 1) Job skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with β1 = 0.246 and thitung values = 3,793 > ttabel = 2,028. 2) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with β2 = 0.289 and thitung value = 2,214 > ttabel = 2,028. 3) Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of β3 = 0.348 and a thitung value = 2.048 > ttabel = 2.028. 4) Job skills, rewards and Punishments have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with Ftabel = 2.84 < Fhicalc = 8,959. Advice given so that employees are able to better understand and master procedures that can be used to facilitate work, so as to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The title of the research on the influence of marketing strategy on sales volume at PT. Rusdi Medika. To carry out marketing activities, it must be supported by a marketing strategy commonly referred to as the "4P" namely product, price, distribution and promotion which are important factors in marketing intangible and tangible products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing strategy on sales volume at PT. Rusdi Medika. The population in this study are customers or customers of PT. Rusdi Medika in 2021. The sample of this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is using the slovin formula. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 25. The data collection procedure in this study used interview, documentation and questionnaire techniques using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from statistical analysis showed that the magnitude of the influence of marketing strategy on sales volume at PT. Rusdi Medika is 52.5% with hypothesis testing using t-test, with the result that the product variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect with the t-count result of 2.774 with sig 0.007 of the sales volume variable (Y). The price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect with the t-count result of 2.563 with a sig of 0.005 on the sales volume variable. The distribution variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect with the t-count result of 2.317 with a sig of 0.023 on the sales volume variable. The promotion variable (X4) has a positive and significant effect with t-count of 2,920 and sig of 0.004 on the sales volume variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables such as physical ability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on the number of community satisfaction visits at the Bajera Village Office. This research is a descriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people and the validity test used Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The variable of physical ability has a positive and insignificant effect on community satisfaction, it is obtained a sig.t value of 0.256 with a sig value of 0.799> α (0.05) meaning that H0 is accepted. The guarantee variable has a positive and insignificant effect, where the sig.t value of 0.651 with a sig value of 0.517> α (0.05) means that H0 is accepted. The simultaneous test itself has a significant positive effect simultaneously (simultaneously) of physical ability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, the results of the F-count value of 23.800 and sig 0.000 on community satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Instagram advertisement on buying interest at Ayrin Moms & Baby Care, (2) electronic word of mouth on buying interest at Ayrin Moms & Baby Care, (3) Instagram advertisement and electronic word of mouth on buying interest at Ayrin Moms & Baby Care. This research is a research of descriptive analysis using quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sample, in this study numbered 60 people and used probability sampling methods. Test validity using Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results found that: (1) Instagram advertisement has a positive and significant effect on buying interest obtained Sig value. 0.016 < 0.05 identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on buying interest obtained Sig.t value of 0.000 < 0.05 which identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Instagram advertisement and electronic word of mouth jointly give a positive and significant influence on buying interest. The contribution orsimultaneous contribution of Instagram Advertisement variables and Electronic word of mouth to buying interest was 72.1% while 27.9% was determined by other variables that not researched in this study.

Abstract

In a government organization, success or failure in carrying out tasks and administering government is influenced by leadership, through leadership and supported by adequate government organizational capacity, the implementation of good governance will be more easily realized. In addition to leadership, another thing that is no less important in running the organization's wheels in government agencies is communication. Communication at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency is in the form of coordination and consultation regarding the duties and authorities of the agency. Communication with a personal approach needs to be done, to foster employee morale, in order to achieve the expected performance targets. The work environment is also very influential on performance in addition to leadership and communication above. The Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency is one of the government agencies in Karangasem Regency that is required to always provide friendly and good service to the people of Karangasem Regency. Therefore, employees of the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency are required to have good performance as a benchmark for assessment from superiors. The sample in this study were 48 employees at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency. The determination of the number of samples used by the author in this study is by the census method based on the provisions put forward by Sugiyono (2002: 61-63), which says that: "Sample sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated sample is census. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication and non-physical work environment partially affect the performance of employees at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency.
